At the end of the RP, characters can stay if they want. If all goes real well this time round, who knows? I might make a "Sands of Time 2", lol. But characters can stay if they want or go back to their timeline. I was thinking of doing a WW2 one soon, and a Medieval one, in fact I'm planning on doing atleast one near to all of our character's timeline. I've got some ideas down on paper so I hope we get to finish the RPG, so far it's going great! Oh, I also decided to add sub-titles to the chapters. For the first three here's what they are: Chapter One Starting in the Past Chapter Two: Cowboys and Guns Chapter Three: Predjudice

You're doing just brilliant, demonchild! I actually had that thought, too. I might try that kind of thing as well, like when I promised some chapters focusing on one character but with the others being in it as well. I think that might be a good idea, but about the correcting thing, that might not be so good since going back in time and changing something doesn't change the future (since it's already happened it can't be changed, only by the device which we'll see at the end of the RPG). However I was thinking of doing a chapter were we don't travel in time and stay on the ship, and Dave creates a new deck to the ship with "holorooms" were you could type in your life story and set the setting for the computer then walk into a holographic version of it, playing anyone in your character's past just by saying a name to the computer. So using these holorooms (which are exactly like the real thing when you walk in) character's could change their own past in the holostory and see what happens. I kinda got the idea off Star Trek, so I might try a chapter like that. Also, in this post I'll need to tell you all about a two-part Chapter we'll be playing next: Chapter Four: A Time of War ? Part One After a long break, the crew feel like Protosis will never make a jump for it, but when they lease expect it he does. Only this time, it?s different. Dave is shaken up when he finds out were Protosis is jumping too? 2269, eleven years before Scarface dies and ninety years after the war had started. At this time he had taken the war to Earth were he and four other kinds of races on his side fought against only the human ground soldiers and Earth?s only ally willing to fight on Earth and not with technology: The Xions. The stakes are high and this time no one has any idea what Protosis is planning. With no other member of the crew knowing as much about war as Pieter, Pieter is put in command of the group. With the heavy weight of a future war on his shoulders and death all around them, can the crew survive this deadly time of war? Chapter Five: A Time of War - Part Two The Tarkè, Zeator, Southan and the Boulde forces capture Pieter and Canathael while the others are fighting for their lives in a war. They can either rescue their friends or stop Protosis from saving the Russian assassin Pavel. The forces of Earth place Sarek in control of the crew and order him to stop Protosis and not save his friends. Strangely, Sarek disobeys and starts a rescue mission deep into Scarface?s HQ now with both Earth and the enemy forces on his back. If Protosis is not stopped, it could mean another enemy trying to kill the crew in their next jump. Who will die? Pavel, Pieter or Canathael? Or the whole crew? Before doing these, there's some information about the races in these Chapters and the weapons used: Earth Alliance Humans Technologically advanced in some ways, the humans are battling this war on their own planet. Using weapons with super-charged bullets which can move faster than light and kill for sure if the enemy is hit in the right spot, humans have no armour and mostly use old-style tanks with a few weapons modifaction. They have bases all over the place and lots of men, but at this time they are keeping in ranks but attacking all over the place when their team leader is dead. Basically, humans have not changed much. Xions PICTURE As advanced as humans, they are allied with them in the war. The Xions are a strong warrior race who would fight hand to hand if the enemy did. They use the same weapons as the humans but with more brutality and force. Xions are everywhere, but they never kill anyone who is on their side, it seems to be a instict because a Xion has never killed one of his team mates. The Xions work well with humans and are friendly but in the heat of battle they hardly ever talk, they yell. Xions only fight on foot, nothing else. 4 Races: Boulde PICTURE Also said to be like trolls and ogres by humans, the Boulde are the most honourable race out of them all. The refuse to us guns or any other kind of technology, they win by using their blades and their muscle. Though they are the shortest in size between the for races, they have brilliant strength and aren't afraid to jump at someone's face. Being only 4.5 foot in size they like to do that, a lot. Boulde are very quiet and only shout when needed, like the Xions. They have a honourable way of fighting making them a dangerous and weak foe to face. The Boulde have kept their traditions strong therefore they only care for the lives of their race and the other races in their system, and are also extremely loyal to Scarface. Zeator PICTURE The most brutal race in the whole. They don't use any sort of weapons, only their claws and teeth, and also have no armour. Zeator are a wolf-like race who like to fight for the fun of it and have no respect for honour. For this they aren't good friends with the Boulde though the Boulde do risk their lives to save them. Zeator are the second tallest out of the races at a good 6 foot in average. They don't line up and don't wait for the order to attack, they just attack. Zeator are very advanced but they don't use their technology in battle, they believe that having claws and teeth they shouldn't need weapons. Zeator have a very gory personality, as well as a gory style of fighting. Tarkè and Southan PICTURE - In Ancient times. Almost exactly the same, except for their skin colour. The Tarkè have blue skin while the Southan have red skin. The tallest in the four races, growing up to 8 foot they are very powerful and strong. Tarkè and Southan are the only ones who use guns, laser guns and sometimes laser swords. They are heavy armoured and are the builders of all the bases for their races. Scarface is a Southan, therefore the Southan's have the most control over the army but they do share with the Tarkè. The two races see each other as brother races seperated long ago and work better together. Most of the time, Tarkè and Southan are evil and sarcastic, but some are grumpy and rude. They not only fight on foot, but they also send ships to attack from the skies, very sneaky indeed. Back in ancient times, both races were small and not as strong but later grew into amazing height and great strength. Scarface is the biggest Southan to ever live at 7.9 foot, very, very big indeed. Normally they grow to 7 foot. This will take place in England, before Scarface moves his forces over to Scotland. Dave will have already told the forces of Earth about our characters, so it will be easier to play. Basically, the world looks like a wreck in England, will glass buildings smashed all over the place and not much left. The fighting will mainly take place in cites and fields. I'll post more information in a while.

