Yeah I saw them on Conan too. In fact they were on his show all that week. But one thing puzzles me, I heard somewhere (don't know where) that Jack and Meg were actually ex husband and wife. I, like many people thought they were brother and sister. Is this all a clever act they put on? I WANT THE TRUTH!:eek:

Man screw (sorry)cartoon network. Not only have they seriously edited Rurouni Kenshin, but also started rerunning the show when they reached the showdown with the supreme bad ***** Saito Hajime.(sorry) You might ask yourself why they are rerunning the series already, while Media Blasters have already dubbed the entire series. I believe its because CN is still editing the Makoto Shishio saga. I can't wait to see how bad they screw up the final showdown between Kenshin and Shishio.(sorry) Basically I wish CN had never bothered showing Rurouni Kenshin.:angry2:(sorry)

How could anyone think Cowboy Bebop wasn't great?! I mean its got great animation, characters, storylines, music,and action sequences. Whats not to like?:excited:

Kenshin's real name is actually Shinta. His master, Sejuro Hiko, gave him the name Kenshin, because he thought Shinta wasn't a good name for a swordsman. Himura is Kenshin's last name, its just that the Japanese usually put the family names first. (I think). :D

Hey have any of you heard the White Stripes new album, Elephant. I have their last album, and plan to buy their newest. But I decided to start this thread to find out what people think of the new CD. Is it better than the last? I've seen their new video, Seven Nation Army, and think the song is pretty kick a**. Feel free to post your comments on "Elephant" or any thing having to deal with the White Stripes. :D

I've wanted to see this movie ever since I saw the trailer, and I hope to see it soon. It seems to have a great cast (Ray Liota Rules!!) and it looks like it may make you use your brain. I'm sorry but I can't stand dumb slasher flicks that rely on shock value and gore to sale tickets.

Man KungPow is one funny movie! Its so stupid that you can't help but laugh. But this movie isn't for everyone. I have to say the funniest thing has to be Evil Betty:laugh: and the fat dude with the boombox. "Beware his song about big butts, he beats you up while he plays it!":D Wimp Lo , with his squeaky shoes, is also funny as hell. "I rock and roll....all day long...sweet Suzie!":D As for the sequel, most of the scenes they show at the end are just the deleted scenes they didn't use in the final movie. If you have the DVD you would see this.

As for your sketch, you might want to realign the eyes, one seems to be lower than the other. Besides that its a pretty good pic:toothy: I give this sketch an 8 out of 10. :)

There are some really good mangas out there such as Realbout High School, and Blade of the Immortal. But I find that some of the best aren't even manga at all. I really like Ragnarok and Priest, both are released by tokyopop, but these titles aren't manga but manwha(Korean manga). The only difference between the two I see is their names.

My favorite has to be the green one from the first episode, Satchal was its name I think.

Yeah I've seen that show, and its funny as hell.:laugh: I saw the show where they had the donors vs. the addicts, they had to run through that obsticle course.

Yeah thats the guy. Manji is a ronin who must kill 100 evil men to regain his mortality. If you haven't read the manga, you might wanna look in to it, it has one of the best stories out there. But if you don't like graphic violence, it might not be for you.:demon:

:cool: Hey this is WW2, and I am what you may call an artist. This pic I drew is of Manji from the Blade of the Immortal manga. I used my paint program to color it, and I think it turned out all right. What do you guys think? Also, does anyone know if there is a thread based on Blade of the Immortal? I would really like to know.
