1. Jaudiar: You are not really new in the field. You have been serving for 4 years, and over that period, you became dark and dangerous. Paranoid of people always hunting you, and the death of your sister, by your hand.....was too much. We tried to stop the SYF, but they got you trusting them..... Liam: ....... Rae: And I was the one who whipped you, that's why your back aches sometimes, and you dream about whips. The SYF is corrupt. Siren: They are going to undoubtedly cause your destruction. We are being watched right now. And they know we're on to it. We can do nothing....but that is life. Liam: Damnit. He ran his fingers through his short hair, pupils dialating and contracting. Jaudiar sat down on his bed and took his hands in hers. Jaudiar: Don't worry. That's our job. You just keep on recovering.
2. Some people like to point at me, And joke and tease, And they don't know. That when my doors close and the windows are opened, I'm another soul, And I'm not in control. I think that if I actually let it go and show them me, They'll laugh and point, And who nees that? Certainly not me. I'll close my doors, And wait for the future.
3. She sighed with resignation and leaned on her staff. Not only was she looking forward to this, her chance of revenge was closer than ever before. Coming up before her....she could almost taste it. That delicious feeling of revenge that filled her up like a flight through the cliffs, and into the ocean. Nepenthe: ....good. Ambika: What?!? Nepenthe: ....do not decieve the naive child Ambika. We're not in this to save the world...although that is a rather noble cause. Aidian: Hmmm....mmm...so you're in it for revenge Ambika? Some sort of twisted killing thing? The sound of grinding teeth filled the air...and Nepenthe expertly ducked under Ambika's swing. She danced out of range and waved.
4. I would read these stories....and such stuff, and what not. But I know that if I reveal who I voted for....at least two of the guys who are in this thing would not only jump me.....but also rip me in several different peices and then scatter me around the globe. *grimace* So anyways, I voted for.......*crackle crackle* *fade to white*
5. A Sidenote for Blanko: Mushu is a fire guardian. His attacks wouldn't include Blizzard. He would have variations on Fire spells....I don't think he flew in the game, and he definetly does not fly in the Mulan movie... [yes, I own that too].
6. Jaudiar swore quietly, then wrenched open the door to his room again. He was fast asleep, but that would end in a moment. Ananda had already told her what needed to be done, and it would be done quickly. Siren opened her eyes and stood up from her chair. she followed Jaudiar in and sat down next to her. Rae quietly shuffled in, and sat down as well. The three women watched him quietly. Sad and depressed. Jaudiar: ...he still thinks she's still alive. Rae: Aww....damnit. Siren: I wish we could just leave this all behind. It's obvious that SYF is responsible for his pain. Jaudiar: We couldn't of done anything to prevent it. Could we have? Siren: .....no. Rae: What about the time when he was whipped....by me? Jaudiar: I have been whipped, and visited the victem over and over in jail. He is forgiven, but must live. So must we all. The three women conversed quietly, unaware of the hidden wires taped to the IV. Jaudiar's eyes snapped, and she looked at the drip on Liam's arm. It wasn't right. She walked over and touched it. Liam didn't move. Then she ran her fingernails around the edge. And felt it. With a swift tug, she pulled the whole thing from him and threw it into the corner. Rae swiftly moved to the IV bag and looked at it. She read quietly to herself, then swore again. Rae: Isotonic .....Valium. And what looks like Pereniazol. Siren: They're trying to make him forget. Jaudiar: ...and keep him out.
7. Nepenthe: Bully for you...but I was born a girl. [I could try your method, but there's several drawbacks. First off, the bones in my hands are nothing like yours, nor are the tendons holding it together. My nails wouldn't bear the stress of slicing through the hide of such a deer as this. Alqwerik: ...I would say something cruel and unusual.... Lacroix: That's my job! Ganthor: Oh brother......sibling rivalry. Nepenthe quietly tore off a hunk of raw meat and helped herself. Boys will be boys....and toys....
8. Up till now, Nepenthe had been silent, and brooding. Not only was she terribly calm, for all the danger flashing around her, she was also looking like a succubus....for all the energy she was starting to absorb. Her anger quickly spiraled out of control and Siren leapt back. With two hands clenching, unclenching, clawing the air, she threw her whole weight forward. Her hands hit the ground and her back arched. Her whole body seemed to focus, then unfocus again. Nepenthe: Face of Fear....Run to the Valley below. Thin black shadows appeared around her hands, and spiraled upwards until they formed a rather slender shadow golem. It slithered through her fingers and charged the enemy. Nepenthe's eyes became totaly black, her body contorting with rage. Rage against the indignities done to her final home, but mostly just Rage against the bastard that had slaughtered her foster mother. If she couldn't get Pyrial now, she would at least destroy his minions...
9. *evil cold chills* How fascinating...you have quite a way with words. ~~~~~~~~~~ Jenica was thoughtful, the scent of grapes was so intoxicating, and the heat of the day bounced between the ground and the vines. She continued working methodically, carefully. Then she looked up into the sun, unflinching, basking in the warmth. The Forest of the Ages was being kind, not fickle, not harsh. The season had been a good one, and the future was not so dim...in the sunlight. She closed her eyes and thought backwards to the past she had once lived in....the echoing voice of the old Dorobo witch, Kryas, echoed in her mind. "You were born to bring safety, healing, a safe place that could not be broken. You must never loose sight of the brightness, and never succumb to the darkness that might threaten it. Keep your hope strong for the sake of everyone." Nepenthe's voice cut through the memory like a knife, and shocked her out of her dreams. Nepenthe: Jenica! Jenica: ...huh? Nepenthe: Let's keep going.
10. Nepenthe and the two beasts quietly continued through the forest....ignoring the rage of Lacroix...which was flaring louder than a rutting deer. Finally, they came upon several bucks grazing. Ganthor was silent, waiting...and Alqwerik watched Nepenthe moving. She rose to her feet, and threw the lance in her hand. It not only passed through the first deer's neck, but continued into the body of the one next to him. With a slight snarl, Ganthor pounced and finished it off. Nepenthe: Perfect....more or less. She brushed the deer blood from her tunic and took out her blade. Lacroix stared. With deft movements, she filleted the one she had slain and began to calmly skin it....then she looked up. Nepenthe: Is there something wrong? Lacroix: ...no.
11. Half in hysterics, half infuriated, Nepenthe dropped her things by the door and winged down to the vineyard. Once there, she melted back into her human self and picked up one of the reedwoven baskets. Jenica: On no need, just keep a hawkeye on that moron of a orc man. Rinalph: ...Moron? Nepenthe: No problem. Siren! Siren: Eh? Nepenthe: Keep an eye on that moron of a orc man. You already know what he looks like. Ducking under the sphynx's furious swing, she raced down the lines of grapes. With swift sure fingers, she plucked each bunch and gently placed them in the basket. Such were the pains necessary to create real white wine..... Jenica hummed to herself, her childlike body serving her needs perfectly. Jenica: ....so the Blue Mage isn't going to help us then? Nepenthe: ...No. But he won't stop us from trying to kill the Fire Witch King I think.... I hope.
12. She grinned to herself and pointed up at the dusky clouded sun. Ganthor came over, with the true Nepenthe on his back. The copy that had broken the rocks and awoken Lacroix stepped over and melted back into her. Alqwerik: ...I should've eaten the homunculus when I had the chance. Nepenthe: ...You could eat me now. But ....Lethe might get upset. And eat you and your...buddy. Lacroix: ...for the last time....WHY DID YOU WAKE ME UP!?!?!? Nepenthe: Well, it was such a beautiful morning, I just didn't want you to be wasting the day away while this sun was in the sky.....filling everything with light....and beauty.... Ganthor: Please stop...I'm gonna be sick. There were no words to describe the outrage. Nepenthe: Actually, we need to hunt. It's breakfast time.
13. A simple staff of cherrywood and iron leapt into hands, and she immediatly stood down. The stone set into her blood bonded slingblade glowed white and then dark again. Aidian looked at her, unafraid but still edgy. Nepenthe smiled and waved. Nepenthe: Come down. And know us better. Ambika: ....what are you doing Neth? Nepenthe: Trust me. Warrily, Aidian leapt down and watched them. Nepenthe stepped fowards and extended her hand. He took it uncertainly, then, as their skin touched....a silently flowing current moved through him and her.... An underlying feeling of pain and exchanging. The Makai watched them with some intrest. Why would that girl do such a thing? From what he could see, she was human looking enough. But when did she learn how to match wits with him? Nepenthe released his hand and smiled again, this time, showing feral teeth and half closed eyes. Ambika: ...hello. Nepenthe: Aidian...welcome. This is Jedah, and she is Ambika. We fight against Danomris. Whom do you serve? Her half shut eyes glinted and became even more unreal. Aidian did not lie, and watched her. Nepenthe: ....excellent. Ambika?
14. She smiled to herself. Even though she knew too much, the SYF didn't know any better...... She sighed with longing. Oh well, that's what she get for being brought up in the brothel of the Peach Orchard vow. She sighed once more and ducked the brush Siren threw at her. Siren: Stop that! Jaudiar: Sorry. I didn't notice. The younger of the two looked at her patronizingly and smiled. Then she waxed professional and quoted. Siren: The sigh's often go unnoticed by the sigher. Jaudiar: I'm gonna go check on Liam. She stood up and walked out of their apartment livingroom [LIVING ROOM! YES WE HAVE OUR OWN ROOMS!] Liam's heart rate was steady, vital signs at normal. Jaudiar smiled and watched him breathe.
15. I own Kingdom hearts, I've played it for a long time....and you think I don't know Goofy? There is such a thing called sarcasim in this world.... You couldn't tell that I didn't play the game from the way I was able to tell you all that Ars Arcanum is only a move Sora can use?