The group followed Protosis and Li, looking at people staring at them as they walked. It was certainly uncomfortable for them... "We're we goin'?" Morgon asked from beside Sarek. Protosis didn't turn his head, however he did answer. "Underground." Protosis replied dully. He shoved his hand into his pocket and pulled out a small, hand sized device with a button or two on it, and stared at it. Sarek could tell it had to be a map of some sort from the infer-red light flashing on it. "What's that?" Pieter asked from behind. "Locator. It should tell me were Marrek is, but it must be damaged. I also lost Severus while jumping." Protosis explained. Sarek growled at the name Severus. The hound from hell, half machine half wolf and all demon. Hell, the amount of times it tried to bite off Sarek's limbs made him burn with rage. "This can find the lifesigns of anyone I want, I just need their DNA. It can even work through dimension, the signal is sent on a time wormhole so I can locate anyone at anytime in any place. The channel must have been destrupted when I came here, possibly because of the rush to jump and I didn't set this thing right." "...Can ye explain that in..." Morgon began, but Li finished. "...Terms we would understand?" she asked. Protosis howled a laugh, and shook his head almost as if he was going to cry from laughter. "That was the best way I could. You see, in human terms I'm a genius. I know more about time than your God could. Your ship is located in the cracks of time, the only place outside of it, and boy it's easy to find. I've been using my advanced sensors for months to track that thing, even before you came there! I know about all of you, I've scanned all the information files of the ship, too. You should tell Dave to enhance the shielding on the files and some shielding to stop 'enemies' from probing into your files!" Protosis laughed again, hanging his head back like a wolf. The others, however, weren't very amused. "...Idiot..." Sarek growled folding his arms. "Primitive ape." Protosis agrued. "Tarké* slimball." Sarek growled back at him. Suddenly, Protosis swung round and pointed in Sarek's face, looking very annoyed. "At least I have the brains to fool your pathetic human race! I am a Tarké, but you know I was smart enough to alter myself to your primitive biological forms! That was a horrible experiance... urg... And now, I'm suck this way! Anyway, my point is that any human would have charged in with spears and defective weapons without even thinging that we might not mean any harm!" he shouted. "Ja, no harm? Trying to destroy time?" Pieter laughed. "Look, you stupid toy soldier... Tarké and Southan both believe in the Apocalypse OUR WAY. Scarface was the only man who could bring that to life, and how we got the other two races of our solar system involved is beyond me. We have mastered the theories and time, which enabled me to create a portal time travel device, which being human you wouldn't be able to create even if your life depended on it. If we can bring time together as one, then that would be what we want. You can't just believe I'm evil because I want to make the Apocalypse rise, that's my faith. A perfect world of time joined together, sure Tarké may seem like sick beings now but I assure you it's the way we are." Protosis was explaining things clearly to most of them, but still Sarek was no convinced. "...Liar..." he snapped at Protosis. "See! Look what I mean, you primitive beings call me a liar, STILL thinking I'm evil! You assume I'm evil anyway, but let me put it this way. Our Solar System, the nearest to yours was once ruled by one planet millions of years ago. A race was called the Apocalypse, translated in your useless langauge of course. They ruled us and trained all our planets into equal races, technologically advanced as each other. The Apocalypse had mastered time itself, timetravel. When they left their planet as it was about to be smashed to pieces by a comet the size of your sun. After that we had become a race who lived differently from you all, primitive fools... thousands of years later, Scarface discovered the Apocalypse remains and the writings about time. He then believed in a theory of making past, present and future come together by altering time with a certain device and in certain ways would make a world that could be ruled by one being and possibly give ultimate power to a few other ones. Scarface called this his Apocalypse theory, and that's the story." Protosis explained, ending with a sigh. Everyone looked at each other, but no one said anything. It was silent for awhile, until Sarek spoke. "...I still don't trust you." "Put it this way Sarek, it's like you. The only reason you're what you are, cold and ruthless is because of they your world was. For us, or solar system was like what we are because of the one our ancestors were taught to survive." Protosis explained, calming his voice down to an almost whisper. "I cannot help what I am. And I do wish I could be the 8 foot Tarké I used to be, but I can't." Sarek stopped for a moment while the group walked on, looking at the ground as Pieter pasted him. He didn't care if anyone was watching him, but Protosis was right for once. Maybe they shouldn't be stopping him... it was the way of one race against four, surely the needs of the many outwieghed the needs of the few? -- OOC: * Tarké and Southan are the races involved in the War between Earth and the four races, with Scarface in it. Though I've kinda explained about why Protosis is doing this, there's no need to stop being ruthless to the poor mad bugger, lol. Also, there's a little about the Tarké appearance (since no one knows what they look like since all information about the war was concealed mostly), the Tarké are very tall ^__^

Sorry for the lack of detail at the start, lol: Sighing lazily, Vicky lay back in her chair and glanced around the small apartment. Things seemed pretty boring most of the time, sure Sands of Time was getting somewhere for once and Battle Stations looking promising, but no one was doing much. She wished there was something exciting going on, like n00b spammers for once. Hell, you got a few newbies on who didn?t know what to do, but they were okay. They didn?t do much damage, but the spammers did. And that was the exciting thing about it. She thought for a moment she should get some of her friends from school to join because they would have no idea what was going on, but she remembered they?d mention her name? ?Hmm? maybe I should go to the Underground and see if there?s anything new there.? She mumbled to herself, scratching her chin in thought. As she thought of this, she also remember she should change her avatar once in awhile, since the same old ?Girl Wonder? Robin avatar was getting boring for her. Though she did kinda like the look, Robin was her favourite character. Vicky sighed again and got up in a huff. She was rambling on in her own thoughts, again. Some very strange things had been happening to her lately, like getting lost on OB, VERY often. ?On second thoughts, I?ll leave the Underground out, I?ll skip straight to RPGing.? She said to herself, smiling joyfully. She just hoped this time she didn?t get lost by mistake which she always did. -- The Underground. Defiantly not the Adventure Square? crazy comic book stacks all over the play, comic stores and even nightclubs. The black-market of OB?s RPGing world. How Vicky got here, she had no idea. ?Aw crap? Not again?? she moaned to herself while scuffling through the OB members crowded around some writer guides. She felt a little odd in the Underground, because she didn?t post as often and it was indeed like a black-market. The crowds of OB members at certain parts of the Underground and the emptiness of some parts just freaked Vicky out sometimes? Sighing again, she decided to do something while she was here, but first she looked around like she did every time she came to a new play in OB. There was a sort of club ahead, followed by a few more rows and comics and market things you?d find in the Underground. More members passed her, making the place seem uneasier. ?Hey, what are you doing here?? a voice said. Vicky almost jumped out of her mask when she heard the voice, but was relieved when she turned around. Methuselah was behind her, grinning. ?I? got lost.? Vicky said, continuing to walk down the black-market. ?You? got lost?? Methuselah asked in confusion. ?Yeah I got-? Vicky started a reply, but was cut off when a large OB member knocked her back a little. The stupid goon didn?t even say sorry, but Vicky just gave him (or? it) an evil snarl then continued. ?- Lost. I dunno, I was going to do some Role Playing, but lately I?ve being going to wrong way and stuff. Heh, you?d think I was on an island, not a forum!? Vicky laughed at the end of her sentence then paused. ??Oh, I forgot.? ?Well, anyway I was just checking out Jokopoko?s new RPG idea.? Methuselah said. Vicky thought so. That was how they knew each other, really. ?Ah, I was going to look for something to do while I was here, so I might as well go check it out as well.? Vicky sighed again, going to shove her hands in her pockets when she remembered she didn?t have any. Yep? definitely time for an avatar change? she thought to herself. Well, that's all I got. Sorry for dragging you into it, Methuselah. I needed to pick a member to drag into it, lol. And also, about the getting lost on OB thing, that's true. I keep clicking on the wrong places and forgetting were my Private Messages link is.

