Cuz that's what this place reminds me of. I can't even make a short, 4 word post with humerous connotations because I have to put "more thought" into my posts. **** that. Seriously, you Administrators need to lighten up. When you admonish people for posting simple, witty (or not so witty) comments, you're one step closer to being just tyranical (which I think you are). Now, as the subject declares, this will be my last post, and I'll grace you all with the lack of my presence. Also, I am aware that this is your board to do with as you like, and yay; I simply disagree, and feel that I have been unfairly scolded on several occasions. Maybe it's just that the forums that I used to populate were much more liberal that otakuboards.com, but I just hope some Moderators give a little bit more thought into what deserves a warning/ban. I know many of you are great people, and have a great time on these boards, so if you don't wish too, don't look to deeply into my complaints. Back to the Smashing Pumpkins forums. (BTW, let it be known that I'm in full favor of censoring innapropriate language; don't think that I wish to be nothing but obscene and obnoxious)

Volume 3! And, well, I COULD buy the game, but it's more an issue of PLAYING. How are the games, anyways?

d00d... seriously. If a chick knows what it is to 'frag' someone, I'm in love. Instantly. No questions asked.

Seriously. I come on at... 3:30 in the morning expecting some people to be here and start up an interesting conversation; ya know, meetin' new and interesting people? But what do I get? Nada. Zilch. Keine. Nothin'. And why is that? Pleh. Look at me. Now I'm gonna get in a bad habbit of posting l4m3 a-- posts like this, and will most likely be kicked off the forum before the end of the week. Cuz... ya know... Don't see many posts like this on here... Or maybe I'm just lookin' in the wrong place. Toodle-oo.

Anime GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) Has anyone seen this?
BandWidth replied to Domon's topic in Otaku Central
I actually just had a money spending episode not too long ago where I bought, I think, 6 GTO DVDs in a week. And the I proceeded to download all but the last two episodes from IRC. Anywho, GTO f0ckin r0x0rz, d00d. I can't get enough of it. It's hilarious, but unfortunately, not in a funny way that any of my friends understand, so I'm stuck here in my room, eatin' a cup of instant ramen, laughin' my *** off. -
.hack//SIGN r0x0rz. I bought 15 episodes this summer off of Ebay, and it was pretty sweet. I've just never taken the time to get the rest of the series, but the other day I saw the .hack//SIGN PS2 import game at the Mitsuwa marketplace near my house, and I kinda went berserk. First of all, because I really really like .hack//SIGN. Second of all cuz I really really like video games. Third of all cuz it's in Japanese. Combine those with the fact that I don't have a PS2, much less a MODDED PS2, and I was about to pop. And the fact that Mitsuwa had the new Zelda, which I can't play on my GC cuz of a lack of a MOD... Grrr.

Hmmm... I accidentily stole my friend's copy of Plastic Little, and there it sits on my 'anime shelf,' along side Battle Angel. Probably two of the most 'B' rated anime's of all time. Honestly, Plastic Little is the Heavy Metal of Japanese animations. Well... if you're just comparing the use of sex appeal to draw in horny, teenage nerds who can't get laid. But whatever. When I was 12, it was cool. Now it's just lame.

You know, I actually think Trigun is pretty rare, as most anime's go. At least, compared to DBZ, Gundam, Sailor Moon, and even Outlaw Star, lately.

Hmmm... Manga... Are you doing a web comic, or how is it going to be published? Just wondering, cuz I love webcomics, and would love to see anything that you may or may not produce. In terms of creativity... Hmm. I'd have to say that you really need to sit down and write/brainstorm before you start to draw. Sure, sitting down and drawing is a good way to come up with visuals for characters and such, but the visuals are only half the battle (maybe even less than half). You need to figure these things out first: a.) Story line (even a very vague, skeletal structure to your story) b.) Character personalities c.) Locations (which are the hardest parts for me) d.) Scope (Basically how long you want to drag this thing out for) I have a very strong opinion that if the story/writing is horrid, the best art in the world would seem like ****. I mean, take a look at MegaTokyo.com. I've loved them for just about forever, but ever since Largo stopped writing the script, Piro's been dragging *** with lame scripts and scenes that are drawn out for-****in-ever, and it gets bogged down with late/off-schedule posts. Well, the tardiness may not be due to the lack of writing, but you get the picture.

Two Words: Fox Kids. It has come to my attention that you have been breaking several rules since you have recently joined the boards. Post quality is very important to this forum, and you need to put some thought into your posts. Short and useless posts such as this are not tolerable. -Shy
