[color=Navy]Sakura looked up at the trainer, she didn't recognise him. She stood and Mightyena came up beside her. [b]"I'll accept your challenge. I'm Sakura." "Gale. Three pokemon." [/b]he said. Sakura nodded and started to think of her line up. She decided on Flareon, Jolteon and Mightyena. Sakura picked three balls off her belt, two were occupied, the other wasn't. She held it out to Mightyena and a beam of silver light engulfed him before drawing him into the ball. She held them in her hands as she waited for Gale to decide his three pokemon. [color=Navy]Kaze swayed wildly as she stood in front of the griffon, sweat rolled down her face in large drops and her vision blurred. [b]"I-I'm sorry....I need an energy rest..." [/b]Kaze murmered, knowing it was a bad time to do so, but she wouldn't be any help to them anyway. [b]"Yeah....I'm with you...."[/b] Kayin replied, she could see he was as weak as she. Kaze closed her eyes and was encased in a sphere of glowing wind energy and Kayin was in a lightning sphere, they were asleep, but this was the fastest sleep, only for when someone was drained of powers and needed it back urgently. It would take about 45 minutes, since they have such a large amount of energy and how slowly it comes back. Kaze felt so guilty in her sleep, she hoped that the group would fight the griffon alright without herself and Kayin to help. She started to think about why Rei doesn't like her so much, had she done something to upset her? Kaze was confused and didn't know what Rei's problem was with her. As far as she can remember, she didn't do anything against her, at least not consciously. Through her sleep, she could slowly feel the energy returning. [color=Navy]Cassie smiled at Alec and set about with cleaning the kitchen along with Johnny. Kefira had left to do the bathroom and Alec and Kite were thinking of how they could get the electricity to work. Cassie sprayed the cleaning product on the counter and started to rub at it with the cloth in her hand. She frowned, she didn't know what she felt for Johnny, but she didn't like Kefira much, they had been fine without her around. Cassie thought back to when Johnny and Kefira kissed on the couch, she had seen it, after all, she did have to lock the door behind them. She shook her head and sprayed another spot. [b]"Cass, you ok?" [/b]Johnny asked, seeing her facial expression. [b]"....Yeah, I'm fine...." [/b]Cassie made out, scrubbing to get the dirt off. [b]"Are you sure?" [/b]Johnny continued, walking over to her from where he'd been. [b]"Yes!" [/b]Cassie cried out in frustration. [b]"No...you're not ok. What's wrong? Tell me!" [/b] Cassie glared at him, her eyes had changed into the wolf eyes and her fangs were longer than usual. [b]"Cassie - ?" [/b]Johnny started. Cassie growled at him angrily and dropped her things, running away. As Johnny saw her go she was sprouting fur. Johnny dropped his things too and went after her. Cassie ran outside and growled as she changed into her wolf form. So changing was affected by emotions, which was why she always changed when something that angered her happened. Johnny came out of the base and Cassie fled. She didn't know where she was going, she didn't know why she was so angry either. Cassie stopped running eventually and looked around. She wasn't sure where she was but it was near water because there was a pier. Cassie padded along the wooden planks, she sat at the edge of it and whimpered, lying down and resting her head on her paws, her tail drooped over the edge of the pier and she listened to the crashing of the waves. [i][b]'What do I feel for Johnny? Why does it affect me like this?' "Are you ok?" [/b][/i]she heard Ryu ask as he sat beside her mind. [i][b]"I don't know...." [/b][/i]Ryu sat inside her in silence, but it was comforting none the less and Cassie was glad that he was there with her. [/color]

After a lot of annoyance she finally told Zephan about his father when he was 12. Zephan was a boy born out of wedlock during a forced relationship and she told him everything about his father, how she had been drugged by him for intercourse, how he was a deadbeat, how he smoked, how he drank and became violent, how he beat her. He was crushed and fell into a depression for two months. He didn't eat much and turned a sickly pale colour. His mother tried to reason with him but he always stayed in his room, only leaving it for school, bathroom and dinner that his mother forced him to eat. After two months Zephan decided that he would strive to become the complete opposite of his 'father'. That's why he's friendly and kind to everyone around him. He protects his mother strongly, not wanting anything like that to happen to her again. [color=Navy]After a while her pokemon stirred from their sleep, they were all refreshed. Sakura talked to them for a bit before returning all but Mightyena into their pokeballs. [b]"Let's go see who else is on this boat." [/b]Sakura suggested. Mightyena barked in agreement and they left the room. Sakura hummed quietly as she explored the