It's just one of those weird things... Maybe the entire world learned how to follow them? ;) It probably has something to do with the fact that DBZ was originally gonna end with the Frieza saga.

My current favourite anime intro song would have to be Invoke, by T.M. Revolution. Surprisingly enough, it's the Gundam SEED intro.

XeEmO, the anime version is well worth watching if you enjoyed the Manga. I've skimmed through part of the manga, and it resembeled the series for the most part. Move - Around the World, Move - Break in2 the nite, and Move - Blazin' Beat are the two theme songs for first stage and one for second stage

Yup. Crystal Chronicles was announced earlier as a GCN title. :) I'm looking forward to it, although it won't be as much of a final fantasy as some of us would expect. Does anybody here (besides myself) follow new series being digisubbed? If so, what series? For those of you who are worried about legal issues, downloading the episodes isnt' really illegal (at least for me) since the titles have yet to be licensed in the states/outside of japan/asia. Not that i'd post links or anything. I'm currently awaiting more episodes of these series: Dragon Drive Kiddy Grade Naruto Samurai Deeper Kyo I've been meaning to get back into Hikaru No Go, and I just recently finished Tokyo Underground. :wigout:

I loved rare for their FPS and Adventure games on the 64, however, Metroid Prime shows that Rare isn't the only company capable of making a great FPS on a nintento console. It's kind of sad that M$ had to go and buy rare because their games were so poor, but that's just the way the world works. Billy had some money to waste, so he bought rare. DK will still be on Nintendo as far as I know. He's one of their mascots and all, the only thing would be that any DK game made, would not be done by rare.

The game is fairly fun. I never got into it much because I had something else on PS2 at the time, and it was far more addictive (It might have been Grandia II, or the original)

The fact that M$ makes you pay money to use the DVD function makes me upset about X-Box. It's part of the reason I will never buy one.

I know you're dumb. :P Please. Enlighten me. What's the latest seed ep called, and which fansub group has released it? Seed is an interesting series, but it's hardly worthy of watching anything past the catch intro song. The whole Gundam idea is so played out. X was by far the most enjoyable series.

So many mako's around XD Initial D, Yu-Gi-Oh, deadman... My head's all spinny now.

I havn't witnessed anything like that. Sure must be a nice feeling. :)

I can't stand 'em. Looking at them made me hate Funi quite a bit. It's one thing for people to enjoy anime, but it's a completely different thing when you have masses upon masses of idiots who literally live for the horribly dubbed series. Now, if they were to get dubs of an acceptable quality, I wouldn't complain at all. I'll just hafta wait and see. Oh, and I only bash the bad dubbed series (majority of dubbed anime on tv). Despite not being that spectacular of a series, Gundam Wing had an acceptable quality dub. :p

The question is, is that "growth" good or bad? Yes, it will give more people a chance to watch anime (or give some a chance to watch more anime) but it will simply spurt off into more and more idiot fanboys/fangirls. That huge cult behind DBZ, you can't tell me you actually like that, can you? Same thing goes for Pocket Monsters, and Yu-Gi-Oh to a slightly lesser extent. I wouldn't mind anime on tv, but the fact that most dubs end up being terrible beyond belief turns me off. I'll stick with my fansubs thank you.
