1. Nice work, the story is better than the last. A like it a lot and think this time 'round it can go really far. I most certainly would join. The variety of races is also good, if I join I'd have trouble picking (I'm a sucker from Elves, Animal-creatures and winged beings, of course). All in all, I think this is going to be an interesting RPG, and I sure is heck hope it works out good if and when it gets into the Adventure Square.
  2. Haha, I'm not a loser, I got real bunny eggs for easter! :p Anyway, back on topic. If I have have a family when I grow up (not like I have on now, lol) then there's a possiblity I'll lie to my kids just for the sake of keeping them good and a good excuse not to by presents. I'll just tell them they've been naughty every year and therefore give them no presents because I actually don't want to spend money. God, I'm a genius, my mum probably tried to do this every year I believed in Santa but was too good-goody to do it, haha! Loser. Maybe it's better that Santa stays non-existant so we can lie to our future children and have a wickedly cool excuse not to by them presents whilst getting them to be good all year round (and still not buying them presents anyway).

OOC: Hehe, this won't be very interesting but I don't have much to do... Jon was running down the dusty road, with Eevee running beside him, Gastly flying up above and Squirtle clinging to his shoulder tightly. It took awhile, but Squirtle managed to blast the Fearow away, it learnt its lesson. It shouldn't bother them again... but the other wild pokemon would. "Rattata!" Jon growled, stopping in a skid when he saw atleast five Rattata before him, all lined up and staring at him with their fangs hanging out and their eyes red. "Squirtle! Water gun!" Jon shouted, pointing towards the Rattata. Squirtle chanted his name, and leapt off Jon's shoulder, firing a fierce water gun from his mouth while in the air. The rat pokemon leapt back, and some got hit, most running away. More pokemon came forward, but nothing Jon couldn't handle. "Eevee, you tackle the Rattata and Squirtle, you take on the Pidgey!" Jon yelled. To his left were Pidgey and in front of him were a growing number of Rattata. Eevee and Squirtle ran off to attack their share, and while Jon was about to relax a little he heard the screech of a Fearow. Looking up, Jon noticed it was the same one, attacking Gastly. "Return!" Jon reutnred his Gastly before it could be attacked by Fearow, but that didn't stop the Fearow from noticing him. It looked around for awhile, then saw Jon, and darted towards him. It swooped down low, and missed Jon on purpose to scare him, causing a gust of wind and sand to flick up again. As the Fearow came down for another shot, Squirtle turned around from the Pidgey and fired a water gun up at the Fearow, hitting it on the head and soaking its feathers. The Fearow backed off a little, screeched, and then turned, looking like it was leaving for good. "Quick, we have to get up to the lab, I'm guessing that's where everyone is." Jon said, seeing flame attacks coming from Oak's lab. "Eevee, return!" Jon pointed his pokeball at Eevee and returned it, keeping Squirtle out just incase he ran into anymore pokemon. The Rattata behind him followed quickly, but Squirtle backed them off with a slash of water from his mouth. Coming up to the lab, Jon could see even more pokemon running around like there was a fire, and seeing the attacks near the lab Jon was wondering if there was going to be a fire. "Damn, look at that! That stupid Fearow's at it again, looks like we've made an enemy." Jon growled looking up to see the Fearow still screeching above him. "That's it, Gastly, Eevee, Squirtle, let's get this Fearow off our-" "Get inside, quick!" One of the adult trainers shouted, running up to Jon. He wasn't sure who it was, but it was someone Jon had seen before. Jon looked back up at the Fearow, wanting to take it on, but quickly obeyed the trainer and ran into the lab. Little Britain

Britain, Britain, Britain! Okay, now I know for sure that I'm not the only one who watches this comedy. I'm not sure if it shows in the US or anywhere else, but hell! Who cares? I love it! I've been watching the series one DVD for sometime now, and it's on BBC Three so I watch it then. ...So, anyone else? Matt Lucas and David Williams acting and writting it together is just magic. Pure. Magic. They're so funny, and Little Britain is just gold. The characters in it are brilliant (Lou & Andy, Vicky Pollard and Anne being my favourite, Daffyd is funny too). Man, how I love the script! Every episode isn't the same, it's just funny, funny, funny! Sure, it's more adults than children, but still... it's great fun! Hehe, something funny I can remember off the top of my head: Social worker: ?So where's your baby Vicky?? Vicky: ?Yeh but no but no but Carly found a pube in her lasagne, and Darren said he was gonna go to third base with Amber but that was RUBBAAASH and don't listen to Amber. I like Amber but she ain't my friend so you better talk to Amber but I dont know her. Anyway, I dont know nuffin' so SHUT AAP!? Social worker: ?All I want to know Vicky is where your baby is...?? Vicky: ?Oh, I swapped it for a Westlife CD." Social worker: ?OH MY GOD! HOW COULD YOU?!" Vicky: ?I know.... they're RUBBAAASH!!"
  5. Author. A writer. Anything, as long as it's writing stories. My whole life been around writing, in school I don't care about everything else because all I want to do when I grow up is be a writer. I've had some ******** from people about it, but I don't care. I honestly couldn't give a donkeys about what people say about me not being good enough or too young, I'm going to be a writer of any kind and that's it. My dream is to write stories, and it'll always be that. I've got a lot of good years ahead before I'm an adult so I've got all my life to make my dream come true and I intend to do it, God won't stop me. As you can see, I strongly, strongly want to be a writer. That's the reason I RP, and the reason I stick around OB, it's an inspiration.
  6. Santa used to exist to me, but he doesn't to me now. I asked my mum how he got in without a chimney and she said he has the house keys (give that some thought for a moment and you'd find it scary that a stranger has the keys to my house). However, I had many ways to prove my mum and dad wrong: 1. We watched a video in my room (me and my brother) on Christmas Eve, and it had finished. I was still awake, and I went downstairs at like... midnight to tell my parents, I walked down and found them putting together a bike, my bike for Christmas. Looks like Santa didn't bring it. 2. The presents are already under the tree before Christmas XD 3. When I wake up in the night, it's snowing. I watched the snow then it stopped, woke up in the morning and if Santa came through my house door there were no footprints in the snow (unless he's like Jesus or something). 4. How the hell can 9 reindeers pull a fat dude, a sleigh and a sack full of presents for the whole world? And how the hell does Santa fit all those bikes in his sack? 5. ...There isn't a present under my tree that says "From Santa". 6. I think the "elves" wouldn't like working all year round in the freezing north pole, hell they probably don't get paid. ...Haha, I only had time to believe in Santa for a few years, see I was cunning and smart (not really, just lucky and a non-believer) and found out that Santa didn't come to my house, open the door, sneak around like a prevert (lol, just joking... well... who the hell sneaks around your house at night besides your dad looking for the hidden beer?), eat the cookies and milk, leave the presents then fly off into the night sky to give the rest of the 2 billion children their presents in one nights work then goes back to his house in the north pole with heating, I hope.

