[INDENT]Jon had finally finished showering and headed down to meet up with Chris. He had decided to choose a more comfortable outfit since he planned on sight seeing for the rest of the day. He was in loose fitting shorts that hung below his knees, and a black sleeveless shirt with a menacing silver dragon winding around the front. He kept his bandanas on and headed down to find Chris. After ordering a soda from the bar, he waited until Chris came down wearing the same thing from earlier, but was obviously a duplicate outfit as they were cleaner.[/INDENT] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]Hey Chris over here! What took you so long? Anyway, let's head towards the beach and check out the ladies. What do ya say?[/COLOR] [COLOR=DarkGreen]Sure thing Wheeler. You got your deck with you?[/COLOR] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]As always, but I don't plan on dueling anymore today, so I left my disk in the room. Aw just forget it, let's go check out the women.[/COLOR] [INDENT]Jon and Chris left for the beach and were easily distracted by the many duels. Off in the corner Jon saw Joey still battling in the double duel, but it looked as if it were almost over. Jon just shrugged it off determined not to let Joey ruin the rest of his day. When he and Chris arrived at the beach, they saw Mako battling some kid and looked as if he would finish him off soon based on the immense difference in their life points. Jon then remembered many of his duels when he was at the end of his rope anf still managed a victory. The kid had just activated a Polymerization card when Jon noticed the previous tournament champion Ryan Braxton sitting with a couple of other guys. Motioning to Chris, they went over to join in the conversation.[/INDENT] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]Hey your Ryan aren't you? I heard a little about you from the last tournament. Mind if we watch the duelk with you?[/COLOR] [INDENT]Ryan just shrugged at Jon obviously too occupied with the duel to say anything. After looking at the other tow, Jon realized that a conversation was not in order until after the duel, so he sat down waiting for the others to engage him in small talk. Chris on the other hand saw a couple of beauties and set off to wow them with his immense deck.[/INDENT]

[COLOR=Blue]Jon, I can feel another presence has just entered the Shadow Realm, and it's not Konner. It feels more senister and evil. I believe it is that kid we saw back at Rikku's house.[/COLOR] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]Good, then I can finally take him out. He may think that he can seal up my Items' power, but there is a reason I am the Ultimate Guardian. yet he has made it so much easier for me by being in here. For now I can remove that cursed Seal from his forehead.[/COLOR] [COLOR=Blue]That's gonna have to wait Jon, Konner seems to need our help again. Somehow Jagan has gotten an upperhand and has brought Konner's life points down to 400. We must intercede.[/COLOR] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]Fine then, but when we are done, I will find that blasted kid and permanently remove his Seal. Let's get in there.[/COLOR] [INDENT]Jon quickly appeared behind Konner and using the Millennium Rod took charge of the duel, using his own cards.[/INDENT] [COLOR=DarkBlue]Here we go Jagan, I will show you why you don't mess with the Pharoah's servants. I play Ragieki and Harpie's Feather Duster to remove all trap and monster cards from your side of the field. Then I sacrifice the two dragons I have to summon my favorite monster, the Dark Magician and attack to wipe out your Life Points. Now Jagan, you will pay the ultimate price for your transgressions as I send you to the Shadow Realm![/COLOR] [INDENT]Jagan disappeared in a black cloud as he was sentenced to the Shadow Realm. Jon then released Konner's mind and appeared from out of the shadows.[/INDENT] [COLOR=Red]Why did you take over for me Jon? I had other plans for finishing him off. Plus, why did you send him to the Shadow Realm? I had questions for him to answer.[/COLOR] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]It appeared as though you would lose, and that was a risk I couldn't take right now. You can ask him your questions later when I release him from there. I just had to get him out of the way so we could free Ra. Now go and finish your task.[/COLOR] [INDENT]With that Konner entered the temple in search of Ra. Jon then returned to the Shadow Realm in search of the fool that interfered with his business at Rikku's.[/INDENT]

