1.
Originally posted by Metatron Castle in the Sky... I love that grandma pirate :p shes soooo cool lol
I shivered everytime I saw her. Especially in the end, when she hugged Sheeta. :nervous:  I think this's turning into a Miyazaki thread! :p Not that I didn't see it coming!
2. What I can't figure out how to get 2 Egg Moves from 2 different Poke onto one Poke. ><
3. Oh crap, I NEVER knew an Excel Saga thread was around here untl just now! :p GOD I LOVE THIS SERIES!!! ILUVILUVITILUVIT!!!! Oh, Lord Illpalazzo...AH!!!!:faint: I've only seen about five episodes. It's been a while since I've watched any of it. I'm a BIG anime comedy fanatic, and sadly, I've only a chance to see a few series. I like the Stick and Balls episode. Y'know, when they dressed up as bowling pins? And wasn't there a mock game show at the end of it? There were about 50 Hyatt's dying 50 different times as one audience, and about 50 spastic Excels as another. Crazy. Just crazy. And the dating simulation Lord did kinda reminded me of the Love Hina games! :p I think the funniest memory I have of that show is when Excel plays baseball. And there's these weird randoms things shooting in front of the bleachers, and then there's that guy with the yellow drainage-pipe hair-do! :rotflmao: Oh God, I gotta take abreak from buying video games and buy the Excel Saga DVDs (I wonder where I should work this summer). YEah, I can be pathetic sometimes...but can you blame me? This world sucks we need our damn games and Excel Saga!!

Trigun

Well, I haven't got a chance to see much of it, but my gut nearly burst in the first or secnd episode, when he was tring to avoid the big fat bloated 'Vash' or somethin' and he avoided the bullets by scuttling among the rocks like a spider. Kinda reminded me of The Exorcist. :D But, yeah, I think Trigun's funny as hell, but I need to see more to see it all *picks up phone to call friend to mooch Trigun off him*
5. Yeah, the movies are GREAT! I've seen all his film except Totoro and Castle in the Sky. It's strange how I managed to get Naussica of the Valley of the Wind. I found it at a yard sale last year, and it was a 14-year old recording (it was in a brown video cassette case and there was a label on the spine that said 'Warriors of the Wind'). It was in English, though. I thought it was good! However, out of all M.'s films, Mononoke (Gawd, typing that name out is a chore!) is the best, I think. And Chihiro IS adorable! I was surprised that Spirited Away won an Oscar...I had no idea! Really, I didn't even know when it was on. Oh well, so it did. :p I borrowed S.A. and Mononoke from a friend the other month, and watched both. However, I watched Mononoke 3 times, and Spirited Away once! I dunno, I like S.A, but it seemed a LITTLE more boring than the others. Probably cuz it takes place in modern Japan (?) I just thought San was a neat character. When I watched it, I was amazed at her voiceover...she was good! Pretty fierce, too. I figured she couldn't talk, given she was raised by wolves. -_-' Oh, yeah! I'm also borrowing Castle in the Sky today, so I get to see that, too (so, I guess I will be seeng it after all)! The only films bother watching are animations. 'Doesn't matter to me WHO does them, as long as they suit my interest. I may go off topic a bit, but has anyone seen the previews for the new Sinbad movie coming out June 3rd? Sign me UP! :D

Pok

I'm STILL irritated that they included dinky contests and berry-picking as "deep gameplay" or other b.s. It's a POKEMON game!!! They should've added a new fun and effective way of training your Pokes, 'cuz the same methods are getting old.:(

Feebas!!