Quiet, calm and peaceful... that was the current mood of Jon and his surroundings. He was sat just outside Pallet Town, beside a lake, lay down on his back with Squirtle beside him. Jon had his eyes shut lightly and was humming to himself, he was tempted to let Eevee and Gastly out but he was going to get going in a minute back to Pallet Town. "Well, we have to be getting back now." Jon said, jumping up and stretching his arms out followed by a tired yawn. "I know I should be deep into my journey by now, but I won't speed things up... We're going to leave Pallet shortly, though, and that means you won't have a lot of trips outside your pokeball." Jon explained to Squirtle. As if he were human, Squirtle gave a low groan (still in his name) and lowered his head... he did like being outside his pokeball, a lot more than Gastly and Eevee. Jon returned his Squirtle to its pokeball, looked at the shiny red pokeball in his hand for a moment, then smiled. He shrink it down to the smallest size and clipped it onto his belt, letting his smile grow and inhaling the fresh air. Though when he did this he got more air than he wanted. A stronge gust of wind suddenly rushed past him, causing the lake water to jump up and the dirt below him to curve and flick up sand. Jon quickly covered his eyes, not being able to see what was causing the quick rush of wind. When whatever rushed past him was gone, Jon opened his eyes slowly and removed his hands from his head, only to see a huge Fearow swooping higher into the air with its giant wings. Boy, Fearow had huge wings! "What was all that about?" Jon asked himself. He was shocked when he heard the sqwuarking and sounds of small Spearow answer his call, lots of them. Quickly he turned around and saw at least fifty Spearow flapping their tiny wings in an effort to keep up with Fearow and heading straight for Jon's position. Jon thought for a moment. There was no way Squirtle could managed an attack on that many Spearow just above the ground, Eevee wouldn't fair as good either, but Gastly was uneffected by normal-type attacks! "Gastly, go!" Jon shouted, tossing the pokeball which contained his Gastly towards the Spearow. In a whisp of smoke Gastly whooshed out of the ball, chanting his name when he saw the Spearow before him. "Gastly, try a Night Shade attack!" Jon ordered. He knew Gastly wasn't perfect with Night Shade, but it was the perfect escape. The purple gas around Gastly began to spread out slowly, then in an instant it whooshed out to the sides like a powerful smoke screen and smoothered the Spearow with mystic smoke. The gas turned into pitch-black for awhile, but disappeared slowly leaving a few Spearow to drop to the ground and the ones still flying to turn around and run back to the forest. "Gassstly!" Gastly chanted, hovering up and down. "Alright, nice one!" Jon punched the air with his fist in joy, and smiled when Gastly hovered back over to him. "That was strange, I've never seen that happen near Pallet before. Hurry up, we should get back into town before the Fearo-" "Feaaar!" Jon was cut off by the high hissing bird cry of Fearow, right behind him. Jon could feel the wind from Fearow's wings on his back and hair, but he managed to look around, and wished he hadn't. The Fearow was closer than he thought, it was hovering right in his face. Jon wasn't going to have Gastly battle it; he knew very well Fearow had some flying-type moves that could easily give Gastly a beating combined with its speed. So Jon made the choice to run instead of being caught up in a fight with a Fearow. "Gastly!" Gastly shouted his name after Jon, slightly shocked when the Fearow charged right through him. The Fearow flew up high and turned around, on the tail of Gastly and right behind Jon. "Gastly, wait until we get closer to Pallet town and then use Lick!" Jon decided, looking back at Gastly for an instant. While he looked back he didn't see one of the Rattata beneath his feet and suddenly plunged to the floor, face first in the dusty road and almost laying on the Rattata. The Fearow was gaining on Gastly, Jon saw it as he got up. Before he could take out Gastly's pokeball and return him, he turn a low hissing sound behind him, a cry which he had heard often in Pallet. Behind Jon were Rattata, lots of them. Hissing with their fangs and bodies ready for a tackle, and in front of Jon was a Fearow with enough wing power to strike down like an arrow from the clouds. But Jon wasn't going to give up, no. He took out his two last pokemon, Eevee and Squirtle, and called them out. ---- OOC: Note that I haven't seen Gastly Night Shade attack on the show, sorry if it might be a little wrong.

