1. (Well, I managed to snag a friend's PC and post a question on OB ;) ) I have a question--a SERIOUS question--for my Action Replay. Does anyone use one? Anyways, I can't figure out how to get the unobtainable Pokemon in Pokemon Ru/Sa. Crimson Spider posted it, (the thread has seemingly disappeared since I've been on OB last, and I feel disapointed since I had some questions) but I din't understand what he meant when he mentioned that only one "New Level Modifier Code" and only one "Type 6" code and the "New Wild Pokemon Modifier Code" should be ON in order for the unobtainable Pokemon codes to work. Well, it didn't. I have NO idea what a 'Type 6" code or "New Level/Wild Pokemon Modifier Code" is. I have all but those codes. And I tried getting Ru/Sa Pokemon, but everytime I started the game, the screen went blank, but the GBA was on. I have the Torchic code in the AR's databank and everything, it just won't do it! What's up here? Can someone clear this up for me as soon as possible? :worried:
2. Britney and Justin reincarnated. Either that or the photographer couldn't get enough of bestial porn.
3. I can't take naps. I dunno how ppl can sleep in the middle of the day. :cross: I have a red light on in my room when I go to bed. I don't like lights (but I like sunlight in the house) so I hardly have a lamp on. I love dim lights and mild silence. I usually go to bed at 10:30 pm and read for 20 or half hour and then crash for about 7 hours(now I'm reading the Death Gate books...very good series!) And yeah, I like having something on, and now that it's summer, I always gotta have a fan on in my room. When I get a strange urge to sleep in the living room, I do that and have the TV on, but turned down (I never actually watch it, so I usually turn it to the TV Guide channel :P). When it's not hot in my room, I have my stereo on classical music radio station, but turned up enough to where I can hear it, but low enough so my sister won't gripe about it. In school, I don't really fall asleep. I drift about halfway there, then eavesdrop on my surroundings. I hate when ppl think I'm sleeping and they start talking about it. As if they've never seen anyone facedown on the table before! Sheesh...:cross:
4. Well, I'm turning 18 this August...but it doesn't matter much to me anyways. It's just a double-digit number  I just won't be a minor anymore, and I can finally go to R-rated movies, games, anime, etc. w/o an "adult" (in which most are boring and no fun to watch/play and hardly mess w/it all) but oh well, I have my dumb ID card, so that shouldn't be a problem just in case. I hate driving...it's a pain in the a** and a waste of money...I prefer to do whatever 'n the hell I want, which is why my friends think I can be 'weird' sometimes. I can fly, take a bus, or walk (if I'm in town)...I mean, to get to the shops on a main road or something, you have to freakin' parallel park, etc. but the mall is another story. I could just WALK there and not spend about half an hour looking for a parking spot. I dunno. I'm also gonna miss my youth. For some God-forsaken reason, ppl expect you to "change" or "mature" at a given age. We're not robots programmed with a special chip or whatever and thus at a certain time we change. What, we're not emotional Transformers, are we? To me, growing up is being responsible and being able to channel your emotions in a good way, or more appropriately, responsibly, and also being able to do things for yourself. It depends on how you were raised, that makes a big difference. For example, my dad doesn't live with us, and my brother is in college, so I have to mow the lawn. Well, my mom used to. My younger sister said I was "being lazy and having mom do all the work when I should do it." Well, the problem was my mom never TAUGHT me to mow the lawn. Parents are supposed to teach their kids all kinds of things you do can on your own. The other day she finally quit doing it, taught me, and now I know how to check the filter, oil, and gas, as well as operate the blasted thing and actually mow. Now it's no problem, and it's easier on her back (she's got a back-disease). And also, some ppl call other ppl "momma's boy" or whatever just because they live with their, or parents. Well, maybe Dad's gone or Mom's gone and they need help around the house. Truth is, way back when, it was normal, and even a good thing, to have a family (or not) and live at your parents' house and all live together and help each other under the same roof. It'd be easier though, if the house was big. :p What I'm sayin' is, ppl shouldn't judge a person's "independance" or other bull by where he lives. He could be the most responsible guy in the world and live with his mom, just because he cares about her. I mean, really. I wouldn't wanna leave my mom on an island just to do "whatever I want" if she really needs someone to keep her company. But if she doesn't need anyone, then that's fine. As an adult, I just hope my "fun side" doesn't disappear. Why would I sacrifice having fun to well....not having fun? How can you expect to be friends w/a stiff?? Maturity is able to control oneself and take responsibility for things, and being that itself. There's physical, emotional and mental maturity. Keeping a car is responsibility, and so is a pet or some screaming little kid that lacks certan discipline. No matter what though, I'll always play games and watch "cartoons," as ppl dub animations as. It's so derrogatory, isn't it? "cartoons"....psh...
