Squall

First form, no idea. Probably a girl. second form, it looks like King Cold, so a guy. Third form, it looks like cooler, I guess, so a guy. Forth form, I have no clue. what is it?

this is good. I've seen an RPG sucseed with less people, but to be safe, I'm going to wait a little bit before opening. Probably just till Lazerous is filled.

James searched his pocket and found a box of cigarettes. He took one out and lit it up. "That's better." He said, placing the cigarette in his mouth. "PUT IT OUT!" Damen leaped, grabbing his cigarette. She smashed it against the ground over and over. "What was that all about?" He asked. "They're attracted to smoke." She replied breathlessly. "Just my l-" Before he could continue, a hoarse sniffing sound filled the air. Across the street, a horrible creature emerged from behind a pile up. It was pale and four feet tall. It's Head was almost perfectly round, except the sides which were wider than usual. It's huge, vacant, eyes stared coldly into the night. It's large fanged mouth sat below two holes in the place of a nose. It's large ribs stuck out of a scronny waist upon two twig-like legs. It's arms were twig-like, barely big enough to hold the oversized claws on it's hands. They waited, Damen keeping James from laughing and calling out to it. It finally darted away through the streets, everyone giving out a long breath of relif as it left. "What the hell was that?" James asked stupidly, even though the answer was obvious. "That was a child demon." Damen replied shortly.

OOC: Dayday, we went to the tower of wind, but it was destroyed and now were in somewhat of a mirror version of the tower, "the tower's true nature" There's a gate we are having dificulty passing, because it shoots from the ground whenever we try to pass it. Kyru felt like his entire world had torn apart. He could feel his heart thumping in his ears, a heart that ran with demon blood the king of skulls blood. It was that blood that was now keeping him alive. Half his head screamed at him, telling him to disbelive any of this, that this girl was just another bullsh!tter out for cheap laughs. The other half told him this was all a dream, that he would wake up an a half an hour on the patio he watched the graves from. He knew it wasn't going to happen, this was reality, or as close to it as he could ever get. [i] Kaguro... all my life I had been called Starfe, the orphanige... no, I made up Starfe myself. [/i] He rested his hands on top of his face, trying to make sense of anything. [i] Demon blood... so al the rage in every town and shelter, they're all justified?! [/i] He looked around at everybody, who looked away to try and hide that they wer'nt staring. One thought made him sit up, though, the thought that he had followed all his life: [i] I must be strong no matter what happens. Weakness leads to only misery. [/i] "I think I know how to stop the fence." He said weakly, in the worst immitation of calmness he could imagine. Kyru grabbed his sword and unsheathed it. He lay the sword on the ground and held the sheath out towards the fence. Kyru took it back just as the fence sprung up and lay the sheath between the bars. As the fence came back down, it was trapped by the sheath and couldn't go all the way back in. Everyone was silent, still thinking about what Mina had said. Mina was crying, her eyes in her hands. "Listen, the past is the past, reliving it is a waste of time. I'll live for the moment." He said, getting back on the jacket and armor. He waited for somebody to get up, preferably with a big grin, but nobody moved. "Fine. I'll go alone." He jumped and landed between the spikes of the fence. The fence shot up, and Kyru vaulted onto the other side.

James grinned. "Well, uh, I gotta knife." He said, hopefull of approval. "Then you're pretty well dead." She said flatly. "Give a guy some credit! It's not like I go around expecting the world to be taken over by little girls!" "Little girls?" "Yeah, thats what the one we saw looked like." "You're in for one hell of a suprise, pal." James looked at her, his expression dropped. He then focused on the girl over his shoulder. "How bad do you s'pose they- ezzz!" She was bleeding badly, his leather jacket soaked. James fished in his pocket and revealed a roll of duct tape. "Your not going to use tape on her, are you?" "If you got any better ideas, feel free to enlighten me."

I belive there are three forces of your body. The normal one, that you are using as you read this, another one in the form of adreneline, and one more that keeps you alive. If that one may be kalled Ki, than there you have it. Before you question it, no. Monks won't start flying around blasting people from overmeditation, though, that would make one heck of a reality show.

Kyru sighed and followed Mina's instructions, unzipping the leather jacket. It fell to the ground like a block of lead. Next he threw a vest of chain link armor to the ground. The white shirt underneath was damp with blood. Along his arms ran various scars and burned in markings. "Alot's happened over the years." Kyru responded to Mina's look. His voice was calmer but still on the edge of eruption. "I need to know one thing though." Kyru's eyes looked into Mina's. Mina could only imagine what his first question would be. What he said suprised her, though. "If I truly am run through, why am I still alive?"