boat. When she arrived at port side, she saw two people, a male and female. She recognised the female immediately, she had been the Pokemon League Champion two years ago. Sakura nodded, and walked on, arriving at another place, there were another two people about to battle, she recognised both, the female was in the room beside her, and the male had been in the League Champion and a year ago, at the Championship he had lost the title from default, since one of his pokeballs jammed. Sakura continued walking with Mightyena beside her, she soon arrived at a place with two more people that looked like they were preparing for a battle, this time it was two males. She just shrugged and walked on. Sakura finally found a place where there was just one girl sitting there. Sakura saw that she was dressed in black too, and she had thought she was the only one. [color=Navy]Lai sat on the roof, she breathed in deeply as a particularly cool wind blew past. Along with the cool air came cries and shouting. Lai blinked and ran over to the side, she couldn't see from here so she ran toward the door. Lai took one look and saw that there was a tremendous amount of students trying to get outside through that way. Lai cursed and ran back to the edge, she leapt off and landed onto another roof. She looked around cautiously, keeping low so none of the teachers would see her. Lai scampered lightly across the roofs. She spotted the commotion and stood straight, the wind tugged at her clothes and she could see the blood, a group of students and a strange monster. Lai felt something burn in her pocket and withdrew her sheathed [url="http://www.kultofathena.com/images/horus_sil_l.jpg"]silver dagger[/url] that she carried for protection. It was hot. Lai looked back at the battle raging and saw a guy fighting it barehanded before getting slashed with a claw from the monster. Lai hurried to get over there, when she stood on the final roof before the yard, she tied the sheath to her belt. She unsheathed the weapon and jumped high into the air, putting her weight in her torso so she would go forward. As she fell she threw the dagger at the monster, the weapon imbedded itself in its claw and Lai did an aerial flip to land on the ground safely in a crouched position. [b]"Need some help?" [/b]Lai grinned. She charged forward quickly and attached herself to the monster's claw, she tugged at the hilt of her dagger and it slid free, blood came from the wound. Lai made a disgusted face and back-handspringed to the others. She recognised many of the students, some from class and others she'd seen in the halls. [/color]

[color=Navy]Sakura had travelled to Vermillion City from the Johto region using her Pidgeot. She loved riding the winds on the fast bird because it was an adrenaline rush. As she had flown over the harbour she could see into the ocean and saw water pokemon lying beneath the surface. When she arrived she got off Pidgeot and returned him to his pokeball. Sakura looked up at the ship, it was extremely large. She sighed, she wished she could fly across on Pidgeot or Salamence, or sail across on Lapras. Sakura patted her clothes and pulled out a ticket as she walked over to the ramp. She gave the ticket to the people and they checked what she was carrying, finding a Pokedex, palm computer, healing items and her pokeballs. They nodded to her and she entered the boat. It was large and there were a lot of other trainers there. She decided to find her room first and searched the halls. Their names were written on the doors already so she just had to search. She found her name written on the door of 5D. Sakura pushed open the door and looked around the room. It was simple but elegant. She sat on the large bed and plucked the pokeballs off her belt, she opened them simultaeneously and looked at each of them. She returned Pidgeot into his pokeball and walked over to the computer that sat in the corner. She logged in and placed the ball into the contraption, sending it off to Professor Elm in Johto with a flash of light. The pokeball had disappeared, then she checked her pokemon box and chose one of her stored pokemon. There was another flash of light and another pokeball was in the machine. Sakura picked it up and logged out, she released the pokemon and there stood Rapidash. She stroked the firey flame that was her mane and just rested on the bed, her four Eevee evolutions that she carried with her were curled up on her sides, Mightyena was curled on the foot of the bed and Rapidash was lying on the floor. None of her pokemon enjoyed being kept in their pokeballs, so whenever she could, she let them out. Her pokemon soon fell asleep but she stayed awake, what was this new disease that was affecting pokemon? Sakura was just glad that all of her pokemon had been vaccinated ahead of time. Sakura started stroking the soft fur of Flareon absentmindedly as she continued in thought. [/color]