Name: Jonathan "Jon" Reeds Age: 12 Gender: Male Hometown: Pallet Appearance: Personality: Jon isn't known for his hostility or being a "mean" person, he's known for being nice and accepting. Normally he has a great sense of humor and likes to laugh with people and not make them laugh. However, even if he is a nice person when he's annoyed or angry he's very snappy, very bitter and sometimes he can be a little dangerous. Jon has been seen storming off if he's angry, but most of the time it's never because he can't get his own way. He tries to see things from other people's point of view and, occasionally, will understand if people tell him he can't do something (if it were a good reason). Background: Jon's father was a Pokemon trainer who trained all types of Pokemon, and in his party he kept as many different kinds as he could so he could find the right one to battle. Mostly his father would use different element pokemon, but he always had a few ghost pokemon handy. Jon lived in Pallet town with his mother while his father was away battling and still travelling the world, and when Jon was 12 he recieved a Squirtle. Jon decided his father would be his inspiration and not only would he collect many different types of pokemon but he would have a party of many different types in case he ran into strong trainers and needed a good advantage. Jon first caught an Eevee, a wild one which seemed to have been abandoned and bent on acting like the while Pidgey in and Urban pokemon in Pallet. Though as hard as Jon looked he could never find a ghost pokemon. However, one day his father sent him a package that contained a pokeball and in that pokeball was an old Gastly once his fathers. Zack H. Carter Oliver Whip ? Philios Desont Rhian ? Marion Tye Neuvoxetere ? (Awaiting Sign-Up changes) = = = Chapter One Enemies and Allies The battle for fairness among the poor people and more money to them has always been one like good and evil, enemies and allies, but the battle just got big, and personal. Robin Hood and his friends only knew of the Sheriff and his men but didn?t know any of his men by names, yet. New enemies emerge with names never to be forgotten, and new allies emerge with names to go down with the 2nd Legend. (Note: In this Chapter your character may not have joined their side yet, and please remember that all this isn?t entirely based on the Robin Hood tale, not entirely) Outside the City, River near the Poor Estates, 9:52am. Fast flowing water pushed against Robin?s boots while he shuffled his way underneath the bridge, trying to keep as silent as possible so that the Sheriff?s men crossing over the bridge didn?t hear him. It was quite dangerous and very important since the men were so near the warehouses, the Sheriff could have maps designed and reports of the whole places before the afternoon, and Robin wasn?t going to take that risk. It was strange, though. Things seemed a little wrong, the Sheriff normally didn?t send men out because he knew most of the time Robin and his friends would jump them, plus the Sheriff was cunning enough to predict an attack, maybe it was some new enemies on the block. A small boy and two tall boys and girls came running down the stream towards Robin, ducking under the bridge with him and talking in a low whisper. ?There?s only five of them coming, but I think there?s something going on. I?m not sure, there seems to be less men than before.? The tall girl whispered. ?Maybe the Sheriff got a mercenary to do the work,? suggested the tall boy. Robin shook his head. ?I don?t think so, but I?m not taking any chances. You, can you run fast?? Robin asked the youngest boy who looked up with blue eyes and gave an innocent nod. ?Good. Five men is easy. When we take out three of them, you run back to the rest of my men, and I want you to get Little John and anyone else you can round up for later on in the afternoon, I want to see what the Sheriff?s up to. We?ll lead the two other men into the estates and ambush them, get some money and send someone to food then we can question them.? Robin explained. He clutched his 21st century hunting bow hard and adjusted his cap, then listened to heavy footsteps coming towards them. ?They were armed by those bullet guns, you know? The ones that shoot bullets with energy, like the 21st century weapons.? The girl pointed out. ?Good? at least I think. They?re coming over, we?ll jump out and knock three down then make a mockery out of the other two,? a smirk grew across Robin?s face, but it was wiped away when he heard the clanking of old oak wood and the sound of marching zombies coming over the bridge. Quickly, Robin took an arrow and loaded it into the second string of his bow. ?We?ll go after you.? The tallest boy said, backing up while Robin put his foot on the riverbank, ready to jump up and attack one of the men. He looked at the small boy suddenly. ?Before you run for safety, take the money of the soldiers.? He told the boy with a smirk. ?If they try to stop them, kick them where it hurts.? He pulled his hat back a little, and then in an instant he was up on the grass and leaping bravely before the soldiers with his arrow aimed at the first soldier?s leg. He fired quickly, not looking into the eyes of the soldier?s hidden faces under their helmets. His arrow pierced the first soldier?s thigh like the strike of a quick sword, making the soldier drop his weapon and the second jump forward with his gun aimed at Robin. Robin Hood took out another arrow but didn?t aim it at the man who was about to fire at him; instead he lunched his deadly missile at the last soldier. His two friends, the tallest girl and boy suddenly leapt out from the opposite side of the bridge and grabbed the soldier aiming for Robin?s head. Robin stood there, folded his arms and laughed lightly as his two friends tackled with the soldier and easily launched him into the quick flowing river. ?Robin!? A small voice shouted from below. Robin suddenly snapped out of his laughing and looked up to see the last two soldiers heading towards him, both with standard police sticks in their hands, which Robin knew, from experience, wasn?t very nice to be hit by one of the sticks. Robin ducked the first man, tripping him up easily, but was knocked in the ribs when he got up by the second. He didn?t try to hit the man back; he would just get injured again. So Robin clutched his ribs tightly, and turned his back, running over the grass and towards the fence of the estates, hoping the two soldiers would follow him. And he was right; they did, because if they hadn?t then he wouldn?t have his two friends running alongside him. ?The kids got some money, are we going to ambush them right near the start of the estates?? The boy asked Robin panting as he ran. ?Near the middle. You lead them all the way through, I?ll take on the roofs and allies.? - - - Poor Estates, 10:10am. Robin was bust sat crossed legged on the steps of an old flat, counting the money and coins in his hands and passing them to the small boy who had taken them. The ambush was easy, all Robin had to do was hid, jump out and scare the wits out of the soldiers and then they were tied up and put in the nearest warehouse? he?d go back to them when he was finished with his own business. ?Are you sure you got all?? Robin asked handing the boy back another handful of coins and starting to count the rest. ?Doesn?t matter, anyway. They must?ve learnt not to keep all of their filthy cash with them when they?re coming near the estates, but they?re to greedy to let it go.? Robin laughed evilly and made the money jump in his hands. ?I wonder how much those fancy helmets and pants are worth?? ?Robin, I need to speak to you privately.? A voice suddenly cut in from across the round, a voice Robin knew but someone he didn?t talk too much, one of the oldest of the men, Alan, once a rich man himself. Robin was confused, but nevertheless he got up, dropping the money and taking his bow over the road to Alan. ?What is it?? He asked quietly. ?Scouts around the cities? they got found out, no one?s heard from them.? Alan said. An middle age man with a lot of wisdom in his noodles, he always got straight to the point and when it was serious he would put his wrinkled hands in his pockets and he was doing that now. ?Sheriff?? Robin asked. ?We don?t know. Most people don?t think so, the Sheriff is more likely to do something more drastic if he killed or kidnapped someone, besides he had no way of knowing? unless he?s hired new men.? Alan sighed and looked up. ?You better not go out there on your own.? ?I?m not going to. I?ve taking some people with me, I won?t go alone.? Robin gripped his bow, and turned to walk away, but was stopped by Alan?s cold hand. ?I?ll send a boy out to ask for the best fighter?s around here to help you.? ?Tell them to meet near the fence at 11am, I?ll be waiting for them but only for a few minutes.? ?I?ll make sure you have the best.? ?Good?? Robin smiled at Alan, and then began to laugh. ?First, I?ve got to find how much those pansy fancy pants of these soldiers are? they might have a nice value, just for the money.?
  10.
Walk around, but when you walk, keep your head straight, and your shoulders back. For guys it is a bit easier, we can inject a bit of swagger into our walk, heh, but look like you own the joint.
Hard to do that with rockport boots on (Blame the school, stupid rules about all-black shoes means no trainers and I hate most boots... ah well). I'd try o keep my head up straight... anyway. Thanks for advice, everyone. Though I might find it hard to use Drix's advice... forgiving isn't something I want to give to them, I can forgive the dumb bruts who do it for fun, but there's a type of bully you can't forgive: The smart ones. Yep, level 5's (max' level over here) in their year 6 SAT's, high marks in Maths and... well, we'll pass on English, and high marks in everything else. I only beat them in stuff like History and English, but that's it. I can't forgive them, because they actually know. I had an incident at the end of school disco with one of them, and I'd like to say I'm not entirely pleased about it, in fact I was pissed off as hell a few days after. Anyway, what he did (no name...) was be my friend, a real nice friend. I wasn't too sure since he was mean to me, but he was being my friend, too much of a friend. He gave me the Maths answers, and notes when we were doing the History essay and I had no notes. So I was fooled by the smartie pants... too much. At the disco he was sat behind me, and I moved the chair to sit on it. The stupid **** pulled the chair away and I smacked the bottom of my spine. I asked him what he did it for, and he tells me to **** off and kicks me in the back, then on the last day he just swears at me. I won't forgive something like that, you're not supossed to use brains, a gift at Maths and other things for means of entertainment by hurting others, not to mention I seriously couldn't walk right after it but I was okay after a few hours. I forgot about it and just let it go for a few days, it won't bother me anymore, I hope. ...Ah, well.
  11. I'd like everyone to finish their sign-up's (those who haven't, I mean) as this will be started tomorrow, possibly in the morning it depends what kind of mood I'm in. 12. I took the test and got everything right... Yeah... Actually I took the test, had no idea about half of the stuff and then guessed and randomly clicked answers half way through, so I got a nice below averge. I just have one question: How the hell can that determain someone's intelligence? Not mine, anyway, since I haven't covered anything like that in my life so far, and I suck at maths, not to mention that one or two questions were about currency and rubbish, so it was dollars and I prefer pounds so... yeah... *Shrugs* I've never done an IQ test before, too young I'd say to even be able to properly guess half of the stuff on the 12 minute one.
  13. Opps, sorry for taking ages to post ^_^;; don't die, Sands of Time! Oh, and in my next post we will get moving into another timeline. Morgon had followed Sarek through the portal, while he was waiting near the wall beside the medical bay, clutching his wound tightly. He was leaning against the wall for support... never again would he trust adaptation to take care of a wound for so long. "Sarek, are ye okay?" Morgon asked running down the metal ramp of the portal. Sarek held his hand up and nodded. "Fine, just need to get a bandage around this wound or something. I'll train with you as soon as I get it fixed. I'll be fine." He shook his head slightly, and groaned, staggering towards the medical bay and almost losing his footing. "Go off to the training areas, I'll join you soon..." "I fink I be stayin' 'ere with you, 'case you faint or-" "I don't faint!" Sarek barked back at her. "Fine. Stay here, I don't really care." He mumbled, walking towards the medical bay again and almost tripping over his own feet, again. --- Sarek was sat on the bench, cleaning his sharp sword with the tip of a towel and burshing his bandage wrapped across his strong golden armour carefully. Morgon was dashing around the room with her sword, waiting for Sarek to finish. This would really help him get his mind off Li, if he could. Sparring... he had never done it, but he knew what it was. "Ready?" Morgon asked, stopping and turning towards the warrior. Sarek stood up, with his sword in his right hand an a smirk under his mask. "Ready." He replied to her and brought his sword up to his face, still hidding a smirk. He began to circle Morgon, and she did, as well. Who's going to take the first move? Sarek's going to take the first move, damnit! Sarek said in his head, still hidding his smirk. He would wait for awhile, then attack. He just had wait... wait... Wait... he wasn't going to wait any longer. Sarek jumped forward with his sword up, but suddenly stopped when he landed cleanly on the floor. He grunted under his breath, and stayed still, crouched in the training area and losing his grip on his sword high over his head. He closed one eye in pain, then dropped his sword and put his hand over his bullet wound. "Sarek, are ye okay?" Morgon asked, pausing for a moment before moving towards him. Sarek didn't say anything for a second, but he looked up at her, and smiled. "...Are you a fool?" He asked, touching the end of his sword with his hand and ready to pick it up. Morgon looked at him, confused. "As Dave would say, I got you." Then he picked up his sword.

