Lately my mom and dad have been at eachothers throats..has anybody gone through this...if so what did you do..to help it...I just had to go downstair for 30 mins, and crank my system as loud as I can just so I wouldn't be able to hear them...Is there anythign I can do...

Well I like listening to music..it helps me just lose myself...and forget about my worries..I also like throwing a ball at a wall..helps release anger....

I hate that feeling!! I get grounded alot for no reason, and the problem is I have no siblings so all my rents anger goes out on me! And then your g/f is expecting you on, and you can't get on, and she gets mad, and life goes :SWOOSH:
