Heh. :p My [strike]Wish[/strike] Goal list. 1: Invade conquer and reform Amsterdam, utilising it's natural resources for my own evil ends. 2: Complete my schooling (i.e: go through uni) in something and get a good job. 3: Turn Amsterdam's armed forces on Bollywood and produce multiple X-rated movies. 4: Enjoy my job, and make lots of money from it. 5: Drop copies of my movies in Saudi Arabia. 6: Travel widely. 7: Make "Who said" by Planet Funk be the national song for Amsterdam. 8: Get married with a wonderful person and have kids. 9: Retire and become the World Wise [strike]Man[/strike] Arse. 10: Retire with plenty of money, and live out my life. 11: Stay at OB. [Note: In case you are thick and dense and have a plank of wood for an aunt, every second post is what I really want to do, excepting "11" which I really want to do as well.] Baron.
 2. Oh Semjaza, I feel so sorry for you. Can't buy porn yet? *sniggers* I don't like it anyway. Heh. I am only 14, but turning 18 won't be that big a deal. I'll be able to smoke, drink, blah de blah blah. I'm more looking forward to 16.5 when I'll be able to start driving *grins* Yeh. Driving. I want to do that. However, I am aware it will be... slightly diferent to Midtown Madness. For one, my car won't come back to life when I crash it. *grumbles at reality*
 3. I appreciate that you were dramatizing Mitch but. Ouch >.< You hit him unreasonably hard in my opinion. Heh. Now, to the matter at hand; I had an extremely difficult time understanding that. You seem to be writing in a "no-person view" and seem to be missing many words. You miss about two or three words every two sentences, making a very big mess for my limited brain to sort through. It hurts when your friends ignore you, or when they decide not to like you. But you need to get past it. it happens. Just view it like this: If they are ignoring you, they don't deserve your time or patience. Also, maybe to be kind to future perusers of this thread, edit your initial post, and fix the problems. I am not quite sure if you are having friend troubles, or organising an expedition to Pluto. :p Baron.
 4. Let's hop om the bandwagon Yay!!
originally posted by ELk Okay I've had a few theachers that had said bad words. 1. Mrs. Lusier, This student go her really mad and she said, "It's bull **** that that you did you're work." 2. My chouch, Ocana, Not only did he say one but to a retarted kid, The retarded kid, Alex, had spiderman shoes and the couch sung, "Spider man spder man, who the hell do you think I am?" and virous other songs like that. 3. Mr. Garcia, someone interupted him while he was talking and he said, "It better be important or youre ganna piss me off." and he said hell bout twice and another theacher i cant remember.
Do they swear so much that they neglect proper spelling and grammar lessons? hhhmmm. I wonder. What is the big deal? The only bad one here is the teasing of the retarded kid (oops, PC: Mentally disadvantaged kid) Anyways, back to seriousness. Hell, **** and piss. My god. My mind and soul are now corrupted, and I am to be damned to an eternity of torture in the blazing depths of... heck. (So as not to offend you). What is the big deal? It may be improper form for a teacher to swear, but students do it. If your friends said those words, you wouldn't be bothered, but just because it is teachers, you are bothered. Why is this? Sure, they shouldn't but as has been said, they are human and as such, fallible. What is the big deal?
 5. You should put my hagar banner that you made me in here Terra. I have the address for it somewhere if you wish. Anyways, I like most of your banners. I don't like the frst scrapped princess one however, because around her eyes, it is kind of pixelly, and that ruins it for me. Might just be the crappy school computer I am using though. heh. You have some awesome talent terra. Mucho Bravo. Or other pseudo-spanish comment.