5. Da~amn that's confusing! I'll figure out eventually :cross: Thanks a lot! :rotflmao: Now I can get my Blastoise back! Yes! I already got the codes for R/S, I just needed those last codes. And I finally got Feebas yesterday (GOD, it's about time!!) Well Crim, your efforts were not in vain...I'll have to print the Poke codes off sometime (as soon as I get a stinkin' ink cartridge; I've been putting it off :cross: ) And by the way, what's this 'Southern Island' I've been hearing about lately?? Is it only in the Japanese versions? Or is it that stupid Mirage Island?? Blarg...I don't want to hunt all over Hoenn to get a worthless Latias.
6. I think the sketches look great, except that's all it looks like...a buncha scribbles...:P I have no idea what's going on though.
7. Can't you just order game enchancers off of Codebreakers.com??? I got mine at a dept. store (Freddie's, I think). Anywho, I need the code for getting the unobtainable Pokes, I don't have it, 'can't find. :cross: For some reason, the links you included in your post to gamefaqs.com give me errors. Either that or I'm seeing things. :twitch:
8. Caption #1: "Come see the high-flying adventures of Weggie Tales!" *cable snaps* Caption #2: E-business employees on coffee break. -_- -_- Don't ask, I dunno how I came up with these, but what I do know is that it involved deep meditation and an IQ of about 5. :twitch:
9. :bluesweat: Well, to be honest, I got my AR just a few days ago, and haven't used it yet. I also bought Dark Cloud 2 along with it, so that's been a major distraction from tinkering around with my Pokemon. :bluesweat: So...I haven't even touched it! Can't you just buy a GameShark 5.0? I saw one when I bought my AR. But it was for Playstation. Luckily, I snagged the last AR for GBA. When I clicked on the links in your post, I got an error. Before that, last week, I searched all over GameFaqs and found no 'catch any Pokemon' codes. Just the 'catch any from Ru/Sa Pokemon' codes instead. Of course, I got those, and the Max Level code, and the TMs/HMs in your PC codes. But that's all. Nothing else appealed to me. But still, why don't you just buy a new game enhancer? Mine was brand new and only costed me 20 bucks. I dunno hardly anything about those things...my AR is the first. You should just post the 'catch any Pokemon' code and I can just write it down. They cancel each other out? :cross: Then just turn off the code or whatver... okay, I'll shuddup, I'm geting ahead of myself here...:moron:
10. The Baywatch Coastal Guard finally realized he wasn't sexy enough for the beach, so his only option was pet Search and Rescue.
11. :( Well, I already knew that, of course, but what I really meant was: Where can I get codes for Action Replay/GameShark to get the 'other' Pokemon such as Squirtle, Chansey, and Hitmonchan?? Or is it just a blatant lie or somethin'? :cross: Or my crazy imagination?
12. Yeah, I already got those. They're ok, I guess. But I've been wondering: When can I get the Pokemon that aren't in the Ru/Sa games??? Which game enhancer will be needed to obtain them? GameShark? Action Replay? Game Genie? Or CodeBreakers?? I gotta clear this up!! :cross:
13. Aragorn: No--I don't want my face shaved! Legolas: You'll have to if you wanna look as pretty as me! Aragorn: But-but I always use a Mach3! Legolas: Shuddup! Do you see a Wal-Mart around here? Make the best with what you have!! Now hand over the sword!

