[SIZE="2"][COLOR="Red"]This is an interesting topic... Well, anyways, I got a mixed opinion. Sure the "Bully" was wrong but was the fault only one sided? Look at it from the prospective. I personally think only somebody who is currently emotionally unstable would end up hanging themselves over the internet. Could the parents of the kid be faulted with the tragedy? I know if I had an unstable child, no way would I allow them on the internet. Still, the "Bully" is a monster and should face legal actions.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

Now remember it's been a very long time since the following events have happened. I am going try and recall some of the major events which have passed while I have been a member here. [I]The Great Wind Fish[/I] I remember first stumbling on this site looking for video game advice. If I am not mistaken it was Link's Awakening for GBC. That is how I got my user name the Great Wind Fish. Nothing really happened for the next few months I just got into the community meeting people and chatting. Some of the people I really got to know right away were ZeroxSama, Cody, Stardust, Nerve, and countless others. [I]My Month Ban[/I] Soon into my visit on these boards I started getting IM's saying that OtakuBoards was going be hacked. I reported these declarations, with Stardust as a witness, only to be told I was lying by I think his name was Vash. So over time I kept getting IMs and kept reporting them. Over time Vash gave me a month ban for "making up stuff." H-Bomb believed me but he didn't want to go over Vash's head and unban me. So I went a month without posting. [I]The Invasion[/I] Thimoc, the lead poster decided to quit and I guess go out with a bang. He made a few accounts and him and his buddy decided to spam the boards with nonsense and in a few instances pornography. They were quickly banned and never seen again. [I]Version 2(I think)[/I] I remember when we were changing boards. The user names were being deleted along with my 1500 post count. Many people were upset but I didn't care. Adam let me and a few other people test the forums a few hours before everyone else. I think I was user #10. [I]The Post Race[/I] So the post race began. Everybody tried to get the most posts and I was on top for a few days until Firemac started posting like it seemed 24/7. He quickly overtook me. I dropped to second. I remained in the top 3 for a few month until I got bored of it and than I just quit OtakuBoards quite abruptly.

I'm glad to see people still remember me.

This place has really changed over the years. Nicer than what it was. So I bet nobody wil remeber me, but I just wanna comment about how this place has changed a for the better obviously. [B]The Fish is Back![/B]

I hate when people get off the topic when they can just report the stupid reply or topic, it justs makes the matter much worst.

well i think newbies are fine. But they shouldn't come in and post questions about rules when it is right in the FAQ thingy. They can sometimes be annoying and we all were newbies before