OOC: Good job, Angelus! I thought that since we could get the RPG moving faster, everyone could have a turn at posting a new start to the age. Chapter Three In a move of despressation, Protosis and Marrek kidnapped Li and pulled her through a portal into the year 2010, the most violent year in history. Planning to lose the crew in the mixed-up timeline, both Protosis and Marrek ran their own way causing the crew to split once more. With a new member on the team, things look good once again for the Sands crew, but when both parts of the crew are dragged into a gang war, they have no choice but to work with their enemy and fight their own friends, or risk death if they are exposed. The street was empty and cold, with damp roads and rubbish on the streets. Sarek stood on the pavement in disgust. The air was horrible, even through his mask he could smell the gas and see the clouds in the air. God, was he thankful he didn't live in this age. Quickly he glanced down at himself, noticing he wore another black shirt under that, much different design though. It was thick with a long neck collor, but he also noticed he still had his black coat on. At least he had that. After looking at his clothes, he began a slow walk down the street, looking for the others. "Sarek...?" a vice groaned. Sarek turned around to see Pieter leading against a large house, rubbing his eyes. Hearing his voice, Sarek jogged over to Pieter. Pieter looked at Sarek and groaned. "What happened?" "You got arrested, apprantly. I don't know what happened after that. It also appears we got seperated." Sarek said. He looked down at Pieter's clothing, noticing some mud and water on his pants and lower part of his shirt. Obviously, he didn't arrive standing up... "Ohoy there, I be Morgon? And ye be?" a voice shouted. Both Sarek and Pieter turned around, Sarek noticing from her voice it had to be Morgon, the women Dave had trouble with. Sarek and Pieter looked at each other, and jogged towards her getting their pants wet from the water. They stopped in front of her, and Pieter made a greeting. "I'm Pieter, this is Sarek." he said. He extended his hand, and Morgon shook it with a smile across her face. She turned to face Sarek, who did nothing but give a slight nod. To Sarek, she looked like a warrior. Without waiting for the Morgon or Pieter to speak again, he began to walk down the street at a slow pace, looking out for anyone or anything. Pieter and Morgon followed behind, Morgon and Pieter talking while Sarek kept a look out. Suddenly, around the cold stone building, someone looked around it. Sarek, Pieter and Morgon all stopped dead in their tracks. "Did you see who it was?" Pieter asked in a hushed voice. Sarek nodded his head, and waited. They all heard footsteps, light ones. But Sarek knew that sometimes to never trust what you hear. As the footsteps grew closer, he saw something come near the wall, and as fast as lightning he swung his sword out towards them. His sword stopped inches infront of Li's fingers, as she stood there staring at Sarek. He was amazed she knew that the sword wouldn't slice through her fingers, but he was glad to see her. "Sarek! Pieter!" she said as every came round to see her. Li glanced at Morgon, and gave a nod, but nothing else. "Quick! We must go! Protosis is waiting!" she said grabbing Sarek's arm. Sarek pulled back. "What? Protosis?" he asked. She gave a nod. "He will explain. Oh, I'm sorry, I don't bel-" "She's Morgon, now what the hell's going on?" Sarek interrupted in a snap. All heads turned to the sound of footsteps, heavier, louder... Protosis... Sarek knew it. He came up, looking deadly serious behind Li with a small gun in his hand from the last century. Li didn't move, nor did anyone else. "Allow me to explain," Protosis began. "In this time, there are two well known 'gangs' of sorts. The Federation and the Barrier Crew. Both fight each other for control of most areas, a childish war... if you ask me. Anyway, the Barrier Crew is located mostly near the rivers and coasts, while the Federation is in alleys and sometimes underground. The Federation has different sorts of people in their group but they kill whoever they don't find trusting if they're different, all of us... for one. The Barrier Crew kill people who are different mostly, so we have to be careful with them. I'm suggesting we all join the Federation, and hopefully Marrek will join too... but I know about these groups and if we are exposed to what we are and were we're from, then I'm afraid we will all die." Protosis shoot a look at Sarek and Morgon. "I know who you are, as well, Morgon, don't introduce yourself. We can all talk later but we must hurry." "Why the fuck should I work with you?" Sarek snapped. Morgon looked from Protosis to Sarek, if not confused. "Because I can keep you alive, Mr. Luther. They would surely call you a freak and put a bullet through your head, and only I can stop that. That is the only reason you should work with me. I hate to do this myself, but I would not be so idiotic as to lie to four of you who could kill me in one. Besides, your trustworthy Li is on my side." Protosis said. "I may be new around 'ere, but I sure know it ain't wise to trust the enemy!" Morgon said putting her hands on her hips and glaring at Protosis. He did nothing but look back at her through his black hair, then spoke again. "Trust me this time or you will surely die. After this I promise no alliance to you." he said. Li came up to Sarek and Pieter, looking at them both. "Trust him, he's being honest!" she said. Sarek gave it heavy thought... why would he trust Protosis? He could hold his own in a place like this! And it was always danger when your enemy knew about a new team mate only you had just meet... but then again, Li would never betray them... "...Fine..." he finally muttered. Protosis gave a nod.

Yeah, I wanted the race to be like aliens, but also not predictable. At the time I was thinking of something like Klingons, but I also didn't want them to be too honourable, then again it would be bad too have them like slimballs too. So I thought of a race who liked a good challenge but loved to lie and conquer. It was also good for the storyline, for the badguys actually. Since they conquered all races they started a war with, they though Humans would be easy but the fact that we used our own violent past to fight them combined with the technology of the future made this a somewhat REAL war for the Xions. I uploaded a few images: Command Centre The Command Centre. I actually found this on a website full of ST stuff, including bridge pictures. I found the perfect one right here, all I had to do was add two little lines for the Lift and Briefing Room, lol. Bar I must like bars and drinking, hehe. The design to yet another ST room, Qaurk's bar on DS9. I wasn't going to use this but I thought since the Command Centre should be a serious location and this place be the least serious then it should have a nice design, so why not Qaurk's bar? Uniforms I edited these in paint, just a little idea of what they would look like. The ranks go from: Captain - First Officer - Commander - Lieutenant Commander - Lieutenant. The female uniform is last and is the same throughout all ranks just with the different colour. ... I've done all this and I still haven't figured out have many floors there will be on Battle Station...

Sarek's breaths got heavier and heavier as he struggled too keep up with Canathael. Though he didn't show any signs of giving up, he was ideed weakening. The "horse" creature was ideed much faster than Sarek, but he was doing a good job keeping up, just a little far behind. The shout of Canathael's name caught Sarek's attention, coming from the town just ahead. It was Maya, a girl's voice and since Li was missing it had to be her. No one else in the town knew Canathael's name. "Canathael! There's Maya!" Sarek shouted over the galloping sound of the horse. Canathael looked at him and grinned. "I know, still think you can keep up?" he replied happily. Sarek titled his head to the side, unsure what he meant. Either Canathael knew Sarek was worn out or he meant something else. But Sarek found out. In a great leap and a giant flick of sand and dust, the horse sped up, past Sarek causing sand to cover his already dusted coat. Sarek slowed down for a moment, but when he saw John look back at him, he sped up again. "Canathael! Stop, slow down!" Sarek shouted. Obviously, Canathael couldn't hear him. Sarek began to slow down again, but he kept running at a decent speed. He could just see the blurred figure of Canathael and John stopping in front of what looked like Sutaru and Maya, but of course... Sarek couldn't know for sure since he didn't have the sight of any normal human. He slowed into a jog when coming to the group, then panted into a stop in front of Maya. "Sorry, Sir Sarek, but I had to hurry..." Canathael said. "What...? That was... only how fast that thing... could go?" Sarek panted. Sutaru looked down at him, and Sarek just growled. "I'm not tried... I have a mask on and a piece of rag over that, think I wouldn't be breathing heavily?" he growled. Clearly, no one was convinced, and neither was Sarek himself. Why exactly was he lieing? He had no idea. "Li, she's missing! We have to find her!" Maya said. "Were'd she go?" John asked. Maya gave it some thought for a moment, then shook her head. She didn't know. "I went South, you and Sutaru went North back to the town, and Maya went West, to were we came from... At least I think. I can't remember why bu-" Canathael suddenly cut Sarek off. "Wait! Correct me if I'm wrong but... was that were Marrek and Protosis went?" he asked. "They headed for the town, but I guess we lost track. If Maya and Sutaru didn't see them, then I guess they must have gone that way... fuck..." Sarek concluded. He sighed for a moment, then noticed Pieter on the floor, groaning and saying strange words. "Let's get him and head West before anything happens to her." Sarek said. He looked at Canathael and Maya who both gave a nod.

