This guy is the male version of Jewel, lol. Has anyone else totally fallen in love with his voice? I know I have. It's so unique, and has it's own distinct sound. I first heard him, while I was in the car, and it was The Remedy. I knew I wouldn't be disappointed when I later heard You and I Both. His lyrics are great, and very different from other artists of his genre. What are your thoughts on this artist? I'm going to leave you with You and I Both lyrics, for this song is his best. Was it you who spoke the words that things would happen but not to me Oh things are gonna happen naturally And taking your advice I'm looking on the bright side And balancing the whole thing But often times those words get tangled up in lines And the bright lights turn to night Until the dawn it brings A little bird who'll sing about the magic that was you and me Cause you and I both loved What you and I spoke of What you and I spoke of Others only dream of the love that I love See I'm all about them words Over numbers, unencumbered numbered words Hundreds of pages, pages, pages forwards More words then I had ever heard and I feel so alive Now you and I, you and I Not so little you and I anymore And with this silence brings a moral story More importantly evolving is the glory of a boy You and I both loved what you and I spoke of And others just read of and if you could see now Well I'm already finally out of And it's okay if you have go away Just remember the telephone works both ways And if I never ever hear it ring If nothing else I'll think the bells inside Have finally found you someone else and that's okay cause I'll remember everything you sang you and I both loved what you and I spoke of and others just read of and if you could see now well I'm already finally out of words.
2. I can't stand anything by Garth Brooks or Kenney Chesney, or any of those 'butch' country guys. I really can't stand 'Right Thurr', either. But the guy who sings it is very hot.
3. Don't laugh. When I was in fourth grade, we were outside on the basketball court in gym, and we were excercising. Our gym teacher, Mrs. Erwin, the hag, told us to go out into the field. So, I turn around and start running and BANG! I run into a pole. It hurt like hell, and blood went every where. They called me blood head for a while, and now I have a big scar from where I hit the pole. -.-;
4. Two things that I forgot to mention is a.) that I'm not going to choose anyone yet until there are some more people signing up. b.) if you choose witch, you don't have to list the spells. Good, Vicky, just do the one thing I told you to over AIM. ^_~ ---- Name: Artemis Dominion Age: 19 Race: Witch (Power: Astral Projection) Magic/Spells/Weapon: Witchcraft Picture: Biography: At a very young age, Artemis was always very good with his powers. Always able to contain them, he was able to learn small spells easily. His parents were very proud - until one night, Artemis was possessed by an angry spirit, and the spirit tapped into his vast powers. At age eight, Artemis killed his own parents. When Artemis was able to gain a little control over himself, he realized what he had done, and forced the spirit out. The spirit left a permanent mark, though. His eyes are forever tented red. Artemis left the Lerion Kingdom, and during the next four years, searched for redemption, and ended up at the Temple of Rea, in the Mystic Forest. There, he meditated, drawing power from the Ancient Witchcraft that resides there. In his meditation, he was visited by his mother's and father's spirits, and they told him that what had happened was not his fault. Artemis pleaded that there had to be something that he could've done, but his parents still argued that it was their time to go, and nothing could've changed that. Artemis left the Temple, and headed north, to the Rivera Kingdom. On his way, he met a witch like himself, named Terrance. Him and Terrance fell in love instantly, the two boys still young. For the next five years, Artemis lived in the Laguna Village with Terrance and his family. One late night, the entire village was awoken by a disturbance - a large fire. Supposedly, it had been caused by a Red Mage gone bad - Artemis left the house to go and fight with his advanced powers. Artemis and the mage fought for a long time, and then, the mage just disappeared. Something didn't seem right though, so using his power of astral projection, Artemis appeared in Terrance's room - only to see the mage light his bed on fire, killing Terrance. Artemis returned to his body and ran to the hut, using all of his power to kill the mage. He left that night, leaving Laguna, and continued traveling to Rivera, where he resides now. Where From: Lerion (originally), Rivera (now)
5. Paranoia The Key once walked among the seven races of man on this Earth. Imbodied in one being of one race, it was created by the Innocence, to fight the Nexus. The spell that was cast foretold that the being which would be born as the key would not know anything of his/her destiny, unless guided by a Priest or Priestess of the Innocence. Four years after the Key's destiny was cast, a young Elvin child named Marionne was found to be the Key. Still a child, she was adopted by a Priestess named Satine, the highest Sorceress in the land. Satine watched as Marionne grew into a woman, perfecting her powers with every year that went by. She was ready to fight the Nexus. Going into the Diƫss, the place of the Nexus. Satine fulfilled her destiny - defeating the whole colony of the Nexus, although with a dire price: The Key had to leave its physical body to have enough power to destroy the Nexus. Satine used the power she had to place a curse among the Earth - saying that if the Nexus was to return, the Key would once again be incarnated. ------- Now, in present day, Royal Sorcerer Lexington of the IX rank, has been informed that there have been rumors of the return of the Nexus in the western hills. Lexington thought this to be a childish rumor, until he went to the hills to check it out himself. There, he found many Nexus Demons torturing the small villages. Once he returned to Rivera, he ordered that the King and Queen hold a Royal Convention - attending would be the Kings, Queens, and Royal Sorcerers of the Lerion Kingdom, Victoria Kindgom, and the Memoria Kingdom. All would be told to look for the Key, in any and every form it could take. -------- What's Going to Happen: The Key has been reincarnated - into one of the four characters that are going to participate in this RPG. No one will know exactly who the Key is until close to the end of the RPG. The four characters will each be from one of the four Kingdoms- you can choose your own. -------- Sign Ups: Name: Be creative. Don't go for 'Bob' or 'George'. The best advice I can give you is to think about something that would fit in a Final Fantasy game. Age: Between 16 and 23. Race: You can choose from one of these races: Sorcerer/ress- a race of magic users that are very advanced, and have to use wands to channel their powers. They use two worded spells, which are usually in Latin. (English to Latin Translator) Witch- a race of magic users that usually have a distinct power, ranging from particle manipulation to astral projection. (Powers More Powers) Red Mage- a race of mage that can summon any element at will. White Mage- a race of mage that can heal, and specialize in defensive magic. Black Mage- a race of mage that uses dark powers. (ex. Gravitara, Bio) Elf- a race of beings like no other, who use Elvin Magic. (Elvin Names Generator {also can be used to generate Elvin spells}) No Humans! Magic/Spells/Weapon: If you're a mage of any sort, if you're accepted, I will PM you all your magic. Picture: Must have a picture. If you don't/can't find one, PM me and I will help. Biography: At least three paragraphs. Where From: One of the four kingdoms mentioned earlier, or a village that is named by you. ----- To get in, you must send me a link to an RPG that you have recently been in, in PM, of course. I will decide on three others who can get in. I will post my sign up later, once someone replies.

7. I've always been a Disney freak - I could recite all the lines from Hercules. :) Hercules has always been one of my faves, especially the songs. Probably because I've always been interested in the Greek/Roman Gods and I like pointing out the false facts given in the movie. The next has to be Lilo and Stitch. I mean, how cute can you get? I love Stitch, and Lilo especially. She's quite a smart *** for a little girl. The only thing that bugs me (and my sister..) is how thick they make the girl's/women's legs. And of course, who could forget Finding Nemo? It's such a fantastic film, and portrays a positive relationship between father and son which many kids (including myself) have never had. I almost cried when the father (forget his name...) was saying goodbye to Dori.
I've never cried for a cartoon.
Anyone think it would be cool to have Disney make a movie of the first Kingdom Heart's game?
8.
Originally posted by Alastor I hate school too. I don't see why we need it. It's just a waste of 12 years of your short life.
How can someone teach you if they don't know how to read and write, huh?

10. The text is very hard to read, and doesn't really fit with the picture. The picture would be better if you edited it, and blended it into the background.
11. My first nickname, Tamer_Zach, was when I was in my Digimon stage, and was fanatic about Digimon. Next came Logan, when I was in love with X2. I had to have a name from that movie. And now, Leh. Ajeh and Zeh gave me this nickname... I've used it ever since.