So...either way, I'll STILL have to check everywhere! I already knew about the Trendy Saying. I think it's stupid. Who CARES about what's popular in DEWFORD Town??? O.< My friend keeps forgetting to bring his Ruby game so I can get my Seedot, Mawille and Zangoose. I WANT MY SEEDOT!!! AAaaah!! I'm in a bind...and not liking it. I still haven't spent time getting Feebas. I don;t think it depends on luck anyways. You just need more patience and time than you'd normally have....in which I lack in both. *sigh...*
8. No one complained about the World Map exploration in the past. The voice acting is pretty good in FFX, and the lip-syncing was actually pretty good, especially since the mouth movements were programmed around the Japanese language. But my favorite voice actor in RPGs would HAVE to be Melfice from Grandia II. Very good. Better than Emperor Galeon by a league. -_-' But that's another story. They shouldn't take out major elements from games, as long as it doesn't interfere with the storyline too much. And as for FF7 in the Shinra Buliding as "linear" well, I didn't mean it like that...what I meant was travelling in a straight line, like FFT, Breath of Fire IV, and FFX. But I agree with Ginny on the Guadosalam/Macalania Woods deal. But then there's moving from Sleeping Forest to Forgotten City in FFVII. I guess it depends on the technology available,....or not ^.^ And for Tidus' name not being mentioned (I was referring to the main dude's name...whatever that may be)...I'm just saying it's weird that they carry ALL these conversations and never mention the main char's name. ^_^' I guess I'm used to RPGs w/voice acting that already had names that you couldn't change.

Feebas!!

Okay, I'll give it one more chance, then I'll hafta replace my future Milotic with someting else, like Salamence. The reason why I've been putting off gettin Feeas is cuz I just started playng The Wind Waker recently! Good game! ^_~*
10. WAIT WAIT WAIT!! Oh NO! How come the attachments aren't in my post???? OKAY, I'll try again. (I hope it shows up this time). Alrighty, I only put in one or two drawings this time.  AAAAAHH!! Can somebody TELL me what's going on?!?
11. OH-KAY!! I have a few more drawing to show you! These are BETTER! Insanely detailed...at least half. I'm trying to find pics that aren't too big, and I can only manage ink and pencil drawings. ALRIGHT! CHECK IT OUT!
12. I couldn't agree w/all of you more. I do get a lot of Ginny's points, however. BUT, I don't 'dwell' on the World Maps, and I'm not TOO horrified about it being eliminated in the progression of the 21st century,...I just thought it added a bit more depth to the game. And yes, I like every game in a series that's different, than the last. But the battle system doesn't really bother me. I LOVE FFX in different ways than the other games. And, I, too, think that FF8 is stupid and boring. I mean, the the dialouge is grey the whole damn GAME! I figured you could change it since you'd be staring at it 90% of the game. And the Junction system was dumb, too. I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any "treasures" to aim for, just materials and items for Quistis's Blue Magic and making stupid weapons, extracing even more items for magic, etc. And thanks, Ginnny, for posting up that interview. My friend borrowed my Guide and I couldn't use it.:p I HAVE Anthology. I'm an old-schooler, so what big deal, but I've played about 95% of the SNES RPGs. They're all good. And World Maps, I'm not talking about sprite-kinds (FF1-6...great games by the way, of course...I own the first). Sprite-games are great (Lufia I and II), but I was mentioning the PS RPGs. I lOVED those games. FF7 thru 9 are still my favorites...and yes, FF8 as well, but it's my LEAST fave. And I agree with RPGs having their ups and downs. I could go on about that...but alas, now's not the time. I'm gonna miss my ride soon. :freak:

Feebas!!

I don't think there's anyway of doing such a thing anyway. CS didn't offend me that much (but his attitude irritated me). I was just being me, I guess. I think I should just give up on getting Feebas, cuz nothing's working out for me at all. Oh, well. I guess other ppl will find this thread more useful than I have! :ball:
14. Thank you muchly! The reason why they're not "cleaned up" is cuz they are justa buncha random dudes I threw up onto the paper. I kinda like the "sketchy" look. \ But beware!!!! I'm gonna post up an insanely detailed female elven warrior soon!!!!! But it's in ink, as is most of my artwork.
15. Well, since I'm pretty good at ink and colored pencil, I was a little disappointed that most of my drawings were too big to post up (byte-wise), cuz I had a REALLY, really good pic of Gohan I did that was part of a DBZ poster collage (it was big, as in physical size, and I only managed to scan a quarter of it.) Well, here some ink and pencil drawings I did the other month. Not much, but they're original. I wanna be a character designer some day ;) I've got lots other cool-looking characters I made up. Speaking of, how many drawings can I post up??

