Zell watched as Cid continued scratching at the paper with a pencil, umming and ahhing before putting a line through what he had just written and starting over. Huffing, Zell crossed his arms across his chest and awaited the decision on teams.

Hearing Geist yelling, Saiki looked up. "Hey!" he called, half to Geist and half to Ghar. "We've got another one!" "Hey," panted Geist, finally reaching them. "What's going on?!" Ghar looked apprehensive. "Something really [i]really[/i] weird..." "You can say that again," murmured Saiki, glancing about for anyone else. "Is there just us?" There is a .Hack manga hovering around... It's called .Hack//Dusk or it has another Japanese name which evades me at the moment... Which means the same thing, I'll edit if I find it Anyway, what happens in it? Does anyone know what it's about? I mean, it has something to do with twins winning a contest to use models in "The World" resembling Kite and Black Rose But that's all I know O_o Oh yeah, and does anyone know anything about the English-language release? Does anyone have any theories about what happened inbetween Episode Zero and Gundam Wing? I mean, I was just thinking that there's this huge time gap between points A and B and I don't think it's officially dealt with. So, anyone got any thoughts?

"oro" means the equivilent of "uh" or "eh" - They won't sub it becuase it's not really a word as such... more of a "sound"... And as for the anime/manga debate I think I'm more of an anime fan. I suppose it's because I like to hear voices and the expressions on the most part. And I like listening for how they do the dubbing in the different languages and so on... That kind of thing interests me a lot. Like, in Evangelion, the English language (as far as I know) is the only language that has Asuka throwing random words of German at people. By now, Saiki had panicked. What the hell was going on here? He'd been flicking around servers like his life depended on it, barely stopping to look around before flicking out again. But eventually he realised that he would have to stop and have a proper look around at some point, and stepped away from a chaos gate. "Where to now...? And where am I?" He glanced about somemore and groaned. Now the choas gates weren't working properly. This was getting too freaky for his liking... Then Saiki spotted someone. He squinted just to be sure, then at a jog, approached the lonely-looking figure, waving a hand in an effort to capture their attention. "Hey! Over there! You're a player right?!"

Zell, having finally managed to inch away from Zidane's bad jokes, joined the girls. He laughed slightly. "Geez... You two are getting worked up, hmm?" "YOU STAY OUT OF THIS!!" Zell's face held a stunned expression as the two girls continued screaming encouragement. "Well... Uhh... Okay then..." He surveyed the fight for a few moments. "Owch... hey that's not fair fighting... Ahh! Did you see that!? He nearly took his eyes out!!" He was amazed. "That's just plain dirty fighting... That is something they DO NOT teach at Balamb..." He paused before nudging Rikku. "Who's the blonde dude?" "TIDUS!! GO TIDUS!" "Yeah okay, GO TIDUS!! BLONDES GOTTA STICK TOGETHER!!" Enthusiastically he started punching the air in front of him. "Yeah! Like that! Punch him! PUNCH HIM! He deserves it! BOOYA!"

Personally... For me my "talent" (said very tentively) is writing. I've written for a number of years, and although I still have aways to go, I think I can pinpoint what I'm doing wrong most of the time. Fanfiction's my strong point though I think, because I don't have to build up the story from scratch ;) but that's just me being lazy!

"That explains a lot of things..." murmured Auron quietly. "What did you say?!" Auron chuckled, making Zell even more irritated. "Nothing important." "No, really, say it again!" Auron sighed. "That explains a lot of things..." he repeated, but whether in response to Zell's request, or just for the heck of it, was anyone's best guess. Zell paused for a moment, wondering what to say and for once not wanting to make too much of a scene. "Oh geez!" he wailed after a few moments. "Why do I even try?" "Excatly what I was wondering." "What?!"

Saiki looked about, shielding his eyes against the sun with a hand. "Geez," he murmured. "Where in the heck is everybody?" Sighing he moved forward, keeping his eyes open for other people. Nobody. The place was dead... "HELLLOOOOOOOO?!" He called. The only answer was his own voice echoing back to him. Then he blinked and rubbed his eyes and watched as an entire tree wavered and vanished in front of him. Almost like a mirage. "What the hell...?" He paused, slackgawed in amazement. "I'm getting out of here!" Quickly he accessed the relevent menus and selected "Logout". Nothing... In fact he got an error message. "System Error" chirped the annoying computer-voice at him. "System error?" He murmured quietly. "This cannot be good..." He looked about again, thoroughly scared by now. "IS ANYONE THERE?!"

Really I think "mainstream" isn't a bad idea. In the UK anime is EXTREMELY hard to come across. I have several friends who like DBZ, Pokemon, Digimon etc. The only one I've ever cared for being Pokemon (which was "mainstream" and helped me into anime along with Gundam Wing... another "mainstream" anime... They said to me "Yeah, I like anime" and I asked them what they liked. They could only name those three. A few months on, I've given them anime they had never heard of and they can't get it off me fast enough O_o Subs, dubs, edits they really don't care. In fact one of my friends is actually more of a guru on Outlaw Star than I am... And I gave her the stuff in the first place. The education is going well ^_^ So, yeah, mainstream is a REALLY good idea... *kicks CN hard* Show me more anime!! O_O!