[INDENT]Jon and Chris had arrived at where they were supposed to meet Kaiba and Yugi, so that the card could be returned.[/INDENT] [COLOR=DarkOrange]Good Job Wheeler, I thought you would prove useful to my plans. So for a job well done, you two keep the cards we leant you. Besides, I have another Kaiser Seahorse in my deck. I won't miss it too much, but I got to go for now. The plan was then to meet up again after their showers, and then meet at the hotel lobby where they could discuss dueling strategies and make plans to visit the beautiful sites and beaches that Hawaii had to offer.[/INDENT]

Jon was just about to head to the stairs when he saw the Millennium Chest hiding in the corner. Jon ran over to it and turned around facing the stairs ready to confront Rikku. After a couple seconds jon saw her begin her desent down the stairs.[/INDENT] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]Rikku, you must heed my warning and leave this chest alone![/COLOR] [COLOR=DarkOrange]Jon? How did you get down here? Never mind that, I need you to step away from the chest. I must know what is in it.[/COLOR] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]You remeber pandora's box? Well consider this it. There is nothing in it but destruction and terror. I can not let you open this chest. YOU OPENED THE CHEST AND RELEASED THE MOST DANGEROUS DUEL MONSTER EVER![/COLOR] [INDENT] The room began to go black and everyone was knocked unconcious as the room began to shake violently throwing things around the rooom, and knocking all three of them out cold. How did I get here and where are the others?[/COLOR] [COLOR=Blue]I have brought you to the Shadow Realm to make sure your Items were not stolen by that stranger. As for the others, I don't know, they must have slipped out before I took over our mind and brought us herre. But I fear that we are in grave trouble. Our only hope is that Yuri and Konner can find where Ra is sealed and release him once again so that you and Yugi can control your monsters to fight off Obelisk and once again end his threat.[/COLOR]

[INDENT]Jon was just about to reach KaibaCorp when he saw Rikku take off in one of his helicopters bound for Gala City and her old house. Unable to stop her, Jon quickly retreated to the Shadow Realm where he could keep an eye on things. When he got there, his attention was drawn towards Konner who had just exited a train in Gala City and was being followed by a supicious looking kid in a long blue coat, and had shocking white hair. After checking out the situation, Jon diverted his attention back to Rikku just in time to see her open the front door of her house.[/INDENT] [COLOR=Blue]Jon, we have failed. She has arrived, and all will be lost for Gala City. I should have told you this sooner, but she is the decendent of Heishin's daughter. It was in her destiny to open that chest and find the Millennium Band. There was nothing we could have done. What happens next shall be up to her, but let us pray she does the right thing.[/COLOR] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]It might be her destiny to find it, but it is mine to stop her from using it. We must try.[/COLOR] [COLOR=Blue]How do you expect us to do that? She is at her house, and we are still in Domino City. Time is now more against us than ever.[/COLOR] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]Either way we have to try. But if we fail, we will need another plan. We must find out where Ra was chained up, and how to free him so that together, him and Slifer can take on Obelisk.[/COLOR] [COLOR=Blue]Ra was chained up by Yuri during that battle we keep witnessing. When Kaiba summoned Obelisk to take out Yami, then I had Slifer jump in to intercede. That is how I fell, for Slifer was weakened by Yami's hold over hm and was defeated by Obelisk. When Slifer fell, I too fell for our minds had become one. That is how I was able to throw him into the battle despite Yami's power. By joining our minds through the power of the Items, together we went after Obelisk, but were not able to stop him. Before Yuri could trap him with the Millennium Orb, Yami had summoned The Winged Dragon of Ra, than Marik intervened by summoning Fiend's Reflection, which aimed the Orb's assault at Ra and thus bound him for ever. Obelisk then proceeded to attack Yami, but before he could, I was able to once again harness the power of the Items to send Yami to the Shadow Realm, where he would be safe. But Marik redirected Yami to the Millennium Puzzle, which Yuri was force to destroy after capturing Obelisk. When Yuri did this, Seto and Marik were dragged with him and remained there until their decendents were born. That is why this battle is resurfacing. In order to free Ra, we must get Yugi to fully understand the power of his puzzle, so that he can summon Ra thus freeing him. This is easier said than done, for no one knows how to use the Puzzle but Yami, who can't seem to remember.[/COLOR] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]Wow, that was a lot to take in, but none the less, we must first get to Rikku and try to stop her. I know weare supposed to be returned to our last location once we leave, but I think I can get around that.[/COLOR] [INDENT]Jon then used the magical boxes Yugi often used for rescuing his Dark Magician. He was then sent straight into Rikku's basement where he waited for her to come down, hoping to stop her, but ready to summon Slifer if necessary. The last thing in the world he was willing to do was send her to the Shadow Realm. Jon promised himself not to send anyone there either without him or unless absolutely necessary. This wasn't one of those exceptions, but he knew he had to stop her.[/INDENT]