  16. I'm 12 and I used to be an Anime fan, but I stopped watching stuff like DBZ and all the good Anime they show over here. Not much comes on anymore, so I'm not a fan because I can't watch anything. I'm not really to botehred about being 12 (since I joined three monhs after becoming 11), I've talked to a few people who are a year older and like to talk to everyone on OB, nice bunch of people and all... age don't matter, thank God.
  17. Damn, sorry it took awhile for me to post, hehe, so let's get the burial over then get along with the rest of the chapter, I miei amici! Oh, and I'll just skip a few parts of this burial to get on with it, 'kay guys and gals? Sarek emerged on the green grass of China in 239, which he found interesting. The grass was green and the trees looked brilliant, it was very different from the other timelines, and he liked it, though he couldn't know the true beauty of it all. not with his blindness. He stepped forward from the portal, and gazed at his robes. He had never seen a culture wearing these kind of robes, though he had seen Li wearing them. His was light blue, with dark blue around a sash that was stretching from his right shoulder down to his waist. Light blue... it wasn't Sarek's colour, but then again he wouldn't know what was. He knew Canathael had gone ahead of him, so he followed to where ever he might have been, coming through a bunch and pickly green bushes and meeting the wizard (...sorry, I just find it easier to spell!), who turned to meet Sarek. "Wait up," a voice said calmly from behind. Sarek turned around, seeing Pieter Maya running from behind, both dressed in robes (colours are for you guys to describe). Behind them came Morgon and finally, Sutaru, who looked a little ill. He stopped and panted near them, when he hadn't run very far. "Are you okay?" Canathael asked, worried. "I'm fine." Sutaru replied waving Canathael off with his hand. Canathael drew himself back, and nodded towards a hill nearby. Just before that, the group could see a coffin, a big one and a heavy looking one at that. "David suggested myself, Pieter, Canathael and Sutaru carry the coffin to the grave," Sarek said, moving forwards behind Canathael. They walked for awhile until coming to the oak and heavy looking coffin of their friend, Li. Sarek stared at it for a moment, then sighed. "I hope he dug the grave for us," he mumbled, moving to the back of the coffin with the other men and getting ready to lift it. --- Sarek was beside the small gravestone of Qang Li, not leaning on the marble headstone but just standing near it. He was wrong, the coffin wasn't heavy, it was light and easy to place in the ground, and now he was standing silent with the rest of the group. Maybe they were crying, he didn't really know, but he didn't care about it, really. 'It's not my custom to make promises to the dead, not my people's either, maybe not yours. But you know what? Who cares about my people... I'll promise you this, I'll pay Marrek back, because in my world no one gets away with that kind of murder. Sarek promised Li, secretly, in is head. He suddenly put his hand on his old wound from the gun back in the last age, and winced. Now it was starting to hurt... but his time was done over Li's coffin in the deep hole, he couldn't do anything more to help her, he never could have when Marrek killed her. He bent down slowly, and reached into her grave as far as possible, still not managing to reach the coffin. Slowly he let his second spear, his clean one, his only replacmenet go and watched it drop onto her coffin, then went to leave China. "Sarek, where are you going?" Canathael asked, breaking the silence and looking towards him. "To fix my wounds... I can't do anything here, I pain my respects."
  18. Hehe, thanks Rhian! Ah yes... I'll accept a max' of 10 people and a 5 at the very least. Though some people might not get through, it depends how good they're sign-up is, heh. Though I'm looking for more Heroes than Villians I also want someone to sign-up as the Sheriff or one of his [strike]cronies[/strike] men or women (Yeah, sorry about that Rhian, I should've called Robin's Men something different, lol). Looks like the sign-up's are going to go good this time, two people PMed me ALREADY, that's record for me, two people normally pM me about five days after the RPG's started in the sign-up's, I have a feeling about this one (Or it could just be the expired yogurt I had today).
  19. Legends: Robin Hood 3005 [M-LVS] Among the stories such as Treasure Island, Troy and King Arthur there is one story, the story of a hero and his merry men: Robin Hood. Though Robin may have died hundreds of years ago there is still something in the hearts of those who love his story ? His spirit will never die. Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor; now that?s a hero, let me tell you that. Not many people know the whole details of his story, actually not many people know all of his merry men, but everyone knows that he stole from the rich and gave to the poor. However this was over a hundred years ago, and in this present timeline it?s over a thousand years ago. Yes, welcome to 3005. = = = In 2678 there was a world war. The government had changed; there was no more alliance between countries and every country was by itself. When invaders from all over started attacking other countries for control the world war started, ending in 2750. This war had ended in peace though some country were still divided and on their own. Though Great Britain was the only country standing on its own at the present time, having no alliances, no allies, and no enemies. Because of this Britain was able to rebuild its country faster than the others, and they brought back the Kings. Seeing that one man ruling was better they picked a King to rule Great Britain: Sebastian Tiberius, in 2962. This King spent all his money on himself, the rich, building cities in England and nothing else. Instead of having cities all over England he decided to have England as one large city, with one problem, the poor. Sebastian didn?t care about the poor, just those who had the money. England was split? the middle and North were the richest while the rest of England was poor and still living in 2005. The money wasn?t shared out anymore, it was all for the rich. No one else could have it, Sebastian made sure of that. With England being a powerful futuristic world of its own no other country dared invade or interfere. Therefore no other country knew of Sebastian?s greed and selfishness. If he kept the poor at bay and gave them nothing his system could work easily and he would forever have money and the power of England as long as the rich gave him the money, it was easy. Though he forgot one thing? people, refugees and runaways, sneaking into the powerful country for protection. The population grew larger and larger, mostly the poor. Sebastian only spent a little money on the poor so they could give it him back, but now it was too much. The poor needed more money and everyday companies for the poor would come and ask for his support. Sebastian had no choice but too agree to it or else the country would see him for what he truly was, but being Sebastian he didn?t want to give up his money. In a stroke of genius Sebastian came up with a great idea: Slavery, executions? he wanted to get rid of the poor. He ordered all men of the poor to find work or else they would be killed or imprisoned and the children could not be on the streets. The only time children were allowed out was 4pm to 6pm, just for their health. But Sebastian only let them out so the country wouldn?t think much of it. If a child were found outside and not in the 2 hours they had them Sebastian would either kill them or imprison them as slaves. With the new laws in place there was no room in England for the poor. Sebastian?s plan was to get the poor out of his country, but his mind soon twisted into much sinister thoughts. He then came up with a new law to keep his country running off the hard work of the poor: No Englishmen may leave the country unless they had authority from the King, and the poor had no authority. To help keep this in place, a Lawyer nicknamed ?The Sheriff? was hired to keep everything in order around England. However, when there is evil there is good. A young man by the name of Robin had nothing but a collection of ancient books from a thousand years ago. He read one and found the legend of Robin Hood, who gave to the poor what he stole from the rich. Seeing the old English world like the new future one, Robin decided to make the Legend of Robin Hood come back to life, in the future. He set up his own special place down the alleys and in the warehouses and abandoned houses starting his own new cult. After that, Robin and his new men set out for the same goal Robin Hood had hundreds of years ago: something for the poor. Steal from the rich, give to the poor. Welcome to Robin Hood 3005, the tale of a hero and his men. = = =
This RPG takes place in 3005, with you either playing a poor person on Robin?s side or a rich person working for Sebastian.

