I like it since it deals with real life situations and there isnt always solved at the end. Plus i love the way most animes always keep you thinking about what goes on in our lives like Noir and Cowboy Bebop. I love the fighting scenes as well, if i could do some of the moves like some animated characters it would be a dream come true (well not a dream come true but it would kick ***). I also like anime cause i like the art in some of the series along with the music. To see what other cultures have for music is pretty cool and most of the Japanese music is to my liking. So thats why i like anime.

LoL i only meant basically those sports i should have been more specific and said the ones that get televised all the time. Like swimming, volleyball, diving, sports like that i think are fine they dont get paid that much money, but its so messed up that athelets in the sports of basketball, hockey, football, baseball, golf, get paid so much. I know its in the entertainment business, but its just so unfair that other occupations that actually uses the use of someones brain doesnt offer as much money. Im an athlete myself but i dont do it for the money. These athletes that even play in professional sports for basketball and whatever dont even play from the heart anymore, its basically just for the money. For Kobe Bryant to do something like this just is just bizarre. He has so much going for him and he already has a wife so why would someone of his status want to do something like that. I bust my *** during the summer for my summer job just to make a percent of what he makes and he does something idiot and has an affair with another women. He's supposed to also be a role model for kids and dont think that parents are thinking about how this may affect their children. Im not saying that it will, but what he did was really stupid. Why ruin the perfect life he has and go and possibly rape a girl. On the other hand it might just be that the girl is doing that for publicity, but as of right now i have to go on the other side cause it has happen to much with other sports stars in the past.

New Jersey all the way. Not upstate New Jersey i hate it up there but mostly central/southern part of New Jersy. I live in Jackson, right next to Six Flags Great Adventure (trust me most people love to go their, but if you live right next to it you hate it). I gotta say Kuwabara. I mean he scored a 7 on a test. Plus he says the stupidest things ive ever heard. Come on the "headband of love" that just says it all. Plus he always falls and tries blaming it on something. I dont know i just think Kuwabara is really annoying.

Dont even worry about it its nothing like getting your tonsils and adenoids taken out. You'll be looking pretty bad for a week, but its only for a week so its not that bad. I dont even have any wisdom teeth, but i hear to just have lots of soup and water.

Seriously i could care less what he does with his life. If hes guilty or not, it doesnt really concern me. He already has more money than i will ever imagine of possessing, and even if he is found guilty he will only be in jail for the minumim of 4 years. Im going to say that he only had an affair though, i dont believe Bryant is that stupid to rape someone. Of course this will affect him financially, but he already has enough money so it doesnt matter anyway. LoL the only thing im concerned about is the rookie cards i have of him now there going to go down lol. I have another question about this as well. What i cant understand is how much athletes get paid in professtional sports. Compared to doctors, i cant see how they get paid sometimes 10 times the amount. Doctors/scientists should be the ones getting paid millions of dollars for founding new information or cures for certain diseases. Think about it, a doctor is probably able to play basketball(not as good), but is a basketball player able to perform open heart surgery. I dont think so. What im trying to get at is athletes are no wheres near worth as much as money as other occupations. Plus you never here many doctors being on the news for sex scandels. You always hear of athletes being on the news with situations like these. I personally dont care what he does with his life outside of basketball. I just hate how this is going to be on the news now with millions of "up to date news on the Kobe Byrant case" for months. Its to funny that they get so much publicity even when they do something against the law. I just think its sad.

Kirika from Noir has to be i mean she doesnt even have to try and she doesnt even miss her target. She is the greatest assassin ive ever seen and the ways she kills people buy shooting through walls and shooting knives in half is unreal. Her reflexes are amazing and she is better than Vash cause she compares more to an actual human. Vash was a good marksman, but he wasnt even human.

First Question: I know no one knows if they will make another series of hellsing, but they left it so wide open. [spoiler] In the middle of episode 13 they show Alexander Anderson, so if he didn't die i believe that leads to more upcoming episodes in the future to be made.[/spoiler] So i want to know if people agree with this or not. Second Question: At the end of episode 13 they show a [spoiler] split face of Alucard on one side of him with his usually face and the other side of him with a mustache and a roundhead haircut type style. In the manga they have Alucard and Hellsing fight the Nazi's so i was just wondering is the half of his face supposed to be Hitler??? Either that or my more reasonable guess is it was the true form of him as Dracula.[/spoiler] Not trying to be prejudice or anything like that, but i really want to know the answer to this one the most. Third Question: What ever happen to Victoria at the end they just leave it off with her [spoiler] taking care of Integral (why is her name a calculus term thats weird) and Victoria saying, "Alucard has to win, he's my master."[spoiler] LoL we never find out what happens to her so what do some people believe happen to her. Last Question for now: At the very end of episode 13 they have [spoiler] Alucard break a wine glass then talks with Integral saying, "Integral it is time to choose." Was Alucard asking if she wanted to escape from jail or if she wanted to finally become a Vampire(for some unknown reason).[/spoiler] Well thats it for now.

