She laughed softly, not much though. It didn't pay to overkill what little good grace you kept. Especially around strange and rather powerful men. Apocalypse eyed her. Dark pants, heels, blouse that wasn't there, thick dark blonde hair. He blinked and looked away. Her eyes, honey gold flecked with red, glaring back at him. Luyii stood and brushed past both of them, grinding her cigarette out on his ashtray. Without even looking, she opened the doors and left. The two women followed silently. Both were completely secure in the knowledge that the women would never speak. If they had half a grain of sense, which they did, they would serve and be content with that. Luyii smiled to herself. Miss Star holding the file, the younger dark haired female with her head down. As the doors swung shut behind her, she felt, rather than heard his smile. Apocolypse felt her presence press back on him, then dissapear. Leaving him interested, but raher peeved. Genocide laughed and gestured. His partner grinned back. Dirty really. Out in the hallway, the youngest girl drew a deep lungful of clean air and waved her hand in front of her face. "Must you?" "Yes dear...they're a political vice." "Luyii's right you know....eventually you'll pick it up." Laughing and chatting like normal women, the three left Genocide's ....lair.

She lifted heself from his grasp and let her heels click against the marble floor. Then her eyes met his in a penetrating stare, and she moved without thought. She sat down on his lap, and touched his face with the pads of her fingers. He put his hand on them, pressing her palm to his cheek. Her smile was cruel, when she could dig in, and watch his blood stain her wrists. Genocide watched her stand once more, looking out the window, giving him an excellent view of her behind. Recently aquainted. Although her father had been a long time buisness partner. She inherited it, along with a fascinating relationship. Her two sorority sisters were part of the bargain. Silent partners. Or rather, daughters of silent partners. She smiled at him and sat down on his desktop. He opened a file and dropped it into her lap. She scanned the contents and flicked it towards her brown haired sister. She caught it without looking up and did the same. Luyii Rae-Shen smiled and kissed him on the lips, letting her scent flood his senses. Moonflowers and a hint of white jasmine. Intoxicating really.... And a shame he was so unapproachable. She would fix that eventually.

Writing Does anyone here even know that Spider-Girl exists?
Raiha replied to DeathBug's topic in Creative Works
*raises hand and jumps around wildly* OO OO!!! I KNEW THAT! She's on my desktop right now! Yay. She's so awesome, ......but my personal favorite is Spiderwoman. Why? She wears black and white, and she's irresistably sexy. My role model... *sigh* -
I think it has something to do with their furry feet. Mom hates picknicks, so we never get near ants. Whenever we see them in the house, she snatches the omnipresent can of raid and goes on a killing spree. Gas mask and all. You think I'm kidding, but I'm not. I could ask her about food that's gone wrong, ...oh yes. She was making mashed potatoes with her electric mixer and put it in the food, and she started mixing, only she hadn't used it in ages. And one of those earwig bugs fell in and got grounded into the food. She screamed and threw the whole thing out.

*has lost appetite for life* My mother and I were in Hawaii and we bought mangos from a fruit stand. She bit into one, and I was like: "Mommy, what are those wiggling white things?" She screamed and promptly threw up in the sink. Maggots. Or worms or something. I was at Fresh Choice [sweet tomatoes, salad bar type thing] and I fould a mostly dead fly in my peas. In China I almost ate snake and dog. Only it was supposed to be that way. And I so fell for the whole: "It's just beef" line. But....I did find some weird looking scales in my tea, so god knows what that was. My mother made tripe once, only the meat was spoiled and disguised by the spices. We found out after throwing it all up.

TOO fun. ^_^
Everybody blink, this is the ONLY time you'll see Raiha here. I love DDR...have the pads, DDRMax, and am currrently working on unlocking Drop the Bomb. Which is taking a very long time.... *sigh* I played it in a miniskirt once. Biggest mistake of my life. And I shall never do it again. Favorite songs are uh.... Healing Vision, all mixes, The Cube, and Japan! Cause I'm good at that one...and the ethnic beat is cool.

