What so sad about burning a body? Its traditional in Japan. We burn the body, collect the bones, and keep it with us. I think that was the right thing to do rather than let it rot. *If I sound aggresive, its cuz I had 2 much coffee 2day*

Technically, Zeruel IS the best angel in terms of combat... the arms of god so one would assume he is the strongest -_-. But I still prefer Israfel's battle scene cuz the music and the battle goign on was funny :)

I like (not in order of favorite to least...) 1) Cruel Angel Thesis (personally, i like Rei/Asuka/Misato ver.) 2) Ending Theme for Gundam Seed (Forgot the name -_-) 3) Opening Theme for Gundam Seed (Again, forgot the name -_-) 4) Gundam Wing Endless Waltz 5) Mononoke Hime (The one sung by a guy which sounds like a gurl) 6) Kenshin Opening Theme 7) Kenshin Ending Theme And I understand them all cuz its in Japanese :)

I guess you need to compromise or to change yourself a bit when you go out into society. Its good to be 'yourself', but sometimes, that really does not fit the quota of society. I live in NJ, and I go to a school in NY. I have to change myself accordingly for the two different images I have. I didn't purposely try to create a new image when I entered the school, but now everyone I know in my school has a completely different image of me then the image my friends have back in NJ. I guess that means the ones in NY aren't really my true friends, but oh well... I kinda ranted... X_X

That may explain it since low-class peasants were not allowed to have last names back then. I don't think the name Himura really exists anywhere in Japan in the real world. Atleast I never heard or read of it(and I went through the Japanese phone book one time so I know).

My mom is indifferent, my dad gives me hell -_-. I got a C in one geometry test and he found out, he started something like an adult tantrum and chucked burning hot coffee pot at me. It stained the entire kitchen, and I had to clean it up afterwards. I got an A for the quarter grade but damn... I am never getting a A- or lower in math again...

Well... if Miyazaki's not quitting, I have no complaints... but everyone says that he quit... Noface gets no powers as long as he doesn't assimilate someone I think...

Ooooo I know EXACTLY how u feel saiyan... so many kids in my school are from prep and not all, but some of them are soooo damn annoying/arrogant. Like if a teacher asks one student to answer the question, the prep just starts waving his hands around and making the other guy look bad. But then again... they get their *** handed to them in Physical Education :)

By then, I think something better than anime would have replaced it. And I dunno about picturing myself that far. I mean, I can picture myself in my mid-thirties and talking to my kids(if i have n e) about anime, but I don't think far enough as the 80s... And yes... i shall NEVER stop watching anime! :devil:

For some reason, my parents say that they hate American films/movies cuz all of them are guaranteed a happy ending. They say that they like Japanese stories alot better because many of them have a tragedy that neutralizes the happy ending, or the story itself ends in a tragedy. I think making things tragic is just a 'must to do' in anime. Hmm... came close to beating someone up... I can imagine "John Smith, a bachelor, was mauled to death by an angry mob of anime fans when he laughed aloud during the airing of "_____" (Fill in w/ w/e anime) during the scene in which the main character _____, suffered a tragic loss of his/her _____. Civilians are cautioned to not laugh during any large anime gatherings, for their own health and well-being." But seriously, beating people up over anime is just gonna make people say that anime promotes violence.

Shin-chan brings back memories... I used to read them as a kid, hab no clue as to what swim suits and naked ladies were, ask my parents, and they took the comic away and made me swore to never read it again... I didn't know why till I was around 14 lol :p

Sadly, watching anime immediately places me in the 'weirdo' division of our grade :( They think that watching anime = immature and anime is full of violence and just fighting or its for marketing games or cards(I'm guessing they got this from DBZ and Yu Gi Oh) Also, practicing martial arts immediately placed me in the 'gangster' division. People assume that if you do martial arts, you are going to break them in half if they turn your back on u. Lol. So I'm a weirdo gangster :p

Also... remember that the Evangelions (00, 01, 02, 03) all have charactersitics similar to the 4 'barons of hell'. 01 for its gnashing teeth and its single horn, 02 for its blood red color, 4 eyes, 2 jaws, 00 for its featureless face except for one eye, and 03 for its wicked teeth and exceptionally long arms. I don't think the angels are from Satan due to the Evas being similar to the barons of hell. I think its more plausible to think of humans relying on the powers of hell to survive the judgement of heaven(angels). Also, take a look at Trigun :) Knives/Vash's Angel arm, Chapel, Wolfwood, etc. etc. I didn't finish the whole series yet, but soooo many religious implications in there.
