Go into the kitchen cabinet and get the cookie jar, duh. Really, go to tools, select internet options, and then click the tab 'privacy'. Then click edit, then highlight Otakuboards.com, and click block. That should do it. But that means every time u go on you will have to sign on, and make sure your brother doesn't set cookies or you wil lhave to do it all over again. Oh..and another tip.......if your on a highway with alot of tractor trailers..get in the middle lane with one on either side...unless you pass them..ro they pass you..any radar will pick them up..giving you time to slow down nnoticably. But onther than that..i cant' help, as i have no experience...

NEVER DRIVE A RED CAR. My dad has a white truck he paints out of..went 6 months on 60 day tags....cops would wave..went through car checks..everythign...ntohing got him. Nate enlarged a pokeball, and droped it outside of the ring. Houndour come out. Nate: Houndour, do your best. This should be easy. Houndour barked, and Gina dropped her pokeball into the ring. Out came a Spinarak. Nate: Ok, go Houndour! Houndour steped nonchalontly into the ring, and barked loudly. Spinarak hissed back. Nate: Ember! Gina: String Shot! Houndour growled, and fire shot out of his mouth. Spinarak turned arond, and a stirng of silk shot out of his abdomin(sp??). The silk, unfortunatly, melted in the heat of the ember, and the fire struck Spinarak head on. He wobbled a little, then shook his head and stood up straight. Nate: Now, bite! Gina: Dodge it! Double team! Houndour barked, and ran off towards Spinarak. Spinarak started moving sidewys, slowly at first, until it looekd like there were several of him around the ring. Houndour wined, confused. Then, all of them disapeered and the real spinarak apeared behind him. Houndour was still looking around when something bit him on his back. He yelped, and turned around, seeing Spinarak hanging furiously to the fur on his back, biting as hard as he could. Houndour barked, and started snapping at Spinarak as good as he could. He finnaly got to him, and pulled him off of his back, then slamed the poor bug into the ground. Spinarak tryed to get up, but had an ember thrown at him. He stayed down. Nate: Return Houndour. Gina: *sigh* return. They both disapeered in a flash of red light. OOC: I hope i got it's attacks right....heh

Oh....i forgot to put the dates in...sorry...you see. Goku dies in September by Piccolo's beam, killing both him and raditz. He goes to the afterlife, and it takes him like.....a few months to go over snakeway. He falls off, must return. Another few months going accross snake way. He gets to king kia's planet, and has to hit Gregory on the head with a mallet. Does it in a week. Has to catch bubbles. Takes a month. The rest of the time is used training, learnnig the spirit bomb, and such. He is wished back November of the next year, hince over a year has passed.

Clear: How easy to read it is. 0 points up to 15 points. Picture: The picture is understandable, or at least has something to do with the banner, i.e. no gundams on an inyu yasha banner. 0 points to 15. Design: How nice the banner looks, or if it's real choppy. 0 to 20 points. The text-to-image matching: How well the text suits the image. 0 to 15. Subject: The subject of the banner is clear, and is easy to understand. 0 to 15. Looks: The colors of the banner match good, and the banner just has a nice appeal. 0 to 5. A perfect is 100 points, and the worst is 0. IF multiple people get 100s or tie for second place, or such and such, I will get another person to judge all of those who tie independently. Prizes: Heh...I?ll have to get back to you..i have an idea but James will have to approve and change some stuff on your profile to do it........and i don?t' want to get you all's hopes up then find out it can't happen...:confuse2:
