But then it was Rin's turn, she saw an Eevee running around, looking for something. Rin got on her hands and knees and helped it look, finally Rin found it, it was a small silver bell. Rin re-attached it to the little band around its neck. Rin discovered that it's owner had abandoned it and asked if it wanted to be her partner, it agreed but refuses to go into a pokéball. They've formed such a strong bond now that they can understand each other. Rin heard about the new league and was determined to go and earn the badges while getting new pokémon.[/COLOR]

But Misty and herself are close siblings because they're both complete tomboys, the exact opposite of their other three sisters. Rin always helped Misty with the pokemon, training them for the water ballet shows or exercising them and training them for Gym Battles. Rin held Misty highly because Misty was the one that always took care of her and helped her out. Now it's finally Rin's turn to start her journey, she knows a lot about pokemon now because of all the work at Cerulean Gym. She hopes she can get a Squirtle as her first pokemon, because it can evolve into the mighty Blastoise. [COLOR=Navy]Hey Shippo! I love your banners!! As you can see, I'm still using the banner you made me of Syaoran from Card Captor Sakura. I love it! I love the banner for Japan. I can see the lines that go through it and it gives it a very special effect which I can't describe. The sig you made for yourself was pretty cool, I like the purple colour and that effect you always make for your backgrounds. What is it? I'd really like to know. The Kakashi banner is great, the blue goes well with the patchy background, the slightly rugged words and the slightly washed out picture, along with the words "away" written in black cursive near the bottom. The Riku banner is one of my favourites. You gotta love that background. It's like different types of text just put there, making a wicked background. The soft blue you used captures Riku, because it's misty with white spots amongst it. And Finally, I love the Kagome Banner!! I love the squares in the corner and the font you used for "Kagome". I think the only problem I have with it is the picture you used on the right. Her face is a bit too bright for my liking. But it's still good. Rin wasn't part of a gang, which was rare around the school. Most of the students were part of some wild gang with vicious leaders who were ruthless. Rin walked to her window and slid it open, there was no fly-screen in the way so Rin stuck her head out as a cool breeze blew past her house. She inhaled the cool air deeply and sighed, it helped clear her head. Today had been another tough day of school with more fights going on as they usually did. Rin wished that Imi would reconsider the switch, but she knew it was too late, Imi would be telling her brother and starting the change as she thought. "Why Imi? Why all this for Zeos?" Rin whispered. "The things you'll do for love, Imi." Rin drew her head back in and closed her window, leaving it partially open to get air into her room. Rin walked out of her room and ran down the stairs. She decided that she'd go visit Imi and Isaac to see how they were going with the swap. Rin hoped for their sake that it worked because they would get in a lot of trouble if they were caught. But Rin was worried about something worse than that. Rin watched fights happen everyday between the gangs, and people always picked on Isaac, so if Imi was going to pretend to be her brother, she would be the one getting hurt. Rin was so worried for her but hoped she would be fine. Rin exited the house, locking the door behind her and headed for Imi's house, which wasn't far, because they lived a block away from each other. Rin started off at a steady jog, pacing herself and getting exercise as she saw Imi's house in sight. ~End Flashback~ Rin sat in class, this was one of the only classes that she didn't have with Imi, and she was worried, because Imi was in the same class as Zeos, and she had been hit already by a gang member. Rin sighed as she tried to pay attention, after a while Rin decided she needed some air so she asked if she could go to the bathroom. The teacher agreed and let her go. Ryo walked over to a tree and sat at the base, leaning her back against the firm tree trunk. She heard some rustling above her and a few leaves fell from above. Ryo scrambled away and looked up. Pichu was shocked and was looking intently at the tree. Ryo fumbled in her pocket and pulled out her pokédex and pointed it at the tree that she had been resting against. The small computer device beeped and a mechanical voice told her that it was Slakoth, the lazy pokémon. Normal Type and there was a little picture of it. "Great! A pokémon!! Go Pichu!!" Ryo called, and Pichu jumped off her shoulder and onto the ground, looking for the pokémon. "Come out and fight Slakoth!" Ryo challenged. A shape dropped out of the tree and was currently lying on the grass. "Go Pichu!! Shock!" Ryo called. "Pi, Pi, Chu!" the small yellow rodent cried. A zap of yellow energy emitted from her cheek sacks and headed for the slouching pokémon. Slakoth was zapped into reality and glared at Pichu. "Slakoth!" it cried angrily, charging toward Pichu, it slashed and Pichu tumbled backwards from the impact of the scratch attack. "Tackle,Pichu!" Ryo commanded. "Pi!" Pichu said as it got up and ran towards Slakoth. Pichu slammed into the other pokémon, sending it stumbling backwards. "Quick Pichu! Shock once more!" Pichu let out another burst of electricity that sped towards Slakoth, hitting it directly in the chest and sending Slakoth flying into the tree trunk. Its head hung so Ryo quickly grabbed one of her empty pokéballs and hurled it at the slumped pokémon. "Pokéball Go!!!" Ryo cried. Slakoth was absorbed into the ball in a flash of red light before closing. The pokéball jiggled several times before releasing a chime. Ryo ran over and picked up the pokéball that contained her new pokémon. "Alright! I caught a Slakoth!! Thankyou Pichu!" Ryo said happily, picking up the tired yellow creature and placing her on her shoulder. "Come on out Slakoth!" Ryo grinned, opening the pokéball. Slakoth appeared in a beam of red light and yawned. He looked at Ryo and climbed her leg and the rest of her body before resting on her shoulder. "Great, wait 'til I show the others." Ryo said with a large grin plastered on her face.[/COLOR]

We need to defeat them to move on." But it wasn't a one-shot, she had been having the same type of dreams/nightmares since she was 15. ~DREAM~ She was running through a forest. The forest was braking up behind her as she was chased by a large red insect with large pinsirs at its mouth. She stumbled and fell over a log. "Help!!!" she cried. There was a blur and a yellow fox-like creature appeared crouched next to her. It picked her up in its purple gloved paws and disappeared with her in its hold. They re-appeared next to a river. "Thanks-" ~END DREAM~ Lani sat up in bed. She was panting heavily and covered in a cold sweat. Her dreams always ended before she got the name of the creature. But since she'd been having these re-occuring nightmares/dreams she'd discovered that the land was named the Digital World and the creatures were called Digimon. Her computer beeped, interrupting her train of thoughts. Lani looked at the clock next to her, it was still the early hours of the morning. She yawned as she stumbled towards her computer and checked the message. "'Alert! Alpha Point compromised! Immediate assistance required! You have been chosen to aid our world. Prepare for transportation.'" Lani mumbled to herself. Lani closed it and then she was sucked into her monitor. The next thing she knew, she was face-first in dirt. She sat up and saw the same fox-like creature from her dreams. It was sitting in a tree. "What's your name?" Lani asked. It turned quickly and jumped to the ground. "My name is Renamon. Lakes, rivers, ponds, puddles etc. Her most powerful talent is summoning a Large Dragon made of Water. It attacks with a deadly force of water and ice attacks. Tsuki can create cyclones, whirlpools and other deadly and dangerous water hazards. Her most useful talent though is being able to breathe underwater for long periods of time. She could even live underwater if she wanted to. Her natural talent is being able to hurl water at enemies and use ice magic. [COLOR=Navy]Ryo just sighed. They were bored. She crawled out of the tent and sat next to Bud again. "We're here for you. Please open. If for nothing else, for us. I don't want to leave the school in a couple of years without seeing you bloom." Ryo whispered, caressing the small bulb. Ryo yawned and felt weight next to her. "You should go to sleep." Lance said quietly. "But I'm not tired..." Ryo protested, yawning. "Go on, it's late." Lance said firmly, holding out his digivice to show her how late it was. "Alright..." Ryo gave in, and she crawled back into the tent and into her sleeping bag. Lance entered about two minutes later. Ryo knew that he'd probably said something to the un-opened blossom too. He crawled into his sleeping bag and turned off the little lamp they had. "Goodnight Lance, thanks for being here with me." Ryo said. "Goodnight, it's no problem, I'll always be here for you." Lance said. They talked for a while longer before drifting off to sleep amongst the branches of the tree they had fondly named Sakura[/COLOR].

"Let's do it Salamon! Digi-Modify! Digivolution Activate!" Ryo called as she slid the card through the digivice. Salamon was incased in a bubble of light. "Salamon digivolved to.......Gatomon!" she cried as she emerged from the bubble. "Gatomon! Lightning Paw!!" Ryo said, pointing at the MegaKabuterimon. Gatomon leaped forward and punched it, having little effect. Gatomon flipped back before MegaKabuterimon swiped her and tried to think of something. Ryo pulled out a card. "Digi-Modify! Power Activate!" Ryo said swiping the card. "Try Lightning Paw again!" Gatomon ran forward again and hit the giant bug. This time the punch had more of an impact and MegaKabuterimon stumbled backwards. "Keep it up Gatomon." Ryo cheered.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Navy]Tsuki sighed, flicking her tail from side to side. She looked at the celebrations around her. It was hard to believe that it had already been a year since Dango had started Amroth. Tsuki weaved her way swiftly between the other animals to a flat rock on the other side. Tsuki hopped on and sprawled out onto it. The rock was quite warm from the sun's heat and the sun was shining on her back. Tsuki opened her jaws widely, revealing her sharp teeth in a yawn, before resting her head on her paws. She had hunted late, last night and didn't catch much because she had to dodge a squad of AHS who were hanging around the area where she usually hunted. Tsuki's mind started drift and soon she was back in the old days. ~Memories~ It was dusk and the nocturnal animals were starting to awaken to forage for food. Tsuki and Kit had just emerged from their den. Kit had moved into Tsuki's den two weeks earlier and they were very close, like sisters. Tsuki and Kit were going hunting. Their sensitive ears twitched at every sound. They heard the rustle of leaves as gusts of wind blew through the trees. Tsuki's eyes spotted some mice running around under some bushes. Tsuki whispered to Kit and they slinked over to the area. Kit counted quietly and then they sprung. They caught two mice each. They laughed at how small they were and decided to let them go. They'd find better food, they mice were still young anyway and wouldn't have much meat. That night they had a supper of pheasants. ~Next Memory~ Tsuki and Kit awoke. They were still full from the last night's feast. They talked about it as they lay down on their sides. Suddenly they smelled humans and quickly hurried towards the back hole they used as an exit. They scampered out and ran into the thicker part of the woods. Thinking they were fine they chuckled. Then gun shots rang out. Animals scurried and hid in their homes. Bullets flew at the vixens and one hit Kit's paw. "Quick Tsuki, get out of here." Kit said as she collapsed. "No. We swore we'd stay together." Tsuki said nudging Kit to get up. "Go, please, it's too late for me, I'll never make it, go before they get you too." Tsuki stared at Kit sadly and ran towards their den. A few days later, the AHS came back and released chemicals around the woods and many animals, friends of hers, died. She passed out, thinking she was dying. But she woke a week later, realising there were changes to her, good changes. Tsuki promised she'd avenge Kit and left her den to find other animals to help or to find the AHS. ~End Memories~ Tsuki woke up growling angrily at her memories. Her hatred for the AHS flared incredibly. She saw that some of the members that didn't know her well were looking at her strangely. Tsuki breathed deeply and calmed down. She needed to get away, so she hopped off the rock and slunk away into the shadows and off into the woods.[/COLOR]

She got her first pokémon today. Ryo ran to her adjoined bathroom to take a shower. She bathed in the warm water and then got out and dryed herself with a warm towel. She walked back into her bedroom and changed into her regular clothes of a blue, durable, waterproof, hooded jacket unzipped with a white spaghetti strap top inside and navy blue cargo pants with pockets at the top(regular place for pockets) and near the knees and blue and white sneakers. She put on her pokébelt and made sure everything she needed was packed in her navy blue backpack. Ryo checked the time again and noticed it was about time to leave for the Lab. Ryo quickly brushed her moussey brown hair and hurried out of her room and downstairs. Her parents were there. She kissed her parents' cheeks. "Breakfast will be ready when you get back." her mother said. "Thanks, bye!" Ryo said heading for the door. "Good luck, honey." her parents called, walking to the door. They watched as Ryo ran down the path and waved before running off towards Professor Birch's Lab. She looked at her watch and put a bit more speed into her run. Ryo reached the