I guess this will work in Chapter?s. The Chapter?s might be a little controlled, with certain characters in certain Chapter?s, though I do want most characters in every Chapter. What will happen is that I?ll post a Chapter and say who?s mainly going to be in it, you can still post if your name isn?t there, though.

Your weapon must be futuristic, but you could use something like the old Robin Hood Legend.

If you are replacing one of the characters from the Robin Hood tale, then put it in your name (Like Little John or Friar Tuck), but you don?t have to look like them. Also this is not entirely based on the tale.

If this goes well then I will be making another RPG, a second Legend. You might see something like; Legend: Troy 2400.

Dedication, please. Stick with the RPG, and if you might have to drop out later on then don?t join.

There will be swearing, lots of violence and possible sex in this RPG, so if you?re offended by anything then don?t join, of course.

I?ll play Robin Hood.

All children become adults at 19.

Also there is a character not mentioned above, a character that takes the place of the Sheriff of Nottingham from the old tale. This character is going to be a Lawyer (for amusement, and for the reason that Lawyer?s defend the rich). This character will simply be called the Sheriff, who?s a lawyer in charge of most of the law around the city. Anyone who wants to play this character is free to, just PM me first and I?ll give you some information.

Since this is set in the future the police will have different weapons from today, though I want to keep them simple. The weapons of police are simply bullet guns (mostly machine) powered by lasers which just make the bullet fire faster and harder.
For the sign-up, I?m not too bothered how you have it set out. Just have the following included into your sign-up: Name/Nick Name Age Side Weapons/Items Talents Description (Just a face shot or something) Personality Biography (Over 3 paragraphs, please) Set it out however you like as long as those as included. You can also add things if you wish. Here?s mine, as always: Robin Hood Age 18 Talents and Weapons/Items: One of his only items that isn't a weapon is his sun and moon neckless which he was given at birth and has never lost since he grew up. Robin carries with him his bow (click) which is his first weapon and his crossbow (click) is his secondary weapon. He uses the cross bow as a sort of sniper since it has a longer range then his bow. His bow is powerful enough to have a good range, since the wheels on the top give the arrows an extra jump. = = = To be out at night and outside the hours you have to be quick and sneaky, just like Robin. His talents are mostly sneaking around, hiding and of course he has a very keen eye for his archery. Being in the poor world, he has to have ways to get to useful things, he has to have good resources of else he wouldn?t be alive today. For most of his life Robin had dedicated himself to finding sort cuts through the darker streets, quick and easy ways to get to places, the best hideouts and the best ambushing areas. Along with all this, Robin is also very intelligent. Though he never had any education he still learnt a lot by himself and making up new plots and plans to get past guards, also to steal things from the rich just to survive. Personal: A young boy who was born in the world of the poor, Robin is would be someone who?s bitter and spiteful to the rich, but he?s not. A lot like the old tale Robin, he?s actually a very humourus person and likes to joke around with his hostages or mostly rich people. When it comes to ambushes or capturing hostages Robin goes about it in a somewhat ?funny? way, but then again he?s also serious about it. Though most things Robin takes as a joke there are times when he gets very serious, for example if a person was murdered then he would indeed get very, very serious about the incident. Moving from his jokes and random serious personality, Robin is very accepting, accepting and helping anyone he can even if they can?t give something in return. Heartless people and horrible people are out of question unless they do something for him first, something small, not something big. Though if they can?t give anything and have no reason too, then he?ll do it. Robin is a good leader, that?s why he?s in charge of this ?mini rebellion? against the King. He?s not afraid of death, he?s not afraid of being caught and murdered, though he is afraid he hasn?t done enough and his soul won?t make it too God. Robin believes that he can only get his soul to God by keeping his promise, so he knows God?s waiting for him and he?s not afraid to die at all, not even a painful death, he just doesn?t want to see his soul not make it to God. Another thing about Robin is that he?ll sacrifice himself for others if the reason were good enough, this is one of the reasons he?s helping the poor and doing such dangerous things, because he?s not afraid of self-sacrifice. = = = Robin Bohimen was born with no father, only a mother who took care of him in the poorest places in England, around the warehouses and very old houses and since Robin's birth his mother gave him a neckless of a moon. His mother was 27 when she gave birth to Robin, but when Robin was just 2 years old his mother fell in love with one of her best friends, making her best friend pose as Robin?s father for life. The only problem was, Robin?s ?supposed father? was David Reed, a known murderer and a wanted man by Sebastian. His was wanted for numerous robberies and murders in the larger parts of the city, not to mention a few important people, but the most known and dangerous one of all was that David Reed had murdered Sebastian?s half sister. Though the King couldn?t care less he used his half sister?s death as an excuse to hunt down and murder David no matter what happened to anyone else. Due to David, Robin constantly had to move around England. At this time he was only 6 years old, but had a good grasp of most the things going on. He still thought David was his father, though and didn?t know the truth. When it seemed like the King had finally given up on looking for David they all settled down in a small city of dank streets, old warehouses, old houses and old everything were most of the poor people were. It was as if the King had never covered the small city yet, it seemed untouched by the King?s ruthless laws. Robin and his parents lived from that day on in an old house, but with all David?s stolen money he was able to make it a little better. When Robin was 8 he decided to wonder off too far out of the city and ran into some guards of Sebastian?s. Though Robin managed to evade most of them, all except one who followed him back to his home city. This was when Robin started using the routes and places of his home to ambush people. He simply ran all over the place and waited until the guard lost him, then ambushed the guard and stole his weapons, including a crossbow. Robin let the guard escape, not really knowing much about life and death at the age of 8. The guard reported everything to the King, but the King refused to believe that any poor boy could overpower his mighty guards. At this time the King had hired the Sheriff, who disagreed with the King. When the Sheriff had finished his current court case he sent new men out and armed them with the latest in bullet and laser technology. 10 men were sent to the small city, but only 4 returned. It seemed that David was back to his old tricks, but Robin?s mother had joined in with the murders this time. David later gave Robin something he had gotten a long time ago, from a museum. It was a 21st century bow, complete with arrows and enough string power to shoot through the heads of three men. David told Robin to keep it as a present for all the crappy birthday?s and other celebration, so that was exactly what Robin did. When he was 12, Robin had learnt how to use a bow and the crossbow he had acquired from the guard when he was 8. At the age of 13 Robin was defying the law all the time. For a challenge he had moved to the better-guarded areas of England and ?teased? the guards. It became almost a hobby, pulling the guards back into the maze streets and ambushing them or causing them embarrassment in front of all the unfortunate poor people. The Sheriff had tried his own hand at punishing Robin, but even at 13 Robin was very smart and his childish, playful pranks seemed to always get the best of the guards. When the Sheriff reported everything once again to the King he asked permission to kill the boy when they caught him, and the King granted the request. Though the Sheriff was not going to stop to kill Robin, he also had no idea whereabouts they lived in the poorer parts, not the mention Robin was far away from there. Robin started to see how badly people were treated if they had little or no money, and frankly he didn?t like what the King was doing being from a poor family himself. From the age of 14 he decided to help the poor people and focused himself on stealing for a good cause. He would pick the pockets of the guards, knock them over and steal their gold, then give it to the poor for food, and even sometimes he would invade the Sheriff?s private camps and steal most of his food. For a while Robin was said to be the master of all thieves and uncatchable, but the Sheriff was going to devise a plan to catch him. When Robin was finally 17 and really envisioning the future in favour of the poor the Sheriff put his master plan into action. He managed to get Robin?s parents out of the streets and planned to play it Robin?s way with an ambush, but when this happened David and Robin?s mother had their own weapons and practically murdered the guards. For awhile the Sheriff stalled Robin from attacking by convincing him that his parents were as bad as the richer people by murdering guards instead of letting them go embarrassed and annoyed, like Robin did. For a while, Robin believed the Sheriff and was determined to teach his own parents a lesson, but he didn?t. During the time of Robin?s hesitation there was a second ambushed in which Robin?s parents were murdered. David wasn?t giving up, though. He survived for a while longer and told Robin that there was a huge secret about his parents and that one day he?d find it, but until then he had to do whatever he could as long as it was in favour of the good people of England. Robin asked why he had to do everything that was good, and his father simply replied that everyone goes to heaven (David being a Christian, a religion still alive) and the bad don?t, but when you do bad things for the right reasons and don?t succeed the chance of getting to heaven is a lot lesser, so he had to be careful and not be afraid of death, just afraid of not helping his soul reach God. Robin vowed to himself that he would keep a promise to his dead parents and himself, so he went back to his home and took everything he could, then he found a book when he was thinking about his parents, a book entitled ?Robin Hood?. Robin spent all of his time reading it and figured it was exactly like his lie, so it inspired him to o as Robin did with his merry men. He changed his second name to Hood and took the name of a Legendary Hero, and a few months before he was 18 he started recruiting for his band of merry men and boys.