She rose, stretching luxuriously, until the sound of Ben's thoughts echoed in the cavern. She leapt to her feet, taking only a swift roll in the water, before racing out to meet him at the entrance. The children, Bear and Ferret, stopped her and she told them to alert the elders. They were her oldest students, the Elders would listen. She charged out, moving so fast the wind had dried her fur completely. She stopped and rose to her feet. He pointed and she followed his arm until she was staring at the army. Then up to the floating island. The birds were doomed. She raised her hackles and released her claws into the stone. Ben: ...peace Rena. Rena: Goddamnit. Why can't they just leave us alone? Ben: If we can draw them in...... Rena: The children will have to make a run for it. He sighed. Bad timing. The children were visiting and would need to be shepherded deep inside the caves, where nobody ever went.
Originally posted by The Harlequin ....Damn Australia. I can dream damn it....
Yes you can dear, yes you can. *pats your head and mails you a knife* Anyways I quite agree with the whole rule thing. I take a very strict form of ballet. I'm required to follow the rules precisely, or it becomes nonsense instead of ballet. I need to have a completely perfected center of balance, or I'll fall and really hurt myself. If I roll out on my pointe [of my toe damnit], then I'll crack my ankle and my dancing days will be OVER. As in, sitting on the bench for the rest of my life. Of course, there's also rules to my tap and my modern dance classe. The feelings of contraction and release are important to let the energy flow through the body. It's a philosophy I believe in, very similar to Taoism. Why rise up, when all you're going to end up doing is fall? You kick, to let your leg come down.

You know...although I have no right to tell you to grow the hell up....I probably will in the long run. Lovelorn ditties like this grow rather repetitive. Particularly when the author has made a fool of himself elsewhere.

Maybe because you said the wrong things. When you knew what would happen. You even started that suicide thread knowing what peopel would say. Why do that when you knew all the answers yourself? If you were hoping for pity, it will not be very forthcoming. Several of the older people here, like me, all think that you're rather young for this foolishness of love. It's not exactly the smartest thing at your age. Or come to think of it.... any age. Why fall in love when you could better yourself? Like...your life? You know? Get smart? Go to school? Learn new things? I guess that never crossed your mind. Oh well, your loss.

She smiled at the children, showing her fangs. One of them, a mix between polar bear and grizzly, shook out his mane and hugged her. His huge paws were almost the size of hers, and he wasn't even fully grown. The boy that had led her in was the tall and willowy type, favoring the black footed ferret. Shy, secretive, quick, and agile. She weighed the two's strengths in her mind. Brute strength and an untameable spirit. Then swiftness and uncanny agility. As the elders had requested, she had been pairing the children with opposite gifts. She bowed to them, then dropped to all fours. They did the same, and the three circled. This would be the 12th in a long line of lessons. And they had progressed far. The ferret boy had increased his strength with weight training with his partner and the bear had run with him in return, to hasten his spead. Rena Iris Shen smiled. They were getting better. They pounced and she instantly sprung back, only to find the bear behind her and the ferret in front. The boy had a chance to open a cut across her face and took it, then leapt across the cavern. The bear pinned her down and bit her throat. She roared and clawed his chest, before throwing him off with nearly all of her strength. He hit the wall and slumped over, conceeding defeat. The ferret bowed his head, and the two reformed and stood. Rena laughed deep in her throat and stood again. Rena: I see you've been working hard. Bear: Not hard enough. Rena: Oh pish tush, that was quite good really. It's not every day I get pinned to the ground. Ferret: And you need to work on your speed. Rena: Who's the teacher here? They giggled and she grinned back. After awhile, she regained her soberness and padded out, waving them goodboye. She went down the halls until she came to her lair. She closed the door but did not seal lit. Instead she rolled in the water and then shook herself dry. Then she climbed the ledge that served for her bed and stretched herself out on the mossy softness. She groomed herself, then rested her head on her paws and slept.

She smiled to herself and picked the glass from her body. Another guard came and casted a repairing spell on the box, then bowed and apologized. She rolled her eyes at him and waved him off. Vondeux wasn't really upset, what else could be expected from a capricious demon? So he wanted to meet her. What a surprise. It wouldn't be the first time any creature had randomly wanted to see the gladiators up close. The servant was completely out, and she let him sit on the floor until his mind came back. In the meantime, she took out her ledger and began tallying the various things she would need for her next party. Food, wine, good company, entertainment.....well, she did have the demon, provided he didn't bash any heads in. No drugs of course....her parties were rumored by the jealous and uninitiated to be boring and long. When in reality they were simply cultured and well manered. Very different from the usual orgasmic cheerful parties in which everybody loved everybody for a single night. Warm baths, but not group orgies. The wild cheering of the crowd woke her from her thoughts and brought her back to the living world. A huge underground dragon slithered into the arena. From the other side came a tall succubus. Three claws, two huge wings. Vondeux blinked. It had been awhile since her dear friend had faught. She smiled and leaned back. Finally something she would want to watch.