[i] What awaits her at journeys end, eternal mourning for her land... [/i] Azreal awoke with a start. He looked around to see that he was still in the burnt down forest. [i] I, slept? I couldn't have. [/i] Azreal got up and continued walking. He decided that sooner or later, he would have to find the warriors of prophet. After all, the prophet did show him meeting them. His wing slowly raised and contracted, as if streaching. A priest smiled at him as he passed. "It is not too late to be saved, god will forgive." "God does not forgive as much as the weak human flesh puts upon him." Azreal replied. The priest stopped. "Of course he is. God will forgive-" "Father, it is ill advised that you do not belive me. For I am Azreal, archangel." The priest bowed down at this message. "For-forgive me, holy one." Azreal walked passed him without sparing a second glance. [i] Holy one. The blade in my hand sealed the gates to the garden of eden, forcing humans to live in misery and come to this state they are in now. I slain many in the name of god, yet I still know I have a place in heaven. I wonder if that would be called holy, or damnable? [/i]

Kyru suddenly stopped, making the people behind him screach to a halt. "What is it, Kyru?" "Take a look for youself." He pointed at the nearing tower, which was now fenceless. Haru looked puzzled. "Maybe, they didn't think they needed a fence." Kovu shook her head. "No, I doubt it." Kyru took off at full speed. "Wait! Crazy ****!" Haru shouted behind him. Kyru dived over where the fence would be, and the fence shot up from the ground. Kyru did his best to spin out of the way, but the fence caught him and he shot up with it. Kyru manedged to spring loose and vaulted away from the fence. He landed on his back just as the other got to him. "Are you okay?" "Why do I have a feeling we've had this conversation before? I'm fine." He sat up and watched the fence sink back into the ground. "What now?" Haru held out his arm in time to stop Kyru from making a second attempt.

"...I think you've been fighting to long. It's called adrenaline sick ness, it, uh delusions..." He could tell that Mina wasn't lying, or sick, for that matter. His confusion turned to anger, and he fough to keep it inside. He turned around and looked to the ground. "We need to keep moving!" He yelled in a weak, cracking voice. He swung his sword in front of him, and charged into the next wave of demons. [i] I spent most of my life in an orphinage, and now this girl comes and tells me that she's my mother. All I can do is keep fighting. In a way, Haru was right. I am running, I fight alone to run from the pain. I'm not sure that's what He ment, but it works just the same. [/i]

James grins. "We'd love to, but theres this giant gate thing-" "I mean out of here!" He nods at the bar. A familliar red dot appears between Nate's eyes. James sighs. "No, Mirth. With my luck you'd end up blowing my head off too." James slowly walks back. He creeps into the bar and drapes Damen over his shoulder." [i] cling [/i] James turns around, seeing a figure in the darkness. "Just great. Are you with these morons too?" James walks out before the figure could answer. "The girl stays." Sen says as he points a gun at James. Sintch and Spiegal both point there guns at Sen. "Sorry, no time for a bloodbath. You've already beaten the **** outta her, so we'll take it from here." Nobody else raised any objections, so he casually kept walking. "Oh, right. *pulls his knife outta Sen's shoulder* can't forget this. Later." They walk down the road, Spiegal still poking at his scab. "I really don't like this..." He complains. "Where are we going?" Cat asks, again rubbing up against James. "*whisper god I love it when you do that whisper* We're going to city hall. It looks like we may be here for a while, so we may want to find out what really happened, I mean, I've heard demons, I've suspected gangs, And I'm not waiting around for midgets to rear their ugly heads.

OOC: Nice with the second tower, AF The boy watches in utter amazement, as Mina draws herself up to full height. "LOOK OUT!" Haru hacks away at a demon behind him. "That's about three times I saved your hide!" Haru grins at him. "And you won't even tell me your name, how's that for gratitude?" "...It's Kyru." "No- What? "You heard me, now get off my back." Kyru runs forward and lands on a demon. "Sword of the leech!" He yells, plunging his sword into the demons head. Miraculously, the demon doesn't die, but a purple aura surrounds it. Kyru pulls up on his blade, the purple aura going with it. The demon melts away and it's bones disinagrate. Kyru holds his sword up high, the purple aura flowing into him. He inhales deeply, as if sucking in the monster's strength. With a rejuvinated look on his face, he charges forward into a patch of demons.

