(David walks back onto the deck and looks around. He sees Rebecca walk by) David: (To himself) Another target. Let's investigate. (He walks over to Rebecca) Hello. Would you like to duel? Rebecca: Yes, I would. We'll duel for three locator cards. David: Fine with me. I'm David. Rebecca: I'm Rebecca. David: You look a little too young to be in a tournament like this. It doesn't matter, I guess. Let's duel.

David: I don't have to do anything. You destroyed it for me. You did exactly what I would have done. WIthout that digivice, Wormmon can't digivolve, and he certainly can't armor digivolve. That was the whole point of this meeting, Leigh. We needed to remove the threat represented by Bucciemon. I fully expected to have to fight, but you made it much eaiser. Go home, Leigh. You're done here. There's nothing more you can do. Go home.

OOC: None of the others find David and Leigh. This is between them, and nobody else.

David: Does anyone suspect anything? Besides Kaiba's men, that is. Person: Not that we know of. David: That's good. Omega out. (He hangs up)

David: And here I was thinking that not only would you bring Wormmon, but you'd already have armor digivolved him into Bucciemon. It just goes to show that even I am wrong sometimes. Well, you do have a point. Very well. Let's talk. Leigh: You called me here. What do you want? David: When you left the group, I didn't think it would make any difference in our relationship. But then you totally turned around and changed your whole attitude. Leigh: I needed to. And you still need to. David: Whatever. And as if that wasn't bad enough, you get dragged into all this. Leigh, I don't want to have to do anything to you. I don't want to, but I will if I have to. And I feel that I do have to. (BA appears behind Leigh) I can't allow you to stand in our way. That guy's one of the targets. (He walks over to the person) Would you like to duel? Person: Sure! I'm Kyle. David: I'm David. How many locator cards do you have? Kyle: Five. David: Same here. We'll wager all of them. Kyle: Accepted. David: Got it. Both: Let's duel! 4000/4000 (David's starting hand: Change of Heart, Monster reborn, Summoned Skull, Fissure, Dragon Treasure) Kyle: I'll go first. I draw one card. I play Lord of Dragons in attack mode! I then play Flute of Summoning Dragon to summon my BEWD. Your turn. David: I draw. I play Change of Heart on your BEWD, sacrifice it to play Summoned Skull, revive it wioth Monster Reborn, play Fissure to destroy your Lord of Dragons, and attack. You lose. 4000/0 Winner: David Prize: Five locator cards.

David: Okay. She'll be ready for a trap. My guess is that Wormmon will become Bucciemon before they even enter a portal. BA: What's the plan? David: While I'm talking, you circle around behind. Make sure you're not seen. When I give the signal, you digivlove and attack. Hopefully we can take care of things quickly. BA: What's the signal? David: You'll know it when you see it.

OOC: 1: I don't see how I'm going way too fast. 2: You never said that we were excluding any Digimon. 3: I never said the Trinity Digimon were evil. The way I see it, the virus hasn't taken full control, but is still having an effect.

I listed mine. I'm more interested in being one of the not-so-nice people.

OOC: The Digimon are in their rookie forms. --------------------------- David: All right. She knows my style, so I've got to try something she wouldn't expect. BA: Like what? David: Watch and learn. (he takes out his laptop and scans for digivice locations) Got her. That signal has to be her. In the real world. It's at her house. I'm going to send a message to her. (He isolates her digivice and opens communications) Leigh, this is David. I want to talk. Alone. Just you and me. you may bring Wormmon if you want to. I've sent my location to your digivice. You should appear in front of me when you enter a portal to the digital world. I'll be waiting. Out. (He terminates communications) Now, we wait.

David: I'm not finding much, but I do have some ideas. Darigann: What are they? David: Well, it's obvious that we need to take Wormmon out first. If he turns into Bucciemon, they'll just escape. However, there are some things we can do to make that harder. Sahki: Like what? David: Well, there's always the attack from multiple sides strategy, but if we miss, our Digimon's attacks will hit each other. There's the protection strategy, where the Champion Digimon protect the Ultimate ones by takeing the attack. But I prefer the sneakier methods. For this, I'm thinking we get Leigh somewhere by herself, then take her out. WHen she's gone, the others will be easy to take care of.

Whatever they are, can I be one?

(They exit the chamber) Dantu: All right. One of the Trinity Digimon is heading our way. If it wants to find us, I don't think we can avoid it. Furora: What do we do? Dantu: It's what you do, not what we do. You're the only one who can do anything. Furora: I know that I have this data, but how do I use it? Dantu: All I know is that it will be used when necessary.

OOC: There aren't Tamers in this RPG, only Digimon.

The entrance should be here somewhere. It's marked with the symbol I described. (They start to look) Furora: Over here! (They walk to where she is. There is a passage that looks like it leads underground. The entrance is marked with the symbol) Dantu: This is it, all right. Let's go. (His communicator beeps) Hold on. (He turns it on. A Veggiemon is is on the other end) Dantu here. Veggiemon: Sir, the Trinity Digimon have sefinately appeared. They've left Thunder Plateau. Dantu: That's not good. Veggiemon: It gets worse. One of them is headed your way. Dantu: ****! Do you know which one? Veggiemon: No. Dantu: Well, thanks for the warning. Dantu out. (He turns the communicator off) We need to move. Let's go. (They enter the passageway. It ends in an underground chamber with a complicated-looking device on one side. They walk over to the device) Furora, put your hand on the panel. (She does so) Good. Now hold up your Digivice to the panel. (She does so. A stream of data emerges from the device and enters urora's digivice) Done. Let's move.

(The other Digimon return to their Rookie forms) Darigann: Let's find those kids. David: Hold on. I'm trying to find a way to stop Bucciemon's pacification ability. If we fight before do, they'll escape again. I do agree that we should move soon, but not too soon. Darigann: The sooner the better. I have a score to settle with them.

(BlackGrowlmon, Yokoumon, and Moskitomon are fighting. David is monitering the battle on his laptop. He has statistics of all three Digimon displayed, and is monitering energy levels as well. Two of the Monochromon have been destroyed. The three Digimon attack Monochromon, who begins to glow) Monochromon digivolve to: Triceramon Sahki: What just happened? David: He was almost ready to digivolve, and the pressure of the fight accelerated the process. Fight him. BA can help if things get out of control. Darigann: We can handle it. BlackGrowlmon, attack! (Triceramon charges at BlackGrowlmon, who stands his ground) Watch out! (David notices an energy surge in BlackGrowlmon's status display) David: I think you'll like this, Darigann. (BlackGrowlmon begins to glow) Darrigan: Is that what I think it is? David: Probably. He's digivolving. The pressure of this fight, combined with your desire for BlackGuilmon to be stronger, has allowed him to digivolve. Darigann: All right! BlackGrowlmon digivolve to: BlackWarGrowlmon. (Triceramon stops) Darigann: BlackWarGrowlmon, attack! Let's see what you can do.