12. Well, these aren't banners. These are character 'logos', if you will, for a story I'm writing. Yes, they may be a bit boring, but they get across what I want them to. This is called "Playing mod" and most people find it incredibly annoying when others do this. You aren't a staff member, and do not have the authority or responsibility to worry about the post quality of others. Being so keen on the rules, I suggest you actually read them. Try to be more careful about the way you criticize other members in the future, because hypocrisy is not tolerated here. -Shy
14. Well, I couldn't find another thread like this that was recent. If I had missed one, I'm sorry. So, yes, this is a thread about your choice of the top five movies of the previous year, 2003. Don't worry about what others think- it's your choice. Choose from movies you like. Make sure you tell why. 5.) Bruce Almighty- A hilarious, good time movie, but not one of Jim Carey's best. The humorous parts were, well, funny, at times. Some of the parts could of done a lot better, such as the time where Jim found out he did make co-anchor, and just froze there. I think that they made that last too long. In my opinion, they could of made him go a little more ballistic than he did. 4.) Haunted Mansion- My favorite Eddie Murphy film, this was very well done. At first, I saw it as a corny, kid's flick, but when I saw it with my friends, we all jumped a lot!
Especially when he bent down, then stood back up, and looked into the mirror and saw himself... as a, well, a rotting carcass.
All the actors did very well - especially the two ghosts and the gypsy. The plot was new, although it had an olden twist to it. 3.) Jeepers Creepers 2- The best horror movie sequel ever. Although it didn't have much scene changes, it went in-depth with a lot of the characters, and spent time on emotions with each and every one. Not to mention, there were really cute guys. ;) Anyway, the whole basis of the movie is a lot better than the first film. In the first, it had what, four main characters? Including the monster-guy-thing. This sequel showed that a movie could be very, very good even with a lot of characters. 2.) X2: X-men United- A great Marvel comic brought to life in this continuation. This is much, much better than the first. The first, to me, was boring as hell, although I still love it. ^_~ Might be my soft spot for comics, but I do. X2 brought new heroes, and new villians, in a very good setting. Pyro's performance was astounding, although I wished he was cuter. -.-; This story, again, was based on Wolverine's past, although they were able to add in some more storylines in there too, without making it seem like it was packed in there just to be in there. 1.) 2 Fast 2 Furious- Yes, yes, I know, a lot of you hate this movie. But I love it. It could use some better acting, but not much. In this movie, it tells the past of Brian O'Connor in a passive way, while at the same time, plans his future. His relationship with Roman Pearce shows how much he regrets his past life, and explains why he let Dominic go. I know some people who think this movie is just a thrown together one because Vin wouldn't do it, but I don't think so. If you listen to the audio commentary, it was already planned.
15. I know his cousin, 25 cent.
16. The only really weird thing about me, at my school, is that I'm gay. o.O Everyone knows, so basically, I'm the center for questions. You know, straight men and women are the more interested in gay sex than anyone else?
17. It might just be me, but I can't rate if there is no story.
18.
Originally posted by Shaun I've always liked Mustangs. I probably always will. But for where I live, what I have is practical, and I love it. The only thing I'd change is the color...but its good to, so:)
I've been to that house!!! Hmm.. this is a really tough call. I don't think I have an exact favorite, but the two cars I'd like when I get my license are either a Honda Civic or a Cavalier. Dorky, but cool.
19. I'd definitely drop Algebra. Yes, it will help me with other classes, such as Geometry or Algebra II, but the teacher doesn't teach all that well. I feel stupid because of that. I don't like feeling stupid. >.> And don't think that I'm the only one who thinks this - all of his present students, and past students think the same thing. If he would refrain from telling jokes and stories all period, I'd get the stuff he was talking about.

Instead, it would either cause extreme discomfort and pain. However, if the said person is mentally unstable, and commits these acts/wants to commit these acts, then determining if the person is 'evil' is impossible, as they are unable to think clearly about their action and their consequences.
You cannot say that, because, as said before, Hitler thought what he was doing was right. He thought it would be enjoyed by those who supported his actions - and it was. Those who supported him could say that he was the best man alive, in which he would be good, and we, those who saw him as bad, would be evil. See, it all leads back to perception.
22. I'm guessing you just found that little guy on the net, and then put it on an avatar, and then put text? If so, you didn't really make it. Alter it somehow - change colors, do some effects, add a border.
