Here be the end of the Chapter A silent moment fell over the groups, the cheerings stopping and even the smirks fading from both Marrek's and Protosis' faces. Everyone had their eyes on Li and Morgon, some in the back trying to peer over. Suddenly, the rest of the sands crew pushed through the crowds and hooded and white people, getting into the centre of the person ring. Sarek was walking again, and feeling much better (adaption skill). "Li..." Sarek said, kneeling down beside her. He looked up at Morgon stood beside, tears streaming down her eyes and her head facing the ground. "Out of the way, move it!" A voice shouted. The rest of the group turned their head to see Sutaru, pushing away the people and knocking some over to get to Li. It was one of the first times Sarek saw him worried, and Sutaru had every right to be worried. Kneeling down with the rest of the crew, Sutaru sighed, like an angry growl. "You stupid idiots! Look at this now! Look at everything around you, is it all really worth it?" Erika spoke the words Sarek was going to say, looking around at the stunned faces of the crowd. "You play with swords and weapons, using them for your own personal war! It does nothing, it get's you no where, it just get's people killed! Your own people, your family, your friends and now someone who's not even involved in your war!" "She may not be dead! Sir Dave knows much, he may be able to help her!" Canathael argued calmly, or though it seemed. Everyone of the crew knew Li was hurt, but they also knew she wouldn't die. Quickly, Canathael, Maya and Sutaru helped Li to her feet, supporting her as much as possible. "If only we could contact him..." Canathael sighed heavily. "I hope you lot burn in hell." Sarek broke away from the group, coming up to both Paul and Gavin, staring them right in the eye. "To quote Pieter, you know nothing of war. Next time you decide to pick two friends to fight to the death I hope it's not at your convieince like it wasn't at ours!" Sarek suddenly grabbed Paul by the scruff of his neck and almost lifted him off the ground, moving closer to his face. Suddenly, he heard a laugh coming from the crowd, a laugh he knew, Marrek. "Shut it!" Protosis had stopped Marrek's laughing by thacking him over the head with the back of his hand. Protosis actually looked a little worried as well, though he couldn't... could he? "Since when did you start caring?" Pieter snapped from the group in the middle, advancing towards Sarek's position, followed by Morgon. They all watched as Protosis gave a sigh, and lowered his head. "They learnt their lesson." He replied bluntly. "You're the evil bastard who brought us here! You don't care!" Maya shouted over. Protosis lowered his head, shaking it. "No, I do. I'm not the totally evil goon you make me out to be. I'm a 8 year old trouble maker boy compared to Marrek, you just don't understand by reasons. As a sign of good faith, which I won't show you again, I'll let you know your communicators are working. You can return home now, as we will." Protosis muttered his words, then looked over at Marrek evilly. Sarek took out his communicator, and spoke into hoping Dave would answer. "You there?" He asked. "Sure am. I need to get you out of there quick, standby. I'll make a portal somewhere near your position."The reassuring voice of Dave came through clearly, giving the group hope. Sarek then turned to Erika. "I must thank you for all your help. We have to leave now, and don't tell anyone about our time travelling. And if you have to, then stay alive kid." Sarek said to Erika. "Too bad you can't join us." "Why not?" She asked him. Sarek gave a shrug. "No point. You belong here." He said in a plain reply. "I won't let you come anyway, you're staying here. Don't tell anyone, it could fuck up time if Protosis gets his way." Sarek looked at Protosis this instance, glaring. "You'd make a good addition to the team, kid. But that won't happen." "Can I atleast see your ship?" Erika asked. Sarek shook his head. "Please? I did help you." "Well I couldn't hurt, Sarek. We could bring her back anyway." Maya said. "Fine, but I don't get in no trouble." Sarek replied in a grumble, giving it a lot of thought before he spoke. Once again, he diverted his eyes to Protosis. "Until next time..." He said, with a slight nod. With the knowledge that Li would most likely survive, Sarek was feeling quite... happy. "Until next time..." Marrek said in reply. The two pushed their way out of the groups, making the circle open and the people back away. Everyone stared at Protosis activated a small panel out of his coat, then smiled over at them. Suddenly, a blue portal broke through the trees beside Sutaru, Canathael, Maya and Li, making the winds grow bigger and a swirl of blue colours appear almost like it was painted onto the trees. "That's be ours... I think." Morgon said, still a little glum. Sarek gave a nod, then walked over to Li who was held up by Maya, Canathael and Sutaru. "I'll take her, you should all go ahead." Sarek said. Maya opened her mouth to protest, but Sarek stopped her. He wrapped Li's arm around his neck, then waited until the group assembled near the portal. Eyes from the gangs started at the group in shock, but Sarek and the others took no notice. Suddenly, a second portal beside Protosis appeared, making the winds stronger. Instantly, Protosis walked through leaving Marrek smirking behind. As the sands crew was about to go through, Marrek stopped them. "Oh," he started, half way through the portal. He raised his gun slowly, but not up to aiming point yet. "This is for the you, young warrior." He said. Suddenly, his gun shot up and fired a bullet, at first everyone thought it was for Erika because she was young, but to the crew's shock the noticed it had hit Li in her chest, hard. Before Sarek or anyone else could react, Marrek was making his way back through the portal. As Li fall back dropping her arm from Sarek's neck, Sutaru caught her, while Sarek lunged forward for Marrek's portal. Quickly, Erika, Maya, Canathael and Pieter gripped his arms and neck pulling him backwards before he killed himself trying to escape, wanting to save Li's life by getting through the portal quickly. Still struggling with Sarek, they all managed to get through it. ----- In the white and grey medical bay, the crew stood around Sutaru who still had Li in his arms, watching as he carefully placed her on the white bed. Dave was looking over, as well, not able to do anything about the wounds. Blood was all over Li's clothing, but even Canathael knew nothing could be done now. "Sorry... I'm really sorry... She could have survived-" Dave began searching for words frantically, but Morgon interrupted. "If I hadn't wounded her so badly." She said tearfully. Dave opened his mouth to reassure the girl, but closed it again. He shook his head, then turned his back, going to sit in a small grey chair, back faced to the crew. Even though Sarek was staring down at the body of Li and the blood on the white sheets of the table, he knew that the people in the group were upset. Maybe he was himself, but he didn't know, the emotion was something he hadn't felt in years since his pet died when he was a boy... Was it remorse? No, he never felt that... But it was something. Something horrible which made his stomach feel like he could eat a mountain of meat but he wasn't hungry. He turned away as well, waltzing away from the group and standing with his head against a white wall in a corner with his arms crossed and trying to figure out why Li's death was different to his pets. He had known his pet for longer and had a special bond with it, but Li... Maybe she was human. Or maybe because he admired her, she was a warrior, like him. She was unlike the others, the others were unlike each other as well. But Li had actually made Sarek not want to kill another man again when he stared up at the tunnel opening. She was one of the ones who made him, Sarek Luther, a cold rock change. He looked up a little, seeing Erika stood by the door, looking pitfully at the group. She was dragged into this now, she had come aboard to take a look, and now she was watching the group left to tears. All except Sarek, who knew she was watching and was determine not the let himself come to tears. But even though he tired hard, pushing back something that should have been easy, he couldn't. The feeling in his chest got stronger and more annoying, as he dropped to his knees, covering his head with his arms still on the wall and cried silently, letting a tear drop on the floor... which hadn't happened for over 100 years.

lol, well I guess this won't end in a few post, but it will end shortly anyway. Also, sorry if this seems a bit rushed because it is. I also thought I'd start from Protosis and Marrek's positions to make it easier. Marrek loaded his gun with a mischievous grin on his face, smirking over to Sutaru and Protosis. It was only matter of time until Sutaru came back to his friends, and Protosis and Marrek were there to catch him. "I still don't believe you about those lot." Paul said from behind, sulking against the tree next to Gavin of the Barrier Crew. Protosis looked at Paul with a considerable smile on his face holding Sutaru's hands behind his back hard, and laughed. "Ah... you should. How else could they be so strong? How else could they be so different? Besides, we get what we want and you get what you want. I know at first you'll disagree, but what I give you can change the future for you all. You know, both your brothers were the smartest minds in this dull city, and they had the strongest control over clans. If you would have joined forces long ago the city could have been yours. Anyway, enough of my rambling." Protosis explained. He lost his smirk, then sighed at the two leaders. "You want to be powerful around, here or not? You'll do as I say, alright?" "...Alrigh'." Gavin agreed. Marrek smiled an evil smirk at them both and set off back towards the lake. -- Li and Pieter came up to the others, panting a little and looking around. "There aren't many of them around." Pieter said, looking around and shielding his eyes. "It doesn't matter, we need to get out of here soon. Li, couold you heal Sarek when we get back to the ship?" Maya said, Sarek looked up at Li clutching his wound tightly, blood still dripping down his hands. "We might not get back... we don't know if the communicators are working yet, or if the portal is." Sarek muttered weakly. He diverted his eyes to Erika, and smirked under his mask. "Been nice knowing you for awhile kid, thanks for your help. It's unlikely that we'll meet again, just don't stay anything about our time travelling and adventures." He added with a weak mutter at the end. "Your adventure ends here, Sarek." A familiar voice suddenly cut in, and in a sudden rustle of the trees and leaves behind them, four men with guns and one holding Sutaru hostage jumped out. The group turned to recongize it was Marrek, Protosis, Paul and Gavin. Suddenly, a few more members came racing up from behind with weapons in their hands, and others leapt out from various places. "...ah bastard..." Sarek muttered, removing his arm from Maya's shoulder and trying to move forward to Sutaru but his first steps made him slip on the floor weakly. "Great." Muttered Erika. Protosis looked at them for a moment, then laughed at them. As Sarek got up Pieter and Li helped him, but that didn't stop Sarek from trying to lung at Protosis once again, but he was too weak to fight Li and Pieter. "What do you want from us?" Canathael asked quietly. Paul stepped forward and smirked. "We know who you are, and here's the basic deal: We pick a champion, anyone in this park, and then you pick a champion. No guns, just blades. If our champion wins, you die and your friend does. If you win, we let your friend go and you can go home." Paul explained, grinning. "And Protosis and Marrek kindly made a deal with us. We'll be the most powerful in the city when both Barrier Crew and Federation join forces. Now, who will be your champion?" "I will." Erika said, stepping forward. "No, ye shouldn't be involved!" Morgon said, pushing Erika back behind her. "I'll be fightin' whoever ye pick!" She said. Canathael and Maya looked at each other unsure, then Morgon explained. "I got me a weapon 'ere, I can figh' whoever they pick. Sarek ain't in many condition to fight and neither are the rest of ye. Now, who I be fightin'?" Paul smiled at her. "You do know this is too the death?" He asked her. Morgon gave a nod, and readied herself. "Fine. I said anyone in this park and pick... Li." Silence befell upon the group of gang members and timetravellers, then all eyes turned to Qang Li.

Daniel Reed found himself walking slowly and calmly down the hallways, alone and moving a small blue marble around in his hand. He hadn't seen it before, but when he was walking out of his room Daniel found the tiny blue marble lurking near the edge of the door, it had to have been his; no one else came in his quarters. He could feel the palm of his hand getting sweaty from playing around with the marble, so he quickly moved it into his fingers and twirled it a little bit. "I should really try to find someone I can talk to in this place, it's getting a little lonely..." He muttered to himself stopping in the hallway. When was the last time he had a real friend? Daniel wouldn't know what a real friend was, he never had one. That thought never actually occurred to him; he'd never had a real, good friend. He shrugged off the cold feeling, and continued his slow walk, still staring down at the blue marble in his hand and twisting round in his fingers. He kept his eyes down and wasn't looking a head of him to see one of the Temporal Police in front of him. As he looked up, he knocked into someone he had seen before, but didn't know. In the collision Daniel had knocked the other officer back a bit and had lost his blue marble. "S-sorry." Daniel stuttered, staring down at the floor and looking for the blue marble. Though he searched quickly it must have rolled away faster than Daniel could see it, but it was just a marble. Looking up quickly at the officer he had knocked into, he noticed that the face was familiar. "I've seen you around here, but I don't think I've ever spoken to you. I'm Daniel Reed." Daniel said, extending his hand. The other officer shook it, and smiled. "Eric Tudor." He replied formally. Daniel gave him a warm smirk, then looked back down at the floor. "Did you see where that blue marble went? I think it was something I had years ago, I'm not sure." Daniel asked changing the subject. Eric looked down at the bottom of the door beside Daniel, and shrugged at the thought. "I think it went under that door." He told Daniel. "Ah, well. It was just a marble." Daniel laughed in reply. He looked up from the bottom of the door, shoved his hands in his pockets and smiled back at Eric. "So, where... were you heading?"

The hand of Roxanne squeezed tighter at Sarek's throat but to no prevail. It was only a matter of time until they would both sink under again and Roxanne would drown, but Sarek would live. As the waves pushed him further down stream, he turned his head towards Maya running along side the river. He nodded when seeing her gun aimed and hoped she could hit Roxanne in the fast flowing river, but he had faith. But he didn't know that Roxanne had noticed Maya, too. Before Maya fired, Roxanne suddenly pulled Sarek in front of her for protection and it was too late for Maya to stop her finger from pulling the trigger. The bullet already his Sarek in the place were his heart shoulder be. If Sarek didn't have the last layer of his thin armour on under the shirt it would have killed Roxanne as well, but it didn't. She let go of Sarek letting him drift well ahead of her, then began to fight the current to get back to the riverbank. But Sarek wasn't dead. Thank God he was from the future... After a few billions years the internal organs did shift places, so Sarek's heart was located just above his ribcage on the other side, but a bullet to the chest was hard on him anyway. He tried his best to swim against the current but just couldn't push himself any further. Quickly, he managed to reach out at the riverbank and clawed to find anything to grab onto, the grass, mud even. But he couldn't find anything, until a hand grippped his and pulled his head out of the water. Sarek glanced up seeing what he thought was the figure of Maya. He then looked down at Erika, swimming down the river quickly because of the pull of the current. Reaching out, Sarek managed to catch her hand as well. Maya then began to pull Sarek up, trying hard not the fall in herself on the slippy mud. When Sarek was half way up, he let go of Maya's hand and used it to drag Erika up beside him, then sat with his legs dangling over the river bank, panting heavily and holding his wound. "Sarek! I thought you were dead! How did you-?" Maya asked kneeling down near the too. "Do you really... think after a few... billion years the human... body would stay the same?" Sarek panted. "Nice shot.... but you missed her." He added. Maya smiled at him, and then Sarek noticed she was crying, but didn't want to ask why. "How about you, kid? You... okay?" Sarek muttered. "I think so," replied Erika. Sarek gave a nod, then lay back on the grass. That was the last time he went swimming in a lake fighting a mad girl... the very last. "You shouldn't waste time here, go back and see if the others are okay. Leave me here... I'll be fine." Sarek said. Maya shook her head and grabbed his arm, dragging him to his feet. "Oh for God's sake... do you really think I can make it all the way back... down there? I'll faint." Sarek growled trying to get his arm loose but in his weakened condition he was no match for someone like Maya. "Then I'll drag you." She said pulling his arm over her neck. Sarek sighed heavily, then looked down at Erika. "Are you coming?" He asked. She nodded back, and got up walking beside them. The next time I ever go time travelling I think I'll avoid any water, I'll avoid all these 'guns', keep away from the mad kids in gang wars, keep away from the cities and keep away from the... forget it, I think after this whole ordeal I'll avoid timetravel. He thought to himself keeping his head down. Suddenly, Maya and Erika stopped, and Sarek looked up at them both. "Why'd you stop?" He asked weakly. Looking up, he saw that wicked witch, Roxanne, drenched and yelling out towards the gangs pointing at Maya, Erika and himself. But that didn't stun him, it was something else. Both gangs had stopped the fighting and were advanced their way. Though Sarek couldn't make out the exact words of Roxanne, he could hear one word: "Traitors!"

Hmmm.... I'm not sure what I want, not much anyway. All I'd really want would be: 1. A rubix cube (Don't ask why, I lost my other one...) 2. Pokemon Fire red or Leaf Green 3. A CD with MUSIC on it that ACTUALLY works... The worst and weirdest presents I ever got would have to be... For worst it would be a bunch of CD's I got off my uncle. Yeah, great, loads of CD's with lots of music on them, that should keep me occupied for an hour or so. I play one CD, it doesn't work. I play the rest, one has a voice documentary about ice or something on it and the rest just don't work. There had to be more then 20 CD's, and this would also explain why I'm giving my uncle used batteries this year. Weirdest would have to be this weird orb thingy I got off my gran. Very weird, it was blue with loads of colours in it and very big indeed. At first I thought it was just a weird orb thing, but later I found out it was a paper weight. Well, I was told that anyway. A round paper weight, one the weirdest presents ever. Not to mention the shortest one I ever had, I put the damn thing on the table and it rolls off and smashes on the floor, yeah, great paper weight.... >.> Then again, it's the thought that really counts (I actually don't really believe this myself, I'd say my family uses this line as an excuse for buying useless presents).

OOC: Sorry I didn't post for ages, I was just playing around with Photoshop and forgot the post XD IC: Luther was crouched behind a building, looking round every now and then to see if he was being watch, and everytime he did a fireball would come flying at his head. He breathed heavily when he pulled his head out of the path of another attacking again and cluthed his swords tightly. He wished that stupid demon up above would stop concentrating on him so he could atleast jump out from behind the building and not look like a coward... Now look at this mess! Coward, get out there and fight them! His own voice shotued in his head. Luther quickly obeyed and leapt out from behind the building, jumping into the air only to be met with a ball of fire right in his chest. He fell down hitting his back hard of the ground and dropping both of his swords beside him. Breathing heavily again, Luther managed to sit up, noticing the large burn mark on his chest. While he was sat up, Luther felt something nearby landing on the ground. "You should fight with your... weapons." Luther stuttered, getting to his feet and staring at the demon in front of him. He didn't bother to pick up his swords, but instead he charged at the winged demon going in for a shoulder tackle. But the demon had other ideas and braced himself, quickly grabbing Luther by the neck and dragging him from his tackle. While the demon stood smirking at Luther with his claws tightly around his neck, Luther grabbing the demon's neck with both his hands, as well. "Stop it..." Luther growled. The demon didn't listen, he just tightened his grip on Luther's throat. "Stop it.... stop it!" Luther growled louder. He pushed down on the demon's shoulder pushing in the floor almost, but still the demon didn't let go. "I said stop it!" Luther shouted, picking the demon up by his shoulders and slamming him into the building the great force. As quick as lightening Luther picked up his darked-bladed sword and shoved it through the demon's chest, still angry. He waited until he saw the demon's eyes close and his body fall lifeless, then Luther pulled his sword back and stood there for awhile. Wrong sword, idiot. His own voice said. Luther did nothing but agree, picking up his light-bladed sword and lifting off into the air to help the others.