And I am sorry if it seems as if I have taken over this thread, but based on the other posts being put up, it just seems to be moving that way. No to mention the fact that Lexy hasn't posted in probably a week, so I guess it's like Kaiba taking over on Gozuburo, not that I am trying to or had that intention. I am sorry about stealing the necklace from your brother, but it makes no sense why he would have it and not Ishizu, who was the rightful owner of it in the series. But instead of sending him there, it sent them both into a dark place with purple light radiating from everywhere. Yet if there were more, why didn't the Ultimate Gaurdian control them was all that he could think of. But then it came to him that although he wasn't destined to control them all, he didn't need to. For according to the Ancient Text, he that controlled these controlled an unstoppable power.[/INDENT] [COLOR=RoyalBlue]You see Konner, you were my apprentice and learned the ancient ways from me. But I fear that your training was not complete after this battle we just witnessed. Yet I can not tell for sure for not even I have seen the end of this. I feel there is one other who holds the key memory to unlocking the end of this battle. But I can not reach into her heart without the possibility of unlocking the finial chain on Obelisk. If his Ring were to be put on, then he would be free once more to roam the earth.[/COLOR] [INDENT]Yet there was another being who had a part in the battle, but for some reason his mind was locked and Jon couldn't figure out who it was. Jon later returned Konner to his previous location and freed Bones as he promised. After they left the Shadow Realm, they were all sent to where they last were before being sent there. Jon trudged off to the nearest KaibaCorp building fearing a dark presence there. He would have to wait to talk to Rikku later and figure out exactly how he knew her in the first place. Now that his ancient memories were coming back, Jon had forgotten a lot about his connection to Rikku. But that he figured would have to wait for later. There was a threat continually growing and the time to awaken Slifer was about to come upon him. Jon feared that moment for the fact that with the two gods fighting, Gala City could be finished for good.[/INDENT]

