It's an alright set (that runs for 19.95 here in Ohio:eek: ), and I used to play the Pokémon TCG, and it was nice to see an Onix that could actually do some damage (unlike the stupid Base set Onix), but I'm gonna start to sell all my cards. The Mew was pretty, though.

I still go there, but I'm about to stop. It's starting to get pointless. (My user name is lady_katana2004 for anyone who chooses to care)

Tani was still sitting on the wall outside the gates to Hyrule Castle Town, but she was becoming extremly bored waiting for the sun to rise. Even though time seemed to pass quickly when in Hyrule Field, it didn't seem so now. Tani: *yawn* This is so tiresome. I need to find something to do, or else I'll fall asleep and into this moat. Hmm, I wonder.... Tani remembered something that she had found a long time ago when she had first started to come the the Castle Town for supplies. There had been a hole in the ground on the west side of the castle, but she didn't explore it. She jumped off the wall and began to walk toward the west side of the castle. The rain seemed to be getting heavier, and the wind didn't make matters much better. It didn't take her that long to reach the small stream that seprated her from the hole, but when she got close, three pairs of red eyes began to glow from the at the edge of the stream, and coming closer. Tani: Stalfos.... She quickly drew her bow and launched three shafts at the Stalfos, but they still kept coming. Tani: Huh? Before, I took out a Stalfos with one hit. These must be different somehow. I guess I'll have to use them then... She notched another shaft in her bow, but instead of launching it fast as she had before, she waited a little untill the arrow began to glow with a light blue light. She fired the arrow and the Stalfos was frozen solid. She did the same with the remaining two. Tani: Now, to that hole. Tani swam across the stream, and crossed over to the bank on the other side. She only walked for a short time before she came to it. She jumped down into the hole and landed on a marble surface. Tani: Oh! This is a Fairy's Fountain! That's good to know... She stepped back on the light square that took her back outside. Tani: Now I won't have to pay for bottled Fairy spirits. She crossed back over and began to walk back towards the gates. By this time, it was almost dawn. A smile appeared on Tani's face. Now she wouldn't have to wait long to get out of the rain again.
Originally posted by Squashed Snail Happy? I didn't make it happy, I just kept raising it higher and higher, and it eventually evolved. I didn't know you had to make it happy.....
Yeah. Togepi is one of the handful of Pokémon that evolve by the Tameness factor. Others are Cleffa, Pichu, and Eevee. I can't remember the rest at the moment.

I've always liked mythology from Greece and Rome. Chinese and Japanese mythology has also sparked my interest in recent months.

Tani is sitting by her window looking outside again. She gets up and goes to her cupboard to get something to eat. She takes out an apple, and the realizes that the cupboard is almost bare. Tani: I'd better be getting to the Market. Otherwise, I'll starve! She puts on her long, light blue rain cloak to shield her from the heavy rain, her bow, quiver, and pouch of Rupees, and proceeded to head out of the quaint village. She knew that the gates would be closed, but she didn't mind staying the night outside, even in the rain. As she walks down the stairs, it begins to turn to night. Tani: Great. I can get some practice while I'm out. Kid Stalfos always make good targets. As she walked toward the bridge across the end of Zora's River, a bony hand reached out of the ground to grab at her ankle. Tani: Speaking of the Devil..... The Kid Stalfos pulled itself out of the ground and began to lumber toward her. Tani swiftly took out her bow, notched a shaft, and fired it at the skeleton, taking it out with one shot. As she continued to walk toward the gates of Hyrule Castle Town, no more Kid Stalfos attacked her. Tani: Odd. I wonder why only one has attacked me so far tonight. Something strange is going on. I have a feeling. She finally made her way to the gates and sat on the stone barricade that lined the sides of the entrance, out of reach of any Stalfos, just in case of a surprise assualt. There she sat silently, watching the night pass in the rain, thinking about times gone by....

The best way is to give it lots of Calcium and Carbos and junk. Leting it battle will help to. You can also just attach Exp. Share and go battle at the Trainer House in Viridian with your other Pokémon. That'll work too.

Tani is sitting by a window in her house looking out at the rain falling. There aren't any people outside. Kakariko Village looks deserted. Tani: I wonder where all this rain came from? It doesn't usually rain this much this time of year. All the farmers crops are all being washed away and they can't do a thing about it. *sigh* Terrible. I hope Queen Zelda can come up with some sort of plan, or Hyrule might wind up in real trouble. Tani continues to look out the window, and sees children run outside in long coats to play in the rain. Tani: (smiles) I remember when I could do that. It was fun to be a child. Such a shame I had to grow up so quickly. Hmmm. It seems to be letting up a little. No, it's just my imagination. *sigh* Tani gets up from her window outlook and goes over to her worktable. She picks up a piece of wood and begins to make more shafts for her bow. She starts to softly hum a tune her mother used to sing to her when she was very young while she works.
Originally posted by Zora's King how to find Lugia,And What that UNOWN pokemon mean.....(QUICK REPLY ME)
Lugia is in the south-west chamber of the Whirl Islands. When you get there, make sure you have a Pokémon with Flash handy. You'll see two ways to take, top or bottom. Take the top, or if you need an Ultra Ball, take the bottom, get it, use an Escape Rope, and then take the top way. You can work your way to Lugia's Chamber from there. As for Unowns, they're just a sub-plot. They're not really there for anything. Just busy work. They're the Pokémon form of the alphabet. Once you catch all 26 and if you have a GB Printer, you can go and print them out for fun.