 6. I don't know any animes really, however I like this image. I am slightly confused as to whether you drew it or what, but I am assuming you did. With the Snake woman's mout, there is something wrong there. I appreciate that mouths are quite difficult to draw, however it doesn't look right. Maybe she needs more lip? I don't know. Also, on the big fella's chest, there doesn't seem to be much detail, and it looks strange and undetailed compared to the rest of the drawing. Couple of confusing lines here and there that don't seem to go anywhere o.0. However, all in all, a good quality drawing. 7.5/10
 7. What I was saying, was that, entirely depending on who/where you are and what ideals you hold, that is what the term "monster" is dependant upon. I feel that Bin Laden/[insert other "bad" person here] is what I would term to be a monster. What the essence of my post was, is that dependng upon your circumstances, a "monster" is an inter-changeable term and has no set meaning. Hitler, to my mind, was a monster. Hitler, to his mind, was righteous and justified in expunging his version of "monsters". There are two sides to every coin.
 8. Eh. my dad is american, my mum australian. I have English, greek. I don't know what else. However, my Great great great grand-uncle is famous in Australia, and has a family tree book, so I might try to find out my family linkage one time. Ironically, me and my mum were just talking about family trees yesterday. Heh.
 9. I agree, that is a bad thing to happen, however, as I said somewhere (o.0 lol) humans have many bad attributes. We think we are the most supreme thing, and deserve to be here. We have a sort of right, but no right to act... how we do. From our POV: The shakr is obviously a danger to us, so we should kill it, to save ourselves. This is perfectly justified, because we do not deserve to die. from the sharks POV: It came near me, I am merely surviving by killing/eating it. it is my instinct, I have no brain. this is my territory (the water in general) and them coming here is at risk of themselevs, I do not deserve to be killed for it. this is perfectly justified. We are not monsters. We merely have a superiority complex, compared to all the "dumb" animals. That is our problem. In this case, depending on your viewpoint, both cases are justified.
 10.
originally posted by PhoenixFlames Since I got here you have been nothing but a pain to other people and I so I must assume you must hang out with people like that, because if your a pain to other people how could anyone nice be your friend? Thats where i get off on it.Also you admitted that you were being sarcastic and a smart alec is ussually someone who is sarcastic alot.Does that clear things up a little?
Who else have I been a pain to? Aside from you? If people make an opinion I think is wrong, or whatever it happens to be, I am perfectly within my right to make a rebuttal. Same as if they insult me/and my friends. Maybe you are too narrow-minded to conceive the thought of a rebuttal, or sarcasm, or friendly argument? Eh? Sure I said I was being sarcastic. it is also a form of humour however, and people with good social skills can usually distinguish sarcasm, even in text. was anyone else unsure if I was being sarcastic at whichever point he was referring to? If so, my apologies for being too vague. Sarcasm is a slightly sophistcated sense of humour. Sometimes, it is too abstract.
*Acts like baron* Ahem I think that use of Hating is improper grammar.Thats one reason he gripes at me for using improper grammar when he uses words like diss which is not a real word at all, and another reason is that hes been a pain to me since I came here.I dont need anything more than someone being a pain to me the first time we meet and several times afterwards to be be "hatin'" on anyone.
lol. Highly humourous ~_^. At least The Original's writing is easily legible. Using "hatin' " is an affectation, like "Eh" or other such typing use. With you, you have plain bad grammar. Sure I use diss. But at least most of my writing is easy to understand and maintains proper form. I would be a "pain" to anyone who made unsupported, idiotic comments. You have some good points, on the [strike]very[/strike] rare occasion. But I disagree with you, make a rebuttal, and you get flustered. my fault? Soooo sorry.~_^ Stem cells do not need to come from "dead" or "aborted" babies, but rather, can come from a placenta or blood (I think blood...) from the birth. And if someone makes their own free choice to abort for personal reasons, then why should you have a problem with the cells being used to help another person.. I can understand religious issues on this, but there is nothing wrong with using waste by-products, is there? I don't think someone would abort their baby, merely for the process of harvesting stem cells ~_^.
 11.
Originally posted by PhoenixFlames Well wilder heres a better thing, the humans' version of monster is creature that looks ugly or the creature's habits are grotesque,so if humans are monsters that would make everything mosters,if everything is a monster there is no true monster.
Whatever. We are saying that humans are monsters, not literally but in our concepts and actions. Some of us are, but mainly we are good. Ooh, and a mini-quote from that that I found incredibly self-centred:"so if humans are monsters that would make everything mosters". Bull. What about animals? Babies? That was incredibly self-centred and dense. There are other things aside from humans.