16. Nepenthe: ...the Blue Mage will not be joining us today. Or any day. The Egyptian sphynx was quiet for a time, reflecting on what she knew to be true...and what was merely rumor. She chewed slowly, thoughtfully, then smiled again. Nepenthe: I know the problem isn't only my lack of control. Siren: The Blue Mage is always a sly fox. You can never trust him. It's been true for ages. Nepenthe: I'm a preistess to the Most High, and you're telling me the obvious? Siren: ....we have made an enemy of sorts. We'll let Jenica keep on dreaming, and see what happens. Nepenthe: I hope so. The two women stared through the fields of green. The Forest held no fears for them, not with Jenica's all encompasing presence surrounding them....holding them tightly in her arms.
17. I'll edit this in a moment.... Where I come from....we call it Itsari power. She's 8,000 years old [check the signups] and you're wondering how she could break a rock? FYI, she's only about a few millenia older than you..... *mutters* Moron.
18. Ananda was quiet. Very quiet. Jaudiar was silent, and the tears that smarted in her eyes were painful. Both Rae and Siren were standing with the sisters, eyes cold and faces etched with sorrow. Ananda looked into Jaudiar's eyes. Some form of a message passed between them, quickly and almost instantly. Ananda broke the connection and exited the room. Once she was gone, Jaudiar wraped her arms around herself and closed her eyes. Then she opened them once more and the three women left the hospital. There was nothing they could do but wait. Once inside the apartment, Jaudiar locked the doors and fled to the kitchen. She opened the fridge and pulled out Sprite. Then she plopped down on the chair and chugged the whole lot down. Rae: .....damnit. Jaudiar: ....he'll live. Siren: But will he be the same? Jaudiar: I don't know anymore. There's alot he's got going against him. I can't do much about it. This whole SYF thing.....I'm starting to wonder what it's real purpose is. Siren: Like Ender's Game? Rae: ....don't even compare SYF to them. Jaudiar: I'm taking it you read Ender's Game as well then? Rae: ....aww fücking..... The eldest of the three ran her fingers through her hair and sighed helplessly. What was the meaning of their existance? The SYF had changed Liam from the happy go lucky to the cold, insane.......completely out to lunch maniac killer.
19. Hmmm....I have alot of favorites. I'll have to say Sephiroth. The Nihilistic Evilness of HE who holds the blade is just....*dreamy sigh*
20. She smiled thinly. What she had picked up from ArchSeraphim Alujah was more than enough for her. Nepenthe: Will you...or won't you...help me? He smiled at her, his voice like oil flowing on ice. Lazaza: ...why should I? Nepenthe: He is going to enslave the humans. They have a right to live freely. Lazaza: What would you know about humans? You live in the Forest of the Ages. Nepenthe: ....I have seen their pain. I have experienced it. You in your "divine" knowledge couldn't even see that. Could you. He opened his mouth to protest, then closed it again. She smiled at him happily, then turned her back. She quietly closed her thoughts to him, and walked out of the hall. He watched her go....smiling to himself. Once outside, she spread her wings and flew to her old camp. Jenica had been right about the Blue Mage. And she quietly cursed herself for going with her gut feeling. With a strength born of both cold fury and pride, she snatched her things up, then crashed through the trees before swiftly clearing the wasteland boundries and entering the Forest of the Ages.
21. The shrine preistess smiled and wrapped herself up in shadow. The Makai's leader watched her with flattened eyes. The two stared at eachother again...and the tension between the two was calm and flowing. Like an undercurrent in the ocean, tense and pulling. Jedah stared at her unvbelievingly. Not only was this spear carrying, saturnine, smart-åss acting like his equal....she was also sensing his emotions and feelings. He hated it....but concealed his rage.
22. Ummm....I think you've done better. But hey, what do I know? I write depressing weird songs.
23. Goofy can not do Ars Arcanum, only Sora. And do me a favor please Gohan. Please put spaces between your colons [:] and also your commas, and it's the Herc's shield. If you want to use the good one, use the Defender's shield. Uhhh, who's Goofy? *dumb look*
24. *exchanges a knowing glance with MP, I warned you dear. ~~~~~~~~~~~ The older of the two females eyed him warily. Her arms automatically crossed, and she went into her usual state of aloofness. Nepenthe: And can you tell us these plans of yours? Jedah: ....not yet. Nepenthe: For your information, the Mazoku currently threatening us will not prevail. Thank you. Jedah: And why do you think that? Nepenthe: ....because. She smiled broadly at him, showing her feral teeth. Two could play at secret keeping. Ambika sighed and looked skyward. These warriors would either end up together or at eachother's throats. Nepenthe quietly vaulted up to his level on her staff, standing on a fountain of water....
25. Nepenthe closed her eyes and leaned against the cold stone walls. Kryas was quiet, rather thoughtful of this whole situation. It wasn't any major concern of hers, she would survive. More or less. Kryas: Are you worried? Nepenthe: I'm not...I'm just the spawn of the Deathless dragon. It's not my place to worry. Kryas: Don't sweat it. I'm not. She smiled and leaned back again. This would be rather interesting to watch. Not only was Kryas totally unafraid, she knew there was only one thing in the world that could stop her. And it wouldn't come soon. Not from any angel.