There's nothing wrong with admiring an anime character to a certain point. I like Trunks and Yue myself. But there are those type of people who take it to a whole other level with obsession. Take a former friend of mine. She is thouroughly obsessed with Allen Shazar from Escaflowne. She built an extremely detailed shrine to him which she prayed to daily, ( :nervous: ) and sent FOX a letter when they took it off Saturday mornings. It so disturbing, I had to stop hanging out with her. Now that there is scary.

They probably didn't pick up on it because they didn't think that kids could really be that powerful. Plus, they can't sense ki, so that could also be a factor. Oh, and BTW, you spelled their names right.
Originally posted by Evil-Sheep Here are 5 questions, hope you cooperate and answer them, thanks in advance. 1. What's worse, drinking problem or gambling problem? maybe both of them are just as bad ? 2. What's better (finally a "positive" question  ) being merciful or being generous? 3. Who//what will you take along If you have to travel to a far island all by urself? 4. what do you prefer, Anime or sit coms? (comedy series) 5. If you had tons of money, what are the 5 first things you would have bought? Hope you cooperate, i'm anxious to see your replys!
1.) In my opinion, they're both as bad as the other. In one case, you can get drunk and do stupid things that can ruin the rest of your life, not to mention end it, and in the other instance, you can ruin your family's current life and future. 2.) Being merciful is more important. In this way, you won't kill someone for smashing into your new ride. But, being generous is important too. I'm sort of a stickler on that "karma" thing. 3.) A speed boat with plety of extra gas so I won't get stranded. 4.) Animé. 5.) My own house, 52" Philips Smart TV, Gamecube, X-Box, video games.

Mine is pretty plain. I live an apartment, so I can't paint the walls. (they're white. Eww.) I've got posters from Beckett DBZ Collector and one that I bought in the store hanging on the wall over my bed. I've got two of those framed DBZ pics hanging opposite those. I got a poster of a cougar and a wolf, and I've got pics of my own creation hanging on my closet. I've got a loveseat with practically all the spring clothes I own on it because I'm too lazy to put them in my drawers plus some Pokémon dolls I won at King's Dominion. I got a box of all my extra Pokémon cards on there too. I got a TV stand with my TV, VCR, and Pikachu N64 on it and behind that, I've got a bookcase full of books, and a really tall bookcase full of videotapes I've collected over the years. That's about it.

Anime Question about original Dragonball on Cartoon Network
Kei replied to kyono's topic in Otaku Central
Yes, CN has shown all of the Frieza, Android, and Cell saga eps. But don't worry. Knowing CN, they'll probably pull 'em out over the summer and play them over again. They always do. I don't know if they showed the Saiyan saga, but all the others have been shown. -
Originally posted by G/S/B Master that would be unfair though. but how about a 2 on 2. gary and ash vs lance and me.
No, not really. If you think back, you fought two-on-one against Team Rocket in Yellow version. They would use three of their Pokémon against your six. It's not unfair.

Yeah, I pretty much agree with everyone else. Even though I do enjoy the occasional movie with lots of killing, and explosions, and creepy junk, (I saw Resident Evil like 4 times, and watched Hannibal like 6 and went and got the movie on VHS) I don't think that it'll be worth paying six bucks to see. I used to like the Rock, but then he got too full of himself, and the WWF turned into the most violent soap opera on television, so I quit watching.

Lauren: "I'm not exactly sure. I think I saw someone just pick it up and take it." Tani: "It might not have been Mewtwo." All: "Huh?" Tani: "Think about it. If it had been Mewtwo, he wouldn't have run off. He would have destoryed that Umbreon and Lauren as well. I think were just dealing with your average thief." Zee: "That does make alot of sense." Seto: "Yeah. So what should we do?" Tani: "Go after them, what else? Whoever took Umbreon had no right to, so were going to get it back. Let's go." All: "Right!" *All of them walk farther into the cave after the Umbreon thief*

*Tani, Seto, and Zee are all flying to Ecruteak City when they start talking to each other. Their Pokémon chat as well* Tani: "You know something, I've never gotten either of your names." Seto & Zee: "We haven't gotten yours either." Tani: "I'm Tani, and this is Milady." Seto: "My name is Seto." Zee: "And mine is Zee. Why did you name your Articuno 'Milady'?" Tani: "Because it's a pretty name." Zee: "Oh." Tani: "So how did Mewtwo come into your life, Zee?" Zee: "He caused a Snorlax to rampage through Olivine City. It killed my parents." Seto: "That's rough." Zee: "Tell me about it." Tani: "That really does suck, man. I wonder why he would do this. We humans haven't even done anything to him." Mew: "Mew me mew mew mew me mew." Tani: "Huh?" Seto: "He said 'Some Pokémon are born evil unlike popular belief.'" Tani & Zee: "You can understand it?" Seto: "Yeah. We got a special bond." Tani & Zee: "Cool." *They land in Ecruteak and find that it hasn't been ravaged by Mewtwo just yet* Tani: "Good. Maybe we can rest for a bit. Let's go drop our Pokémon off at the Pokémon Center and grab some chow." Zee: "Sounds good to me. Let's go."