Well Arch you seem to think humans should just crawl under a rock and die just like everything else so what point would the universe have?Besides the universe and the planets in it wouldve been destroyed eventually.
Where does he say this eh? He says that we are bad, kill each other, blah-de-blah and we should stay on our planet. Would you want us to spread through the galaxy? I don't want us to die, but if we looked after our planet, then we would not need to "move". I think Arch is perfectly right... ~_^
 12.
Originally posted by PhoenixFlames I didnt say america would last forever and they jumped on korea for secretly developing nuclear weapons,im saying that they chances are theyre gonna be very careful about their enemies having nukes until something else comes along more powerful but less permanent.America is currently the strongest,i didnt say it would be forever, but look at past cultures the later on they happened the longer they lasted.
What I believe you were saying here was that nuclear weapons were only dangerous until something else more powerful came along. Yes? Thats what you were saying around the bad grammar/spelling/syntax? Well, PoisonTongues SBM point was relevant, because he was saying that, despite how big and powerful you may be, you can still be taken out by something smaller and less powerful. Am I getting through to you? It was a metaphor- The "Samus" is big and strong, but can be taken out by a well timed, weaker attack. The real life application is: The Country with the Superweapon, can be taken out be a well timed/placed nuke/other attack. The whole point of this is that nuclear weapons won't become defunct just because we find something bigger and better. Am I getting through at all?
 13.
originally posted by Artemis I really don't think that overpopulation is an issue that will ever been that serious in our lifetime. People over-exagerrate it.
So, you are perfectly happy to do nothing about it, and let your child, or your child's child, or even your child's child's child deal with it eh? You, as a wonderful blah de blah blah christian, would not worry about leaving a problem for your descendants? I find that appallling. As A wise man once said
We hand the world down to our children
Anything we don't try to affect and help now, will just compound itself and be worse for our children.
 14. Nightmare Mage... why shouldn't it be closed? You have provided no information other than someone shattered your heart... that doesn't make for good discussion. You havnt even given any details, facts, or opinions. How is this a worthwhile topic? Maybe if you give us some decent information, we can respond with the typical pity-trip. Is that what you want? "Oh, Nightmaremage, i am so sorry for you, what happened, you know what, you'll be Ok, verything will end up being ok" Is that what you want? pity? because there is nothing else that we can give you, with the information provided.
 15. I must agree with Molleta, PhoenixFlame. Do you know what it is? It uses the cells from a baby/placenta etc. which are new and have high growth capabilities, to replace and regenerate the ones in the host body. I am pretty sure it won't paralise them or anyhing ~_^ BTW: Thanks Molleta. EDIT********
Originally posted by PhoenixFlames and quit being such a smart elic..youll get better people as friends

and from what ive seen your ussually a pain to people so..if your a pain they must be too
You signed up on the 18th. You have been here two days, and say that I am a smart alec. You diss my friends, who you do not even know, you assume I am a pain, you accuse them of being pains. Where do you get off on that? That really irks me when people assume to know me. You have read, a whole three of my posts? And you say I am a pain to people? What a load of rubbish. You would know nothing about me. Not a single whit. And you say I am "usually a pain". And you are nasty to my friends, who, may I repeat, you do not even know. You would know how? I needed to say that. That was bugging me.
 16. PhoenixFlames. So far, many of your opinions seem to be unthought out and not very worthwhile.
Originally posted by PhoenixFlame or have had something that does kill life but doesnt keep it from growing for 10 thousand years
we have something like that. I believe it is called a neuron bomb, that sends out neurons upon explosion, killing only organic things. The fireball is small, but the neuron wave is large.
Arch you have a good point but humans always find a way to survive,so they would last longer than like 100 years after nuclear waste destroys the majority,by the time that we would actually launch nukes to every part of the world we would have already had a space colony, cause no nuke currently can be launched to every country from one country, and america prolly wont let many countries have nuclear power...Simply put i doubt it would go down like that but you were right on most of your post.