Basically I've been watching a lot of Sci-fi shows lately and while watching Star Trek: First Contact I came up with this idea: Battle Stations. It's simply about an ongoing war between the Xions and Humans (look below for the storyline), and the 9 people who are the Command crew are the main characters here. Battle Station is a tower which is the main defense in the war. They know about everything first and normally go out on foot to defeat rebel Xions, they control the weapons on Earth and the 9 people in the Command crew have the hardest job in the world, making sure they don't lose the war. The RPG will be based on the war, but it will be based on character development as well. Since all characters live in Battle Station and there's loads of things to do (even annoy the young cadets in training) it won't just be about sitting on a Command bridge and yelling out orders. Here's the basic story-line, tell me what you think of this and then I'll post all the information I have on ranks, stations and stuff: Battle Stations! M-LV ?If we are just one planet in a Universe that we believe to be so huge it can hold more then tens of billions of galaxies then there has to be life on another planet other than our own. Life even if we can?t understand. We have landed on the moon and we will find a way to go beyond our solar system, like in those famous sci-fi shows. We?ll make first contact with aliens one day and I hope it?s someday soon.? - Jonathan Davies, 2057 AD. Jonathan Davies was a famous astronaut. He became famous by doing the exact same thing Neil Armstrong did; he made history. He said that passage above three years before the day mankind made contact with the first alien race, the Xions. A technologically advanced race that discovered Jonathan?s spacecraft while Jonathan was orbiting around Mars. The Xion ship managed to arrange a meeting through their technology on Earth. Jonathan cut his mission short but told the Xions it would take awhile for him to get back to Earth so his engines didn?t burn out. Showing their good faith, the Xions used their powerful technology to pull Jonathan to Earth with them, and for the first time ever in human history humanity shook hands (awkwardly) with an alien. The Xions explained everything on that day. They explained about their translator, which helped break language barriers with a few spoken words, their vessels technology and their life. The Xion were also a race of beings that for years had tried to find life outside their own world and had never met any other race other than humans. The Xion even agreed to let humans have their technology so we could adapt it for our own space travel outside or system and to cure disease which threatened the lives of millions. Thanks to Jonathan and the Xions most problems that our Earth faced had been stopped and later on in the year 2080, Jonathan and the Xion captain (Nacher) few the first spaceship out of the solar system and onto the Xion home world. Then a powerful alliance was formed between Xions and humans. Both races helped each other in advancing both worlds. Jonathan and Nacher, the Xion captain signed a treaty, which on one part it read: ??And even though both worlds have in the past started wars between themselves, there will be under absolutely no circumstances any battles between Xions and Humans. Anything provoking a war will be dealt with by the world leaders of both planets. Each race will attempt to avoid conflict at all cost. These times are a time for change in both worlds to put what was right in both our violent pasts and it should forever stay that way.? -- In 2100 AD, Jonathan Davies was murdered on Earth and the murderer left absolutely no clues. It could be Xion or Human but no one knew. ? But that soon became clear ? The Xion?s launched an attack on Earth. They sent warships out to destroy all space stations and destroy all Earth vessels. They broke the promise, the alliance between Human and Xion. The Xion broadcast all over the world their true nature: ?We have seen thousands of species across thousands of galaxies and they are all dead. We, the Xions have and forever will be a race of conquers. We make peace with a world, give them our technology and destroy them. We like a fair fight and a good challenge but the Xions will always win. You past was violent, but ours is much more savage. You could not care less if you wanted to change your past because we for one are proud of ours. With your great hero, Jonathan Davies dead we have crushed all your hope and now, like the thousands of species before you, we will annihilate you from existence.? The word of the Xions echoed through the ears of mankind and every single person on Earth who could understand it hated the Xions. Though the Xions were warriors and had conquered thousands of races all over they had never fought beings like Humans who?s will to survive was much greater than anything else in the Universe. So then, Humans turned back to their past and brought back guns, tanks and military weapons. They fought the Xions with everything they had and finally stopped the Xion ships from coming in again. ? For a while. Just long enough for more spacecrafts to be built, hundreds guarding the Earth?s solar system. Whenever a Xion ship attacked Earth would know, but every time the Xions found a way to break through and attack Earth again and again. So then it was built. On top of the meeting place of Xions and Humans, the tower was built using the destructive weapons of Earth?s past and the technology brought by the Xions a tower bigger than anything ever built was created, given the name ?Battle Station.? In the Battle Station there was a main Station were the most highly advanced forces of Earth stayed watch. They received all calls and knew everything that was going on. They transmitted important information to the rest of the world, they even had to get out on foot and slaughter some Xions who made it to Earth. The fate of Earth was resting on the shoulders of these men and women keeping Battle Station going and stopping the Xions day in and day out, and Battle Station was the ultimate weapon. In 2155 AD, the fighting had died down but it was still war. The Xions wouldn?t give up and every now and again they would come up with tactics to break through and attack Earth from above. Xion factions had formed on Earth and even some Xions joined the Battle Station. Now there were Xions working with Humans and half-Xions achieving the highest rank in Battle Station, but still it was a hard job. Not only was Battle Station the key to Earth?s defence but it also had the power to launch missiles at the Captain of the Station?s command. They had to keep the Station running and they had to run outside the Station and fight the Xions by hand. They had the hardest job every. If there was bad news, they?d know first and would have to broadcast it across the world. If there was good news they?d know about it first and have to broadcast it, too. If they made a mistake it could cost millions of lives and if they made the right choice it could save a whole race from totally annihilation. ... Battle Stations... --- That's the storyline, basically. Is it too long? Should I add something else? I'll post the extra information later on, but what I really want to know is if this could work.

I too think this could work. You've explained about each part of OB clearly so players know there way around better and can have a better idea of the place. The RPG could go really far and I agree with Kane about the lack of set storyline gives people more room to be creative. Since there isn't much to stick too it should be great fun for everyone. I can tell you this if you do make the RPG I'll be joining for sure. I just think the idea is great and could really, really work.

