Lovely picture this Sakura one. I love how you draw hair... so realistically. That must take you hours to do. It looks great- really really great. Absolutely everything in this image, with the possible exception of the hands is... marvellous. Very smooth, lifelike and excellently done. Her arms, her face, her body proportions. All excellently done. You are a wonderful artists Sara. My only gripe is the fingers... they just looks short and stiff. One day you'll get them though, and then.. wow. You'll be what I would consider to be a perfect artist. As it is you're pretty damn close ~_^. I am blown away by your work here Sara.

Hhmmm. You have done a great job of blending the images, but there are a few things that could be improved upon. One: It really needs a banner. Not many banners can get away without a border. Two: The font doesn't really do too much for the banner... try downloading fonts from somewhere like fontfreak.com or other such place. A font can make or break a banner, don't ya know? Aside from that, not too bad. Your blending work is impressive. Aesthetics: 6.5/10 Technical: 7/10

Here I am to get in the RPG. Hhmmm. Not a smooth ring at all. Ah well... here I go. Name: Ophidian Appearance: Dark grey eyes, tousled brown hair, slightly bronzed skin. He wears a long plain white robe, tied about the middle with a cord of sliver finest. This robe has a reputation for being the cleanest garment ever invented. Even in the thick of battle it as never beared a grain of dirt nor a drop of blood. It has been likened to armour, for the grasping claws of the infidel demons would not touch it, and besmirch it, no matter how hard they tried. Personality: Calm and aloof, getting the most pleasure from simple deeds of good. No big showy miracles from him... it is the little things that count to him. However, deep within him lurks the warrior psyche... and he is ferocious in battle. He once occupied the position of the 'Holy Wind' but stepped down from that, to get back 'down to roots'. Weapon: Ophelia. Forged in the pools of Heaven, hammered from the hearts of stars, Ophelia is the perfect counterbalance to Ophidian himself. Iron blade, acid etched, leather-grips, she is a sword among swords.

Nice to see that you have a border. I love people with borders. No matter how damn hard it is to see. The image is good, the font looks good. I don't think the white detracts from the banner ias a whole at all. The background for this is excelllent. Like floating amongst bloodcells. Very nifty and very cool. I have no problems with it whatsoever. Very good work, very impressive. Aesthetics: 8.5/10 Technical: 7/10

This is very similar in style to another banner in your Ultimate thread Syk. Ah well. This is a really good style, I love the dark-greeny/blue colours, which is set off by the small specks of colour on the Gundam, and character. I don't like the character so much, but it isn't really too bad. Your cropping skills are great and... yeah. Good work. I love the funky imagery for the Otaku[b]Boards[/b] name. Oh my god. I have not, ever, once, one single time replied to any of the multitude of banners you have created. Shock, horror. May as well start with this newest one. I repeat, this newest, best, most wonderful, excellent one. Enough with the gushing compliments. Time to tear this piece apart. XD I don't really think the grey around the text looks good. I don't know anything about PS/PSP, but why not type the text in as a new layer, and then rotate the layer? Much cleaner. The font for it is excellent though. Another problem with the typography is that you have used 'Multiply' or something on it. Much better to have it as Normal layer I think, because with what you have done, it is darker and lighter in different places. The actual towers... aren't too bad. There is some sort of grid on the righter-most one... which looks horrible. The right one could also be moved down soemwhat, so you can see the top of it.. because it looks like it finished just at the top of the banner... which isn't good. Aside from that, this banner is quite good indeed. I like it, as I do the accompanying avatar. Aesthetics: 8/10 Technical: 8/10

Excellent. I love it. There is such a raw innocence to this kind of work. It is excellent. I love the flow, the continuous, tumultuous current of thoughts and consciousness which is an everyday part of our life. This is so simple, yet so deep. Marvellous work. I love the blatant emotions exposed in this. It is just like having a peephole into your brain.

Ooh. Very very nice work. I think the ears look wrong, and the nose could have more of an 'underneath' as such... but basically this piece is good. I love the fluro pink hair. Quite a good drawing. Some details could be used on the jacket, but your shading on the rest of it is pretty damn good. Nice work. You should be proud. I am not easily impressed, but this is great. You have doen an excellent drawing, and an admirable job of the colouring.

I think that is shocking. They would cut off an entire school's funding... from the lack of one student's willingness to learn? That is... seems to be wrong. If the minimum grade is so easy to achieve... Than this shouldn't even be an issue should it? I have known someone who failed Year 8. How bad is that? There are some people who always muck around or don't pay attention, or are just damn stubborn. I'm sure most of you would know or have met a person like that. Withdrawing funding, for that. If teachers try... which they do, yet a student is [i]just not willing[/i] to learn, which some aren't, then what happens. How is that fair? The diploma issue is unnecessary. Been cleared up. But cutting off funding? Extreme, and harsh. School will likely expel bad students, rather thsan lose funding.

Aah. What the hell. I'll give it a shot. Name: Ruben Thorne. Age:12 Gender: Male Grade: 6 Nationality: Australian. Ability: Superfast reaction times. Nightvision. Wallclimbing [Think 'Nightcrawler']. Appearance: Short [1.2m] and thin, Ruben was always picked on. He has short brown hair, and dark brown eyes. Relatively unremarkable. He is average in just about every sense of the word. He has a few chicken pox scars, and wears a plate in his mouth. He wears jeans, or denim shorts, with whatever Tee he happens to find first thing in the morning. Normally a plain black T-Shirt from Rivers, as he has three of those. Personality: Quiet and slightly reclusive, Ruben is hard pushed to make friends quickly. However, when he does 'come out of his shell' as such, he can be quite friendly. As an only child he is quite content with his own company, but sometimes longs for a close friend. Bio: His dad is a computer technician, and his mother ran away. For many years they lived in Australia... up until the end of last school year in fact. They moved around with the jobs though, and so, Ruben never ended up with any true friends. He was normally siezed upon as prime bullying meat. Short, weak, new. What a target. Recently, his father was offered a job at Silicon Valley. So, RUben was dragged off to America. What a freakin blast, I'm sure. When his father heard about Advent Middle school... and the high quality of succes they had with 'different' students. So, with a very low optimacy rate, Ruben has been sent to Advent Middle Shcool. For better or worse.