  21. OB is my homepage, I come on at around 10am on weekends, 3pm after school on weekdays and stay on for most of the night. I don't post anywhere (sometimes I do) other than the Arena, mostly trying new RPG's and joining new ones. I'm not in many RPG's at the moment but I'm planning on trying Robin Hood 3005, which should be a big RPG for me. I also have to keep an eye on Sands of Time to keep it alive for the end of the first part. Most of the time I keep my computer on but go offline on the internet, and if I'm not on OB then I'm on the computer writting in Word or downstairs watching Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica, there's nothing else on. I also go on AHQ, a forum I'm a Mod on, AnimeForums... pretty good... and pop in on some FanFiction sites now and then, but most of the time I spend on OB.
  22. Vicky

    Teen Titans!

I'm sorry for being like that in my other post, I was in a mood then... lol I heard, well I saw on the TT Animated Site that Season Four will be
the final season
, and by the looks of the titles I might be focused on Raven. Maybe they'll go into more detail of her past, though the last episode has three parts. Well that's what the creators of the series have spilled out, anyway, though it might be changed (the titles, I mean) before its aired, like Detenion was turned to Mad Mod before it aired. Animation Insider and TeenTitansGo.net have the titles now, anyways, so I guess we have an idea of Season Four. I say Beast Boy was the better name than, Changeling, hehe. Changeling is a little too strange for me, and Beast Boy is more suitible I think... I mean, even if Garfield ever grew up he'd still be a boy, personality wise, lol.
  23. No problem, Rhian, and I just thought I'd bring this up, happy moment for me: I pasted the printable version of this RPG into a word document, and guess what? It comes up to 110 pages! Sweet Jesus! ^_^ When I become famous in a few years time and invent Badadabomda gun powder then you're all going to be in my biography! "I guess everyone'll be comin', I hope they get here soon." Morgon said to Sarek. Sarek was leaning against the final, large metal, open door that lead to the portal room, with his head down on his chest and his arms folded. "They'll all come. I feel sorry for that kid, though." Sarek muttered in reply. "Erika? She be feelin' sorry for us, more than we be for her." Morgon said, somewhat ressuringly. "No, she's been dragged right in the middle of this. She was in a time of gang wars, but this is a time of real war..." Sarek said, pausing for a moment. "...For the Universe, the most powerful thing ever to exist, time. A few scraps of land and lives were at risk in her time, but everything's at risk now. Everything... our very existance." He thought about his words for a moment. "... now we're a member down, she could make up for Li... but it wouldn't be right." "I'm sorry." Morgon mumbled. Sarek looked up at her, confused slightly and titling his head. "For what?" He asked. Morgon looked down at the floor and didn't reply, but Sarek knew what she meant. "...Oh, I didn't mean to..." he cut himself off when she turned away and folded her arms. "Look, you didn't kill her, it was Marrek. Dave said 'she could have survived' and that's it, if Marrek hadn't shot her then she wouldn't be dead, it's not your fault." "And if I hadn't wounded her so badly she would have survived the wound." "If you didn't fight to your fulliest then I'd be dead, Sutaru would die, and Protosis would have won." Sarek stepped forward and put a reassuring hand on Morgon's shoulder. "I know this. The need of the many out ways the need of the few. That's the warriors rule, perhaps Li didn't follow it, but she was a warrior, never the less." Sarek turned around and leant back on the wall, sighing heavily. ...Sarek? He looked up, thinking Morgon had said his name, but noticed she was still turned around. He shook off the feeling, and looked down again closing his eyes. ...Sarek, can you hear me? It's Erika? Sarek didn't even have to open his eyes to know Erika was not in the room, maybe it was his mind... palying tricks, but that had never happened. Never. He didn't think anything for a moment, but he kept his eyes closed and decided that he should try something... if it was Erika, which he found unlikely, he might as well try and say something. ...What? Through all the words and questioned he could have asked, he had to ask that on, what... Keeping his eyes closed, he concentrated hard and try and hear something else, to prove that it was either his mind playing tricks or truly Erika... with some kind of power. I'm speaking through telepathy. I'm a little lost on the ship- Holy shit, telepathy? I've heard of it, but never thought it to be possible... Sarek opened his eyes a little, but heard Erika fade a bit, so he closed them again and concentrated more. He remembered that he just cut Erika off, and made up for it. You should be on the forth floor right now, you won't get lost anymore. You should keep walking down the corridor, you'll come to a lift. Go in there and go to the first floor, look around their for awhile, you'll find it interesting. Sarek said in his mind. He smiled to himself, thinking of how annoyed Dave would be if anyone messed with the bridge controls. "You alright?" A voice suddenly cut his concentration, making Sarek jolt his head up. Dave came walking through the doors, with Pieter and Sutaru behind him. "You looked like you were asleep there. Are you ready to go? Maya and Canathael are coming now." Sarek paused for a moment, then gave a nod.