Protosis pushed Sarek and Canathael forward with the tip of his gun and hissed at them. Marrek was on a horse slowly following beside them next to John, with a sickening grin on his face. "I actually thought you'd be a lot nicer, evil goons normally are." Sarek laughed. Protosis jogged in front of Canathael on Sarek, walking backwards still with his gun in his hands. "I am normally, but I dislike people who murderer my villians. He was about to become one of the most feared people in the three times, but I guess the good guys always have to stop them! You just kill everything evil because they have a different view of happiness!" Protosis shouted back. "Your views aren't for happiness." Canathael countered. "Are they not? People who are different believe in different things and if I for one believe that the world would be better the way I want it, then I have every right to make it so!" "By killing off billions of people?" Sarek cut in. He couldn't believe he was actually saying that, what did Sarek care about people he didn't even know? "...Since when did you become so caring?" Marrek laughed. Protosis followed with a laugh, and then as he walked backwards he tripped over a rock, letting go of his gun and falling on the ground. Canathael ran towards the gun while Sarek leapt on Protosis. "Severus!" shouted Protosis while Sarek held him down by his throat and raised his fist. Before Sarek could strike a wet mouth and sharp teeth dug into his fist. While Sarek was fighting with Protosis, Marrek was off his horse and going for an attack on Canathael. "Damnit!" Sarek shouted. He grabbed Severus by its only fur on its back and kicked it in the back legs. The wolf machine fell back and released his hand, but before Sarek could turn around and hit Protosis, Protosis was off on the run with Severus behind him. Quickly, Sarek turned towards Canathael and John who were all wrestling to get the gun which Canathael had. Marrek was up against two people and it didn't look so good. "You runts! Give me that!" Marrek hissed. Canathael shook his head while pulling the gun towards him, so Marrek played dirty and kicked Canathael's knee. He fell on the ground and let go of the gun, then Marrek grabbed it and pushed John away. He aimed the big gun at Canathael, but turned to Sarek. "Coward. Fight like a true warrior!" Sarek shouted. Marrek just laughed. "I'd rather kill you than Canathael." he said. Canathael looked up at him, about to pounce again but Marrek kicked him down once more. "See ya in the afterlife, Sarek." Marrek laughed once more and fired, but all Sarek did was close his eyes and cover his head with his hands. He felt no pain like before when he was shot in the arm, maybe this was what happened when you died? "Sarek, John! Hurry up he's getting away!" Canathael shouted. Through the confusion, Sarek slowly opened his eyes and saw Canathael with the gun in his hand and Marrek running behind Protosis. Canathael must have grabbed it and saved Sarek... "...thanks." Sarek muttered under his breath so Canathael wouldn't hear and walked towards him. He looked over at Marrek running through the dust and sand, then looked up at the horse. John came up behind suddenly, and Sarek smirked under his mask again.

Name: Luther Age: 221 Race: Demon Weapon: See Attachment (second) Two swords, one being a Dark sword, the other being a Light sword. This actually represents Luther himself, wanting to be a totally evil goon, but also wanting to be good because he doesn't really believe in evil. Luther is actually torn between being a good person (...demon) and being what he's meant to be, so most of the time he will use both swords, but depending on his mood he might just use one. Power: Luther can unleash a powerful shockwave from his hands, it normally seems like wind but it is actually a shockwave. The power depends on his mood. If he's in a great mood it would be a controlled wave, not really powerful enough to destroy a building (but possibly to knock a few people off their feet), if he's normal it can be from extremely weak to extremely powerful, and if he's angry and about to lose his cool the shockwave is totally out of control. Appearance: See Attachment, just ignore the Saber thing he has in his hands. Personality: Normally, Luther tries to be calm and nice to people, but he rarely stays that way. Most of the time he is in a good mood, but when he's not Luther is snappy and quite dangerous. All it takes is a few wrong words to start him off. Luther rarely gets sad or feels any other emotions other than happiness and hate, the things that would make a human or anyone else sad would make Luther angry. Though he is a confusing man (...demon), his personality is quite simple. Make a bad move, meet a bad Luther. Make a good move, meet a good Luther. Luther has been like that for a long, long time. For as long as he could remember. Because of hate is one of his strongest emotions, Luther can be extremely violent to even his friends or teammates when he's angry or feeling hateful. Like his shockwave power which is out of control when he's angry, Luther is also unstable when he's angry. It takes a lot of calm him down. Sometimes, Luther does keep out of everyone elses way when he's angry because he knows what he's done before, so he does have a little self-control. Luther does laugh sometimes, and isn't insulted by a simple joke. In fact, he sometimes likes to joke around even in a bad situation. Luther is a person who values everyone else opinon, and not just his own. Though, when Luther thinks he's right, he's right. Even if he does take into account the opinons of others, once Luther thinks he's right he's right. That's also the same when he makes up his mind. If he's decided to do something he'll do it, unless someone talks him out of it. Though it's almost impossible for Luther to be talked out of killing someone, so once he's made his mind up about that there isn't any stopping him, apparently. History: Before Luther died he was actually called Luke Algerson. Back in his real life he was a trust-worthy man and a good one. Deep down he was hateful and angry, however. He was living in 1875, but had a rubbish life, no money, no friends, not much. He wanted to start a new life, so he moved to The City of Free Haven, but it turns out that was a mistake too. Luke got involved in a bunch of criminal since he moved to the Eastern District. Luke believed he had no choice but that wasn't the case. He did have a choice, but he just became a criminal himself. He later found himself becoming defense towards his follow criminals, and almost a murderer. When he and a few others were betrayed, Luke actually set out to kill the man who betrayed them. And he did. One night at the docks he took his knife and slit the throat of the traitor(sp?), dumping the body into the ocean. That was the third mistake in his life. After that, Luke was found out by the police to be a murderer, and was hunted down by the police. Before he was caught, Luther took his knife which he killed and man with, and killed himself, believing that death was worse than prison. And that was his final mistake, number four. Luke later became a Demon. He spent his life as a Demon in hell, also being involved in the Demon-Angelus Wars. It was said that Luke became totally evil, changing his name to Luther because Luke was the name of a mortal. When he became a Demon in Hell, Luther lost all remorse for anything and anyone. He didn't even care if he was sent into a place were he couldn't exsist and there was nothing left of him. It was logical to say he was out of control as a Demon. When Luther became involved in the Demon-Angelus Wars, he was totally loyal to the King of Hell and no one else. Back then he didn't believe in the balance of good and evil, he just believed in making his King happy and making Hell the ruling place. All throughout the War Luther survived and kept loyal to his King, but when the War ended Luther was thrown down to earth, again, in the very place he moved to years ago. Luther was 100 years old at this time. Being totally crazy-mad-evil for over 100 years, he had forgotten what it was like to be human and have some remorse. Memories of the past, were he wanted to be helpful and didn't want to get invovled in crime flooded through him and Luther then knew that the balance between good and evil was in ruins now. Luther felt that he had to make up for 500 years of evil and that one man he killed, so he decided he should help this time. But the drive of evil and his half-sinister soul was tearing him apart while he tried to be good. At first Luther decided he would just keep out of peoples way for starters, then move on to bigger things. But even that was killing him. A boy walking down the street on his own was tempting for Luther to kill them. But he didn't, he managed to stop killing people on sight at first. It actually took Luther along time to totally control himself. On his palms there are scars from when he dug his nails into his palms from frustration, but he got there. He then moved onto helping people. At first, just small things got him angry like picking up a handbag someone dropped. But things changed when he was about to give up and kill everyone he saw, a young boy changed him. Luther was in an old warehouse mumbling to himself when a boy ran in crying. Luther not even thinking asked him what was wrong, and the boy replied saying he was being chased by bullies from his school. Luther had never been bullied, nor did he know what it was like to be chased so he decided to help the boy. The thought of being evil didn't even cross him at this time. Three other boys, and a girl from the boys school came in the warehouse, but Luther scared them off with a simple shockwave, knocking them off their feet. Luther didn't know he could do anything like that until that moment, and figured that he must have had that kind of power all along... Later on Luther and the boy became friends. The young boy was callled James and had promised to help Luther. Luther merely told the boy that he was bad and didn't reveal anything about Hell or Heaven. James was helping Luther just by being his friend and a lot of the time, Luther had to protect the young boy from bullies in his school. All the time Luther had self-control, but he knew that someday his evil would come out again and again. So one night he decided to go to the main industrial part of the city and forge himself two swords: A Dark Sword and a Light Sword. It took days and seeking around to make the two swords, and when he was looking at them in the warehourse, James walked in and asked about them, so Luther had no choice but the explain about his past. James wasn't afraid of Luther after he told his tale, in fact he thought Luther was somewhat "cool". Luther then explained about his shruggle to be good instead of evil, and again James understood. Luther and James kept contact for years and years, as James grew older and into a man. It wasn't long until Luther noticed that James was the same age as himself when he died, so Luther asked James to promise never ever to become a criminal or kill one. He also asked James to promise that when he dies, make sure he doesn't become a Demon because there would be no place for him to go. James agreed to this and got on with his own life. Luther was 220 when he finally finished his struggle of becoming good. He was still evil instead as well as good, but he was also trying to keep that at bay. After all the years he forgot about his main goal, the one about the balance between good and evil. But he knew he could help in that when hearing the news of Adamo and Masato. Knowing this could be the turning point of his battle against himself, Luther decided that he'd join them and be loyal to them as he was once loyal to the King of Hell. If there's anything you need changing I'll do that ASAP.

