[color=crimson]I saw this movie yesterday with loads of mates and it definetely got my approval. I find comedy in horror movies to be a good thing as long as it doesn't throw away the tension altogether. I found most of the jumpy bits in the movie to be pretty predictable but then I guess that's the idea to keep you off your seat knowing something is going to happen. The most predictable thing was most probably when [spoiler]*forgot name* (not Burt, not Paul) [Super back up memory tells me Jeff, thanks for pointing out my mistake Russ] was shouting "I've made it, I've made it!" and then gets shot repeatedly by the police officers.[/spoiler] The funniest part in the movie apart from friends and I shouting out numerous funny comments about the movie, was probably [spoiler]the comment "What's the rifle for?" -- "The niggers" (when you see the shambles at the end you realise it's not as much a racist comment) and Dennis the he/she was also hilarious- "Pancakes, PANCAKES!" *Stunning martial arts display*. Also some of the deaths were pretty humerous. [b]Edit:[/b] Bert wanting to kill squirrels with his gun because they are gay was also quite laugh in the cinema. Quite a realistic thing to say nowadays in England if he was a bit younger lol.[/spoiler] I don't think the pornography was essential, but I guess it shows what children are like these days. :angel: I think it's a bit unexplained about the virus itself, but it was definetely portrayed better than Resident Evil's T-Virus. That movie sucked bad! [spoiler]I'm not sure if the virus itself would of killed anyone because I just saw killings I didn't actually see them die from the desease, but sure came close. Maybe the dog infected people with a bad case of rabies lol. I know the people in the cabin got if from the water because the man who originally had it ran into the resevoir because he was on fire.[/spoiler] I'm interested it how it all started, so if anyone could tell me I would be grateful! :box: None the less it was an excellent film. I'm sure only Xiahou Dun has a scimitar on Dynasty Warriors 3! A nice easy question for people with the game. In Shenmue 2, where does the 'Heavens' gang live (town) and how much money do you have to get to meet Ren of Heavens?

[COLOR=indigo]Some game developers create a decent game, but the main character for instance ruins it. I think two of the best scored games around have two of the worst characters. Master Chief off Halo just does/says nothing and is a pretty basic character I reckon the developers should of included him more in the plot. Talking and making him seem like he has a purpose. Tommy Vercetti looks alright, but GTA the free roaming game doesn't suit him really. He needed to talk more at enemies or ignorant civilians/gang members. He doesn't look too much like a thug either, he should of been more like Mark Hammond from The Getaway. I also think Ryo of Shenmue has no personality, but at least he speaks lol. Other things like SSB:M characters moves being copied but for the use of different characters is a bit cheap they should of changed the moves or the characters, but these are still quality games. Anyone else got opinions? I think a decent character is Snake; detailed, with effort and simply a true warrior of destruction. Not much else to say on that just comment on your ideas. ^^ [/COLOR]

[COLOR=firebrick]Has anyone heard news of a Pokemon Fire Red and Pokemon Leaf Green which should be coming out in Japan? I heard it will link up with Ruby, Sapphire and Colosseum. I've also heard colosseum will be much better than the N64 Stadium games with an added RPG mode! Ninty will also be releasing Red and Blue, but at first they were only going to release one. [COLOR=indigo]This is quite a random subject I know and I probably won't get many replies lol. My example would have a be Ryo from the Shenmue series. My friend Sammy reminds me of him a lot. The way he talks, his intelligence and hes even pretty strong but not in the form of martial arts. They look a bit the same .. I guess, but totally different dress sense as Sammy doesn't wear the same clothes everyday heh and he has much more of a personality .. And well he doesn't have to avenge his father's death unlike Ryo lol, but still the similarities are there. If I had put this in the Microsoft forum (Shenmue) I'm sure I would of got even less responses, so it can be about any character from any game on any console if you would like to mention someone. ^_^[/COLOR]

Well I guess you may think of more later on, like I can't think of many at the moment and I know there has been many in the past, but still you could just edit your post. Most songs should remind you of things because of the lyrics involved sending out a statement e.g. Papercut by Linkin Park - Paranoia as Meteora said. Anyway a few songs I can think of are: Liam Lynch- Whatever (reminds me of my friend Marty and his attitude) Beyonce- Crazy in Love (the video imparticular reminds me of this girl I dated *misses those times*) Tenacious D- Tribute (reminds me of my friend Chris doing his rendition of this... Very funny! [color=royalblue]I'm sure I have seen Incubus threads here and there, but I don't mind posting my opinion again. They are a pretty good band, not the best but they do produce quality stuff. I recall 'Drive' being my favourite but I'm sure if I listened to 'Morning View' and 'Make Yourself' on a more regular basis to what I do now then I would find a better track to get into. 'Drive' sticks in my head the amount of times I've heard it on T.V, etc. I find there latest music something easy to get into, not too heavy just something I enjoy to relax to. Also I usually get told to play them by Chris (Zidane) whenever he comes over. Anyway not my favourite, but still they have potential in my eyes.[/color]

[color=crimson]Well if this isn't just about Nintendo games I would have to say the only other game that comes to mind as being overrated that hasn't been stated already is Halo (I know there is loads more). Sure it's good and everything, but I don't think it's anything to get too hyped up about. I would hope to see a lot of improvements in Halo 2 which I hear there is. It was just too easy and I think the plot was way too basic. Main character hardly even speaks and was just a bit weird at times. Like a name for a level was something along the lines of 'I thought you were my daddy' which completely through me. The best feature is two player co-operative I really enjoy that, but I just don't think it's as good as sales show it off to be (Perfect Dark and Timesplitters 2 I think are excellent two-player fps). *Waits for criticism*... This goes to the GTA series as well, because they are quite good games but with too much build-up behind them. Other games mentioned: Enter the Matrix - Way overrated, just because it has the word Matrix in the title. SSB:M - I don't reckon its overrated, its proven to me a much better/improved game to the original! Final Fantasy series - is starting to get overrated but maybe it deserves the credit Tekken series - I'm not a big fan of these types of fighting games but I don't reckon this is overrated. I think Soul Calibur 2 is pretty overrated.. For what? A secret character on each different console, wow! I've heard of people trying to get it on all three consoles, if you get it free then fine, but is it really that worth it?? Silent Hill 2 - I don't think its as good as the Resident Evil series and I found it a lot easier (5 hours, didn't die once :D), but I don't think it was rated that high anyhoo. Still a good game. Majora's Mask - I feel that was a tad overrated after the success of the first Zelda on the N64 The other games I'm not sure on. ...I hope Mario Kart: Double Dash isn't overrated/overscored!...[/color]

[COLOR=limegreen]As of late there has been a lot of big news that may of not shocked anyone but should keep all you Xbox gamers ecstatic and gives the rest of you gamers a reason put an Xbox on your console wish-list this Christmas! :whoops: People put the Xbox down stupidly because it doesn't have the 'best' game or series in some peoples eyes that being Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto. There has been rumours here and there but now it's official (kind of old news now)! A GTA double pack which will include GTA3 and GTA: Vice City for the price of £40 ($60)!! Although a small minority of the OB members look on the Microsoft forum this double pack will be released on the 4th of November in the US, just a bit after the PS2 release of it on the 22nd of October [UK dates not confirmed]. The Xbox release has a few enhancements including: [center]-a higher polygon model -enhanced audio -spectral lighting -and reflection mapping The game will look better on the Xbox with these enhancements[/center] The next GTA will be exclusive to PS2 again as Rockstar Chief Jeff Lapin confirmed they had amended their contract with Sony, but even so there is rumours of a release on the Xbox as early as January 2005. {I Hate Rumours :flaming:} [/COLOR] [COLOR=crimson]Besides all that there are plenty of other reasons why to get an Xbox with some of the new games coming. [color=crimson]This is definetely a tough a decision as I tend to vary in which character I choose to make things more fun, but in a tense battle against maybe a cocky friend I would use Donkey Kong purely because his attacks are powerful and I think he has skill. I'm not extremely bothered about speed I don't think its a major factor of how u play the game sometimes it can come to your advantage, and others maybe not. A great rush for a poke ball; speed is useful but sometimes its hard to control too much of an acceleration which could lead you accidently falling off the edge or treading on a proximity mine for example. I think there is certainly luck involved in SSBM, so even if your a master of the game their are some hazards which are just plain unavoidable. *Back to the point* On SSB N64 my favourite character was Pikachu followed closely by Kirby who are still excellent characters on Melee! New characters that fascinated me are Roy; I just think he has the edge on Marth and looks better. ;) Also Ganandorf is good more patient version of Captain Falcon. God its been along time since I've played this game... Donkey Kong's smashes and throws are awesome in my opinion, but still I would be happy to challenge any of you if this game would ever go online (well next in series) with Roy, Pikachu, Kirby, Ganadorf, Samus or anyone! /[i]Grant[/i]/ :demon:[/color]

Do you think this is a neccessary precaution? If every chat room was heavily moderated then this could stop such things ever happening, but MSN obviously don't want to take that risk and other chat sites are likely to follow. :( When I used to go on chat rooms it would just be for fun, I would never meet the people I talk to I think that's plain stupid, but thats a matter of opinion. If you could make perfectly sure the person your talking to is not a pervert it would be okay, but as you can't kids should meet up with the people.
