I like it a lot! It looks very serene and peaceful, just like you said. I actually enjoy it very much.

That imploding ring scared the crap out of me too...looked a little too real to be scripted. I hope Lesnar and Big Show are okay, because Smackdown's struggling enough without them being injured. And Kurt Angle's finally going back on his own!
The U.S. Title is coming back too! Hopefully, it'll give people like Chris Benoit (who's been getting really buried on Smackdown lately) something to do.

But Matt Hardy Version 1.0 lost...not that I hate Rey Mysterio, but Matt Hardy is one of my favorites.
Yeah, Billy Gunn is back! Hopefully, he'll be as awesome as he was in the glory days of the New Age Outlaws.

Well, with plays, it's pretty much the same as writing a story. When I develop characters, I just give them a name and a basic personality and go with it. But I'm the type of writer who will just change the course of an entire story in the middle of planning, so that it's completely different. Of course, it also helps to plan out whatever your writing, so that you can develop your characters in accordance with the stories. Personally, I like to map out my chapters (or acts, since your working on a play) on a piece of paper, so that I know what will happen and when. It takes a lot of hard work to make a story (or play, I keep forgetting), but if you make a good one, it's well worth it. Hope to see your final creation!

Okay, I just finished watching the episode. It confirmed my suspicions that Vash did indeed have strong feelings for Rem (he did say that he loved her). But, I also noticed something interesting that I forgot about. For one thing, the captain of the ship (his name escapes me) mentioned that Rem had been teaching Vash and Knives emotion, hope for the future, etc. Perhaps Vash's love for Rem is because he grew attached to her because of what she taught him. Kind of like imprinting, like when a baby duck hatches, and assumes that the first thing that it sees is it's mother and follows it around and grows attached to it. Of course, Knives is pretty much the opposite of that, so I don't know how sound that theory is. As for Rem, she did compare Vash to her old boyfriend, but I'm still not sure if she "love" loved Vash. Maybe it's just because I'm a heartless fiend that I can't see it lol.

You know, I'm gonna watch that episode right now, since I have nothing to do. For now, my opinion = Vash loves Rem because she treated him as an equal (unlike those other jerks on the ship) and Rem liked Vash because...er...he's really likable, I guess. Gotta stop before this gets too spammy.
-
I'm pretty sure that Vash really did truly love Rem (despite how easily he goes after other women lol). As for Rem...I'm not too sure. I've only seen the "Rem Saverem" episode of Trigun once, so I can't make a definite opinion. My impression (from what I remember, that is) is that she liked him, but I don't think that she loved Vash like he loved her...if that made any sense.

My first time (like a lot of people here, it seems) was Sailor Moon. However, it took DBZ to hook me and Trigun and Cowboy Bebop to make me addicted. Of course, I haven't been a fan for that long, so I can't pull out any stories of how I used to watch Robotech...but it would so cool if I could.
Originally posted by Queen Asuka I watched Akira when I was like 7 and Super Mario and Captain N and Zelda and Sonic back in Elementary School.
Hey, if Super Mario, Captain N, Zelda, and Sonic are considered anime, then I've been a fan for longer than I thought! I used to watch those all the time...

I've played FF7 about 8 times and I've enjoyed it every time. The music is amazing, the story was very well written, the characters are very cool, and the game itself was very challenging.

Heh, I know I haven't forgotten about Kuroneko...just check out my signature... I also remembered, how could I mention Shin without mentioning Lin? Lin is almost as cool as Shin even if
the show made it seem like he killed Spike. Lucky it was only a tranquilizer.
So, yeah, Lin is almost as cool as Shin because he's loyal (just look at the way he was protecting Vicious) and he just exudes the coolness that the main characters have. Edit: I just realized that I mentioned Lin a little in my first post. How forgetful I can be sometimes...

I would like to see a Trigun forum, but I think that it all depends on how many people request one. I think that there would have to be a lot of people who request a Trigun forum and a lot of people willing to post on a Trigun forum for one to be made. Remember, with another forum comes more work for the mods, so I don't think that they'd put another forum in that easily. On that note, I'd like to see a Cowboy Bebop forum more than a Trigun forum, but that's just me.

You know, I never thought about it that way before. I guess that sort of justifies putting the same game in all of the Mario Advances slightly. However, I still think it would be better if Nintendo at least tried to add some more stuff to it when they put the Mario Bros. games in the new editions of Mario Advance instead of just making the same game everytime that a new Mario Advance game comes out.
-
Yeah, I thought the Mario Bros. game that Nintendo includes in the Mario games is kinda lame. But maybe that's just because I own the original, so I don't need the new Mario Advance games to play it (and I really suck at it, so I don't play it that often lol). I just wish Nintendo didn't have the need to stick it in every single Mario Advance game. I'd like to see them use their innovation in those GBA remakes and come up with something totally new like they did with Four Swords. Now that was a great extra and totally warranted paying $30 for the game.

Now that Donkey Kong Country is coming out again on GBA, I've started thinking about it again (and I have thought about that game in like, 7 years). I don't think it holds up as well as it did in 1994 when it came out; those graphics aren't looking so good anymore, so they can't overshadow the mediocre gameplay. Which got me thinking again; what do you guys think about the large amount of remakes that come out for GBA? Do they still hold up as well as they did when they came out, or are they just running on memories? Personally, I think that there will always be a few games (Link to the Past and SMW 2: Yoshi's Island come to mind) that have such timeless gameplay that they never get old, but there are a few that don't fare as well today. Anyone else have an opinion they want to share?

I can't believe I've never seen this before...it's a hilarious play off of Matt Hardy Version 1.0. Keep up the hard work and stay an MFer.

See, people? These are why there are mods here; to keep that kind of stuff from going on. My eyes hurt from trying to make out that crazy text...people can be really weird sometimes...

What genre of music do you listen to? Mostly rock; classic, modern, punk, metal, etc. No real use dividing it up when I listen to a lot of it. What are your favorite bands? Too many to list here, so I'll give the 'ol top 5: Nirvana, Soundgarden, Nine Inch Nails, The Beatles, and System of a Down. Why do you listen to them? Well, I like the lyrical content, but the main reason is that I like the musical content of these bands more than any other. I'm pretty much more attracted to the bands that put more emphasis on music rather than lyrics.

That's a lot better. The only problem I could see was when it got to Azazel, you couldn't see the text. But I think I'm just obsessing over the problems too much. It's still very good; bravo to you, my friend!
-
Whoa, the new stuff went by a little too fast lol! I was waiting for them to come up, when the whole thing just went through them in less than a second and went back to the beginning!
-
Meh, it's okay. As long as the text is somewhat readable, it's better than nothing, right?
-
It's very good! The only problem I have with it is that the text is sometimes hard to read on the banner. Other than that, it's very well done. Good work!

Trust me when I say this; the mods here could be way stricter if they felt like it. If they were, I certainly wouldn't be here (because I've already made two stupid threads and made some comments that made no sense at all). It seems that the majority of the people here have no real problems with the mods (though, I could be wrong; after all, this is just one thread and certainly, not everyone on OB has posted in it). I know I don't.

My teachers are mostly pretty cool; they teach, I listen. I do have some bad teachers (my PE teachers come to mind), but for the most part, there are no complaints. I've learned a lot from the teachers at my school.

My favorite funny moment was when Sango and Miroku were knocked out by the water god and Miroku attempted to give Sango mouth-to-mouth and she slapped him across the face! Ah, that one made me laugh for days...

Advance Wars 2 looks so cool. Too many games! I seriously need to get a job, so that I can get some money.