Azreal suddenly felt something in ashes. He looked to the west, but couldn't see anything. The beggar was still screaming, and Azreal turned to him. "LEAVE!" The begger limped away and crawled into a small make-do shelter, where he continued to caress his hand as he softly cried. Azreal started walking, his sword put back into the sheath on his back. He came to the edge of what used to be a forest, lushios and green. But now it had become nothing but charred remains. He walked into the rubble and sat on the ground, his back to a buned stump. [i] How is it that I'm supposed to find the great warriors on this entire earth? [/i]

Ace looked dumbfounded. He waited for a moment, and then finally spoke. "You can breath now." Trixie exhaled. "...in, out, in, out." Trixie finally started breathing normally again. "Yeah, you can come along. Talk to Alex over there *points* And, uh... keep breathing." Ace watched as Trixie walked away, and he got up to go to the table, that was loaded with food. He engulfed a few cresants, and walked outside to look at the scenary. The sudan was still parked, shining innocently in the rising sun. He chuckled to himself, thinking of an image he had of the guild, where they all hung out of a helecopter and stole the statue of librety piece by piece. He heard a car door slam, and he looked down to see Dallas getting out of the sudan. "Hey, Dallas!" He grinned as Dallas waved to him. "What are you doing in my car?" "...Sleeping." "...In my car?"

The boy looks at Kovu, who is still knocked out. He shakes his head and looks up at the demon. The demon punches the ground, shaking it. The boy jumps on it's fist and starts running up it's arm. The demon howls, trying to throw him off. The boy reaches the head and sinks his sword deep in it's skull. It howls in pain and flails it's massive arms around it's head. The boy jumps and klings on to the demon's hand. The demon shakes it's hand violently, throwing him off. He dropped like a rocket towards Haru, who dived to get out of his path. "Hey, are you oka-" "I'm fine!" He said spitefully, charging at the demon again. The demon gave an unfamilliar scream, and soon the ruins of the tower were swarming with demons. "Great..." The boy mumbled under his breath. He charged through the giant's legs and dived into the center of all the demons.

"Grrrr..." James looked at Sen, his eyes still hidden by sunglasses. "You sick ****!" Sen laughed. "Careful now, this 'isn't your fight' remember?" James grinned, the others laughing behind him. "Not anymore. You see, this, is our territory. You break in, trash a dame, I'm pretty well pissed the **** off. Let's rock." James charged forward, but ducked down next to Damen. Snitch pulled out two minature uzi's and shot over James's head. Sen's group scattered from the doorway to avoid being made into swiss cheeze. James grabbed Damen and rolled back behind a counter. He layed her as flat as he could before revealing his knife and coming back out. Sen and his cronies hid behind a pile up, avoiding Mirths constant shot's James ran towards the pile up and dived over, landing next to Sen. "Hiya. Didn't think you could go and hide on me, did ya?"

Uh, what are you getting at? I think Kain and Dayday will want to introduce themselves, and there's alot more to the tower than the first corridor...

"What now?" Asked Cat, putting her claws away. "I don't know. This stopped making sense looong ago." James replied, scratching his head with his knife. "Guy's? This doesn't look good." Spiegal complained. His wound had become a giant scab. Cat made a pity face. "Aw, poor Spiegal." "I'm serious! This things giving me the creeps." "Aw screw this, lets just go to a bar, get wasted, and then try to figure anything out." James said definately. "Are you serios?" Asked Snitch. "I'm so far past the point of no return, I don't even remember what it looked like when I passed it. Er, oh yeah..." He turned around. "It was a big black gate." A few minutes later they had wandered into a bar, but sadly it had already been raided. "Geeze. This blows." Said James, falling asleep in a barstool. "Why don't we find the Damen girl?" "Cause, it's like she said, it ain't our fight." "

OOC:...huh? The boy snarled. "RAIN OF TERROR!" All went silent. The roof appeared to come off, revealing a pitch black sky. Suddenly, black rain drops started falling, scorching the demon's skin as they came dowm. The demon screamed in pain. The fighters remained still, the drops dissolving just before they touched them. The Boy stood still, his hand in a fist. He was surrounded by a black mist, his eyes now completely white. "HRAAAAAAAA!!!" The rain fell faster and in bigger drops. The demon howled inpain, thrashing wildly. Finally, one of the demon's massive arms came around and rammed against the boy, stopping the rain. "What the hell?"