*Cracks knuckles* time ta get da ball rollin' again! Sarek chuckled for awhile with the others, then stopped himself. What was he doing? He was laughing at something that wasn't even funny, and even if it was... Sarek didn't laugh. Perhaps the other humans and the half human man had polluted his blood! Or perhaps... they had cleared it a little, making him more human than ever. Sarek had never laughed before, but he was now. He chuckled again for a moment, and shook his head. "Ever get the feeling you're being watched?" Sarek asked his two laughing... friends. He was getting that feeling, but maybe it was just some insanity kicking in. "All the time." Canathael replied stopping his laughing slowly. John finally stopped, and gave a nod. "We should contact the others and get back to them, anyway, then we can get out of here and get back to the ship. Since he's dead we don't need to stay anymore." Sarek said in his normal tone. Canathael looked at John with a sigh, and nodded. Taking out his small communicator, Sarek flipped it open. And suddenly there was a load gun shot, making all eyes look up towards the hills. Sarek's communicator was smoking and had a large bullet hole through it, but that wasn't his concern. Canathael quickly took out both his guns and John aimed his shotgun. But there were more shots. This time John's gun was shot out of his hands, and the Western man gripped his hand and fell on his knees, blood dripping from his palm from a gun wound. Canathael looked around but couldn't find the shooter, and in a matter of seconds he dropped both his guns when another bullet almost hit his hands. "Don't even think about getting anything else out." A new voice said. Sarek knew it wasn't Marrek's, it had no joke in it. But there was a sound Sarek knew, the growling of that dog thing that had attacked him. Sarek could hear it behind him, and he shot around to see when the dog-machine leapt at him. "Not yet, Severus." "Atleast I finally know it's name..." Sarek growled to himself. He stared into the beaming red eyes of the machine, and growled back at it. Canathael looked over his shoulder to see a black horse with a large man on the back with metal armour on one arm, which meant it was Marrek. "I don't care if you don't know what wood is made out of, shut your mouth and look at me." Sarek, Canathael and John obeyed whoever it was, and turned around looking at a black haired, pale man in all black clothing and a large, double-barrelled(sp?) gun in his hand. A mad man. Protosis. "You are all dead men! I swear it! Get walking towards the town, were your other friends can have the pleasure of dieing with you!" Protosis hissed. Sarek thought for a moment that Protosis had a personality much worse than his own, or perhaps it was that John had just killed his goal...

I'll be going tomorrow, so do me a favour and keep the RPG active for me, would ya all? If you want, Sarek could get injured and be out for awhile, but I'll only be gone until Friday. Raising his hand in the air indicating William to keep moving, Sarek added a growl. William wasn't doing much, just stopping and mumbling words to Sarek. Canathael was behind with John, and Canathael was looking side to side to spot anyone. They didn't know were they where headed, but William was going to lead them to a river, and Sarek promised that if they didn't find a river within the next 2 hours William would be buried alive. "Has your arm healed?" asked a voice from behind. Sarek glanced over his shoulder at John, who asked, and shook his head. "No." he replied sternly. "The pain is still there and the wound, but since there wasn't anything to heal injuries in my time I just endured them." Sarek gave a slight pause, was about to speak again but didn't. The scruffy looking William ahead of them was laughing... sort of. "I bet you wouldn't be 'fraid of death, neither." he laughed. "No, I wouldn't. I was going to die anyway." Sarek replied. He began to get annoyed with William, though he didn't do anything annoying. Sarek just felt something was coming. "Marrek says you're blind sort of, an' you don't see things the way we do." William began. Sarek sped up beside him and looked him in the eye. The cowboy gave a laugh at Sarek. "Marrek? You talked to him?" Canathael asked from behind. "I thought you said he was going to kill you?" "He was." replied William. "Well, not me. James. James was gonna die. I asked Marrek to kill him. You dumb bastards didn't even have a chance to kill me or get me on your side. When Marrek and Protosis get here before you, they always get what they want first. Marrek told me that. He's funny, and he apparently kicked your ass, Sarek." Sarek raised his eyebrow at the comment and growled, but William ignored it and continued. "Yeah, I know everythin' about these time travel shit. I don't believe half of it, but Protosis has a good offer in it for me. Ultimate power, a world of crime and bandits for myself. So I thought I'd go along." William finished with another chuckle, looking from Canathael, to John and then to Sarek. "...An ambush..." Sarek muttered. "What?" Canathael asked. "You're leading us into an ambush!" Sarek shouted grabbing the neck of William's shirt again. He felt like knocking William's head off. Sarek and the others had shown him that they were superior, yet William defied them? "There ain't no point runnin'. Marrek'll be here in a few minutes on his horse, along with that... pet, I think that was Protosis..." William's sentence began to drift into random thought and Sarek dropped him. He backed away and pulled of his sword, for the first time in the time era, from his trench coat and held it tight. "I thought you ain't 'fraid of death...? An' I know why, because you never really lived." William insulted Sarek again, but Sarek ignored it. Marrek could come in from anywhere, with guns and that dog thing, and they didn't know where to start scanning from him. All Sarek had was his sight and his sword, and all Canathael had was his guns.

OOC: I might be going away on... Sunday, for a week, and I might be back on friday. If I am away, I'll trust you all to keep this alive for me ^__^ "Maybe he knows something." Sarek siad, ignoring Maya's comment. James, the man Sarek had hit with the rifle was starting to get up behind Li and John, who just stared at the "agruments". Sarek pushed past them, and before James could even get him he grabbed his shoulder and pulled him up like taking a tree out of the ground. James gasped when he saw Sarek. "Freak!" he hissed. Sarek just looked at him. He knew it would be a perfect time for a statement, but he left it. "Tell me what you were doing here, or I'll turn your eyes like mine, then we'll see who's the freak!" Sarek snapped. James gulped heavily, and shook his head slightly. Then, Maya came up behind, behind James that is and not Sarek. "William an' I got into some trouble with some guy on a black horse, goes by the name of... Marrek or somethin' like that, " Sarek's attention was snapped towards James when he heard Marrek's name. "He was going to kill us or somethin', so me and William hid here. We thought you was one of his men!" Sarek gave a slight nod, and dropped James heavily on the floor. "We'll spilt up. I'll take William with me. You you all go on with that idiot." Sarek ordered them, walking back over to William who was still lay on the floor beside Canathael. He shot a glare at Canathael, but ignored any temptation to put the Ancient Warrior at rest (by Sarek's standards he was Ancient). He grabbed William, and pulled the barely concusious man to his feet. "You can't go on your own," Li said. "Take someone with you!" Sarek sighed at her remark, but nodded anyway. "John. Since you know more about this place and the others spent time with you, you can come. Pieter... You should all go and look for Pieter." Sarek agreed. "Still, there's two of you, and three of us. If we find Pieter one of us should stay here." Li countered again. "I will stay with this man." she pointed at James. Sarek sighed. His only two comrades to take with him was Canathael, or Maya. "FINE!" Sarek shouted. "Which one of you?" he snapped at them. Maya and Canathael looked at each other uneasily.