Blarg. :cross: I understand what you're saying...I have a math-nut cousin (he's in college right now) that says math is cake...and I can't even remember how to do long division . At least I can do discounts! :D So yeah, I've always wanted to know about the Hidden Power move. To be honest, I've never tried it. How useful is it? Well, I know that its type changes with the Pokemon. But, for example, if the Hidden Power is a Grass-type for a Poke, then is the damage delt to the foe Special damage? Or is it still physical damage? (assuming Hidden Power is initially a Normal move. If the type changes with the Poke, then they should've just put ???, as they did with Curse) What do you need ppl to tell you if they want to know their Pokes' Hidden Power type? Well, I'll tell you my Blaziken is at Lv.76 :cross:
15. The whole breeding system totally blows. I don't really see the point in the programmers (or whatever they're called) allowing so many different Egg Moves for the Pokes to learn if you can only get one from two different breeding chains. And I don't see any point in having both genders know the same move if it's just gonna inherit the move only from the father anyways, so it pretty much doesn't make any difference to me...or are you assuming if the father is ABLE to learn the move, than I can do it?? Or does it only work if the father knows the move at the time? Well, I guess I'll just teach my Corphish Mud Sport, but that means I'll have to get a damn Feebas...now I'm going in circles! I'll have to get a game enhancer one of these days. :cross:
16. Well, as for fighting games, I just play them for fun. I've played many in the past, and I haven't got a chance to play the other DBZ fighting games, I usually never want to waste time on them. As a fighting game, Budokai is stupid. I think the Capcom fighting games are the best. And the same with the Guilty Gear and SNK games. I mean, the controls stink in Budokai...what good is a fighting game if you can't jump or duck? And the physics in this game are off...flying around is nothing but weak levitation...and trying to land is a pain within itself. I didn't really like the evasion techniques, either. I dunno. That's just my opinion on Budokai. I would've actually played more than 30 minutes of it or even bought it myself if the battles were a lot like the recent Robotech games (or those other multiplayer mech games). I mean, just because it's a "new" fighting game, doesn't mean it should be limited to just side-scrolling. It would be more like the DBZ series if they had used the 3D free-wandering thing (kinda like the Gear battle tournament-thing in Xenogears), where flying through the air would just be a matter of holding down the L button. I think that the next DBZ fighting game should be on the GameCube, considering the controller set-up is pretty good for fighting games!
17. :( Thanx, Lady, for the attempted explanation, but... Well, what I don't get is...ARGH! Okay, I'll give you an example Pokemon that I'm trying to get to Egg Moves on. It'll be easier this way in telling my problem, because I've written it down in chart form... Alright. I want a Crawdaunt with both Body Slam and Mud Sport. Both Egg Moves are results of a different breeding chain. However, I thought the offspring only inherited Egg Moves from the father Poke. I tried getting the female's Egg Move (resulted from the other chain) passed down to the Crawdaunt, but it didn't pass, only the father's did. THAT'S my problem! That's what I don't understand! Okay, here's what my chart states: -Breed male Spheal (Body Slam) with a female Clamperl. -Set offspring aside (male Clamperl w/Body Slam) -Breed male Anorith (Mud Sport) with a female Corphish. -Set offspring aside (female Corphish with Mud Sport) -Now, breed male Clamperl w/Body Slam with female Clamperl w/Mud Sport. So, the resulting Corphish should only get Body Slam cuz they only inherit moves from their fathers. I never heard of a Poke inheriting a move from its mother, except their Ability. That's what frusterates me. It seems that I can't get both Mud Sport AND Body Slam! They're both good moves for it (Body Slam to compliment its good Attack and Mud Sport to reduce Electric damage, since it's a Water-type), and I'm totally angry that I can't get both of them. Stupid breeding system!! :moron:

Uhm, yeah...I agree with you *ahem*. I've heard of DVs and all that, but what they are is beyond me. I'm not a bloody mathmatician :moron: I might've missed something, such as what DVs, etc. are, but I don't have time, or the patience, to figure out all those numbers...I mean, who am I up against anyways?? GOD??? Well, I think it's all useless information. Forgive me if I smash your pride to pieces, Crim, but I don't think it's necessary to include mathematics, calculus, etc. in raising Pokemon...it's a video game, for crying out loud. Oh well...it's there for a reason I guess. And Crim, it's "i.e." not "e.i." :smirk:

What people don't seem to consider when training their Pokes is their Natures. Nature effects their stats, at least most do. So, for example, if a Graveler's nature is Jolly, then the Graveler will get faster as it grows (its Speed will develop faster than the others, but I forgot which other develops slower, resulting in a Graveler that has good Speed :D). I think that's great! However, in contrast, another stat will develop slower than the others, and at the same time another stat will grow faster than the others, too. If you don't want a Poke's stats changing because their nature, then get one with a nature that doesn't effect its stats, such as Bashful, Docile, or Hardy. I call those neutral natures. The other weekend I just realized this, although I knew all along what they did, but I think about it until then. :cross: God, i feel stupid! I wasted all that money on the TMs I taught my Wigglytuff. And because of its nature, which is Gentle (+Special Defense/-Defense), I'm screwed over. But, if I train a Wigglytuff with a Bold nature, then his Defense (which is normally low) will rise faster, and his Attack will rise slower...resulting in a high Defense Wigglytuff with low Attack power. Depending on the moveset you gave your Pokemon, its Nature can be very very useful when raising Pokes for battles. The reason I'M raising a Bold Jigglypuff is because its moveset consists of only Special attacks (Flamethrower, Psychic, Reflect and Fake Tears) and it has good Sp.Attack power to make up for its Attack. So, it works out for the moveset. He needs good Defense, though so I can replace Reflect with something else...and if he had high Attack power anyway, it wouldn't work with its moveset, now wouldn't it? :smirk: It's great, I think! No one would expect a fast Golem or Torkoal. :demon: Or a Regi with trashy defenses...or couldn't attack worth squat. I think Natures are a great addition (and Abilities) to the new Pokemon games. It makes training them more interesting. It's better than berry-picking! And besides, who in their right mind would wanna waste time blending berries with their friends anyways? I say FIGHT!
20.
Originally posted by Desbreko When I replayed FFVII, I saved a few quotes... Tifa: "You're sure messed up, Cloud!" Barret: "Oh yeah? Palmer: "Hey-hey! Is the tea ready yet? With plenty of sugar and honey. Oh yeah, and don't forget the lard too."
:rotflmao: Those lines NEVER get old!! I still laugh like an idiot whenever I come across those! I think the funniest quotes came from FFVII, when Cloud, Tifa and Barret were climbing the 20-story staircase in the Shinra Building. What made me laugh the most was when Tifa told Barret to quit acting like a retard. :p And when they were in Wutai, Elena and Yuffie were tied up on against the face of that giant mountian-statue by Don Corneo. I liked the way Yuffie said "GROSSNESS!!!"
21. I came up with a few more nicknames for my Pokes. Most are from R/S. I also changed most of my G/S/C Pokes' names from my previous posts. (F)Wiggytuff--Mint (M)Raichu--Gully (F)Hariyama--Chun-Li (M)Blaziken--Alundra Regice--Ganon Regirock--Amber Registeel--Renigma (F)Absol--Cammy (M)Blastoise--Boomer (M)Magmar--Meta (M)Electabuzz--Spazer (F)Poliwrath--Zoycite (M)Aggron--Bardock (F)Medicham--Chosu (M)Tropius--Fiorae Beldum #1--Alpha Beldum #2--Beta Lunatone--Moonbay Solrock--Sunbay (F)Zangoose--Sheen (M)Exploud--Blorg  Kyogre--Hoenn Groudon--Starch (M)Machamp--Bison (M)Grumpig--Sunny (F)Altaria--Corn Pops (M)Shuckle--Loogie (or was it Luigi?) 22. Alrighty! If we're gonna talk about old ppl, let's talk about Miyazaki! So...you said he was gonna make another movie or somethin'? I thought Spirited Away was his last film. :(
23. Ahaha...ha. I have Nausicaa, and it's a strange story on how I came across it. Refer to one of my posts in this thread on my lucky encounter! :D I think it's a bad-*** movie. Zan (almost sounds like San, and Sin...uh, similarities?) is a great character. But I hated Milo, he looked like a 10-year-old. I liked it when he was in that small airplane and was shooting at the airships. That's the only scene Milo looked good in. I think the coolest person in Nausicaa was the army-general lady with the fake gold arm. I liked the way that she was always taking ppl hostage.
24. :nervous: GAWD! Xuze me for my observation, but her boobs are HUUUUGE!!!!! (and so is her nose, and her chin, which looks like a butt...) She's not even graying! She's got pink braids! :cross: But, yeah, she IS cool! Sure is kickin' for an old lady...