lab and doubled over to catch her breath before going through the doors towards the back where Professor Birch was. There were 4 other trainers there, all picking up their Pokédexes and Pokéballs. "Hi. Good morning Professor, Imi, Chiimaru, Maia, Shea." Ryo said. "Morning." everyone replied. "Do we get our pokémon yet?" Ryo asked, noticing a Mudkip. "Yes. Of course." Professor Birch said. He handed the trainers their pokéballs and pokédexes before giving them their starter pokémon. Ryo connected her 5 spare pokéballs to her pokébelt and carressed the pokéball with her starter pokémon in it. Ryo enlarged it and opened it. There was a flash of white light and then Ryo gasped and squealed. "A Pichu!!! Yay! I love it. Thankyou Professor." Ryo said happily. "Haha...No problem. Have fun. Good luck on your journey." Professor Birch said. "Thankyou." Ryo smiled. "Come on Pichu, let's go show Mom and Dad." "Pi, Pi." Pichu squeaked. Ryo lifted the small electrical mouse pokémon and set him on her shoulder. Ryo waved to them before running home to show her parents. She'd been waiting for this day for a long time, now she finally had her first pokémon. Ryo got home and celebrated with her parents, eating a quick brunch. "We have to go now. I'll come visit when I can." Ryo promised. "Make sure you do. We'll miss you." her mother said. "Don't worry, Mom. Bye Dad, I'll come visit the plant when I get back too." Ryo smiled. "Alright, now go before it gets too emotional." her father said, pushing her gently towards the door. [COLOR=Navy]Hmm....Interesting question. I'm there quite often I think the thing that attracts me is the storyline. Whether it's original or part of an existing series, if the stroyline is good, then I'll sign up. But I get very put off when the storyline is a few weary sentences. And Since I'm very picky about english, since it's my favourite subject. If there's bad spelling and bad grammar then I won't be able to stand it and I'll just leave it. When I'm in the middle of an RP and it starts to go too fast, too complex or boring then I will often quit and leave it because more often than not, they forget about me and my character "disappears". For me, when I usually make RPs, the thing that I think grabs most people is something to do with Elements strangely enough. OR, since I'm a fantasy person, a lot of my RPs are purely fantasy, like they have Dragons and mythical creatures in them. Sometimes I'll get inspiration and ideas from other things, like books, anime, manga and other things. I think that my plotlines are usually quite good because so many people sign up for them, but the only thing is that several people drop out when the RP actually starts. But I dunno, everyone has a very different taste and that opinion is what I think, hope it helped answer your question. ^_^[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Navy]Two backpacks sat at the foot of a large Sakura tree. Talking came from within the branches. Ryo and Lance sat balanced on a branch, with their lunch trays sitting on their laps and an unopened bud that was to Ryo's right. Ryo lifted her sandwich to her mouth and took a bite out of it then laughed as Lance told a joke. They continued to talk and laugh about random things as they ate their lunch. Ryo reached over and caressed the unopened bud. "It's ok, you'll know when the time's right." Ryo whispered. Her thoughts and Lance's talking was interrupted by beeping. Ryo reached into her right, knee pocket and withdrew a D-Terminal. She flipped the screen up and opened the message. "Dai says, 'Ryo, I've already called the school to sign you and Lance out. Come home ASAP. ~Dai'" Ryo relayed. "Let's go." Lance said. They jumped from the tree with their empty lunch trays, picked up their backpacks and dumped the trays before running for the entrance to the school. They rushed out the gate and headed for Ryo's house, Dai, her older brother, had sounded urgent. He knew about Digimon, the Digital World and everything, he knew that Lance knew about it too. Ryo opened the door and walked in with Lance following her. "What's up Dai? You sounded urgent." Ryo called dumping her bag. "There's problems in the Digital World. There's an Ultimate gone wild, you need to get there and stop it, I don't know if you can though. It [I]is[/I] an Ultimate." Dai said. "We'll go, but how's Lance gonna get Agumon there?" Ryo asked. "Ah, thought of that one. Just for more exercise, you two, and Salamon, can run over there and get to the Digital World from there." Dai answered finally. "Meany. Can't you drive us, Oniichan?" Ryo pleaded. Dai grinned and shook his head, "No can do, little sis. I gotta go, But I had to tell you first. Have fun and lock up before you go." Dai said leaving with his car keys. Ryo sighed and got Salamon and the three ran out of the house, locking the door and running towards Lance's house. "Fun isn't it." Tears started to well up in her eyes and they started to roll down her cheeks slowly. "Wake up Zhi. Even if you don't want to, you have to. People need you. Aaron needs you. Something's wrong with him." Ryo cried softly. 