He sighed heavily, letting his arms drop down and his book drop onto his chest as Daniel lay silently on his bed. He had been clutching a copy of Huckleberry Finn, a book which he knew was very old. It was something his brother found years ago and Daniel had the honour of keeping it since Robert reckoned it was a pile of nonsense and bad grammar when the characters spoke, but to Daniel it was an object that proved Robert's dumbness and his stupidity, also comparing the two brothers. Daniel had read the book at least four times over. He was glad it was still here and not erased from history, and glad he had brought it with him so it wouldn't be erased anyway. He rubbed his neck with one hand and with the other he sticked his thumb gently into the last page as and sat up, sighing again, instantly finding himself bored. What was happening to his attention span these days? Huckleberry Finn could keep him occupied for days, but lately he had to move around just to occupy himself. Maybe it was the lack of adventure going around lately or the lack of people he could talk to. Sure, he did talk to a few people around and knew some of them, but he never saw them most of the time. Maybe it was the fact that he never came out of his quarters when he wasn't needed or something else. He gently opened the book again trying not to wreck it even more than it already was, and stared at the words in the last paragraph. "Tom's most well, now, and got his bullet neck on a watch-guard for a watch, and is always seeing what time it is, and so there ain't nothing more to write about, and I am rotten glad of it, because if I had knowed what trouble it was to make a book I wouldn't a tackled it and ain't a-going to no more. But I reckon I got to light out for the Territory ahead of the rest, because Aunt Sally she's going to adopt me and civilise me, and I can't stand it. I been there before." His eyes flicked up like a robot from the words printed on the book and stared into nowhere. He closed the book slowly once more. painfully hearing the broken, wrecked spine of the book crack and crunch as he did. "I think I need a new book." He finally said. Anyone would think he was moved by the ending because the way he stared, but he was really thinking about books. Any other book would do, a few more reads of Huckleberry Finn and he could rewrite it in the exact words. Daniel shook his head and laughed to himself, getting up off his bed and throwing the book down on the floor carelessly, making his way out of the door to his quarters in search of something else he could read. He should have done that along time ago, but back then he was too far into re-reading Huckleberry Finn that he didn't think of it. --- OOC: I'll just say this now: I've never read Huckleberry Finn, I just saw the book, grabbed it and copied out the last paragraph >.

I've decided to end this Chapter soon, so after a few more posts it will. Basically now, we have this mini war and in my next post the mini war will stop and something else will happen, thus moving the RPG on it. So in roughly 5 or 7 post this timeline will end. But for now, you can just post the mini battle and to make it more interesting for us and our characters we might have to attack each other. As the group walked the first gun shots were heard, followed by a screaming of swearing and the sound of more people being shot and cries of pain. Pieter, Sarek, Li, Morgon and Erika all looked at each other before jolting off through the woods and back to the lake. Sarek ran as fast as he could, hoping that Maya and Canathael weren't near the battle. When he and the others appeared out of the trees, they saw people with all white and hacking at the hooded Federation members while they fought back, both of the gangs pushing across the river and throwing each other downstream. "We must not let Canathael and Maya be hurt!" Pieter said, backing up towards the others. "I have to agree, I have a feeling they'll be in that other group. I don't want to risk us being exposed so someone can come with me to see if Canathael and Maya are around." Sarek said. He looked at people in the group, and picked Erika at random. "You, Erika was it? Come with me, quickly." Sarek said, indicating her to follow him. He sped off through the crowds of fights, only to notice Protosis near the edge of the lake, throwing people in. That man was sick, just killing people for no reason at all... "Hey! You, help me out 'ere!" A new voice said. Both Erika and Sarek turned to see Roxanne, second in command of the Federation, struggling to fend off some white clothed people with her sword. Erika watched Roxanne, while Sarek caught the figures of Maya and Canathael. Yes, his eyes couldn't be fooled at this time, it was Maya and Canathael! "Hey! Help me!" Roxanne shouted again. Erika moved to help her, but Sarek grabbed her arm. "No, later! I've spotted them!" He shouted, dragging her away from a battling Roxanne. Once again he pushed himself through the fighting crowds, knocking away a few people as he did and sometimes throwing them on the floor. When he saw the figures of Canathael and Maya across the lake, he sprung forward quickly with Erika following behind him. "Wait, who are Maya and Canathael?" Erika shouted from behind. Sarek glanced back, and then forward again. "Remember when I spoke of our crew? They are two members of our crew. They come before any of them scum." Sarek explained. He came to a halt at the edge of the lake, and yelled out Canathael's and Maya's names. "Sarek!" Maya shouted back over. A random Barrier Crew member tried to tackle Sarek, but he picked him off the ground a little by his shoulders and tossed him into the freezing lake. "Don't fight in this war! All our lives come before these scumbags, have you seen Su-" "Scumbags?" A voice hissed from behind. Sarek and Erika quickly spun around, seeing Roxanne stood there with her sword pointed threateningly at Sarek's chest. "You traitor..." she said, spitting out blood onto the floor. Her face was full of cuts and scratches, some possibly bite marks. "You're dead." She added, pushing the blade closer to Sarek's chest. He could literally feel the cool blade tip on his chest and feared she would kill him any moment, but she didn't. Erika saved Sarek by kicking the sword out of Roxanne's hand making it fell at her feet. At this moment, Sarek went in for a tackle, but instead Roxanne tackled him first. With Roxanne pushing Sarek and Sarek pushing her at the edge of the lake, they both began to lose their balance and in moments, Sarek and Roxanne went crashing into the lake.

I'll move this along and then turn in for the night, but good post Rhian! As the gang members whispered with each other, or trying to dry their clothes off, Sarek stared at "Erika" evilly. Whoever she was, or whatever she was doing her, so almost got them all killed. "Well we have to get back to the lake, those Barrier idiots will be there soon." Paul said. He flicked his hand in the air, indicating everyone to move. They followed Paul through the trees, but Pieter, Li and Morgon didn't. They came over to Sarek and Erika, looking back so that the Federation didn't become suspicious. "That was close." Morgon said, sighing in relief. Sarek shot a look a Erika again, and nodded. "Too close. This is Erika," Sarek said changing the subject at the end. Pieter stepped forward holding his gun tightly and nodded. "I'm Pieter." He said with a polite nod of his head. "Li." Li said, stepping forward. Erika gave a nod while Li gave a low bow, then Morgon stepped forward introducing herself a little differently. "I be Morgon, nice ta meet ye!" She said, patting Erika on the back. "...Nice to meet you all. You should really stay away and keep out of all these gang wars, it's too dangerous." Erika said. The group began to walk slowly towards the rest of the gang while Erika talked. "I try not to get involved, so you shouldn't. But it seems you've dragged me into this." "Well, you shouldn't have attacked me!" Sarek snapped. "Sutaru was a fool, and it's getting to much now. Everyone around seems to be acting the fool, and it's really messing up this whole mission." Sarek said. He could feel the glares and growls from his fellow crewmates, but not Erika. She was still puzzled about what he just said. "Mission?" She asked. Another red hot glare was shot in Sarek's direction, by Pieter. Pieter grabbed Sarek's arm, and pulled him back a little, whispering to him. "She cannot know!" He hissed in a hushed voice. "What?" Erika asked. She came over towards Pieter and Sarek, causing Li and Morgon to follow. The other Federation members were well ahead by now, so if Sarek or anyone was going to explain anything they didn't have much time. "Are you trying to start a war between the-" "We're all from different timelines. After a war, technically in the future from your point of view, a man named Protosis tried to carry out the same plan of the mad man who started the war. A ship was assembled out of time and a few of us were taken to the ship to stop Protosis. Right now he's jumped to this year, got us involved in a gang war and you decided to jump on my back while we tried to resolve things quicker." Sarek explained. He folded his arms and noticed the glares off his comrades. "Idiot!" Pieter shouted, smacking Sarek over the head with his gun. Sarek stumbled a bit, but didn't fall. He looked up at Pieter evilly, ready to punch him, but Pieter walked away with Li. "I think ye spend too much time with Dave." Morgon whispered to Sarek who was clutching his head hard. Sarek growled and mumbled some insults, then looked up into the face of Erika, who by the look on her face didn't believe most of what he just said.

I have PMed DuoMax, but Pieter will still be in the RPG all the way through even if Duo drops out because Pieter is needed for the upcoming chapters. Also, sorry for the long post, but Rhian your character has been brought in. Just do it as if the gang members come and Morgon, Erika and Sarek try to explain Erika, then I'll take care of you getting to the other gang in a few post. Protosis shot a doggish grin over at the sands crew who were stood beside the lake, far away from the other Federation members while they discussed ways to kill the Barrier Crew. Sarek noticed Protosis, and his look, even with his vision, but thought nothing of it. ?I still don?t trust him.? Sarek murmured towards his comrades. ?Ja, I?m with you on that.? Pieter said, nodding his head in agreement. Li also nodded, but diverted her gaze over to the hooded young men laughing over on the wet grass of the park. Li wasn?t looking at them; she was looking at the girl... Roxanne. Roxanne was staring back with cold, deep dark eyes, smirking evilly towards Li. ?She shouldn?t use a sword for this.? Li said, shaking her head. Sarek sighed, giving a nod. Pitiful? they had to use ancient weapons and great master swords like katana?s for a silly gang war, absolutely pathetic in Sarek?s view. ?I sorry to be interrupting and changin? the subject, but that wouldn?t happen t? be one o? your crewmen over there, would it?? Morgon asked, pointing across the lake and into the trees. ?I can?t make ?im out.? She added. Sarek squinted at the figure, yes? the body temperature and unusual orange and red bold looked was familiar indeed. ?Damnit!? Sarek shouted in a hushed voice. ?It?s Sutaru!? He told the others. They all took time to look over there, Li and even Sarek feeling happy until they released. ?If they see him, they?ll think he?s from the rival gang!? Pieter said. His eyes widened as he clutched his gun harder, and aimed over at Sutaru. ?I can scare him away, with one sho-? ?No! They?ll hear!? Sarek shouted, pushing Pieter?s gun away. ?I think we should talk to him? Li, Pieter? can you go over there and stop them from noticing us while Morgon and myself go to see Sutaru and get him away.? Sarek said. He cocked his head to the side, indicating Morgon to follow him as Li and Pieter departed, both holding the tip of their weapons tightly. The tension was rising more and more? and Sarek knew putting Sutaru in front of all of them was the biggest risk of all. If the Federation found out they were helping Sutaru and saw him as an enemy they could all die. But Sarek knew that he had to help, he didn?t consider any of these people just people or crew, he considered them friends? for the first time in his life, he had human friends. ?You?re not going to get him.? Protosis laughed while Morgon and Sarek glanced over at the water. He was right, very right. The water was too cold, Sarek could see. His vision told him it was extremely cold and wet, but he could swim through it? not Morgon. ?Stop putting yourself at risk Sarek, or have you finally found your heart?? Protosis laughed again. Sarek glanced at him briefly, then back at the water. ?Morgon, stay here, this water is too cold.? Sarek order. He began to walk forward, talking a step off the bank. But Morgon grabbing his arm tightly stopped him. ?Now look here! I?ve been on a ship, sailin? through the ice cold sea, don?t you be goin? tellin? me I can?t handle the cold! An? if I can?t, then why can you?? Morgon asked quickly pulling Sarek back. Sarek nudged his arm away, and shook his head. ?I can adapt to the temperature, the technology in my body helps me do this. I can also breath under water with this mask, so I can?t drown. You can drown. The cold will weaken your body like everyone else?s and the quick current will wash you downstream, like anyone else. But I can?t be weakened by this cold, I can?t be washed away downstream to drown, not because I?m Sarek Luther a super human, but because I was born in worse cold than this and because I have the technology to survive.? Sarek explained. He glanced over to see Pieter and Li doing well occupying the gang members by talking. After awhile, he turned towards the lake again, only to be stopped once more by Morgon. ?You ain?t goin? on yer own! Besides, if I do drown like ye think I will, wouldn?t ye help me?? Morgon asked. She smiled at Sarek, and he sighed, giving up. ?I?m no golden knight in armour, but if you insist. If you drown, don?t blame me. When you pass over to the next dimension blame yourself and curse whoever you like, but not me.? Sarek said quickly. He knew it wouldn?t be long until the other gang members saw them, but he had to take Morgon if she insisted on it. Glancing over at Protosis, who was still grinning, Sarek nodded his head at Morgon and indicated her to grab on to the end of his trench coat and the end of his selve. He stared down at the water, watching it rush past quickly. Well, at least the bank of the river was not so steep and they wouldn?t fall in completely. Sighing heavily, Sarek braced one foot on the side of the riverbank, and dropped down quickly, landing heavily in the water. The water rushed over him, but he was used to the cold. He felt Morgon almost pulling him down and it was only then he released that the water was deeper than he thought. He could barely touch the ground. ?Morgon!? Sarek shouted, trying to pull himself up. Morgon still had her hand on the edge of his coat, still pulling him back. Quickly, Sarek grabbed her loose arm and pulled it over his shoulder. ?The water sure is cold, but I?m alrigh? back ?ere!? Morgon yelled back. Struggling to keep his footing even with the strong current, Sarek growled back at her. ?Well I?m not!? Sarek shouted back. The trench coat was long and heavy, making it even harder to move. He tried to glance back at Morgon, but couldn?t. He tried to move forward, but the water was too quick. As he lifted one foot, the current swept his other foot with great force, knocking him over to the side and sending both him and Morgon downstream. Sarek felt the weight pull off his back, but didn?t have time to think of were Morgon had gone. He was underwater, being pushed by the currents so fast he wasn?t sure what was happening himself. Though with his mask, he couldn?t run out of breath. Quickly, Sarek lifted his head over the water, and his arms, to look for Morgon. But to his shock, he had found her. Or rather, she had found him. He felt a strong hand grasp his arm, and when Sarek looked up he saw Morgon, soaked, but alive. She was daggling off the riverbank with her sword duck into the bank and she was gripping the sword tightly as she tried too pull Sarek up. ?I see ye be needed a knight in armour?? She said jokingly. Sarek growled at her, and took a chance by reaching up at the grass on the riverbank. She gave him a pull up with one hand, then he grabbed onto the grass and rolled over to the other side. Quickly, he pulled Morgon up on the bank beside him watching her easily take her sword out of the riverbank. She sat beside him, beaming at him with a large grin on her face. ??Shut up.? Sarek growled at her. ?But I didn?t say anythin?!? Morgon shouted back defensively. Sarek sighed, standing up in his wet trench coat. It was too heavy; he needed to take it off. So, he did. He slipped it off and threw I beside him, then looked up to see Li and Pieter. They still had the groups occupied, but Roxanne was still looking. If she was still looking, then why hadn?t she told the others yet? ?There!? Morgon suddenly broke Sarek?s trail of thought when Morgon nudged him, pointing over towards the trees. Sarek saw him? Sutaru. Morgon didn?t wait for him; she was already racing towards Sutaru. Sarek followed after her, but heard trouble behind. ?HEY!? A voice screamed from behind. It was Paul. The youthful voice of Paul, the leader. At this sound, Sarek increased his speed coming on level with Morgon. They saw Sutaru clearly now, he was walking through the trees, towards them. ?Sutaru!? Sarek shouted. When he came right near Sutaru Sarek grabbed his comrade and threw him against the tree, while Morgon looked back at the gang members yelling over the river. ?Sarek, good to-? ?Shut up and listen, you need to run, run far away. Those people will kill you! Just run, find Maya and Canathael, and tell them we?re all okay!? Sarek ordered. Sutaru pushed Sarek back off him and sneered at him. ?Sarek, you traitor! Kill the Barrier bastard!? The voice of Paul yelled. Sarek glanced back, seeing them all making their way across the river with great difficultly. They thought Sutaru was a Barrier Crewmen? so he had to make it look like he was hurting him. ?I?m sorry, Sutaru. Run!? Sarek ordered. Like expected, Sutaru stood his ground and didn?t run. Without another thought, Sarek?s fist connected with Sutaru?s jaw, making him stagger into a tree. ?Run!? Sarek yelled. Sutaru put his hand over his jaw in shock, then turned and ran. Sarek wanted to make it look good, so he and Morgon chased Sutaru into the woods. But as they ran, someone leaped on Sarek from out of nowhere, pinning him down to the dirty woodland floor. He flipped the heavy person off, and looked up to see a young girl, Japanese? he could tell. ?Leave that man alone!? Shouted the young girl. Sarek breathed heavily, and gulped. ?Listen to me, you?re going to die if those people catch you. You have to get off me, let me go before they see you as an enemy. You have to act as one of my friends; an ally or they?ll kill you. I don?t know who you are, but you have to do as I say or I can?t help you when they cross the river and find you attacking me!? Sarek shouted, trying to push her off.

Don't worry, I'm just about to post. I can leave all the characters from the Federation in one place, though it would be best if you join Angelus and Dourocks's characters. *thinks* They only have two people since Daisuke had to leave, so... *thinks, again*. Here's an idea: If I take a few of the characters with my character into some trees nearby, and we meet your character. After that, your character get's to know a few of the people, and when I post next time (or if Angelus posts this) the two clans can meet up and Sarek will ask Erika to join Canathael and Maya to keep an eye on them. You can just follow my lead for awhile.

Tapping the side of his chair trying futily(sp?) to occupy himself, Lucas sighed. Patience... was that one of his strong points? Lucas didn't really know himself, but he didn't like waiting for other people to show up, not one bit. "Why must we wait?" Lucas asked suddenly getting to his feet and pacing up and down. Lucius looked up at him calmly, while Lucas just shook his head. While Lucas was most likely to speak more formly then the others, he didn't act that way. "You can't possibly think we could do this alone." Adamo laughed. Lucas shook his head again, still pacing. "Why? Why not? Others may not join us," Lucas began. He opened his mouth to say something else, but closed it again and shook his head once more. He was rambling on, again. Lucas could smack himself in the face, but he didn't... not yet, anyway. "Well, we won't know that unless we wait, will we?" Argued Masato. Lucas opened his mouth to counter his point, but didn't. Instead he stayed silent and sat down again, still tapping his head. See? Now you lost the point of the whole thing. What were they going to talk about, again?" Lucas said to himself in his head. In a low voice he whispered a "shut up" to himself so no one could hear, well he hoped not. Why was he telling his own mind to shut up? Maybe if anyone did hear him, he'd need a cover up. "So how will we go about all of this, besides... waiting?" Lucas asked breaking the silence.

You could if you want too, though you'll have to pick a side to join (Federation or Barrier Crew). I'd suggest the Barrier Crew since only a few of the characters are there, Sutaru wondered off somewhere. If you have any problems just ask, the list of people in the Barrier Crew are Marrek the enemy of the crew, Canathael and Maya. Oh, and welcome to the RPG!
Using the Chapter System do you plan for each person to post in each chapter or do you plan on having certain chapters to deal with certain character interactions ? I'm just curious as Chapter-based RPG have a tendency to take a long time to do and come off feeling quite short as opposed to post-driven RPGs like Black Horizon.
I was also wondering the same thing. The chapter system seems a good idea and in my opinion it always works best when you want an RPG that isn't running to loose and doesn't get too confusing. I was also wondering how long you intend to make this RPG, roughly how many chapters I mean.

OOC: Sadly, Daisuke has had to drop out of the RPG but Sutaru will not die. Sutaru won't be able to jump into different timelines again but he will stay on the ship with Dave. Rhian, a friend of mine will be replacing Sutaru shortly and her character will appear somewhere in this chapter. I'll give you some more information shortly in the Underground. Sarek moved slowly behind the others while Paul was rambling on about the ongoing war between the Federation and the Barrier Crew. He glanced back at the people behind him and stopped near Li, curious. "You don't like her, do you?" Sarek asked in a hushed voice. "...Not really." Li replied. Sarek gave a slow nod, understanding her perfectly. He didn't like the whole idea of a gang war and these people hating freaks, but Paul seemed like a nice guy... which Sarek hated even more. "I know what you mean. These people seem strange, and that girl... she doesn't seem... well I don't really know, but something isn't right." Sarek muttered. Li looked up at him, then turned back to Paul who was still talking at the front. "I hope the others are okay..." Li finally said. Sarek stopped for a moment, not actually believing what he was thinking. He shouldn't be caring for them, they were all alive in another timeline and Sarek was doomed anyway... but for once Sarek actually cared what happened to them. He was worried about them... "... So do I." Sarek whispered to himself. He began to walk again, only to find everyone was stopped. Paul was stood under some ladders, and pointing upwards. There was silence throughout the group as Paul smirked at them. "Well, we come to a stop here. Let's see what you got." Paul said. He put a hand over his lighter and put the flame out, then began his way up the ladders. "This leads straight to the lake in the park, and that's were most of the Barrier Crew hang out. It'll take awhile for them to come, but when they do, we'll do more then give them a punch or too." Paul said. He reached the top of the ladders, and pushed open the manhole, then looked back down. "They're all dead men and if you don't kill them you're out of this gang, and you're out of this world." Paul finall said. A strong beam of light lit up most of the tunnel, and once again the other members of the Federation laughed. They followed up after Paul, then Pieter and Morgon went up reluctently. Protosis followed with a smirk on his face, but Li and Sarek just looked at each other. "...Damn, why did it have to come to this?" Sarek whispered looking up. "I never though I'd hear you say that." Li mumbled. Sarek closed his eyes and sighed. "Taking someone's life with reason is fine... sure, they have a reason, but it'd not good enough. I wouldn't be bothered about killing, but for some reason I am this time." He replied. He gave another sigh, then started up the ladder.

Name: Daniel Reed Age: 28 Appearance: Though Daniel has no scars on his face he does have them on the rest of his body. Mostly on his torso, though it's mainly near his ribcage or back. He has a somewhat famous "barbeque" scar in the middle of his back from when he and his brother had a fight at a barbeque and his brother scarred him with a hot metal stick. Bio: Daniel Reed was once known as Daniel Williams when his parents were married. He had a half brother whose dad married Daniel's mother, and then Daniel was born. As a child he grew up in a small house that was in a pretty quiet area, though Daniel had a rough childhood anyway. His brother, Robert, was a bully. He was 5 years older than Daniel so he always had the advantage, but even if Daniel went to his mother about Robert she always thought Robert was just like his father and didn't listen. Therefore, Robert got everything and Daniel didn't get much. Daniel didn't have many friends and for most of his childhood he was determine to teach Robert a lesson, so he would normally find something to use as weights or train in secret. Even if he did this, Daniel was never a match for Robert. Robert was bigger, stronger and older, and it would always stay that way. It was like Daniel and his parents had another life, because he soon found out himself that his mother had cancer. Though she died of it before Daniel could actually tell her he knew or even speak to her. After that, Robert was left with his father and half brother, were he lived a worse life. After the death of his mother Daniel felt more alone knowing that she died and he didn't even know at first. He hated his father and his brother, though the father was never around Robert always was. Because of Robert being a bully, Daniel was sick of this and decided to fight him back again. When he was 14, Daniel had a fight when his brother was doing a barbeque, causing both the brothers to set the back garden on fire and making a long scar on the back of Daniel along with many others. After that Daniel was sent to live with his mother's sister when his father had enough. For the first time in his life Daniel had someone who he could talk to. His auntie was nice and encouraged him to work hard and give the best his could. Daniel later changed his name to Daniel Reed after his mother's last name and not his fathers. He decided to leave his past life behind and forget about it, then start a new one were he could work hard and become anything he wanted to be. His auntie didn't have a lot of money, but she spent most of it on helping Daniel. He then found out that one of his great, great, great (keep saying great until it get's to around 1999) was a Police hero who had his name printed in the papers many times over. And that was all the inspiration Daniel needed. He then decided to work all his life and become a Time Cop, so he could actually do something and not seem like his past life with his brother and father was affecting him. Daniel was 18 when he decided this, and ready. So he left his aunt and trained to become a time cop, determine to actually be something in his life and not let his horrible brother or father stop him like they would want too. He didn't have any contacts with his aunt or any other family member since he became a time cop, but that didn?t matter because he knew that there was always the chance they could be erased from history.

The group couldn't help but feel a shot of anxiety as they walked down the abadoned tunnel, careful not to trip on the rail tracks and trying to find their way through with the small torches and lighters a few of the Federation had brought along. Paul was head, with Roxanne beside him. Both carried a lighter and a torch, which didn't make it any better to see. But, for Sarek it was easy, the lighter and body heat of the others gave him enough too see. About five of the hooded Federation members followed behind Protosis, Sarek, Morgon Li and Pieter as well, so obviously they weren't trusted yet. But Sarek wasn't concerned with his own anxiety or the Federation, it was more of Li. She seemed a little occupied by Roxanne, who was also caring the same type of sword as Li. Sarek thought for a moment they could come from the same country in different timelines, but Li seemed read to pull out her sword and cut someones head off. "Here's the easy lesson; the main subway's are deserted. From there, you go left to get north and right to go south of the city, it's always like that. In the subways which have some members in it... well they basically lead all over the place. You don't have to worry about getting lost, a few members will show you around." Paul explained to them happily, raising his hand and pointing up at the roof of the tunnel. "You live underground?" Sarek asked, disgusted by the place. Paul gave a light chuckle, and shook his head. "No, most of us live on our own or with one parent. The Federation hates the Barrier's for one reason... and that's because they want control. A few years ago the Federation formed and it was for kids and rogue people who had a rough life. My big brother started it all, and the Federation hung out near the rivers and coast, but then you had a rival group, not as big. It was ruled by my brother's most hated person in the world, and that's when the Barrier Crew started. My brother, Baz was determain to keep us in the city since the Barrier's wanted to make it clear that the coast was theirs. After my brother was murdered ages ago in an earlier fight, I became leader." Paul explained, sighing at the end. "They want control, you can tell. We just want our own freedom, well we did. But after a few years more people got hurt and more friends died, it slowly turned into a war. You have other gangs around here, but the Federation and Barrier Crew are the biggest of all. We're in an all out war!" "You know nothing about war..." Pieter growled. Paul looked back at him and raised an eyebrow, then just chuckled. "What are you, a historian or something?" Paul laughed. Pieter stepped forward to explain who he really was, but Protosis stopped him. "And you haven't introduced yourselves, I forgot." Paul added. "I be Morgon, Cap-" She began, but was cut off before she could say Captain by Sarek's hand covering her mouth and pulling her back. "She's been in the army as a Captain." Protosis said quickly saving Morgon's life possibly. "That's Pieter, also coming from the Army, Li who trained in Korea and Sarek who's... from somewhere cold..." Protosis trailed off while he was introducing Sarek, but Paul took no notice. Everyone gave a slow nod, and Sarek released Morgon who glared at him. "What happened to your eyes?" Roxanne asked, the first time she spoke. She was quite and calm, a lot like Li. "Unlike some people in the Federation, which I have no problem with, I wouldn't care less if you were from another world." She looked back at Sarek curiously, but Sarek was unmoved. "I was born this way." Sarek growled in response. "Are you blind?" Questioned Roxanne curiously again. "Yes." Sarek replied plainly. "Then how do you walk so well and act like you are not?" She asked again. Sarek gave a shrug, but didn't answer her. "And you, Li, are you from Korea or just trained there?" "No, China." Li replied simply. She cast a glare at Roxanne, but the second-in-command gang leader just smirked evilly. "Leave them alone, Roxanne." Paul said, shoving his friend with his hand. The Federation members gave a laugh behind them, making Pieter turn round and growl almost. "You all seem to like swords, so I'm sorry about Roxanne. You could say she likes people with... swords." Paul laghed. "...Or hates them." He added smirking like a dog. The people behind them gave a wild laugh as well, while Sarek, Li and Morgon looked down at their swords. "...Bastards." Protosis muttered to them. Roxanne must have heard him because she muttered a respone: "Fuck face." She spat back. Li walked forward, gripping her sword tighter and taking it out a little, but was stopped by Protosis. If there wasn't a real war between the Federation and the Barrier Crew, there would be one between the new members of the Federation and the rest of them.

"I think he's a weakling..." Sarek muttered to them. The Sands crew were following behind Protosis, each talking about him. "So what if he stood up to them, he still let them beat him up." Sarek added with a growl. He folded his arms and eyed Protosis, but Protosis didn't turn. "Maybe it be some sort o' magic..." Morgon whispered. Once again, Sarek gave a snort. "Or he could just take a beating." Pieter said. Sarek rolled his eyes and shook his head. No man could take a beating unless they had some sort of armour or amazing strength, but even if Protosis still had the strength of his own race, no man could take that beating without even screaming out in pain. "The subway is just ahead," Protosis shouted from in front. "And do me a favour, don't get cocky with them." He added warning them with a glare from his eyes. Sarek noticed the streets seemed to be getting darker and there seemed to be more junk on the floor. No one was around and the place seemed like a ghost city with a few thugs hanging around. Maybe it was a zombie city, a bunch of kids attacking adults who are fully armed and fully trained wasn't smart or cool. As Sarek thought to himself about the stupidity of the people in this time, the group stopped when Protosis did. Ahead of them were some grimy looking stairs leading down under a broken sign saying "Subway". "This place looks horrible..." Li stated staring down the stairs. Protosis pushed past her and began to walk down, his heavy footsteps echoing hauntingly as he did. Li, Pieter, Sarek and Morgon glanced at each other, everyone but Sarek with a worried look on thier faces. They all waited for someone to go first, but Sarek decided to go first and walked past Li. She followed, then Pieter, and then Morgon. As they walked into a badly lit area, standing behind Protosis in a room with a rail track at the end and broken tiles off the wall, the loading of guns could be heard all around them. Then, footsteps could be heard coming from down the tunnel and out of the rooms around them, but no one moved. "Hold it right there!" A loud, deep voice shouted. People began to emerge wearing hoods and holding numerous weapons in their hands. They came from all over, and judging from their size looking all ages. Everyone of them kept their heads down and kept coming in from the tunnels, there was atleast 25 of them. Sarek's eyes shifted side to side, but stopped when he, as well as the other members of the group felt a cold metal on their neck. "Don't shoot." A calmer voice said, coming from the tunnels. All heads of the group looked up, seeing two figures joging down towards them and jumping onto the plantform. These two didn't wear hoods, in fact they both wore black suits which were a little ripped but looked fashionable. One was a girl, who looked Japanese or something while the other was a boy with long black hair. The other gang members lowered their weapons and stepped off, leaving the group confused. "Sorry about that, but we can't kill you. Yeah, we have to keep watch at all the other gang members around here and we don't always look out for the enemy." The younger man said, extending his hand to Protosis. Protosis lifted his head and gave his bleeding nose another wipe, then shook the youong man's hand. The others behind Protosis just looked confused. "Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Paul, leader of the Federation but everyone calls me Captain. This is Roxanne," the boy said pointing to the blackhaired girl beside him who was holding a rough sword. "We don't normally have any outsiders in our gang, btu I saw what happened back in the streets, so I wanted you with us." "Why now?" Sarek asked blindly. Paul gave a laugh, as did a few of the others in the subway who were either sat down or backed off. "You're really not from here, are you?" Paul asked, staring at his eyes for a moment. "Well, right now there's a gang war going on between us and the Barrier Crew, and right now we've heard the Barrier Crew are looking for any recruits, even the people they hate most, freaks. So we have to be careful, and let me tell you if there's anymore of you out there who join the Barrier Crew you let me know." Paul explained, taking out a small gun from his pocket. He raced his fingers over the shinning black metal, then smirked. "We won't stop for any of your friends if they join the Barrier Crew, and the Barrier Crew will jump at a chance for new members with anyting to their advantage. So let me tell you, if you keep anything from me, I'll kill you." Sarek, Li, Pieter and Morgon looked at each other with worrying glancing, while the others around the subway just laughed making the situation more uneasy.

