Gaming ADvance Wars 2:Black Hole Rising
Ultima Legacy replied to Senor Ding Dong's topic in Noosphere
Man, it's been a while since I last posted but I have seen screenshots of Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising, at Nintendo's website (English not Japanese) and in Nintendo Power. Also, Sturm has moved from, as I like to call it, Snifit to Booster (Super Mario RPG). They uped the anti on the Graphics, which are more clear than the old one, the map actually is a lot different from the old Advance Wars, and the CO Portraits look different, for an example, Olaf now looks a lot like Santa Claus, or maybe his brother, and Max looks like he's worked out a little too much, his biceps are twice the size of his head. This game looks like it is going to be on the top GBA game sellers. -
Arriving at the Train Station... Ivan: (Sighs, out of breath.) Whew... man this took longer than I thought.... if only I could fly... Strife: So it seems......... Tritoch. Ivan: So, ya figured it out. Good job. Strife: Heh. Watin' for someone. Ivan: Ifrit, Who would you be wating for? Strife: So you figured me out too. Announcer : Train 1 is arriving from the main sector. Strife: I'm wating for Dohatri... I mean Alexander. Ivan: Ah Alexander. I remember him from looooooooong ago. But, this world still feel like it hasn't changed since the aftermath of the war of the magi... Announcer : Train 1 is leaving the station in a couple of minutes... Ivan: (Thinking) Hmmm.... where could Dohatri be?

Hmmm... Well, I usually go to Baskin Robbins where I live but, it closed down two weeks ago. Sometimes I get it from the store, and rarely from the ice cream man. But I am going to camp in Maine for the summer so I probably won't have much. ;_;

Something clicked, As Ivan headed out into the streets of the industrial district, he felt a presence... "...! An ancient force? Let's see...1...2...3..no..two, yes two. I can feel them heading to the same location, but where?" He starts running into the streets, trying to find where the two where headed to, "There!" He thinks, and heads over to the train depot.

Somewhere in the core... "Ugh... so this is what it's like to be mortal. Waking up to a world filled with poverty, death, and destruction. It's like the War of the Magi aftermath." Ivan says in his mind. "Hello!" a little girl says, "Woken up have ya," "Yes it seems I have." Ivan responds, "Well here you go!" The little girl hands him a gold colored rock. "Well than-, wh... where'd she go? Oh well I should keep this. Let's see who else is here. I'm sensing some other Ancients forming nearby." He grabs a sword and heads out.

Ultima Legacy replied to Sandy's topic in Theater
Tsk tsk tsk... Forgetting an important Esper from FF VI are we? Remember this one? Tritoch, the bird of the flame, ice, and bolt. Power: Light (I couldn't choose which of the three) Attack: Tri-Elemental Blast Incarnation: Ivan Nallast Presumed Age: 17 Gender: Male Trade: Mystic Knight Weapon: Broadsword Height: 5'7" Appearance: A young teenager with spikey dark-brown hair. Carries his sword on the right side because he is left hand dominant. Wears a necklace that he found. He has dark blue eyes. He carries a gold colored stone in a bag that a little girl gave him. -
You forgot about another new game for GBA! Mother 1 & 2 in Japan. I read it in Nintendo Power. It said it hasn't had a release date in America...YET! ^_^ Yay! I cannot wait till it comes out!

Official tournaments do have the 60 card limit but, another rule that I hate is the rule that you can only use cards from the three newest expansion of cards. Reason: I only have cards that are really old...*Grumbles*

Category One: Your Online Character Name: Naero Sincaio Sex: Male Character Base/Type: Warrior Weapon: Ice Blade Appearance: A black haired, blue-eyed Warrior. He wears a dark blue cloak so he isn't noticed by most people. Though has not done much in "The World", he has a peculiar scar across his back. Category Two: Your Real Life Character Name: Nozumo Lelota Age: 13 Occupation: Student, 7th Grade Location: Osaka, Japan Biography: A student who moved from his home in sunny California to the streets of Osaka, Japan. He has been in "The World" a few times before. He is in Seventh Grade at the Tokugawa Institute. He doesn't really know anyone in the Japan area or "The World." His parents are Japanese though he is more accustomed with the American ways. He has a scar on his back, it appeared when he was in "The World" and he doesn't know how it came there. He is mostly seen near towns in "The World." Personality: He is usually not good at first meeting people. He is very shy, but very strong. Plays video games for fun and to escape his dull days. He had a social life with his old friends at California, but when he went to Osaka, he couldn't because none of them would go on "The World."