'What a horrible day. If it was me, I'd never want to wake up. Their big day and it was ruined. Now what's going to happen? Zhi has to wake up.' Ryo thought silently as the tears fell onto the white sheets over Zhi's body, leaving wet spots. Ryo was upset from everything that had happened. She wasn't hurt atleast, but Nocturne was pretty badly damaged. She just hoped she could fix it in time for when she would need it. Ryo clasped her friend's hand and gave it a re-assuring squeeze. "Come on Zhi, pull through it. People need you here." Ryo smiled through her tears. Even though it was only from anethstetic, some people could give up during the time they were asleep. It had happened and was always a possibility, just re-assuring someone could make the biggest difference. Everyone knew that talking to someone while they were sleeping or in a comma helped. "You've still got a life ahead of you. We all do. Me, you, Aaron, and everyone! Just don't give up." "Not yet, we just got here a while ago. Earlier we were in the lab. Then we came here and we checked the area near the file cabinet." Ryo said, bending over the strip of wood again. Ryo looked at the glass of the window and spotted a smudge. "I think our criminal hit their head on the way out." Ryo smirked, lifting the forehead print, not knowing if it would be of any help but she suspected that the criminal would have a bruise there. "You got anything Morgan?" Ryo asked. "Yeah, I think I might have a shoe print on the ledge. But I dunno, they could change shoes and all." Morgan argued with himself. "Lift it, I'm gonna check outside, there's gotta be more prints somewhere. Suzie, you coming?" Ryo asked picking up her case. "Yeah, see if you can find anything else Morgan." Tatsu answered, following her twin out of the room. They reached outside and looked at the other side of the window. Ryo saw some indents in the grass, but they could have been by anyone or anything and wouldn't help, so she ignored it and looked for any clue. "Don't just stand there Suzie, help me look. When Ryo walked past Matt's table on her way to her seat, he looked down at his table and she noticed a blush, but couldn't see it clearly because of the angle of his head. Ryo smiled slightly and sat at her table by the window. Ryo sighed and placed her things on the table and stared out the window. There was a beautiful sakura tree in the eating area, it was there that she would always eat. She felt so calmed by the presence of the tree and often talked to it, just feeling like it understood her somehow. Some of the "popular" girls in her class often teased her for talking to the tree, but Ryo didn't care, she would always talk to the tree, as long as she was at the school, and maybe she'd visit it when she was out of school. It bloomed quite rarely, but there was always a bud on a branch that she'd watched for a long time that never bloomed. Ryo often ate lunch in the tree, and usually on the branch that was connected to the bud. She would talk to it and give it gentle encouragement, hoping it would one day bloom for her. "RYO!" she heard a voice call loudly. Ryo's head snapped up and turned to face her friend, Lance. She grinned at him as he sat down in his seat next to her. "Hey, sorry. Just daydreamin' again." Ryo stood and looked around the area, there was nothing much happening. There was only green grass. She squinted in the sunlight and saw a figure of some sort coming towards her at a fast pace. Ryo noticed that it definately wasn't human and it soon came to a stop next to her. "Ryo?" it asked. Ryo just stared at the blue wolf like creature. "Who are you? What are you?!" Ryo yelled. "My name is Strabimon, I'm a Digimon, short for Digital Monster and you are to be my partner." Strabimon answered calmly. "Where am I?!" "The Digital World." he replied. "The Digital World?! So Mystery wasn't kidding? There's a place called the Digital World?" Ryo said quietly to herself. "Of course I wasn't kidding, there is an evil, they arrived the same time you did. There are others like you, and others against you." Strabimon said quietly. "You?! You're Mystery?!" Ryo yelled again. "Yes, now can you not shout? My ears can't take much more of it." Strabimon said rubbing his ears. "Alright, let's get out of here, then we'll talk." Ryo surrended. They went to a shaded area and talked, he told her about the Digital World, Digimon, and the evil that had arrived.