I'm not going to wait, really. If a few sign-up, like 5 or something then I'll start. If all 9 sign-up then I'll start, too. But if we don't have enough I'll either let people play two characters or have the other character's just... there, like Dave in SoT. Though I hope to get a few to make it a descent play. Hmm... *muses to herself* maybe I should have shortened my bio... *waves arms at people* hey, I didn't put the bio there as an example of how long it should but, it's just that I can't help but right long bios! ...Let's forget I said anything about the bio. Now as for the playing two players, I think when people do this they should have a main one and secondary one, it could make things easier. Oh, and once again, thanks for signing up Angelus!

Here's all the information you'll need to sign-up, and some is just extra information I wanted to add: Positions Communications ? 2 People here. The two people here have the tough task of sending messages around the Station, hearing the bad and good news first and have to send everything across the world. The Communications Officers have to be skilled in technology and many languages in case the translator breaks down. Though this seems like a boring job, the Communications Officers normally get to leave their Stations and fix problems on the Station. Though, at all times on, even off-duty they must wear a headset to receive any urgent calls. Their Station is located at the very front of the Command Centre, with the two sharing one large control panel and a lot of buttons. When fighting the Xions on foot, these two get to use weapons as well but they are mostly running ahead on missions involving the enemy technology. Weapons ? 2 People here. These two have the task of monitoring weapons fire and normally get the heavy weapons on foot. If people are ever split up into teams, the two weapons Officers are most likely to be in command of their own team. They must have a vast knowledge of weapons from the past and those used by the Xions and they must always be a very good aim. Their Station is located to the right behind the Captain?s chair, facing the right wall with one control panel between them. Security ? 1 Person. The Security Officer is responsible for knowing when and if anyone or anything has entered the Battle Station. They also were a headset to hear from the two Communication Officers and are most likely to go and investigate anything-strange happening. They also must be responsible for the Security of Battle Station and the people on foot when fighting Xions. The Security station is small, located beside the Captain?s chair on the right. It is a small panel with one chair only and not much more. Engineering ? 2 People here. The two here must monitor the power supply and any problems with the Battle Station. If the problem is too risky for the two Communication Officers to handle then the Engineers go to the problem and fix it themselves. They can?t be afraid of getting their hands dirty and have to know a good deal of the Battle Station. On foot against the Xions they normally work with the Communications Officers to solve some technology problems. Their Station is located behind the Captain?s chair to the left. Tactical ? 1 Person. The Tactical Officer is in charge of all operations being carried out through the station and suggests things to the Captain. He/she has to be very smart and know a lot about tactical advantages and different ways to defend the Station. They are in charge of battles with the Xions of foot and co-ordinating them. Most of the time when things go wrong outside the Station the tactical officer takes the blame for it. They have to be strong and tough for this job. Normally they don?t leave the Command Centre, but sometimes they do. Their station is small like the Security Officer?s and located on the left beside the Captain?s chair. Ranks Ranks. The ranks. Now, the only thing different from the past is you don?t have to go through the ranks one by one. You start off as a cadet training in the Battle Station (which is why it?s so large. To hold thousands of cadets who trains and become full members of the Battle Station, and for teaching the cadets). When you perform well you?d be promoted depending on what happened. Though everyone in the RPG will be Lieutenant or above. Here are the ranks (highest ? lowest) : Captain (Me) First Officer (Only one, PM me for this) Commander (2) Lieutenant Commander (2) Lieutenant (3) There are only 9 places are available on Battle Station so only the best sign-up?s will be accepted. I might allow cadets, PM me first and I could see about that. The women's uniform is last, though women can either wear that or the same as the men with different shoes. The womens colours are the same as the rank. Xions: The Xions have a humanoid shape but are much taller than a normal human. They have a silver-ish colour skin and red eyes with no pupils. They do have hair but most have stranger colours, sometimes in multi-colour. All their teeth are sharp and small like a snakes and are a silver-ish colour as well. Along their throat going down to their chest is what looks like a spine only on the front of their throat, though it isn?t really. The Xions don?t have much hair on their body except for their head and arms. Their arm hair is thicker and the colour of their head hair most of the time. On the Xions hands a long bone can be seen running from their knuckles down to the edge of their fingertips from under their skin. The Xions are a warrior race and are very good at lying. Some of them aren?t like that and are very honourable, but most are not. They can have a different personality depending on themselves. The Xions live for a roughly 106 years, and stop aging at 35. -- Don?t be afraid of using normal everyday terms and phrases. Even though this is set in the future, Humanity has gone back to its war-like stage to battle the Xions, so we?ll have things like coffee and swearing on the Command Centre too. We will even have ammunition like the past, bullets and rockets. Now if there's any questions ask them here.

