I love the Amazing Race. I watch it every season, and always enjoy it. The season you're talking of hasn't started yet for us in Australia. It starts this Wednesday. Last Wednesday I was really disappointed that Kris and Jon didn't win. I really disliked Freddy and Kendra.

What Does your sig, avi and username say about you.

Lastly, his post suggests that he has no sense of humor. :p

By the way the only thing I can say about Desbreko WITHOUT being called a cheater for reading her (at least I think your a girl :animeswea )
What do I need humour for when you get posts like that? I don't object to vague interpretations of people, but I see a lot of analyses here which could not stem from visual aspects alone. Appropriately, your description of me referred only to that, so good work ;) Oh, and thanks x kakashi x. -

To a degree, you can draw conclusions from people's usernames and avatars. But, I see all of these in-depth psychological analyses...and I think what a load of crap it is, lol. If I went and found somebody I'd never seen before...and tried to make a judegments of them based entirely off of their username or avatar, without reading any of their posts, then I'd be seriously off the mark. I could just about guarantee it. You can tell elements about how they feel on subjects, if they're mature, whether they take any 'pride' in their online appearance....but you can't tell much else. I have a friend here, who for all of the 'outward' appearances is female. But he's actually a guy. Shows how useful usernames and avatars can be. -
173cm. I'm around average height, but there are a fair few kids my age who are taller than me. As in, I'm at around their shoulder level. I wish I was about... 10cm taller. Perhaps even more than that. I've still got a while to catch my dad, but I'm already taller than my mum.

OK. I was wrong. What I said was unfair, but only to a degree. I think that there are lots of people who with a little effort could help protect their machines, but they don't bother. Perhaps I am being judegmental and overly harsh, but I don't understand how people can not take any precautions. My stepsister downloads anything and everything. Her laptop is so bloated it disgusts me. Perhaps I'm just more of a careful person.

I'm figuring that OB must be a magnet for just about anybody with shocking eating habits o_O I eat breakfast every morning, I eat recess, I eat lunch, I have 3 pieces of bread and some soup when I get home, and I eat dinner. And normally icecream for dessert. And I don't think I'd like to have it any other way. I don't see how people can just blatantly skip meals. If I do miss meals, I always get that sick feeling inside my stomach. How can people ignore that, lol?

Clueless idiots? That's a rather misinformed stab in the dark - I can't see how bolding would help that leap to a conclusion. When a person buys something new their primary concern isn't necessarily whether or not something that comes from nowhere will destroy their new toy. Unless you're running a firewall with that pair of programs, your machine is probably more infected than you think and open to further attack attempts. Also, Firefox being more secure than IE is a common misconception - it's just a browser that barely holds 4% of the worldwide share at the moment. It's the same principal as Macs, it just isn't popular enough for someone to bother taking advantage of it's vulnerabilities. The Mozilla team simply update more often, Microsoft don't. As someone who took advantage of exploits, would you rather attack something that 84% of users run, or 4%?
Yeah, I use ZoneAlarm firewall too. Forgot about that. Maybe clueless idiots is a bit harsh, but there ae so many people who go ahead and use IE, Kazaa, and download and install everything from MySearch Toolbar to Desktop Buddy. I'd wager that most people are aware of the problems all of this could potentially cause. But then, the users complain when their machine gets taken down. Clueless is definitely the right word... and I think that helping to protect my 'new toy' would be a relatively important concern. "49,818,775" downloaded is over 4% of the market share, I'm positive. I thought Firefox had around 12%....but not too sure about that. Edit: Make that 10.28%.

This is what happens when clueless idiots use IE to troll through dodgy websites, download Kazaa and generally don't run any tests. I use Firefox, run AdAware and AVG regularly [AVG every day, AdAware once a week] and I don't download and install things I know nothing about. It isn't difficult to avoid malware [be it viruses, spyware, adware etc.], all you have to do is take sensible measures. Or use a Linux build.

It's likely that whichever program you're using isn't exporting at optimum quality. When you save an image as .jpg, make sure quality is at full. As it stands, I see no white spots on your banner, or avatar, but the character's face isn't high quality.
This is how we Americans really feel. As for showers, I just took the last one I'll ever take in this dorm, and for the rest of the summer I'll be staying with with my girlfriend in Florida. She demands that we always shower together. Lucky me :D
Haha. Thats what I mean, Adahn :p Oh, and lucky you, lol. I know that not all Americans deserve to be generalised, lol. But look at those who automatically say that driving on the left-hand side is weird and stupid. The way I see it, much of the world already does it; we're just waiting for you guys to catch up. And that goes hand in hand with the Imperial/Metric measurements ~_^
-

0_0 Australians are weird. ^_^
As James said, why would you want to have the toilet and the shower in the same room. I mean, lack of privacy yeah, and the fact that it is just damn inconvenient. It's not weird. It's relatively commonplace, lol.
Corey... there are stranger things in this world. Austrailians just happen to be one of them. But trust me when I tell it can get weirder. Besides the fact that Austrailians drive on the LEFT side of the road. That just seems strange. Then again they say that driving on the right side is weird.
Aah, the blissful ignorance of your average American :p There does exist a world outside of America. And in it, many countries drive on the left-hand side of the road.