Canathael was edging his way closer to the farm when Sarek noticed him. Sarek looked up at the man aiming the gun at him, and smirked under his mask and clothe. "What are you, some kind of freak?" snapped the man named William. Sarek just looked at him. "No, I'm French." Sarek teased. He didn't really know who the French were, he just knew they were people who lived in a place called France. He'd never seen a French person, and didn't care if he insulted them. "Mock me, will ya?" James laughed. He moved the gun closer, and Sarek decided to act without Canathael. He used his one arm to quickly push the gun aside, making it fire a shot into the air, then grabbed James arm and squeezed it as hard as possible. James screamed, and Sarek grabbed the gun, smacking James in the face with it. Then, just on que, Canathael came running up, hitting William (who was about to attack Sarek) over the head, and aiming his gun at Will who was now on the floor. Sarek smirked under his mask again. "Good job you came," he began. He walked over to Canathael, almost happy to see him. Canathael gave a smile, but Sarek soon changed that. He smacked Canathael's gun out of his hand, and aimed the larger gun at Canathael. "I don't think he bought the 'I'm Frecnh' excuse." he was serious. Sarek was aiming the gun at Canathael and he was serious about shooting him. He wanted to change his mind and shoot that William idiot who was groaning on the floor and rubbing his head, but Canathael had made Sarek want to shot him in the head, because no one had ever agrued with Sarek Luther, not in that way. "Sarek..." Canathael began. Sarek forced the gun closer. "I don't want to know." he growled. He clenched the gun harder, ready to pull the trigger, but didn't. Instead, he did what he did before, he dropped the gun (onto William's head, might I add). Sighing, Sarek turned around and muttered to himself.

OOC: Aye, Daisuke, there were Li, Maya, Sutaru and the new guide, John in the group. Just so things don't get confusing, is it okay if we ignore your last post so you can make a new one after mine? I'll have to do that anyway, heh. Sarek continued his walk along the road which was already leading out the town. He could see a building up ahead, like a house, only a little larger than normal houses. He could see animals inside a fenced area, ones which he saw on the holographic image, and also the ones that looked like the Othleo, only... the Othleo were creatures who were much larger and had... 9 inch fangs, Sarek had some bad fights with them. He shook a few thoughts about the Othleo and continued to walk towards the house, not sure if he shouold or not. But a curiousity brought him there, and he soon found himself looking at the creatures over the fence. One large brown one walked up to the fence, but Sarek didn't move. He just cocked his head to the side; he wasn't used to creatures being... non-violent. "Howdy," a voice said behind him. Sarek was about to turn around, but he heard the clicking sound of a large gun, like the one John had. "Don't move, turn around!" the voice snapped. Sarek looked down at the ground in frustration, and turned around slowly, keeping his eyes down still. But he could just make out a man, not Marrek or Protosis. Then Sarek heard another man come from the house, but he didn't see him. "Who's he, Will?" the other man asked, clearly younger. The person with the gun, clearly William walked towards Sarek, but Sarek still looked down. "That's what I wanna find out. Get in here, now!" he snapped. Sarek could feel the edge of the gun near his face, but he knew he wasn't going to do anything they said. Suddenly, Sarek snatched the gun from Will's hands and threw it to the side, startling William when he looked up into his eyes. Then, there was a load bang. A burning pain fell through Sarek's right arm. His shoulder, almost near his neck, but nowhere serious. At first, Sarek wasn't aware, but the other man had shot him. Though Sarek didn't fall to the floor, he just grunted and almost chocked on his own words. He felt his arm go numb and the pain increase, but he still didn't move. Then he knew he was wrong, the shot was serious. He then fell on his knees, but had no intention of falling to the ground, not yet.

It might remain the five of us, but Li will be in it for a few more missions. I might re-open the sign-up's to anyone who's interested, but they're character might have to come in a little later. Hehe, okay I'll tell you, just a simple brief: The year 2010. Protosis jumps to the golden age of crime straight from the Wild West, and when the group is split up trying to catch Marrek and Protosis, the two halves of the group are dragged into a dangerous gang war. With enemies on their side, and their other friends in the enemy gang, is their an escape from a conflict without killing their friends, or being killed by the two biggest criminals ever? In the next one, I thought it would be good to have our characters working with the bad-guys. I drew a few names from the hat, so now Li, Maya and Sutaru are on in one gang with Marrek as their follow gang member, and Sarek, Canathael and Pieter are in another working with Protosis. Sarek let out a low sigh and pushed through the crowds and out towards Canathael, who was waiting outside. He came out into the run and growled a few words to himself, before Canathael spoke. "Just who do you think you are?" he snapped. Sarek shrugged. "I don't need a memory refresher." Sarek snarled back. Canathael came closer to Sarek's face and stared him in the eye. "You keep insulting everyone! Why?" he asked. Sarek shrugged again. "It's the way I am. Unlike you, I never had anyone to compliment. I lived in a place were I was the only human left, for most of the time. It was life or death, and death anyone. My only goal was to keep alive, and that had nothing in it for me because no matter what, I would always die before my time would end. Do you think I had time to think about my personality or stop to think from another person's point of view? No, because there was no one around for me to think about!" Sarek was shouting now, and a few people were looking at the two. "I only knew my parents for a few years! They were the only humans I knew of for the most, you stupid, annoying little brat!" Sarek was pleased with the remark, calling Canathael a little brat, because that's how he saw him. "Well, you would think they'd teach you some manners!" spat Canathael. Sarek suddenly grabbed Canathael's shirt and snarled. "Manners? What use would manners be? Why would they teach me them? My parents, my family, MY PEOPLE who are long dead had no need for manners because they had the only need to survive and prove that the human race was worthwhile, and yet you would have me change my ways with forgien feelings? My pride is in the human race, of that which is the last, that which is you! People don't remember you by manners and how polite you are, they remember you on how much of a warrior you were. If I was to let everything I stood for go just for manners, what kind of end would that be for the human race?" Sarek said all this in a low, hissing voice as if he was a snake ready to bite Canathael's head off. Canathael snapped Sarek's arms away and looked at him in the eyes. "A better one than you planned." he sneered. Sarek suddenly found himself taking out his gun, and pointing it at Canathael's face. Some people in the town ran away, and others stood still and watched, but Canathael didn't seem to move. He didn't understand. None of them did. "You say I insult you, but you just made the biggest insult of all! I can't help what I am, and now you can't help what I will become!" Sarek lowered his gun, and dropped it too the ground, then he walked off, wanting nothing to do with Canathael or any of them.