Crimson Hellkite has the ability to attack creatures head on without getting hurt, you pay X amount of Mountain mana to do X amount of damage where X is the Number of Mountains you tapped to use the ability. Another question answered. Any more?
-
About your question Lalaith, there are many different stratagies out there. I myself, like the head on attack using such cards as Crimson Hellkite or Sorceries like Fireball and Volcanic Hammer. Slivers are actually a really good strategy. They each help each other with their special abilites. The person playing has their own strategy, there is no West Coast or East Coast strategy. Any other questions about MTG? P.S. Thank U James!
-
Well... what do you mean by a cycle? If I knew, then I could answer the question.
-
Okay, so I haven't posted in a while. I was on the East Coast of the U.S. for a week. But while I was there, something cool happened when I was at a Gamestop in PA. I played Soul Calibur II for the Nintendo Gamecube. What was really cool was you could play as characters from many different games like Yoshimitsu (Various Games), Voldo (Soul Edge), and even Link (Zelda Series, duh)!
-
Link: Uhh... could ya let go of my hand? Please?
-
YAY! I wanted to see a MTG on the boards. Myself, I'm a red & green deck kind of person. I like using Crimson Hellkite to bash the crap outta my opponent. Also, Molten Hydras are nice. And then I use my Thorn Elemental to just annoy my opponent some more. ^_^

I would actually agree that Kefka is the best villan in Final Fantasy. Sure, Sephiroth wanted to kill everyone. Big whoop. Wouldn't every villan want to? The thing is, as Semjaza Azazel said, Kefka actually, killed espers for power, destroyed some of the world, and killed countless people just for kicks! If he was at a psychiatrist(sp?) he'd probably talk about killing people, gaining massive power, and getting revenge. In my opinion, he's a psychopath that hates everything and wants to destroy, destroy, destroy.

Relinon: What? More soldiers? Killing spree!!! Time I test my new technique. Lets try it. The Space Cutter. If I don't do this right, I could rip a vortex in the space/time continum. Here I go. As Relinon focuses all his energy into his blade he heads for the five soldiers heading for Samer and Willow. Relinon: DIE LOTOEWIAN SCUM! The blade glows a red ruby color. Relinon slashes through three of the soldiers. The force of the shockwave blows some trees over. Relinon: I don't know who you people are but you seem like Exocystian to me so RUN! GO N- Before he finishes his sentence he gets punched in the back hard, sending him reeling.
-
Relinon: Well I've arrived on Zeru. This town seems empty. Lotoew soldiers. Well, radar reports that there are a few Zeruian people still around. I'll... ?????: Die at my hands! Relinon: (Mumbling) Oh great... A Lotoewian soldier. (Yelling) Ready to duel to the death? Well, YOU LOSE! RUBY FLARE! A beam of energy shoots out of Relinon's Katana, piercing a hole through the enemy soldier. Relinon: Too easy. Although that usually misses... Who's there? Show yourself!

It is out in the U.S. and I have it! ::Everyone Cheers:: Yes I admit this could be a little better. It takes forever to summon a Lvl. 3 or higher monster, but still it makes up with its good graphics and good sound. How is it not out where you are?
-
On a computer, Relinon is doing some research. "Oh great another attack." Relinon says, "Okay, lets see, attacks...hmmmm...aha! There have been attacks on many small towns." *Typing* *Click* "Okay, where... !!! Oh no! they've attacked Zeru Already?!?!? That's it. They've gone too far. It's time to retaliate." He says angrily, "Should I get the troops ready?" A soldier says, "No this time, I'm going solo.