If you're after skinners, I'd be interested in helping.
Whoa, buddy... What kind of toilet do you use? You might get in yours, but I sit on mine. :P
Lol. Our toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom, so instead of being "in the bathroom", we're "in the toilet".
-
I wish that my shower had a chair in there, preferably one that looks like a toilet. But not a real toilet. Because thats nasty. Anyway, I always find myself day-dreaming in the toilet or in the shower. So, the best way to accomodate both of these areas of intellectual vacancy would be to have a toilet in the shower! In all seriousness though, I love my shower, and even in the middle of summer I have them warm to hot. When on holiday, if I stay at a caravan park [hence: not my hot water bill] I'll normally have two really long showers a day. It's just so relaxing, as DW said, and it is... good. Showers are an enjoyable place, and thats even without anyone else in there!

I believe I've mentioned this before, but what if you released a folder containing every single one of OB's images, and allowed the OB public to work on it and modify it as they may. This saves you the work, meaning all you need to do is test-run the submissions on a local machine, and see if they're good enough to be added to OB's skin library.
Opps..what I meant up there was...I don't care what blood type you are as long as you are you...sorry about that. And what do you mean Damn Type A Blooders???
I guess humour is a lost art
-
I think that when it comes to stuff like relationships theres people that you just click with and you like them for who they are just like what innocent said. Me and my girlfriend have been going out for 2 years and we love each other deeply even though her dad hates me, dont know why though he just doe lol.
I daresay he hates you because you're stealing his daughter from him. Some things I discriminate against. I really don't like short hair. Whiny voices are a no-no....uum. I don't actually think there is anything seemingly random or disconnected that I discriminate on though. Except for them damn Type A blooders... >_>

doukeshi03, I believe that he's actually 77. He was 'elected' mainly as a stop-gap, whilst the Church "absorbs John Paul's legacy". But his hardline stance does make a big difference. Thats why there was the whole issue over whether to vote in a liberal or a conservative Pope. Changes can be made to the system. There can be female priests, and the Church can change it's view of homosexuality and contraception etc. It depends on whether the leader realises that the Bible is not completely fit for today's society, and changes the Church's attitude to reflect that. Edit: Check out the 'heretic' thread poster. How ironic :p
This is why I love OB. :animesmil If there's a person in there, I usually pick whichever end stall is farther away from the current occupant. If I'm alone, I just go with the one that looks/smells the cleanest. Given my druthers, I like to use handicapped stalls because they're roomy and (in my experience, at least) tend to be somewhat less vile. I'm not sure why. ~Dagger~
Thats because handicapped people have respect. Gotta love them Technicolour yawns people :p

I'm sure he's an all right guy, and not leaning towards Nazism or whatever. But I don't like him for two reasons. a) He advocates freedom, yet he is hardline Catholic, against homosexuality, female priests, abortion etc. Freedom for who? Your average white male? b) I don't like his face. He doesn't have a nice face =\

I'm finishing my two weeks holiday between Terms 1 & 2 right now. Heading back to school next week. Up with the Aussie school system. But I spent a week further up the coast in a tourist town called Kalbarri over my holidays, which was fun.
What? I don't get it.
So, you think that having large breasts ensures a girl's popularity? I know plenty of hot, small-chested, popular girls and plenty of not-quite-hot, small-chested, popular girls. Looks certainly can help, but I wouldn't say breast size is the be-all and end-all of popularity. In fact, I'd say it doesn't even factor in at all.

As long as those who loved her during life remember her, it'll mean she hasn't truly died. I know it's cheesy and cliched but...it's true. Do something special and private to remember her, like plant a flower.

Don't worried Ladies & Gentlemen, you can't actually catch AIDS from a toilet seat. You can all rest a little easier now. As for me, at the caravan park I regularly visit I have a 'favourite' stall, for both toilets and showers. No, they're different stalls. Yes thats right. I wouldn't use either for the same thing ~_^ That'd be messy. I'm sure we've all smelt the....atrocities in public restrooms, so I needn't go into that. The worst thing I've ever personally done was puke at an airport one...and I can't really remember how much of it missed. I had food poisoning, and my plane was about two minutes from finishing boarding. I sprinted across the wide hallway into the toilets, and I think I missed a fair bit....but I had been holding it in my mouth since halfway across the hall ~_^

You beat me to it Gavin. I was pondering this last night [or it might have been the night before] and I thought: what about deleting an empty thread? But seeing as you already thought that idea up, I'll leave it at that :P