Battle Stations! M-LV ?If we are just one planet in a Universe that we believe to be so huge it can hold more then tens of billions of galaxies then there has to be life on another planet other than our own. Life even if we can?t understand. We have landed on the moon and we will find a way to go beyond our solar system, like in those famous sci-fi shows. We?ll make first contact with aliens one day and I hope it?s someday soon.? - Jonathan Davies, 2057 AD. Jonathan Davies was a famous astronaut. He became famous by doing the exact same thing Neil Armstrong did; he made history. He said that passage above three years before the day mankind made contact with the first alien race, the Xions. A technologically advanced race that discovered Jonathan?s spacecraft while Jonathan was orbiting around Mars. The Xion ship managed to arrange a meeting through their technology on Earth. Jonathan cut his mission short but told the Xions it would take awhile for him to get back to Earth so his engines didn?t burn out. Showing their good faith, the Xions used their powerful technology to pull Jonathan to Earth with them, and for the first time ever in human history humanity shook hands (awkwardly) with an alien. The Xions explained everything on that day. They explained about their translator, which helped break language barriers with a few spoken words, their vessels technology and their life. The Xion were also a race of beings that for years had tried to find life outside their own world and had never met any other race other than humans. The Xion even agreed to let humans have their technology so we could adapt it for our own space travel outside or system and to cure disease which threatened the lives of millions. Thanks to Jonathan and the Xions most problems that our Earth faced had been stopped and later on in the year 2080, Jonathan and the Xion captain (Nacher) few the first spaceship out of the solar system and onto the Xion home world. Then a powerful alliance was formed between Xions and humans. Both races helped each other in advancing both worlds. Jonathan and Nacher, the Xion captain signed a treaty, which on one part it read: ??And even though both worlds have in the past started wars between themselves, there will be under absolutely no circumstances any battles between Xions and Humans. Anything provoking a war will be dealt with by the world leaders of both planets. Each race will attempt to avoid conflict at all cost. These times are a time for change in both worlds to put what was right in both our violent pasts and it should forever stay that way.? -- In 2100 AD, Jonathan Davies was murdered on Earth and the murderer left absolutely no clues. It could be Xion or Human but no one knew. ? But that soon became clear ? The Xion?s launched an attack on Earth. They sent warships out to destroy all space stations and destroy all Earth vessels. They broke the promise, the alliance between Human and Xion. The Xion broadcast all over the world their true nature: ?We have seen thousands of species across thousands of galaxies and they are all dead. We, the Xions have and forever will be a race of conquers. We make peace with a world, give them our technology and destroy them. We like a fair fight and a good challenge but the Xions will always win. You past was violent, but ours is much more savage. You could not care less if you wanted to change your past because we for one are proud of ours. With your great hero, Jonathan Davies dead we have crushed all your hope and now, like the thousands of species before you, we will annihilate you from existence.? The word of the Xions echoed through the ears of mankind and every single person on Earth who could understand it hated the Xions. Though the Xions were warriors and had conquered thousands of races all over they had never fought beings like Humans who?s will to survive was much greater than anything else in the Universe. So then, Humans turned back to their past and brought back guns, tanks and military weapons. They fought the Xions with everything they had and finally stopped the Xion ships from coming in again. ? For a while. Just long enough for more spacecrafts to be built, hundreds Guarding the Earth?s solar system. Whenever a Xion ship attacked Earth would know, but every time the Xions found a way to break through and attack Earth again and again. So then it was built. On top of the meeting place of Xions and Humans, the tower was built using the destructive weapons of Earth?s past and the technology brought by the Xions a tower bigger than anything ever built was created, given the name ?Battle Station.? In the Battle Station there was a main Station were the most highly advanced forces of Earth stayed watch. They received all calls and knew everything that was going on. They transmitted important information to the rest of the world, they even had to get out on foot and slaughter some Xions who made it to Earth. The fate of Earth was resting on the shoulders of these men and women keeping Battle Station going and stopping the Xions day in and day out, and Battle Station was the ultimate weapon. In 2195 AD, the fighting had died down but it was still war. The Xions wouldn?t give up and every now and again they would come up with tactics to break through and attack Earth from above. Xion factions had formed on Earth and even some Xions joined the Battle Station. Now there were Xions working with Humans and half-Xions achieving the highest rank in Battle Station, but still it was a hard job. Not only was Battle Station the key to Earth?s defence but it also had the power to launch missiles at the Captain of the Station?s command. They had to keep the Station running and they had to run outside the Station and fight the Xions by hand. They had the hardest job every. If there was bad news, they?d know first and would have to broadcast it across the world. If there was good news they?d know about it first and have to broadcast it, too. If they made a mistake it could cost millions of lives and if they made the right choice it could save a whole race from totally annihilation. ? Battle Stations! --- Before signing up, I'd ask you all the go the the Underground thread which will be up shortly. Though you can have extra talents as well) Personality: (Optional) Appearance: (Picture or good description) Biography: (At least 3 paragraphs long. Cadets start training at 16 years old, so from that point you tell us about your life in Battle Station and being promoted to your current position) --- Name: Captain Gaur Guerra Age: 69 Race: Xion ? Human (Half breed. His mother was Human and his father Xion) Rank: Captain Station: None (Captain?s Chair) Talents: Gaur is very brave and bold which is a talent most Xions have, making him perfect for command. He is also very good at reading expressions and knowing what people really think. A sad person could hide their sadness up with laughter and Gaur would know something was wrong. This made him a little feared when he was training in the Battle Station as one of the first Xion cross breeds, since he knew what people really thought of him. Gaur is also good at lip reading from a distance so he doesn?t need to hear to know what is going on. Though Gaur doesn?t have many talents he does also have brilliant strength but not the technique to match it. Personality: Grumpy and snappy in his younger years, but Gaur later turned into a calm, easy-going man. When Gaur is sat in the Captain?s chair he doesn?t give anyone an easy ride, though. He?s tough, rough and sometimes even annoying. He doesn?t trust the younger people as much as he would trust older ones, cadets especially. Cadets serving near him always have a hard ride but sometimes Gaur does remember what he was like as a cadet, always wanting to prove himself, and being the first Xion and Human to sit in the Captain?s chair he still wants to prove himself. He?s not afraid of being himself when he?s on the Command Centre, and he?s not afraid of making younger people, like cadets, look like idiots. Though he will normally have a joke with some of the older Officers, he does stay serious most of the time. Gaur is known for holding a grunge, a strong one. He isn?t the forgiving type at all, you annoy him enough and you?ll be in his bad books for the rest of your life. Due to the fact that he doesn?t like cadets too much he tries to keep out of their way and is rarely found on any of the decks were you?d find a cadet. When off-duty he?s either in his quarters or training with himself and a few friends. He takes his job so seriously often that he never drinks alcohol, since he?s afraid of getting drunk and losing his command. As a Xion half-breed, Gaur considers himself Xion. Therefore, ever since his cadet years he has been trying to prove that some Xions can be as trusting as Humans. Though he considers himself Xion, he never lies. His goal isn?t to be more Xion; it?s to be less Xion. He is honourable but in battle if a man is still alive and rescuing them might cost the lives of the made Command crew, Gaur will leave them behind. His duty to the Battle Station and his Command crew comes before his own life, but leaving a man who is alive behind is a Xion trait that Gaur wishes to lose. Though he is proud of being a Xion who Commands the Battle Station, he does often wish he were a full Xion. Sometimes, he is torn between his Xion heritage and his duty to Battle Station. Some rebel Xions on Earth are somewhat friends he used to know so he is torn between Human and Xion. Appearance: If he were fully Human, Gaur would look like that. He is like that only his skin is a pale -grey colour, and his eyes a mixed, clouded red. Though his teeth are white they still have the Xion look, sharp and small. He doesn?t have the bones of the Xion on his throat, only on his hands from his knuckles the edge of his finger tips. His arms have thick hair on it, which goes from his wrist to his shoulder, but doesn?t cover all the way round his arm, only a small bit on the top. Biography: Gaur was born on the Xion home world for a genetics project. The Xions thought that combining the genes of one certain Human female and a Xion male, a super-Xion warrior could be created. The Xions wanted to send these warriors over to Earth as rogues so they could join the Station and attack it from the inside, and Gaur was the first subject. As a boy, he was found on a Xion battle ship almost dieing. The Xions had kept him alive there until their ship crew was gone, and when the crew of the Earth ship found him at the age of 4, asleep. When they brought him back to their ship they found that he had no name and no idea who he was, and because of his strength they named him Gaur Guerra (Guerra meaning warrior). The Earth ship ?Armour Tank? became his new home, a heavy battle ship. For 2 years Gaur lived on the ship, learning both Xion and Human speech without a Universal translator. During those 2 years the Armour Tank picked up 5 more Xion ? Human children, and figuring they had been abandoned because of their crossbreeding, the ship took them all in. Some had special talents, like Gaur?s strength. One boy named Icarus (for no apparent reason, the Captain of the Armour Tank just wanted to give him that name) was deaf and because of that Gaur picked up lip reading. Icarus could read what a person was saying no matter how fast they spoke and managed to teach Gaur. When Gaur was 7, the Captain of the Armour Tank decided to move them to Earth because they were in danger on a heavy battle ship was always on the offensive. So later on, Gaur was moved to Earth with the other 5 and on Earth they met 4 others like them, also found abandoned. Later, Gaur and the other 9 children lived in a small Military base were they learnt everything about the war and the Military forces. Icarus and Gaur were especially interested in the history of the war and how it started, while strangely the other children wanted to know about tactics and how the heavy battle ships were built. Gaur and Icarus were also the only ones who kept contact with the Armour Tank ship while the others did not. Up until the age of 11 Gaur lived in the base with Icarus and the others until Xions attacked the base. The Xions destroy everything and even the computers, not even bothering to take information. Gaur, Icarus and the other children were the only ones to survived but were taken to the Xion home world once again and forced to work in the mines digging for crystals (which were all under the Xion planet). The Xions who captured the children had no idea about the secret project; therefore the children were treated as badly as the others. One Xion man who was one of the first to rebel against his own race took care of Icarus and Gaur since the other 8 didn?t need much guidance. The Xion, Kraang was very protective for both Icarus and Gaur but he for one knew about the secret project. Even though he knew and was a rebel against the other Xions, he still took care of Gaur and Icarus but not the other children. Though neither Gaur nor Icarus knew about the project they did know something strange was going on. When Gaur was 13 and Icarus too, Kraang was sentenced to death for building up a rebel army in the mines. 2 days before his death, Kraang told Gaur and Icarus about who they were. Kraang was part of the project and he rebelled against Xions because he knew it was wrong to create super beings for war. Icarus and Gaur were somewhat incomplete but had to be used anyway before any Humans found out. The only reason Icarus and Gaur had been so different was because they had no memory and the other children had orders to find everything out about the Human?s military forces and how their ships were made. Feeling they had an oath to return, they promised Kraang that they wouldn?t join the others when they fought against the Humans. Later on, Kraang was killed by the Xion execution technique known as ?Franggi Frang? (translation unknown), where the prosecuted were forced to cut themselves with a knife until they bled to death. Gaur and Icarus watched as Kraang killed himself in a record of 230 deep slashes. After Kraang?s death, the other children came to Icarus and Gaur and told them about the plan to escape. They would use their strength and enhanced abilities to kill the Gaurds and find a way out for themselves only. Gaur and Icarus went on with the plan, acting as if they remembered what they were meant to be and escaped, leaving the miners to die. Gaur and Icarus regretted that they had to do this, but the others seemed unmoved. After that their mission was to get back to Earth and annihilate the military bases. They hitched a ride on a few ships until they made it back to Earth. At this time they were all 16, old enough to enter into the Battle Station as cadets. The plan was changed and all of them entered, easily being accepted. Being a cadet at this time, Gaur was careful and wanted to keep that hidden from the others. Though Icarus always knew what was troubling him, and that was how Gaur learnt how to see the hidden feelings of others. For a whole 3 years they trained as cadets, and when they finally got to go on a nightshift on the Command Centre, they took over. Icarus and Gaur were there, luckily and were going to stop them. Intelligence was an enhancement one of them had; therefore no one else could find a way up to the Centre or stop them from firing on the vessels defending Earth. Gaur was determined to stop it, no matter what. He and Icarus knew that after that they would surely be banned out of the Station, but they wanted to save Earth. Though they didn?t know the Captain of the Station at the time was listening. Gaur confronted the strongest and smartest of them all, Caesar (given name by Humans). They fought each other on the Command Centre, with Gaur winning in the end by electrocuting Caesar. The others attacked him, but it was too late. The Officers broke through and stopped them from killing Gaur and Icarus. Then, Gaur confronted the Captain and said he was willing to face the sentence for his actions. But to Gaur and Icarus? surprise, the Captain promoted them straight to Lieutenant for their performance. He also said since two of his Command crew had been killed they would get the positions: Icarus becoming a Tactical officer and Gaur becoming a Security officer. After that, Gaur then admitted that when he was a cadet he always wanted to prove himself, but now he doesn?t have too. After another year on the Battle Station, there was word that the last of the enhanced Xion ? Humans had escaped their prison. It was said they were starting another plot against the Station, but Icarus and Gaur were going to stop it again no matter what. For the first time in a while, Gaur and Icarus went on foot, alone to stop them in an Underground base. When meeting the enemies, Gaur and Icarus noticed that they had been plotting against the Battle Station but for good reasons. They believed it was against Xions because there were no Xions on the Command Centre and not many Xions had been promoted. They explained about what they thought of the way Xions were treated because they couldn?t be trusted and for that the Battle Station shouldn?t be left standing. Gaur was ready to shoot them, but Icarus was not. He believed that they had a right, too. He also believed they needed a new leader, like him. After that, Icarus joined the rest of the group that he named the ?Final Reflection?. Gaur was saddened by his friend leaving, but promised them that he too would help by becoming the first Xion to command the Station. Gaur reported everything to the Captain and explained about the FR. He also said that he was in favour of them, too. The Captain also agreed and decided to promote Gaur to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Gaur became one of the Captain?s best friends alongside the First Officer. At the age of 23, Gaur became one of the best-known Officers on the Stations. He had been on hundreds of missions on foot and felt very trusted even though he considered himself Xion. Gaur was still a Security Officer, though he had plans to move up to First Officer. He never thought he should try for Captain since it would make people think there was some sort of conspiracy going on, a Xion being a Captain. But Gaur did get his chance. When Gaur was 27 he went on a mission with the Bridge Officers to outer space on a vessel. They were going to the Xion home world to break down their communication, but on the way the Xions attacked their ship. The ship was going to explode, but the Captain refused to leave. He ordered everyone else off the ship, but the First Officer was killed while they escaped. The Armour Tank, the ship that rescued Gaur at first came to fend off the Xions too late. The First Officer and Captain were long gone, leaving Gaur and two other Lieutenant Commanders as the highest ranks. There were orders left from the Captain before he died, and a list of names he wanted to be Captain if he ever pasted on. In order of his best, the First Officer was first followed by Gaur. Though the Generals and Military had to consider this because they didn?t want a Xion as a Captain. Gaur explained it could bring more Xions on their side, as a sign of friendship as well as war. The Military, however believed it could also lead to more agents and spies and Xions getting in easily. They said that Gaur was not going to be the Captain because he was a Xion, so Gaur dropped it. However, one of the Lieutenant Commanders who was going to be trying out for Captain decided to defend Gaur because the Military was being sort of racist. They argued that Gaur was only half human and was brought up with humans; therefore he is more human than Xion. It would also show the Xions that not every Xion could get into the Military. The Military then reconsidered and it was a battle between the other Lieutenant Commander and Gaur, but Gaur easily won because his record was much better. At the age of 28, Gaur became the first ever Xion Captain even though he was only a half Xion. Due to the fact that Gaur might not have been a Captain because of his Xion heritage, this made him like both Xion and humans, though in a war he isn?t afraid to kill the enemy if they?re Xion or not.
They don't feel. They don't think "Well gee, this sucks. Hey, could you stop smacking me against a wall? It's a violation of my rights." You're acting like they're just humans that can't talk. Stop acting like humanity has degraded to the point where all we do is go around torturing chickens. Like this is the first instance in human history where we've tortured animals. What about all the tortures performed on humans throughout history? Why aren't you concerned at all about that? Heaven forbid we hurt a damn chicken though.
I didn't say humans had degraded to the point that we all go around torturing chickens. And I did mention about humans being totured through history, I just didn't put most of it in my post because this thread was mainly about the cruelty to chickens. I guess if they don't feel and think, they're not living. In a way they are humans that can't talk, in a way. They're being treated like muck because they "don't have rights" and are going to be killed anyway. I just don't see that as fair. There's no need to hurt something if it's going to die anyway, just let the damn thing be. Oh, and I've also very concerned about the torture to humans as well. I think the torture on animals has stretched over to ourselves, and I'll be glad if I don't survive until I'm 15 (apparently, my brother and dad think I'll get myself killed before I'm 15, but that's totally irrelevent).