HHhmmm. I can't really say that I like it, sadly enough. I think it is too plain.. it doesn't mirror Aerosoul as such to me. It needs more elements. Text, typography, some form of interest. It needs some to draw attention. Having all white borders doesn't really help either. Make them slightly grey- I just prefer to be able to tell that there are indeed, borders there. I do like that line effect over the top though. To sum it up, this banner doesn't really do too much for me. Sorry. Aesthetics: 5.5/10 Technical; 7/10 :\

I would rate them all, as I usually do... but there are too many o.O I'll just give a rough little sum up I suppose... [Note: All Left/Right references are from our view] Pisces: Not too bad. The hands are nice and flowing, and overall the drawing is quite good. One little problem I feel, is that the eye on the left's eyelashes seem to come across a bit too far compared to the others. Aquarius: Sexy ~_^. I don't like how the hair comes over the left eye, nor how the left strands of hair hug tight to her dress. Would be better if it was floating out a bit more. It makes the dress look wrong. Also, it looks like she is wearing socks.. which doesn't really mesh, to my mind. I think those should be changed into boots of some fashion. Aries: The left arm doesn't look quite right.. how it come of the shoulder, disappears at a different angle. I can't say I like the horns as they are. The one on the right could have been curled tighter, and we should be able to see the point of the left one. Aside from that, this one is quite good. Gemini: Not too bad... however, their legs just don't seem to work for me. I can't... feel, that they're attatched to them. I like your interpretation that they are joined... you have them wearing one dress, bonded by a love bracelet. Very leading. A great interpretation, to my mind. Capricorn: I love the gauze apron thing she is wearing.. that looks great. About my only gripe with this is how you coloured the skirts. It just clashes horribly with the rest of it. I feel you should have coloured it as you did the rest. The style just looks. Blah. lol. Sorry. I am rather surprised that Star goddesses wear bra's though. >_> ^__^ Leo: Very sexy, but you can tell why it is your least favourite. The feathers on the dress, the arm [looks stumpy.. Maybe a slightly bended elbow would have been good], the eye behind the hair... however, I do think her hair looks good. The gloss on it is very pretty. Overall, good work on all of these pictures. They are all of very high quality. I know I was picky in my revisions, but I could not even approach the skill shown in these pictures. So, great work here.

Yet another tweak. I took some of your advice. And that little Symbol you see? That is my new Trademark. So, copy it and I skin you alive. lol. I changed font and moved the text around. I think this font is great... it looks good, in my opinion. If I get positive feedback, I'll make it my new banner. This set is the one I have done the most revision on ever. heh. I would recommend that you make letter cutouts of the background you used.. as on terra's old Naru banner. Use that for text... I think so, anwyay. Nice work on it. The vast expanse of white with no discernible border terrifies me... Make the border slightly grey. Enough to stand out. Or make faded black text in a grunge font and overlay it with some of the brushes you used on this piece. That is about all I can suggest. As for the text itself... Rage. When I look at a piece, I can generally think of a word to accompany it. Try 'Rage'. Nice banner. Aesthetics:8.5/10 Technical: 7/10

Newest two: The grey girl... her hair is... stunning. Thats the only word that comes to mind. Her hair.. you can basically see each strand. It is marvellous. It looks so... real. Great work for that. Her face.. that is just. Wow. It isn't particularly human, it is cute though. It suits this... character enormously. With those awesome 'wings' and the halo, her adorable face just sets this piece off. I see what you mean about the hands and the feet. lol. Not that bad though. They can be forgiven for all the excellent details of the rest. I like Espe more than Sil[funny 'e'] one. Espe just seems.. cuter to me. lol. Also, why do you have the blue edging around the red, but not vice versa? Just wondering. This is quite nice... but Sile just doesn't seem to fit well with me. I like Espe 3000% better. Heh. On a side note: I love your new avatar. Gorgeous. Just how I imagined you to tell the truth. lol.

I was raised by my mum. Well, I still am being raised. Holding doors open for people is common courrtesy. Being.. obligated to stand for elderly, or even femals is just... something that you should do. Manners never hurt anyone. Being polite is something you just do.. a simple kindness. It isn't sexist... it is just being polite. I wouldn't allow someone to cut me in line. lol. But... other things. You just do. Especially if your mum prods you. lol. I would do it anyway, but... I don't see why it is sexist.

A little note- We wouldn't have bartenders here.. we're the only ones at the [u]deserted[/u] House. It isn't a resort. I'll post later.

It might have looked better with the regular picture, but using paint and ending up with an odd picture like that... requires some expertise. Perhaps you could have made the word smaller? Resizing is possible with Paint, isn't it? I think so... Anyhow, a thin border would cap this off nicely. You could even have typed up the word smaller, in red, and put it in the bottom corner [i]over[/i] the bottom of the other word. That would have been good. Nice work. Aesthetics: 5.5/10

Thankyou greatly for all the comments everyone. Yeah, my old banner was pretty good... I agree. Anyhow, here is another one. I changed it a lot.. well, soemwhat. Changed it's size, re-bordered it. Added another layer in there. So.. what do you think of this one? I think it does look better. I tried a different border colour as well, as Hittokiri Zero suggested.