Pok

Ah-wha????? :blulaugh: Kkkk-keeheeeheee-YAAAHhahahaaaa!!!!:rotflmao: OKay, yeah, so I guess the only thing trademarked about THAT discovery is how you discovered it. *ahem-erm* Not bad, now that you've explained it more. You should post that, if none other has done so. Cheat Planet or Gamewinners. Did you do it yet? Well, I admit I haven't felt like messing around at the Battle Tower since I beat the game. I've been training my Pokes, with their movesets, etc. doing other things. However, I've had my eyes set on the Silver/Gold Shield...but, unluckily, I've never been too good w/the Battle Tower anyways, so I guess I'll hafta just strive to just get the Choice Band. I really wanna try out that 'Trick' (haha, I cracked a stupid joke) you told me about for Grumpig. Oh, my friend lent me his GBA and Sapphire game yesterday so I could get Mudkip and Treecko. He wanted me to "babysit" his team so I traded them to my game, stored them, and started a new file. He was planning on doing so anyways. And I'm GLAD!!! And I got the Lileep and starters I wanted. And I'm gonna get a female Torchic, too, just in case... And, before I saved over his old file, I saw he had all the badges, but hasn't beaten the game yet. THIS gave me an idea! I just simply transferred three of my team I always use to beat the Elite 4 easily: Blaziken, Absol and Kyogre. I beat the game, and got another Beldum from Mossdeep City! HA!! Now I have TWO Beldums!! :demon: And I 'cleaned' out his Bag and PC ^_~* Unluckily, he didn't have a Deepseascale (what I'm looking to get), he got a 'Tooth instead :bawl: But I snagged a handful of Stones and Shards and now I can finish Jigglypuff's training, among others. I even have some Shards I haven't exchanged yet! :D things are looking up for me now! And Spider?? I might PM you soon to get a couple of ideas (not that I'm green) and probably give you some of mine to take down his team, alrghty?? :) I just wanna check for other options. His Registeel has Earthquake...so...

Feebas!!

(O-KAY Mr. Ego--Let's just drop the whole f*****' thing and get on with our petty lives, alright??? :demon: And if you wanna TP Abes' house, then just PM the fruit cup.:evil3: ) ANY-ways, like before, I fish-surfed in the key bodies of water, about 15 minutes each (I still don't see why ppl insist on calling them 'tiles'. They don't look like 'tiles' to me:grumble: ) on each part of the water, but none appeared. I fish-surfed above the waterfall, west of the Wingull house, and the area of water to the right of the fisherman on that island. Call me crap-for-brains or whatever, but how come it seems that everyone has a Feebas but ME???:bawl: Well, thanx for MOST of the advice anyways, Spider...However, if you try and pull of anymore 'Worship Me and Forever Thou Shalt Be Blessed' b.s. I'll find out where you live and cripple you (am I even allowed to make warnings?) And I don't care who gives me Feebas info...if I get it, then I get it. And just in case you forgot, there's always someone that's gonna be better than you, Spider, and that goes for me and everyone else.
18. Oh ho-HO!!! They DID alright!! I thought the World Maps were fun to meander about in. Let's just say I can't stand linear RPGs. World Maps (like Star Ocean: 2nd Story, Xenogears, pre-FFX FFs, Chrono Cross, etc.)...those games, most likely for that reason alone, will remain on my favorites list. I mean, in real life, if your on an adventure, you don't exactly follow a straight line and can't exactly look around, or check out mysterious caverns nobody in the game has ever mentioned (FFVII). That would be boring. Free-wandering World Maps, to me, have always been a highlight in SNES and PS1 RPGs. From the music to uncharted areas in which no one has any idea what it is or why, I think it's something a lot of RPGs should keep. They could make it different if they want, but they should at least avoid linear travelling. And the exclusive interview was from my FFX Brady Games player's guide I got about a few months ago. They had pics of them, too. If I have the time, I can scan the first or 2nd pages for you to see, and e-mailthem to you if you want. Y'know, proof and other b.s. And as for the battle-system. I love the battle system. But the past was fun too, cuz it was more challenging. And for the ppl that have a 'hard time' figuring out what to do in past FF battles: just pause the game and THINK. Either that or set it to 'Wait' and get into a menu while fighting. I still miss it all.
19. Instead of looking at a FF quiz thread, I decided on a complaint/comment thread about the changes since FFIX. I think the PS1 FFs were the greatest and most memorable. But I've played FFX since last summer (when I first got my PS2) and I was a bit angry with the changes. :flaming: I read in an interview with a few from the team that they purposely eliminated popular elements from previous FF titles in FFX. That made me angrier. They got rid of World Maps, alterable text and windows, and other FF faves that I thought gave it a FF 'feel' to them. I mean, throughout the whole FFX game, no one mentioned Tidus's name! I understand why, of course, but I think it's stupid that they gave it boring subtitles. I think FF7 is a better game than FFX and possibly FFXI, if they decide to actually put it on the console. They shouldn't ruin the FF tradition. I think console RPGs are the best out there, and FFX is a bad example of FF. It's almost nothing compared to the others. :cussing:
Originally posted by Crimson Spider I thought you said that you weren't going to double post? Anyway... You should be thankful because I invented this trick. I am the only one that knows it, but not any more! This trick is copyrighted by The Crimson Spider himself! No where else, only me!
Holy Saints, gimme a BREAK here!!! So I forget to EDIT sometimes!!! Sheesh...:cross: Okay...so...the Battle Tower trick you 'invented' doesn't seem to help or make sense in any way. And the 'corrupted file' thing, well, I already knew that. And...I don't think anybody's gonna wanna care, let alone me, if it's 'copyrighted' or not. But if it WAS an actual cloning trick, then that'd be another story.