[INDENT]Jon ran into Rikku's house to find her and Duke cuddling together on the sofa.[/INDENT] [COLOR=RoyalBlue][I]Great! So much for her being in danger. Jon then summoned the Mech Mole Zombie to dig it up. After about 20 minutesd of waiting, Mech Mole returned with a chest similar to the one in Rikku's house. Jon opened it up and a red flame seemed to burst out of the chest lighting every torch in the chamber. Then it happened again, people started to run all around Jon in a panic, but as soon as they appeared, they disappeared. This had to have been the wierdest vision Jon had ever witnessed before. Then in the distance it loomed bigger than anything Jon had ever seen. It was dark blue with a menacing glare on its face. Its arms were huge and bigger than the waist. Even with Kaiba owning the card, this was the first time Jon had ever seen Obelisk the Tormentor. [INDENT]Jon was walking around the city hoping to find the clues he so desperately seeked, and wished ravely that the tournament would start sooner so that all the duelists would be brought into this one spot. Oh how that would ease the tension off his mind. Jon always felt at peace during a duel, no matter how important or tense it became. That was the best edge he had on his opponents, that and the fact that he could quickly devise new and more effective strategies in the middle of a duel. Not to mention the fact that his deck itself was created to hold different strategies depending on how the duel fared. While most duelists relied on one set path or theme, like that contemptous Weevil Underwood or Rex Raptor, Jon foumd it more relaxing with seperate options on hand. Besides, he was way too smart to paint himself into a corner, or lose the duel because of his own mistakes. But even thinking about dueling made Jon twitch in anticipation. That wouldn't do as Jon had to remain focused and maintain that aire of confidence that most people try to fake in order to intimidate their foes.[/INDENT] [INDENT]Just then a wind began to ruffle Jon's white overshirt and played with the legs of his jeans and the surroundings seemed to take on a different appearance. [INDENT]It had been three weeks since his visit with Ishizu, but it felt like it was just yesterday when sahe sent him to battle city looking for the answers he sought. The plan was to find Yugi and protect him, but from what? That was what Jon had to learn, and quick before the tournament came to a close. The reason for his visit to Ishizu was the visions which started in spurts but soon became the most vivd and realistic dreams he had ever known. They were of a duel persisting of a young pharoah and his high mage caught in the heat of a war between the two. But it wasn't these two, nor their high resemblence to Yugi and Seto that sent him on his mission. No it was the third guy who started off in the shadows, but soon became engulfed in the light of time and truth. The third guy who sent chills down Jon's spine. The third guy who watched in terror as the duel continued. The third guy forced to what until the end for the answer. The third guy who couldn't help his falling pharoah and fulfill his duty. The third guy who cried out to Jon in his dreams. The third guy destroying Jon's hopes of a normal future. The third guy who plagued Jon and scared the hell out of him. The third guy who resembled Jon himself.[/INDENT] [INDENT]So here he was looking for Yugi and for the remaining Milenium items. the original ones, not the newly created ones running around throwing off the signal of the Milenium ring with their false signals. For although they may be what everyone claims them to be, there was no denying the fact that it was the original ones who controled true power and could destroy these "fake" items getting in Jon's way.[/INDENT] [INDENT]According to Ishizu, Jon's ancestor played a crucial part in the life of Yugi, or rather the spirit in the puzzle, and Jon had to take his place by Yugi's side for the final battle in the war which began in ancient Egypt. So Jon obliged and agreed to play in Ishizu's little game, and maybe unlock the answers he sought for his dreams. In the Bible, Jon had read of many men whose dreams revealed to them God's plan. Perhaps his dream too was communicating to him. It was obviously not from God, for the fact that otherwise Jon would know what to do, but at the same time, it had to have been from someone. All Jon had to do was obtainsix of the seven Millenium Items, and leave the puzzle with Yugi. But what didn't make sense was the second part of the instructions. What was Jon supposed to protect Yugi from, and what would happen if he failed? [I]No point worrying about it now I guess. The main thing to do is to make sure I have enough locator cards to proceed to the finals. For even if I do find Yugi before they begin, if I don't have the cards, it will all have been in vain.[/I] [/INDENT]

[INDENT]It had been too long since he had first heard of the game Duel Monsters, and now here he was one of the top duelists of his class. This tournament was to be his foothold in to the rest of his destiny. It was Jon who was to be the known as teh most powerful Wheeler in the game, and it was high time Joey learned it. With deck on hand Jon was ready to begin his dueling. The island was buzzing with the excitment of the new duelists arriving for the tournament. Jon had missed the introduction speech by Kaiba, but he didn't care, those narssisitic fools bored the hell out of him, besides, he already knew the new changes from the internet and used the extra time to prepare his strategies. After only a couple of minutes on the island, Jon saw exactly who he was looking for. Unfortunately Joey was ingaged in a double duel, and even if Jon had waited 'til after the duel, he knew Joey would be slightly strained.