Any one here ever liked a girls so much that ..........
Originally posted by Transtic Nerve Why would you ever give everything up for a girl? lol. Love is never worth it. Love isn't worth your life, love certainly isn't worth your future.
Finally, somebody with half a grain of sense! This is so embarassing. People dying and moaning and groaning over a girl, or a guy. Good gods people, the world won't end if everything doesn't go your way. -
Yuffie: Ouch. Rikku: At least it worked. Yuffie: And the stadium got remodeled. Rikku: Yeah, permanently. The two roared with laughter at their own wit, and continued wrecking devastation on the monsters at will. Yuffie destroyed six with one spin of her shuriken, the Contain materia knocking another four into petrification. She smiled and destroyed them with several of her smaller, less important oritsu. Sephiroth glanced in her direction. Overjoyed. As usual. Give her a fight and she'll show you a good time. Leviathin decimated at least twelve monsters with a wave attack, his tail destroying several more. That blue water serpent was getting better.
Originally posted by Taylor Hewitt What are you saying most people have it over more than one girl at the same time? And don't talk like she is just one girl. You don't know her. Like I said I knew people would say things that are meaningless.
It is meaningless to moan and sorrow over a girl for the rest of your life. There are millions of people out there for you to meet. Anything could happen. Yes, she is Just One Girl. We all our. There are people like us out there, you just haven't met them yet. Don't waste your life dreaming about what could've been. It's over. So move on. I'm sure she has.
Originally posted by Taylor Hewitt I won't live through it. You don't know how bad it is to have your heart ripped out, chewed up, and spit out.
Oh bull. Everybody goes through the same set of feeings. Anger, depression, sorrow, the whole mismash. It's how we respond that defines our character. Saying that "Nobody has every gone through it but me...." is one of the dumber things you can say. Of course people know what it's like. It happens every day. Don't assume you're the only one with problems like this. And don't keep on going back to it. It'll only destroy you in the long run.

She flicked her tail in annoyance. He smelled wonderful, but she wasn't about to gratify him with that. A wolf never trusted anybody. The boy walked further in, and closed the door. She'd deal with that later. She continued moving, creeping really. Then she whirled around and pounced. He snarled and clawed at her face, only to be smacked into the wall by the more powerful body. She rose to her feet. Rena: .....why don't you mind your own buisness? Xouzin rose to his feet and growled at her. She raised her hackles in response, tail whisking against her body dangerously. The two stared eachother down, eyes contracting and dialating, as if they were trying to kill eachother with looks alone. She turned on her hypnosis power and he looked away. She smirked and ran a claw through her hair. Rena: I have real work to do now. If you'll excuse me. She brushed past him, much like an infuriated cat, releasing her scent around him. Phermones, and blood. He shook his head to clear it. The panther walked into the side door and greeted the boy and his sister. Training.

She curled up, tail whisking about her body. She retracted her claws, then sunk them into the stone beneath her. They dug in, and she smiled at Ben. Her eyes shimmered dark silver, then went back to hazel. He blinked and looked away. She laughed, purring deep inside her throat. Ben: Don't you do that to me either. Rena: ... She looked up at him and smiled. Then she looked back over the lands and sighed with what could've been longing. Inside the caves a voice called. Her ears twitched and she looked over her shoulder. Then stood and walked back inside, tail waving him farwell. He sighed when she was gone. Her presence was unsettling. Inside, she took off her cloak and followed the small boy to the caves.\

There's a picture forum for that, and there's an anime forum for this. But just because I can't resist. I would be San from Princess Mononoke. I would try to slit the throat of my rescuer, then fall in love.
Originally posted by RicoTranzrig In California (Bay Area), we have something like EZPass called FastTrack. It's great...instead of paying the 2 dollar toll, it's like $1.80 each time...that saves a lot when commuting. Plus sometimes I coast, it registers but it never logs it down when I get the bill. The only bad thing is that while most bridge tolls support it, it's not on all lanes, which can be bad in hostile traffic.
Lol, and I still have problems getting them to move their bumpers. Usually, I hold up the FastTrack thing while dad zips by. *snicker* It's quite fun really, but the people are really cruel up here. They're really nice in L.A. probably because you never know who's gonna pull a gun out on you.

Writing Today's Poem [M -- As a Precaution]
Raiha replied to Heaven's Cloud's topic in Creative Works
Alone together, For the first time, Was like falling forever, Without getting up again. Being close, For the first time, Was like being strangled. Only you liked it. Feel Life, For the first time, Then the faintness, And being held close.