[color=Navy]Kaze was trembling after Kayin and herself defeated the imps with one large attack. They were both weak from over exhausting their powers and they each had an arm draped over the other's shoulder. They stumbled along like that, then they were informed that Rei had gone missing from the group by Matthew. Kaze and Kayin cursed quietly, it was a troublesome thing this. Matthew offered to find her, Kaze was reluctant at first, not wanting to lose another member of the group but he was determined so she relented. Matthew ran off and the three left continued. After some time Matthew returned with Rei and they were relieved, now they were together again. Kaze could feel the angry energy coming off Rei toward her through the air currents and brushed it off, hoping she would get over it. The group arrived at a high cliff and Lea created a large ice slide. Lea went down first since she was the most confident in her slide. Kaze and Kayin waited, letting Matthew go down next. After that they convinced Rei to go down, she glared at Kaze before taking the slide. [b]"Are you still too weak to go down the slide alone?" [/b]Kaze asked, using the arm around Kayin's shoulders to pull herself up more. [b]"Yeah, you?" "Same...." [/b]Kaze sighed. [b]"How about you use your sword so we don't go as fast, and I'll try and steer us as best we can with my wind." [/b]Kayin nodded and drew his blade, the two of them positioned themselves on the cold slide and Kayin let his sword drag against the cold surface. Kaze pushed off with her hand and they slid down. When they were going too far to one side she used a little wind power to push them back into the centre. Finally they made their way to the bottom. They stood up, using each other to lever themselves up. Kayin sheathed his sword and now Kayin was more tired than before, just using those small gusts of wind to steer them had almost depleted her entire wind power, at least until she had a time to sleep and re-energize. They made their way to the front and Kaze could still feel the cold presence of Rei's glare attacking her back. [color=Navy]Sakura tried to bring it down upon him but ReFlux was quick. His head shot up along with his right hand, his left hand was still trying to wrench the knife from his thigh. His right hand grapsed her wrist and forced it up. Sakura let out a cry and jumped up, putting her weight on it from above and using both hands for more strength. ReFlux used his chi and pushed the dagger away, the weapon flew out of Sakura's hand, down the path somewhere. Sakura swiftly picked up his spear and brandished it. The weight of the large weapon and the reach of it was new to her, as she usually used nothing but short range weapons like daggers and knives. Sakura back-handspringed away from him, crouching in the distance with the butt of the spear sinking into the soggy ground. She was beside her dagger now and slipped that into her sheath. She blinked up at the sky quickly, it was still raining, it didn't look like it would stop anytime soon. ReFlux had pulled the knife free and looked over the weapon, they were now using each other's weapon, both not used to either one. They were staring at each other again. Sakura watched him wearily, he was a formidable opponent. Sakura's soaked hair and clothes hung down, she pushed her hair over her shoulders and hoped that it wouldn't get in her eyes. ReFlux came toward her, the knife was in his hand and pointed toward her. Sakura straightened and flipped the spear around so the blade was facing the ground. She blocked ReFlux's incoming attacks quickly with the aid of the shaft and did a swift sweeping upward motion, cutting his front. She crunched the butt of the spear into the ground and used it to help her evade her opponent. Sakura looked around the area quickly, she saw the path that lead off somewhere and glanced at ReFlux, deciding to take a chance, she ran down the path, with him following after her. She hoped that the path led somewhere that she could use to her advantage. She reached the end of the path and saw that it was leading to a bamboo forest, she was overjoyed and dashed in amongst the plants, if she could put distance between herself and ReFlux then she could get lost inside the forest. She ran carefully, not disturbing the plants or breaking any because they would make a track right to her. As she ran, she tried to formulate a plan of attack. [color=Navy]Cassie was sitting on her bed, she was silently conversing to Ryu about hints on making the changes between forms easier. Then her mind started to think about Kefira and her attachment to Johnny. Ryu sensed her thoughts and questioned her about it. Cassie brushed it off, she didn't even know herself what she felt. But then decided that it was ok if Johnny prefered Kefira to her, after all, Kefira wasn't the one that clearly showed she was a freak from some experiment. Cassie shuddered as a memory of needles, test tubes, some metal instruments, a female scream that sounded like herself, then a growl, followed by a roar, followed by a wolfish howl and finally the terrified scream of men and the sounds of running footsteps. Cassie sat up straight as she heard a quiet knock at her door. [b]"Umm...Cassie? Are you ok in there?" [/b]she heard the voice of Kite on the other side. Cassie smiled and walked over, she opened the door. [b]"Yeah, I'm fine. What's going on?" [/b]Cassie asked, walking out into the lounge where everyone was. [b]"We have to go, my aunt just got off the phone with NASA. They know we're coming, no matter when we decide to take action." [/b]Kite informed her, the others didn't look surprised, which probably meant he had already told them. [b]"Did you check out the army barracks?" "Yeah, they're abandoned, just as I suspected." [/b]Kite answered. [b]"Ok, I'll gather my stuff up, I suspect that you guys already have." [/b]she said, looking around at them, they had bags with them. Cassie went into her room and packed a bag full of things, including a photo of her and her parents, her wolf plushie, clothes, toiletries, torch and batteries, her pillow and a sleeping bag. Cassie grabbed a pen and paper and wrote a note to her parents quickly, explaining why she had to leave, she didn't want to put them in danger. She told them she'd be safe and folded it into a heart, she addressed it to her parents and left it in the hall where they put their letters. Cassie walked back to the others and they knew it was ok for them to leave now. They gathered their belongings and set out, Cassie locked the door behind them and walked away with the others, tucking the keys into her pocket, hoping she would come back sometime. Cassie took a last fleeting look before concentrating on what they would be doing. [/color]

Azalea was shocked and tried to keep her balance as the entire ground quaked, then there was a fissure in the ground, Azalea was right next to it, and however hard she tried to keep balance, the rocking got worse and she fell into the crack, she let out a yell before she fell unconscious. When Azalea awoke she saw the bright glare of the sun and there was grass under her. She sat up and looked around, she was now in a field. Azalea stood and brushed herself off, she put a hand to cover her eyes from the glaring sun and looked around, she could see a town and decided to go there to see if she could get some information about where she was. Azalea walked there and noticed that it wasn't a normal place, with creatures and animals, only a few humans were around. She walked through the town looking around and some of the creatures would look at her and whisper to each other behind their hands. Finally Azalea bumped into a man, she said sorry because she had been looking in another direction, but when she saw he was human and had clothes that looked like they were from earth she exclaimed. [b]"Are you from Earth?" [/b]she asked him quickly. [b]"Yes, I'm Aron. And you are?" "Azalea, where are we? Is this even Earth still?" [/b]Azalea asked. Though Sakura's a friendly person, she's also withdrawn at the same time, she's mainly friendly to only those she has a good relationship with and her pokemon. Other than that Sakura stays away from crowds, she doesn't have claustrophobia, she just hates being surrounded and prefers large open spaces, preferably with lots of wind. [color=Navy]Azalea yawned, she had woken up a while ago and was still waiting. Kage was still asleep at her side and the sun had broken over the horizon. There was a wind and the purplish blue flame that sat crowned atop the candle wick went out. That had never happened before so Azalea got to her feet, she looked around and saw a figure wading through the marsh. [b]"Godo?!" [/b]she called. The figure looked up at her and nodded, Azalea was happy for there was no longer any more waiting. The man soon boarded the platform and they greeted each other, he explained that he had been busy, which was why he hadn't arrived sooner. [b]"Which crests do you request?" [/b]he asked, laying his tools on the small table where the candle and stone slab sat. [b]"The Crest of the Dragon, Crest of Intelligence, and Crest of Change." "Do you mind if I am the one to choose the placement?" [/b]Godo asked, readying one of his tools. [b]"No, go ahead, you know what's best after all." [/b] [b] "Alright, place your right hand out, that will be where the Crest of Intelligence will be, for it is most useful there when firing your energy blasts, instead of from somewhere else on your body." [/b] Azalea nodded and obeyed, holding out her right hand. She winced as the firey liquid fell onto her skin, he drew the crest painfully, she breathed through her mouth so she didn't have to smell the burnt flesh. Kage had woken and neighed. [b]"Shh, its ok. I'm fine." [/b]she said, calming the horse, who uneasily lay his head down again. Soon he had completed the first crest. She looked at the new part of her body, the symbol was burnt into her palm. [b]"The Crest of the Dragon will go on your left hand, it is a rare crest and you must form a relationship with your dragon partner once you find them or you will never be able to use the crest to its full potential." [/b]Azalea nodded and held out her left hand and the process of the first was repeated. Kage was watching but stayed quiet, Azalea closed her eyes and focussed, it hurt but she could overcome it, she had been through worse things before. When Godo finished she examined the second crest, comparing it to the first, there were different symbols. [b]"Finally the Crest of Change should go above your left breast, beneath your clavicle as it is close to your heart where all these changes you will go through will not affect it too much. Be weary of your morphs and never forget your human self or you will be stuck in the morph. It will get each time." [/b]Azalea understood and pulled off her black top holding onto it. Her breasts were covered by a breast band and she winced as he started the last crest, she had gotten used to the pain but the soft skin on her chest was delicate. When it was done she thanked him and slipped her top back on. [b]"Now, return to Roland, he awaits." [/b]Azalea lead Kage back out of the marsh and they went to a stream. Azalea and Kage washed, though Azalea did it carefully as her skin was still delicate after the crest. Then when they were clean, Azalea folded her pants back down and they galloped back to Roland. Sakura winced as she felt the warm liquid of blood being diluted by the harsh, cold rain. She debated whether to bandage it or not and decided to. She slipped her dagger into its sheath, and her knife that she had retrieved. Sakura slid her hands up to her hair and untied her bandanna that held her hair. She felt the leathery material with her fingers, she had several others at home so she could spare one as a bandage. Sakura tied it around her left tricep quickly, using her teeth to aid her. She tied the ends thrice to make sure it stayed, and it was tight to put enough pressure that would hopefully stop the flow of blood. Sakura had been watching ReFlux the entire time in case he decided to make a move while she was bandaging her wound, he hadn't. She flexed her left arm, it was sore to use but she could still use it. She drew out her dagger and knife again. Sakura charged at him, dodging from side to side in case he was trying something. As she got closer to him, she 'disappeared' only to 're-appear' behind him. She sliced at him quickly, catching him across the back in a diagonal slash going from left shoulder to right hip. She hadn't done a disappearing act, it was due to her agility. She chuckled and flipped away, he had his own advantages, and she had hers. ((Sorry if its a little short)) [/color]

[color=Navy]((Hey [b]ReFlux[/b], have we fought before?)) Sakura approached the robed man slowly, she had underestimated him at first. The rain drops pattered against her, sliding down and dropping off to the ground. They were staring at each other, waiting for the other to make the next move. The man had a long reach due to his weapon, which was never too good for her since she mainly relied on close combat, unless she got close enough to him that he was unable to use the spear to its full capacity. As a thief, she had a calculating mind and planned everything out so as not to severly put her life in danger. Sakura snapped to attention when she saw the spear flash as he charged toward her, she tensed her body, awaiting the right time. As he was within his spear's reach of her, she bent low at the knees and launched herself up into the sky, the man reached up with his spear to stab her. Flicking her knife into the same hand as her dagger, she grabbed the shaft and used it to propel her over his head, landing on his other side, she dove into the pouch on her left hip and quickly flung a barrage of shuriken at his back. The male opponent whirled around and twirled his spear quickly, deflecting all of the shuriken, so he thought, there was one hidden that sliced through his left side. He was shocked and held onto the new wound, trying to stop the small flow of blood. He looked up at her but she was smirking, casually twirling her dagger and knife, she winked at him and pulled out a few shuriken, then she juggled the objects. He narrowed his eyes, she was planning something. Then she flung her hands out, the shuriken one after the other flew toward him. Her opponent used his spear to help lift him up into the air, out of the danger of the shuriken, but Sakura sent some up to him. Her hands were empty except for the knife in her left hand and her dagger in her right. She was ready for him, whatever he was going to throw at her. [/color]

I'd amazingly passed my three tests that I had done previously and I had no assignments or homework for the weekend. Japan was a beautiful place to be at Spring time, that's when all the sakuras bloomed and there would be sakura viewings. The sakura is my favourite type of flower, after all, it shares the same name as me. I decided to go to the park because it has beautiful sakuras and I want to photograph them. So here I am, standing in the park surrounded by sakura trees. I pull out my phone and use the camera section to take photos of the falling petals. I heard the ringtone of my phone and looked at the caller ID, it was one of my friends so I answered. [b]"Hey Cass." [/b]I greeted. [b]"Sa...k..ra....you....." [/b]I was troubled, the phone was breaking up and there was lots of static. [b]"Cass, I can't hear you, you're breaking up." "......" [/b]there was the sound of static and heavy breathing. I took the phone from my ear and looked at it, replacing it. [b]"Cass? You there?" [/b]I questioned. Then I could hear it, there was a deep raspy voice on the other line. [i][b]"It's....coming....." [/b][/i]I shivered and asked who this was, the person didn't reply, just saying, [i][b]"It's....coming....." [/b][/i][b]"What? What's coming?" [/b]I demanded. [i][b]"It's....coming.....Death!" [/b][/i]the raspy voice said, then there was a click, the person had hung up. I closed my phone and I was visibly trembling. My phone rang again and I looked at the caller ID, it was Cassie again. I carefully picked up the phone. [b]"Hello?" [/b]I answered tentatively. [b] "Hey Sakura, its me, Cassie. Sorry about earlier, my phone got cut off.....What's wrong?" [/b]she asked, sensing the fear and caution in my voice. [b]"N-Nothing, what's up, Cass?" [/b]I said, becoming myself again, but I couldn't get the voice out of my head. [color=Navy]Azalea yawned, so far it had almost reached two days that she'd been waiting. Yesterday she had left the marsh to feed Kage and returned, awaiting the arrival of Godo. But since it was approaching the second day, she didn't want to leave Kage out there because of the danger. She decided that since there was enough room on the platform, that she would bring Kage in. Though they would have to be careful since horses could break their legs in the sticky mud. Azalea whistled loudly, she searched the plains before she saw Kage approaching. Azalea told the horse about going into the marsh, he was worried at first, obvious by his body language but Azalea assured him. Kage nodded, trusting his rider. Azalea took hold of the reins and slowly lead Kage through the swamp. She now knew a route through that wasn't as dangerous and didn't have anything sticking out from the bottom. After a while they arrived at the platform. Azalea climbed onto it before helping Kage up. Azalea was once again dirty from the mud, as was Kage. Azalea just rubbed it off, she still had her pants folded up from earlier. When her legs were clean she went to Kage, rubbing the mud off took a long time because she also cleaned his hoofs. When they left the marsh they would find a stream to wash it away. Kage snorted and lay down on the wooden platform beside Azalea. Azalea stroked his mane and stared at the candle. After she had burned the map, the flame stayed a purplish blue colour, not reverting to its orange colour. And it hadn't gone out yet, even when strong winds blew through, the flame followed the wind but never went out. She was very curious about it. Azalea sighed and leaned against the sleeping horse, her eyes started to get heavy and soon she was asleep, though sleeping lightly with her senses still aware, in case Godo arrived. [/color]

[color=Navy]Sakura was still thinking when she heard a knock at her door, she sat up quickly which made her stomach rumble again. She stood and brushed her hair down and answered. Sean was standing in her door, they had talked earlier. [b]"Hi Sean, would you like to come in?" [/b]Sakura invited, stepping aside. Sean nodded and entered, thanking her on the way. She gestured him to a chair and sat herself on her bed. [b]"So how do you like it here so far?" [/b]Sakura questioned, trying to constantly keep her mind working so she didn't remember the hunger. [b]"Its....ok I guess. What about you?" "Well....I like it, its a good place, nice people, hard game to play." [/b] Sakura sighed and the song on the OST changed. The two of them continued to talk over things, mainly just enjoying each other's company and having interaction with others. As the time continued the hunger pains gradually minimalised and she couldn't feel them as badly now, that was the cure besides thinking, talking to another. [b]"So what's your room like?" [/b] [b]"Its great, its got books, DVDs, CDs, and an XBox. Your room looks good too." [/b]Sean said, looking around the bedroom. [b]"Yeah, I love floorboards, and its full of everything electrical. The master gave a speech to them and she listened, he explained further about the cards they would recieve, and if they revealed the content to any other contestant they would be punished. She was listening for sure, but her mind was on her stomach, she hadn't eaten for the whole day, she'd taken some water but that was it. When the master announced that dinner was served she straightened in her seat in anticipation. The chefs from the kitchen whirled out carrying dishes laden with food and white envelopes. Sakura focussed on the food instead of the envelopes, she couldn't wait to dive into it. The master reminded them again that they had to obey the cards and the chefs placed the dishes down, laying the crisp white envelopes infront of each person that the golden print indicated to. Sakura sighed and reached out, picking up the envelope. She looked around and saw the others doing so too. She ran her finger over her name and flipped it over, she carefully pulled out the card so no one could see it and read it. As soon as she saw the words, a look of pain crossed her face. She excused herself from the table, despite the welcoming food and returned to her room. Sakura sat on her bed, clutching her stomach, it was rumbling from lack of food, but she kept her will strong. She got up and turned on one of the OSTs she had in store, lying on the bed and listening. She just thought, thinking was the best way she knew to get rid of hunger. [/color][/color]

[color=Navy]Azalea watched the sky as she and Kage slowly continued. The sun had almost sunk under the horizon and the sky was coloured a beautiful pink, purple and blue. Kage's head was tilted up too, enjoying the sight. They had slowed to a brisk trot because Kage had gotten tired, his flank was covered in sweat and his breathing was starting to get heavy. [b]"Its ok...Not too far now." [/b]Azalea soothed, stroking his silky mane. Kage nodded and continued on in a canter. They climbed a hill and were happy, the forest was just below. Kage reared in enjoyment and they took off down the hill, they couldn't wait to arrive. When they finally got to the second forest they stopped. Azalea dismounted quickly and freed Kage of his saddle and bridle. Azalea wanted to turn him out to cool down but there were no gates to keep him in. She frowned and talked to the horse. [b]"Kage, I'll let you run free for a while ok? Whenever you hear this *whistle* then I want you to come back ok? Make sure you stay in a good distance that you can hear me. Do you understand?" [/b]Azalea asked. Her horse neighed and tossed his head, stamping at the ground. Azalea took it as an 'understand' and let him go, seeing him trot off into the distance. Azalea took her bag and sat beneath a large tree that was among those that created the entrance of the forest. She took a quick swig from her bottle and ate one of the apples she was carrying. She judged the amount of time using the sun and when she felt it was long enough she put two fingers to her mouth and let out a piercing shriek. She waited for a while and saw the black stallion trotting toward her. Azalea fed him the rest of her apple and got out the brush that the stable hand had given her. She cleaned his coat until it shined again and threw his saddle blanket onto his back so he'd stay warm. She pulled out a black jacket from her bag and shrugged the extra clothing on. Kage whinied and nudged her with his nose. Azalea reached into a pocket of her bag and emerged with three sugar cubes. Kage accepted them gratefully and they both fell asleep. ~*~ The next morning they woke up refreshed and Azalea took another drink from her bottle. She saddled Kage again and mounted, he was re-energised too and they took off quickly, they were both a little on the hungry side but they would live for now. As they rode they came across another stream where Kage drank and Azalea washed her face to wake her up some more. Kage took in a lot of water, knowing from the experience of the day before that they may not see another stream for a long time. Kage and Azalea rode around the two other forests and they were just gallopping over large grasslands. Azalea noticed that the vegetation in the area was changing and suspected that they were close to the marsh. They soon arrived at the boggy marsh. Azalea looked at the mud and the gloop that was everywhere. She made a sound of disgust and folded her pants up until they were at her knees she also took her shoes off, putting them into her bag. Azalea dismounted and told Kage to run around but to stay close so he could hear her whistle. The horse nodded and cantered off to who knows where. Azalea walked forward, putting her foot into the muddy stuff. She made another face and continued on. The highest the mud came was to the top of her shins. She walked carefully, pulling her feet all the way out of the mud before replacing it because it was thick and could trip her. There were also things that she didn't know lurking in the muddy depths. Azalea crossed the marsh to a platform that was in the middle of it. She was puzzled but got onto it anyway. There was no sign of anyone else so she sat down and waited. Then she noticed that there was a candle and a flat stone beside it. She looked over to it, it was still day so there was no need for a candle, besides...it was burning, had someone been here before? Azalea crawled over and looked at the stone, there was writing engraved into it, she read it, it said to burn the map and wait, Godo would arrive. Azalea shrugged and pulled the map from her belt, touching a corner of it to the flame. As soon as they touched, the flame changed from the orange flame to a bluish purple. Azalea was interested but just let the map burn, the bluish purple flames destroyed the parchment, now all she had to do was wait. [/color]
