We are chaotic. Nature is logical: The strong survive, individuals want to survive. Everyone craves survival. Civilisation is logical: Humans have further uses than physical strength. [size=1]Sadly, I do feel that this thread is underrating many men. It's not like every guy wants a skinny girl. But, generally, they're the outspoken minority; and thats why we have this problem. There is a difference between being fat, and being well-proportioned. And I think many girls [esp. insecure girls] do not recognise this. Different girls, of different weights can be attractive. Provided that they aren't overly fat, it [weight] doesn't bother me. Weight is such a small part in terms of attraction. And when you add any relationship or personality factor into the equation, the relevance fades even further. On a scale of 1 [skinny] to 10 [fat] I'd prefer anyone from 3-8. [size=1]I actually read about this a while ago. They say that High Intensity workouts two or three times a week are the best. Working until the point of muscle failure is the most effective way to build up muscle. Anyway, what I do, and have been for around 6 months, are situps and pushups. I do... around 150-200 situps a day, in 60 batches. 60-120 each morning, and around 120 each night. I do 20-11-11-18, with short rests in between. With pushups, I probably end up doing around 100 a day, but I only do 13 at a time. 5 widespread, 5 below shoulder, and 3 under chest. I also do maybe 20 stretches per arm with this "Figure-8-Expander" thing. Basically a tough rubber loop, which you hook under your foot and pull up with your arm. I also do a 5 minutes intense workout with 1kg weights. I just wish they were heavier, lol. Could anyone suggest other exercises, which don't involve equipment, that would supplement my sit-ups? I'd love to get a true six-pack. I have got a bit of one, but it's not... raw, unbridled strength yet ~_^ And always remember, you can only work as far as your genes. Some people will never be really really muscular. But, you can improve.[/size]

I don't see why a new window would only be enabled for their profile, and really, it is something easy and simple that will just add another good touch to the boards. Right-clicking isn't exactly hard, sure, but it just makes sense.[/size]

[size=1]Kinetic is back o_O Hurray :p Anyway, this piece is nice, and the colour scheme idyllic. However, I wish you'd continued the techy theme prevalent in the centre, throughout the whole piece. The centre is a rush of fire, it is stimulating and exciting. But, the rest of it feels vague and un-oriented. It doesn't mesh well. The centre brings warmth and vibrancy to the piece, but the rest of it just meanders off...you really needed to keep up the pace in this piece- spread it throughout the whole image, not just one point. As for the font....well, zip it and attatch it for me, [i]please[/i]. It's legendary.[/size]