Feebas!!

This has been the biggest waste of time since I bought Time Stalkers the other week. :sleepy: Maybe I should get into the habit of drinking coffee...
22. I haven;t really thought about it, but I'll give it shot. I came up with this Pokemon (a legendary maybe?) in about an hour (despite the fact I don't really like legendaries). :cross: It's a Dark/Flying-type, and it looks like a ghost phantom version of Lugia, only more indistinctive...I mean the details of it. It consists of the lost souls of Pokemon that have gone down wrong paths. Here's its moveset...I made up all but one move. Ability: Sudden Rebirth (Revives if KO'd by an opponent whose Speed is lower than Pokemon's) -Soul Beam (Ghost-type version of Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt Acc: 100 Strength: 90 -Delta Ray (A Dark-type version of Tri Attack) Acc: 100 Strength: 75 -Grave (Ghost-type version of Rest) -Flamethrower Acc: 100 Strength: 90 ***I haven't come up with a name or basic stats yet. I'll edit it in as soon as I come up with it. Or you can give me ideas. Oh yeah, and these new moves are exclusive to this Pokemon. :demon:
Originally posted by Crimson Spider What it means by tile is that on your PokeNav, there are six squares for route 119. Feebas changes squares. Just waterfall and surf yourself to different parts and you'll catch her. (that is what I did)
:mad:WHAT?! Y'mean when you zoom in on your PokeNav Hoenn map?? I DID that, and it doesn't really help me AT ALL! I still haven't caught a Feebas. I found out its locations. At the top of the waterfall, the body of water to the right of the fisherman on that tiny island, and west of the house w/the Wingulls inside it. No Feebas. None. NONE!!! Really...somebody slap me.:twitch:
Originally posted by The Bouncer I hate battling victory road.. i beat the easily.. my pokemon are arounfd level 70 or higher.. its just too easy.. i wish that there were more ways to level up
Did you train them manually?? The only Poke I have at high level is my Lv.70 Blaziken. And I have absolutely NO patience for training the the rest of my Pokemon! I don' really care if they're at Lv.100 or not. High level is what I'm aiming for. It's so damn time-consuming!!! AAAAAAAH!!!! Well, now that I'm ranting about such, I'll avoid double-posting (again) and add a strange discovery. I was checking out the back of the box that Sapphire came in the other day. Well, I looked at the screenshot of Treecko battling another Poke--and it showed that the Treecko was at Lv.1!! And another thing--It said (in the description of the game) that there was "over 200 Pokemon to catch and over 100 new Pokemon to discover," I think that was a flat-out scam. I bought it just because it was a new Pokemon game. And to my disappointment, it didn't meet my expectations. :flaming:  And yes, I DID go off topic. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Originally posted by Imaku3564 The easiest way?