What? Grammar is a very nice person. And how do you know what you say is fact? Sounds like [strike]rubbish[/strike]... un-proven fiction to me.
If humans only tried then we wouldve been dead long ago...i doubt the worlds gonna end before the 30th century though and by the 30th century we wouldve had someway to fix nuclear poisoning
Eh? Any evidence, or did you make this idea up. Why? Nucelar radiation attacks the cells themselves, mutating them. Not fun. How you going to revert them?
Originally posted by Arch However, saying humans always find a way to survive is, in my opinion, flawed. Humans always try to survive is what I think makes more sense.
Of course we try to survive ~_^ It is instinctive, we generally don't want to just die. But I agree with you. Humans won't always survive. We have just been lucky so far.
 17. Hey, just to stick my two bob worth of opinion in here... We are not monsters. Everyone knows that monsters are green and have three eyes and numerous tentacles. Duh. The majority of people are actually reasonably good, but nobody gets noticed (repeatedly) on the news for being good. Well, people do get recognition for being good, but because of a minority who are bad/whatever you like to use to describe them, it seems that we are all bad. We are not evil, nor are we monsters. What we are (be warned; this is a blanket statement) is greedy, egotistical, self-serving, gluttonous creatures. In regards to our use of materials, and our disregard for the environment. But that is merely a blanket statement. there are some good people out there, but most of us are lazy, not evil monsters. In short: The good people are outshadowed by the bad minority, and : we are not evil, merely lazywith a few other personality flaws. But we are starting to try now.
 18. Stem cells, may be able to do that, however, merely doing the "right kind of research" won't necessarily make it happen. It may be impossible. Also I don't think we would be able to be like Piccolo off DBZ and grow our arms back. The system is too fine to be able to do that. Besides, it sounds completley like sci-fi. Not something they can just "research" and achieve. Also, what do my friends have to do with anything? You don't even know who my OB friends are, do you? I have quite a few. By the way, it's Smart Alec.
 19. Oh, yeah. I am definitely from France. :rolls eys: I am from Australia. You put tomato sauce on hotdogs, sausages, chips, whatever. American culture is not the only thing in the whole entire world. I was bing sarcastic about Americans being freaky, sheesh. Get some social perception. And don't take your problem with French people out on me. What you said was a load of crap anyway. "To cover up their stench" Geez. Grow up, please.
 20. Here is one I tried with a border. Is this one better?
 21. What the hell is ketchup you freaky Americans? It is called Tomato Sauce. Idiots. lol If I have a pie for dinner, I get a square in the pastry, fold it back, pour Tomato sauce in the hole, flip the "lid" back over, and put sauce on top. I also partake of Tomato sauce on poached eggs, mashed potatoes, crumbed fish/chicken, sausages. Tomato Sauce is da bomb. ALso, ham and gherkin sammiches are nice. *gives one to Syk*
 22. Do you guys know what a Babushka is? And, just for the hell of it, and because hardly any-one knows what it means, I say "Yeb vas" to people I don't like. Heh. Not the same as the real word for it though.
 23. PhoenixFlame: May I ask if you have any idea what you are saying? Sci-fi is all well and good, but the real world is just so damn pretty. And the best bit? It's real.
 24. Gareth turned to watch the girl walk out of the bar. *****. I'll show her "baggage" Feeling slightly put out, Gareth left Traillen talking to some acquaintances at the bar, and headed up to his room to get set up. Traillen had given him the key, and he let himself in. He put his stuff down in the hall, and stepped into the room. He felt something move just behind him, and then he was in a headlock, with a knife against his throat. Mimi screamed, and tore herself out of the scabbard, striking Gareth's assailant in the chin, breaking his jaw. Gareth spun, to see Traillen standing in the door, looking pissed off. "Gareth, what did you do that for? He was my man" "Oh. Sorry..... He. uuh. he held a knife to my throat....?"
 25. I found this cool piccie around. So, I did some stuff to it, and here it is. What do you think of it? Also, a question- how do you put borders on your work? I had to muck around with canvas size for mine... I have Serif Photoplus and some other ones.