Chickens who were birthed for food... so I guess that means they can be tortured? If you're going to kill something because that's what's going to happen anyway, then shouldn't it be done quickly? Chickens aren't human, yes I'll agree, but killing a chicken to eat it doesn't mean it should be tortured. Animals do kill other things to survive, but you don't see a Lion trying to throw its food around before killing it. I guess as humans have evolved they developed a need to torture animals needlessly before they die. I swear, sometimes I think the only thing that's going to kill us off is ourselves. It's not true that humans only torture animals. Over time, has anyone noticed that there's been a lot more violence, murders and whatever? I think that humanity has started to develop a need to kill and torture for no reason. Now I'm not saying there's no reason to kill a chicken to eat it but what I am saying like many people before me is that there's no need to torture a chicken before killing it. Just because animals can't have a say doesn't mean they should be tortured, and as stupid as this may sound, if chickens did have a say then I don't think we'd have that many KFC's around. I find it sick that anyone would be amused by smacking a chicken on a wall. For one, it's the most pathetic form of entertainment and for two I'm sure if that person was a lower creature being thrown at a wall he wouldn't like it. How would you think animals would feel being treated like **** because they're a sort of "lower being"? If something was higher than us in this world and we were subject to cruelty for amusement I'm sure we'll reaaally enjoy ourselves. If we're so high and almighty compared to animals then shouldn't we start ACTING like that? When I say we I don't mean everyone, of course, it's just the way I like to put it. I don't have much to say about my point, really. I'm all for animal rights and I could hate myself for being a human but then I wouldn't want to be an animal, either.

He hadn't heard them kind of words before, he had heard something like that from Canathael but not as much aimed directly at Sarek. Maybe because Sarek wasn't as nice, but what Morgan and Protosis was saying was right. "Maybe..." Sarek began, but he stopped for a moment, then shook his head. He opened his mouth to speak again, but closed it again and shook his head, walking past Morgon. She followed behind him not sure if she should say anything else or just leave him alone like Protosis had suggested awhile back. Sarek thought about it again for a moment, still looking at his feet and the concreate ground. Both Morgon and Protosis had a point... "Look alive. Bunch of goons up ahead." Protosis broke Sarek's trail of thought by shouting to them all about a few shady characters up ahead, all sulking against a building and some hidden in the shadows of the alley. They all shot daggers at the group and amusing looks. Sarek looked away, towards Pieter who was clenching his gun tightly looking like he was ready to put a bullet through their heads. Li had her hand on the handle of her sword, Morgon also hand her hand on the tip of her sword while Protosis didn't even have his gun out. He wasn't even looking ready to defend himself... The group stopped dead as the bunch of youths began to approach them with thier hoods up and their guns, metal bars and other weapons out. "Hey, this is our street. No freaks allowed." A man is a grey hooded top said to Protosis. Protosis didn't even move, he just laughed lightly and pushed past. But the hooded man grabbed his coat and pushed him back. "I don't like being ignored." The man growled. He pushed Protosis into Li, who unleashed her sword and pointed at the man, but still Protosis was unmoved. More of the hooded men advanced on the rest, two coming up to Pieter and shoving him back. "Hey, white eyes." One smaller boy said with a wooden bat in his hand. Sarek turned towards him, raising his hand to block the bat coming at his head. Sarek gripped the end of the bat hard, snatching it out of the youths hand. He twisted it round, then smashed the young man in the jaw knocking him into a puddle near the sidewalk. Sarek caught the sight of Morgon in the corner of his eye, facing a man with a gun aimed at her. Gun against sword... not fair at all. Then again Morgon looked like she could take care of herself. Before the man could fire his weapon, Sarek knocked the back of his head lightly with his bat, making the man drop his weapon and giving Morgon a chance to knock him down. She pulled her sword down to chest height and slashed across the man's chest, making him fell on the ground and curl up into a ball. Morgon gave Sarek a smile, while Sarek just titled his head and nodded. "That was easy." Pieter said, letting go of a short man's jumper and letting him drop on the floor. Li came over to them, and gave a nod, then pointed over to Protosis. "Look at that." She whispered. All eyes turned over to Protosis, were two men, one hooded and one not were attacking him. The non-hooded one had grabbed Protosis from behind while the hooded one was clubbing Protosis's face side to side with a metal pole, but still Protosis didn't even struggle. Everyone looked at each other, puzzled. Moments later Protosis was released, but he stood up straight and wiped the blood off his nose, then did nothing. "You freak!" The hooded man shouted, going for another hit. This time, Protosis caught his hand. The man dropped his metal bar and clenched his teeth trying to get loose, but Protosis let him go. He then grabbed his shirt, and lifted him into the air with just one hand, then threw him into the nearest building. The youth seemed to be dazed because he was groaning and couldn't get up, so the other one took off, shouting and swearing back at them. "... Sorry about that, took a little longer than I thought." Protosis said, still wiping blood from his forehead, eyes and nose. The others stood staring at him, while Protosis did nothing but smirk. "Follow me, there's a subway just ahead." He said with a final laugh of amusement. OOC: NOTE - Even though I may be starting Battle Stations soon, I'd like everyone to know I have absolutel no intention of giving up on this.

Name: Sephris Gehan (Sister of Jeran'kar) Age: 21 Sex: Female Homeworld: Antari Antari was one of the many capital planets that the Ancients founded after they spread far and wide from Terra and were no longer able to keep a hold over the vast stretch of galaxy they now inhabited. Antari was known for the beauty of the planets plant life which grew in a myriad of different ways with each look more beautiful than the last. Due to the beauty of the world around them the Ancients which inhabited Antari did not wish to build structures in the planet so the asked for help from the Nox to solve the dilemma. Instead of using the same floatation device the Nox used the two races developed a method to ?grow? the cites from nature so they emulated the natural environment while still allowing the Ancients whom dwelt there to power the cities with the Zero Point Modulators and integrate their technology, such as the Stargate dialler, into the ?bark? of the panels and still be able to use them. During Sephris' time on Antari, she loved the place and didn't think anything of it. She just liked it, and as a child she was always looking for something to do there, or looking for new things she hadn't seen yet. The fact that the Antari was beautiful had on occasions occurred to Spehris, but she never took the beauty to seriously and just considered it a home. Position: First Guardian (if not possible, then Second Guardian for me) Appearance: Personality: Sephris is a hard type of person who is nice but also quite harsh to some. She is loyal and nice to people she knows or respects and is a bit harsh to people she doesn't like. Her "evaluation" of people is normally on first impressions, but sometimes she can change her impression. Basically, Sephris acts like most people would: she gives people she doesn't like a hard time and people she does like an easy ride. Sephris is also a very determine person and won't give up on something. She always tries her best even if it isn't good enough. She is also always trying to be better than she is and hates people who don't trust her or give her a chance. Because Sephris will trust most people, she always wants to be trusted as well, and likes it when she is. Sephris has a good way of hiding her dissapiontment and sometimes even fear, so she doesn't speak out often and leaves the talking to other people. When Sephris is told something she will do it, but if there isn't a good reason then she won't. Even though she won't speak out with her own opinons, Sephris isn't one to be told what to do. From a higher rank than her, then yes she will, but only with good reasons. She is hard to scare in some cases and in danger Sephris will do whatever it takes to get out of danger. She isn't open to talking about things and normally keeps anything strange or weird going on to herself. Another thing is that Sephris is loyal, and will not break a promise or give away a secret. Sephris is also open to a good joke or laugh sometimes, but when the situation is serious her attention is always on the situation. She tries to stay calm and focused all the time and try not to lose control of herself in any tense situations.
