Synopsis: Abara is set in a dystopian world. The story revolves around creatures known as Gaunas, those who can shape bone like armor and weaponry around themselves by transforming. The transformation begins around the spine and then shapes layered armor. The story focuses on one such Gauna known as Kudou Denji, though he uses Itou Denji as a fake name earlier.
I love the artwork in Abara, so beautiful yet shocking and grotesque. The fight scenes remind me of Bleach, since the Gaunas and the Hollows look so much alike. It's too bad it's only 2 volumes long, this could've been something great. Link Removed You've been around long enough to know posting download links is a no-no, sug. This is a reminder. :3 —Kei

I LOVE Power Metal. I'm a big fan of acts such as Rhapsody of Fire and Blind Guardian. I love the epic feeling in each song, and the guitar solos are awesome as well. My top bands are all Japanese however: Galneryus - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nl4E_6v-TCs Versailles - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hj8v2OCGGWc
...No one seems to want to answer this one, so I reluctantly will. I would take Donald Trump because I would under no circumstance have sex wit my mom. would you rather read NewType USA or... Shonen jump magazine?
Shonen Jump, I need another door stop anyways Would you rather meet Aristotle or the Dali Lama?
You're not a Mikael Akerfeldt fan? He's got an excellent growl (death and black) full of conviction and absolutely brutal - plus the man can sing beautifully.
I haven't heard much Opeth/early Bloodbath :P. So i can't say anything about Akerfeldt.
Post-Metal: Isis, Russian Circles
... I hope you know that Post-Metal is non-existant and all bands that are considered "Post-Metal" is actually modern grunge. Mainstream rap is dead imo, there are some good underground rappers, but I still favor rap before the 00's (Mac Dre/Tupac).

Impaled Northern Moonforest's self titled album It's grim, it's necro, it has Satan, upside-down crosses, and the Flames of Hell, whats not to like about it?

Tales of the Abyss (PS2) Tales of Symphonia (GCN) Bully (PS2) Final Fantasy X (PS2) Zelda: Twilight Princess (GCN) Guitar Hero II (PS2) Not a big Xbox fan, sorry :P I can only suggest Morrowind, but thats better off as a PC game. OR, you can scrap the whole console game buying stuff and just buy a DS + a game. Much better investment imo.

I would call sick till the infestation is over. Seriously, Brown Recluse bites aren't something to take lightly of. I did a research report on it and my science teacher's boyfriend had been bitten by one. He came to class and showed the "scar" (more like a pit) of the bite. It's worse than the Pain series =\.

Whoa, what a surprise o_o. I was going through my Final Fantasy collection, I've beaten FF(GBA version mind you) as all White Mages, and since i can't find my FF7 disk, I had to resort playing FF8. I've taken up the No-Level challenge and so far, it's easy peasy. I basically abuse everything thats available to me. I play Triple Triad as much as possible to get good junction/items/blue magic and used Seifer to level up my GF since
he's not technically a real member of the party so you can level him up as you want
. I've spent 9 hours, I'm just learning skills for Diablos and Siren so I can continue building my magic collection.
Oh ok. Just a question why did that thread get closed? Most of the time you give a reason about why you closed tht thread? Am I right?
The question has already been answered and discussion is no longer further necessary. If you wanted to know why the thread is closed, you can always ask a mod.

I know a child molester when i see it =\. I don't need to be supervised for someone else's doing. Anyways, MySpace is a great way to contact your friends, through bullitens/messages and stuff. The fact that everyone basically has one makes this so much easier. However, I hate people who still believe in Chain Mails and spam them on the bulliten =\.
Has anyone heard these guys before? They are from Japan and are starting to branch out with a scheduled US tour. Their myspace page at www.myspace.com/officialdirengrey had some tracks if you wanted to have a listen. My coworker at UMGD and me personally really like their instrumentals but that's just us. Anyways feel free to let me know what you think and if you like em enough their new cd is on sale at fye for about 10 bucks (http://shop.fye.com/product.aspx?sku=203530015&loc=50244[/url']).
Aye, Deg is a great band, however I'm not fond of thier latest work. It's too screamo; I think this is Deg's way of trying to be mainstream in the U.S. If you like Deg, there's plenty of bands just like them in the first post i made.

My main gripe with Family Guy is that the writers are too lazy to write new material. All they do is add an internet phenomenom/meme and expect lols.

The only brutal metal vocalists that I respect are Lord Worm of Cryptopsy (the 30 second scream on the song Open Face Surgery is really awesome), Julien Truchan of Benighted (Can perform both Death and Black Metal growls), and Nergal of Behemoth (again, polyphonic). Everyone else sounds the same, which is the main problem about Death Metal, everything sounds the same, parts are sped up to make it sound different I prefer melodic and deep singing such as Juka of Moi Dix Mois and recently HAZAKI grace project and Yama-B of Galneryus.
