Gabriel sighed with relief. If Xra could occupy Xion then maybe Ixodar, Sunny, and him could all ambush him at once. Gabriel-[/i]"I see Xra. If he starts to fight with Xion all of us ambush him. We might have a chance then!" [i]Ixodar looked at Gabriel icrediously. Ixodar-[/i]"How can you see him?" [i]Gabriel-[/i]"Something I picked up from the years I was living with the elves."[/color]

[color=skyblue]Well its usually when I can see the grass again and its all brown and yucky. Also when it starts to rain instead of snow...like it is now. Well I also really like when I wake up in the morning and I can hear all the birds chripping. Its such a nice sound^^[/color]

[color=skyblue][i]As Shayleigh looked at the rich grassy plains that surrounded the forest something pulled at her. She couldn't help it, she just started to walk out of the forest, out of the protection of the spirits. Shayleigh looked back at the forest and saw that it was pretty far away by now. I should go back, she thought. I have no right to be out here. I'm sure the elders will get mad. She nodded to herself making the decision to go back to the forest but her legs wouldn't agree with her. They kept going in the wrong direction. Shayleigh suddenly had a change of mind. Shayleigh-[/i]"Who says I can't go out here anyways? I don't know what all the fuss is about. I'll be back in a while anyways I'm sure they won't miss me." [i]She walked for a mile or so, the wind blowing her long dirty blond hair in her face. When she managed to brush all the hair away from her eyes she could see a small town on the horizon. Shayleigh shrugged, what could go wrong?[/i][/color]

Nothing usually attacked the peaceful forest but her clan felt the need for protection anyways. A lot of evil things have come into the world and they just want to make sure. Shayleigh stopped and looked behind her. The two that were patrolling with her were way far behind. She sighed. I guess I have to give them a break some time. Shayleigh-[/i]"Okay guys you can rest here for awhile. I'll go ahead and finish the patrol, don't worry I'll be fine." [i]Shayleigh walked to the edge of the forest and looked beyond. She had never seen any of the outside world. Her clan mostly wanted to stay by themselves, protected by the spirts of the forest.[/i][/color]

[color=skyblue][i]Shayleigh gathered up the Fallen that had chosen to follow her and Talia. She looked to the sky and could destintively a black cloud that had to be the Fallen. Shayleigh-[/i]"Okay if you don't want to learn to be better swordsman I will teach you how to use a bow." [i]Some of the Fallen grumbled. Fallen-[/i]"Why do we have to listen to her? She's just an elf. We could blast her off this planet in no time at all." [i]Shayleigh started to feel the heat rise in her face. She felt the rage build inside her. Shayleigh-[/i]"You think I'm just an elf do you? Even if I was I could do as good a job as any one of you! I am a commander and you will respect me! [i]The Fallen looked at her sceptically. Shayleigh sighed.[/i][/color]

[i]Ranger-[/i]"We have spotted a large band of the Fallen off to the east. At first we thought a storm was coming but when they got closer we recognized them for what they are. I never really noticed that the face was drawn harder...I think its cause I usually draw the face first so that means it was when my pencil was the sharpest^^[/color]

[color=skyblue]I was wondering if anyone here reads the novels Discworld by Terry Prachett. They're really different from some of the other fantasy novels because it doesn't have that much seriousness in it. Its mostly a comical novel... If you haven't read any of these books and enjoy a good laugh you should...they're really funny!!![/color]