"Uh, what's going on?" James asked stupidly. "I told you to get out of here!" Whispered Damen. "Who's that?" Sen asked. "He's-" Damen started, but James interrupted. "James Starfire. That's Cat, Mirth, Snitch, and Spiegal. Who are all of you?" "That's none of your buisness." He replied. "Ooh. The boy thinks he's tough." Mocked Cat, fixing steel claws onto the backs of her hands. "Are we rumbeling?" Spiegal asked, holding up an entirly tobig revolver. Mirth had already trained his gun on Sen as James pulled out a long knife. "I think we may just be. These morons think they have a territory, and I just don't like their attitude." "I've been waiting for some action." Cackled Snitch. "Hang on, let's hear em' out before we be too hasty."

"Is that what you want? To die and be a meal for some demons?" Kovu remained silent. In a flash, the boy darted from one side of her to the other. He twirled her dagger around and set it in his belt. "I think I'll hang onto this for a while." He said calmly, crouching down to put the scarf over her wound. "So now you care?" Asked Kovu, her eyes brimming with tears. "Don't read to much into this. The smell of blood attracts demons, and I'd like to keep some stubility here." He stood up and cracked his knuckles. It sounded wierd from him, but he chuckled. "Isn't that great? Your a burden alive and dead."

"Well, what happened?" James asked. "It was...demons." James snorted. "It's not nice to lie." "I'm not lying. People, started dissapearing, the demons got them and started attacking people. T-they took over the city, all of them. The city gate shut, nobody could get out... nobodies left..." She looked down. "Uh, we just came here, and there were no gates." She looked up startled. She took off down the road, James and the others barely able to keep up. They climbed over the pile-up again, to see a pair of menacing gates towering over the exit. The run through bodies were now dangeling by their heads on the spikes at the top of the gates. Their motorcycles glistened innocently on the other side. "What the hell?" "You said they were open!" The girl shot at him accusingly. "They were..."

The room silenced. The boy walked over to Haru and poured some water on his face. He didn't stir. "Well, I told you to stay behind." He murmered under his breath, leaving a cantine of water tucked under his arm. He walked over to Kovu. "You didn't nead to do that." Kovu remained silent, clutching her side in pain. The boy looked hard, seeing a greenish liquid inside the wound. "You got some demon blood in there. This is going to sting..." He took out the cloth he cleaned his blade with, and dipped into the wound. Kovu groaned, holding back a yell. The liquid slowly left the wound. Kovu tried to sit up. "Not yet, just wait a little longer." The boy wiped off the cloth and twisted it into a make do bandage. He looked up to see Kovu's face. He let out a small growl. "If your satisfied, you can start heading back." He dropped the bandege by her hand and stood up. He held his sword high, and then put it by his side. He stepped over Kovu and continued heading into the tower.

James groaned. "Another little girl?" Mirth readied his shotgun, but James stopped him. "Cool it, pal. This one don't look as wierd." James walked over, keeping his hand rested steadily on his knife. He noticed a red glowing dot on her forehead, and immediately turned around to face Mirth, who had his lasers trained on the girl. "Would you put that thing away? You're gonna give the little girl a heart attack!!" Mirth hesetently lowered his gun, the red dot dissapearing. James turned back to Damen. "Sorry, that's Mirth. The looser with the big nose is Snitch *whisper* Stay on your guard around him *whisper*, the knockout's Cat, and the guy with the bloody arm is Spiegel. Oh, and I'm James." He grinned, the girl looking at each of the people. "So, uh, is anybody here?" Damen shook her head. "Not that I've seen." James sighed. "Great. What exactly happened here?" He asked.

The boy remained silent as the rest of the people approached. "Fine, but I'm not resposible for any of you. Get me?" He shot back spitefully, continuing to walk towards the tower. "Fine." Haru said. The group came closer and closer to the tower, the boy keeping a good ten feet in front of them. The metal gate was locked with a massive padlock, pale bodies huddled around it. The fence was about ten feet tall, more bodies run through on the top spikes. A large drawbridge had fallen over and was no leaning on the gate. A small group of demon's cackled behind the bars. "There should be more of them." Haru said when he came to the gate." "It's an ambush, beyond that door, maybe twelve feet in." The boy replied. "How do you-" Mina started, but the boy cut her off. "See if you can keep up." He took off on a sprint towards the fence, and started running up it. His foot slit and he grabbed the foot of a run through warrior, using it like a bungee cord to vault himself over. He dropped to the ground, hacking a demon as he landed. With a quick swipe he killed another one and sent one flying over the bars. The demon landed on the other side next to the group. The boy leaped up the side of the drawbridge and climbed inside.