  24. No problem Ohkami ^_^ Also, note to everyone: Though Dick Grayson IS the Robin in TT, I'm going to along with the picture of Tim Drake because I can't find a good one of Dick that isn't Nightwing. Name: Dick Grayson Super Hero Name: Robin Age: 15 (Let's just say that, okay?) Super Powers: None. Although Robin has no super-human abilities, he is a highly skilled natural athlete, trained from birth as an acrobat. He was further trained in all forms of unarmed combat by one of the greatest combatants in the world, Batman. His skills as a detective are also superlative. Computer science, healing skills, and analytical thinking. His costume, fireproof and bulletproof, contains numerous weapons that help him in his fight against crime, the most notable of which are his sling and his collapsible staff. Biography: Young Dick Grayson was born on the first day of spring. His mother nicknamed him "little Robin". Little did she know how prophetic this term of endearment would be in her son's life. Dick Grayson was part of his family's acrobatic troupe, the Flying Graysons. Dick joined the act at a very young age, having been trained in acrobatics from birth. While on tour in Gotham City, nine-year-old Dick overheard "Boss"Anthony Zucco, a well-known and feared crime-lord, threaten the performers unless the circus's owner paid extortion money. The owner refused, and that night Dick watched in horror as his parents' high wire snapped, sending his parents hurtling to their deaths. Young Dick felt responsible, because he didn't warn his parents in time. Shortly after the tragedy, a distant Bruce Wayne rescued Dick from an uncaring juvenile services system. Frustrated by the lack of attention from his new guardian and the mystery still surrounding his parents' death, Dick snuck out of Wayne Manor one evening to solve the crime on his own - only to stumble into Batman, who was also investigating the murder. Seeing a reflection of himself in Dick, Batman not only revealed his identity as Bruce Wayne to the boy, but also decided to train him to be his protege. At this point, Bruce saw that Dick could temper compassion with a thirst for justice. So Bruce made the young orphan the offer of a lifetime; the chance to become his crime-fighting partner. Dick chose the name Robin, and his training began. A talented and eager pupil, Dick made his debut as Robin the Boy Wonder a few short months later when he aided Batman in finally solving the murder of the Flying Graysons. Bruce taught Dick fighting techniques and detective skills for a grueling 6 months. Finally, Dick had to pass a final test - "the Gauntlet". Dick must elude the Dark Knight on the streets of Gotham for one night - from sundown to sunset - without any outside help. Dick succeeded, simultaneously bringing Gotham gangster Joe Minette to justice. Dick took to the streets as Batman full-fledged partner in crime-fighting, Robin, the Boy Wonder. Dick enjoyed his first year as Robin, regarding the job as an adventure until a confrontation with Two Face served as a rude awakening for the young hero. Two-Face had captured the new District Attorney and Batman, and had each suspended from a hangman's noose in a 'double gallows death-trap'. Robin, in trying to save the D.A., used a batarang to cut the rope of the noose. It worked, but Robin didn't account for Dent's obsession with the number two-- it was a two-fold trap, and the floor gave way, dropping the DA into the water, where the man drowned. Robin was unable to prevent his death, and received a beating at the hands of Two-Face. A beating witnessed by Batman, still tied up on the platform trying to free himself. Eventually Batman was able to free himself and apprehend Two-Face. This event, however, scarred the young crime-fighter, and haunts him even today. Later a group formed known as the Teen Titans, and Robin proven himself to be their leader. Description: Gender: Male
  25. Yeah it'd take awhile to get there with just five of us (including myself)... is it five? Yeah, Rhain, Demonchild, Angelus, myself and Duo, I kinda lost count for awhile... too many characters with no one to play them... like Pieter... Right then! Do you think we can make it to Chapter 10? That would be a great resting point for the first part *smirks* I don't intend for this RPG to have one part, I'm getting a little excited since this is my longest ever running RPG. When it becomes famous you'll all have your names on paper and down in history!... I apologise for that... anyway, I have a great idea for the end Chapter of the first part: Protosis is always on the attack and the crew on the defending side, therefore the crew decides to hit Protosis hard. Since Protosis had somewhat betrayed them a lot (...you'll have to play the current Chapter to find out :p) a few characters make up a story for Protosis and pretend (...would that be a good word?) to be joining him. Blah-de-blah, Protosis goes along and the rest of the crew finally disable his ability to timetravel. When the whole thing is over a few characters decide to go home (i.e: Pieter and Sutaru) thinking it's all over but are soon proven wrong in the next part of the epic tale! Which by then the sign-up's will be reopened. This was the original idea for the 15th Chapter: My Enemy My Ally. I guess we'll stop at Chapter 20 in the second part of the story, if we get there. So you reckon you can get to Chapter 10? Just to make you all want to post on to get to some good Chatpers coming up I'll add mini teasers of the Chapters to come: Chapter 5: The Exiled Knights Protosis is mistaken for a Prophecy by a group of Medieval warriors, the powerful Exiled Knights. Chapter 6: Measure of Man In the time of the robot revolutions the crew find out about the robots who were later destroyed in history, robots with emotions, with passion and the eyes of God's. Chapter 7: When in Rome The crew are forced to fight as Roman Slaves when Protosis takes over Rome. Chapter 8: Ancient Blood The crew travel back 500 years before Sarek to stop Protosis from destroying the world before it is meant to be. Chapter 9: Devil's Eye Marrek reuses and old technique that could lead to the death of all the crew on their own ship. Chapter 10: A False Goodbye The crew devise a deadly plan to rid Protosis from the Universe once and for all... leading to the end of their adventures. ...Haha!