LoL like from my favorite anime movie, all you gotta do is see the ending to Cowboy Bebop the Movie and it says it all. I believe its possible that we are living in a dream world. Anything is possible and probably no one will truly be able to figure out the answer to this question. Its better left unanswered anyway, just think about it. Would you make some of the choices in life, if you knew that this wasnt reality we are living in right now? If scientists are able to find a fundemental theorem to this answer in the future than I will be practically amazed. Until then i just think its a possibility.

lol i have a long major name: Im a Physical Science major with a Specialization in Chemistry and also majoring in Secondary Education. Man this is seriously the longest credit course type major. Im barely able to make it in five years. Besides that i love chemistry and i want to become a teacher for about 10 years. During teaching i want to go into adminstration and have a masters in education. Eventually i want to get into college and after teaching for about 10 years i want to become a principal. Well i got my life basically figured out. Tell me if you think its a long tedious plan.

I agree with James, everyone one on this site or towards anything was a newbie at one time or another when trying something new. I mean how can you put someone down for trying something new out, the whole idea of being a newbie is to learn from those that have been doing the same thing for years. Then once you get experience you get friends and become part of the group/hobby. So being a newbie is always a good thing since usually you can always rely on a more experienced member to help you out if you need it.

In that case then i can see how that is possible, probably even more than 8 a year then. Kinda funny though i mean people do probably eat spiders as some type of delicacy in some country not me at least :rolleyes:.

I usually get my anime from Suncoast (have to since i bought the replay card thing), and Saturday Matinee. I live in New Jersey (Jackson exactly right next to Great Adventure) and if you wanted to i could give you directions to where the stores are. I like Saturday Matinee a little more since they have everything in more for anime, i mean they have at least 20 copies of almost everything you can ask for. Plus they have whole series in tack, so if you wanted to you can buy some series all at once for real cheap (for example the whole series of Evangelion was selling for only $109 in which each one sold separately would cost about $29.99 so i think its pretty cheap there). No im not trying to advertise or anything like that and no i dont work their either im just trying to help people that want to find anime on sale. If anyone mod wants me to edit this in anyway im happy to do it just PM me.

LoL thats a really good question. Well they dont necessarily do things like this for days. What they probably do is get random people and do tests for only a minute. Like for the eye blinks topic, the scientists probably only had several individuals blink for about a minute and took an average. Then they just figured the average amount of time people stay awake during the day and figured out how many times people could possibly blink throughout a day. LoL its only an estimate. For the spider thing i have no clue on how they got one for that or even why it matters. Im sleeping when that happens what do i care lol. Plus spiders are good since they kill other insects (mainly mosquitoe since there the only insect i hate cause i get bit so much by them). About your topic on how they should be doing other things such as research on cancer and other medical problems is right in a way. I mean if they want to they could do as much research as they want on what people do everyday, but medical research should come first. Im not sure if these scientists are strictly just doing research on human statistics or if they just do it on the side, so i cant really have that much of an opinion on the scientists jobs. Hopefully they are just doing it on the side.

Ok first off im going to say that i have never seen any of these series yet, but i just wanted to know if anyone has seen them cause ive been trying to purchase them (not nessesarily the english version DVD's). What i really want to know is if it is funnier than Excel Saga and do they get even crazy with the characters. Ive heard it was funnier on some websites but they dont exactly give enough info for me to have my own opinion about it. Also did it have more of a plot this time compared to Excel Saga. If anyone could get me a really good site that has a lot of info on this anime i will really appreciate it.

Appearance is always a first appression while personality is the deeper meaning found in someone. Of course personality is more important if your going to date someone. For a one night stand i would say just appearance but to go out with someone for a while, it has to be personality all the way. If i cant stand a persons personality i dont even try to get to know the person cause i know it will only lead into arguements. Trust me think of someones appearance as a bonus but always like someone for who they are, not what they look like. They have them in English as well but the Japanese version of them are better. If you liked the Trigun ones you would probably like them as well so if you want PM me for the name of the songs/artist and ill give you them since i dont know what they are off the top of my head.

Even though its a kinda short series i would still buy it cause its a great anime. I wish they made more episodes :confused: Also Arucard is the craziest main character i have ever seen. He basically takes life as one huge game and just kinda hates everyone that doesnt suit his ways.