OOC: Inari can't post here anymore, but I will keep her character in the RPG until we can give her a good end ^_^ Sarek stood by and titled his head at the group walking a bit ahead of him, and glanced over his shoulder as Li walked through the portal, at last. Her clothes didn't seem very different, well... the dress she wore didn't anyway. "You just came in time, I was about to leave without you..." Sarek grumbled walking ahead. "Oh, and if I take out my gun and shoot Pieter or Canathael in the head, don't tell them it was me, okay?" Sarek added, glancing over his shoulder. Li looked at him with confusion and just gave a slight nod, while Sarek just followed their new guide. The group entered a small town were people passed them, some giving them a greeting and saying hello. Canathael, as always replied with his cheery greetings, and the others in their own ways while Sarek just ignored them. "What happened back there?" John asked from the front of the group. Sarek was too busy glancing side to side at all the people and those creatures Dave called "horses" around to notice John's question. "Is there a place we could stop and explain?" Li asked from beside Sarek. John stopped and pointed over to a large wooden building not to far away. "There," Everyone looked up at the building, a Tavern (...or bar... whatever). Sarek tilted his head to the side. "Looks good enough." He grumbled. John nodded slightly and headed towards the building, with the others walking behind. John pushed too wooden doors open, and they all walked into a densly crowded place which had smoke and smelt like alchohol, a substance which Sarek knew of but never knew its name (used for healing in his time). John led them to a table at the back of the room, and Sarek just stood up against the wall behind Pieter and Maya, who sat down. "I'll get you some drinks." John said running off. There was silence among the group and the only noise was coming from the loud crowd around them. "I don't think we should tell him..." Sarek muttered. "You wanted to a minute ago!" Pieter snapped back. "I did, but maybe it is a bad idea... look at the guy, could he really understand everything we say?" Sarek said. He looked over at Canathael. "Canathael's smarter than that kid!" He growled. Canathael's head jolted up at Sarek, but Sarek didn't budge or change his remark. Suddenly, John came back to the table with a large bottle of yellow-ish orange liquid and 7 small glasses. "Now, tell me everything." He said enthusiasically(sp?). Sarek groaned.

OOC: I'll have to talk to Inari and Deimos to see if they're still in. If we don't get a post from them on page 6 then their characters will be still in but we will have to kill them off. Taking out his gun once again Sarek stared at it. He knew it could kill anyone of them in a second, so he knew they'd all have to be extra careful. He shoved his back in the hoslter and sighed, looking behind as the portal closed. He would have to wait for the others, of course, but he had the time. He stared ahead and in the distance he could see a small city across a river, but exactly where was he? In some sort of desert place, he knew that, but Sarek felt... strange. As if he was in the right place and time, but it was like he was being watched. "Strange place..." He grumbled noting the heat. He glanced around again and from the top of some sort of hill, he saw someone looking over at him with a large gun in their hand, aiming directly at Sarek. By pure instinct Sarek jumped out of the way and rolled over, hearing a load "bang" as he did and the sand beside him jump up. If he saw me come through the portal he can't be let go! Protosis might not know we're here yet, and if he doesn't we can attack him first this time, but he... might be working for Protosis... Sarek let his trail of thought run for awhile, then came to the conclusion that whoever it was shouldn't be let go. Suddenly, the small person ahead began to turn around and run. Sarek took the gun from his side and aimed it at the figure, aiming for his leg only. He shot, but missed. The gun shot was causing Sarek's hand to move up before he fired, so he braced his arm with his other hand, then shot again. There was another loud bang which caused his eyes to blink as he did. There was a low shout from the man and he almost fell to the ground, but managed to stay up, limping on one leg. Sarek didn't think nothing more of the annoying weapon he was using and ran forward with as much speed as possible. The man turned back and tried, without much sucess, to run ahead on one leg. Sarek easily came up to him, and grabbed the small man by his hair and lifted him to his feet. Quickly, Sarek grabbed him fiercly in a headlock and snarled at him. He was wearing the same clothes as Sarek had saw, he thought they looked all the same, although his hat had fallen off. The man was smalled than Sarek, and weaker by his efforts to get loose. "What did you see?" Snapped Sarek. The man didn't speak, he just struggled more. "Trying to escape me is futile. I out weigh you, I have a weapon and you don't, and you will be out numbered in a few minutes." Sarek snapped. He tightened his grip on the man, and growled again. "Everything." He finally replied in a gasp of his breath. "How many more are there of you?" Sarek growled. The man shook his head. "None. I was just travelling to that town, I don't know anyone else! I didn't mean t-" He was cut off as Sarek asked another question. "Every heard of Protosis?" He said. "No! I haven't! I've never been to that town down there, honestly! I didn't mean to attack you, I was just startled!" The man said. Sarek gave a slow nod and loosened his grab, letting him go. The man jumped back and limbed a bit to the side. Sarek looked at him, noticing the man was clearly afraid. Then it hit Sarek that he should've worn something to cover his eyes. Then, he saw a sort of blue rift appear from the same place as himself, someone was coming through. "I can't let you go now. You must stay with me so you cannot tell anyone of how we got here or what we saw. Though in this timeline you will be a guide for us, I believe that would be best." Sarek explained taking the man's shoulder. "Time...line, sir?" He stuttered. "I will explain later. And my name is Sarek Luther. You can tell me yours later."

OOC: Sorry I wasn't on to post, my internet cut off while I was trying to post -.- The room filled with silence and no one spoke. Dave suddenly clapped his hands together. "Good. We've got enough time to get some equipment ready." He said. "You'll need the right clothes and weapons, but I'd suggest you keep your weapons hidden. Come with me to the portal." Dave said. He got up quickly and made his way out of the door, but it took awhile for everyone else to get up. Sarek sighed heavily and followed after the others. - "I will NOT walk around in these!" Snarled Sarek staring down at the black shirt covered with a leather jacket. A red piece of cloth covered his mask and his sword was still on his back, though Dave said it would be better to leave the long swords behind Sarek refused. "Shut up. Here, put this long coat on that should stop you moaning." Dave barked back throughing a long black coat to Sarek. He sighed again and put it on, noticing it was indeed long and hide most of his sword. The others had picked out a few sets of clothing from the closet Dave had picked out, but still Sarek refused to leave anything behind. "And put this on." Dave added, throwing a black hat over to Sarek. Sarek looked up and caught the hat in both hands. He noticed it was like the ones the men wore in the holographic image Dave had shown them, and he also noticed it might be good to hide his eyes if he kept it down. "The only thing good about this period is their weapons..." Muttered Sarek putting the hat on and moving it down a little over his eyes. "Okay that should do it. Sarek you go in first, and I'll send the others as soon as their done." Dave said putting the "thumbs up" signal which Sarek had noticed often. "I'll run up to the control room. I've modified the portal so you shouldn't lose each other." He shouted back running out of the room, but still looking over his shoulder at Sarek. Sarek just sighed. Whatever he had done to deserve such an awful end of his life, he regreted it. He was already sick of going through portals. Whatever happened in the next mission would mean dressing up, AGAIN. He growled and muttered to himself, then took the silver pistol out of the belt and stared at it. Sure, it was a lot better than his sword but it wasn't exactly his type of weapon. He growled to himself again, but was cut off when the portal was activated. Once again, energy from the middle of the portal spread out until the whole portal was full of blue energy, and Sarek walked forward. "Somebody... kill me..." He growled to himself as he slowly stepped through hoping he would come out back in his own, dead time.
