Heh, doesn't Nami no Kuni mean land of the waves..? That one exists, even though it's not seen too much (as far as I've seen).. Here goes: Name: Kanta Ochiguzo Age: 24 Country: Village Hidden Under The Leaves (So that could be considered first country, correct?) Rank: Jounin Skills: -Arms of Flame- Allows Kanta to surround his arms in flame, at least charring everything he touches. -Shroud of Water- Surrounds Kanta in a mass of gelatin-like water (As in it stands up by itself), protecting him from many long-range attacks. -Steam combo- (cruddy name, eh?) Combines his Shroud of Water and Arms of Flame techniques to send out a large amount of steam, hiding him effectively. Description: Wears a typical Jounin uniform, with brown spiked hair and a mask over most of his face. Bio: As a child, Kanta was near the top of his class. He graduated and became a Jounin, and has taught low-level ninja ever since.

Heh... MIDIs are OK, if you've never heard the song and are not sure if you may like it or not.. Because nowadays we have MP3s and such.. Much higher quality, and they have words more frequently.. Of course, they do take a lot longer to load.. As Harry said, back in the days of 28.8k modems they were the most advanced thing.. I'm one for MP3s, myself. Heh, of course, if I had a synthesizer so I could make my OWN Midis.. That would definitely change my view on them..

Hehe, that's an uber-kawaii little chibi gal! (Oi, so many otaku words in one sentence...) Hehe, but her iris is a little curved on the right side.. So it looks a little warped. But it's barely noticeable.. The hands.. Oh my gosh the hands are so perfect.. -_- I can't draw hands. They always come out as wristless little flat spatulas.. Is that a talisman on her head..? (not the stone kind, but a paper one) Kinda like the ancient Chinese Dao-shi zombies who had talismans on their head and would obey whatever their master says? Hehe, that reminds me of Shaman King.. Amazing coloring too! 9.8/10

o_O Nice and.. Attracting.. ^_^ That's very good. Shinji doesn't look like Shinji as much as he looks like that guy from Please Teacher.. The writing IS a little funky, but in a good way. Hehe, I like Asuka and Rei's outfits.. Very nice. Hehe.. But Asuka's face is a little off.. The eyes aren't very Eva-esque.. But overall, very nice! 9.3/10

Wow, I saw all of it. That's pretty darn good! The sideview of that girl is really realistic.. I like that a lot! 8.7/10
Originally posted by Genkai I have to say this is the worst dub job ever. I never saw it on CN, since I don't have it, but I rrible. A ton of people are sying it's great, but it's not. Uggh.
Heh. The dub is sorta funky, but that fits the anime-- Intentionally weird and a little annoying on purpose. It's an "Acquired taste" anime like .hack//SIGN, sorta.. ____________ Hehe.. Last night's ep has GOT to be the best one yet.. I didn't know the Japanese had South Park.. Hehe, and the Lupin part was pretty funny. I especially enjoyed the part where Haruko was in the nightdress talking through the cat and Naota walked in. That was pleasant. And did I catch a bit of a Matrix spoof in there, when Haruko and the eyebrow dude were fighting? Senor Eyebrows ran along the wall dodging bullets for a second.. Hehe.. And when they were fighting the big hand... The eyebrow person said "He's the real pirate king!" Is that something I missed in the series, or were they knockin' off One Piece right there..? ...Poor Naota.. Mamimi's constantly messin' with his emotions..

Well, Naruto hasn't been liscensed by an American company (It will probably be Viz though, when it is liscensed) so you won't be seeing Naruto in stores yet.. Other than imported DVDs... But then I think that about 50 eps or so are out.. But I'm not sure about that. -_- *waves a flag that says "Bring the Naruto anime to the US*

Fascination with closed threads...
OtakuSennen replied to Baron Samedi's topic in General Discussion
Heh.. Of course I look at them to read silly, spammy posts, but I have another reason as well.. It's always fun seeing the witty phrases and comebacks the mods say whenever they close threads (Specifically, as far as I've seen, MaxSonic, Heaven's Cloud and Charles) and also what the humorous non-mod people on the site say, such as PoisonTongue and Wristcutter.. -
Hehe.. Well, my elementary school (I'm out of elementary school but haven't gone to Junior High yet) colors were Black and Teal. And we too were the panthers..! What a coinkydink. -_- And I'm really not sure what our Junior High School's colors are.. >_< I've never actually stepped on the grounds yet..

Hehe.. Very nice, Sorax. ^_^ It looks almost like the real thing, if you put in the background and shaded it more in some parts.. But yours IS a little angular at the tips of his hair... And his katars (the weapons) are a little 2-D on parts, if you ask me.. But very nice! ^_^ *waves a Sora flag* 9.5/10

*drools over the Faye piccy* Hehe.. Uh.. Yeah, it's good. ^_^ The background is pretty simple yet intricate.. The picture is well-selected as well... I can't really see anything wrong about it... 9.4/10

Hehe... ^_^' Yes, Shaman King is very good. In my opinion, it's one of the best manga out there... However, the anime has pretty much been butchered. 4Kids entertainment, the people that brought us Pokemon, has dubbed it, and everyone sounds really weird.. However, there was a thread not too long ago in here about Shaman King.. ^_^'
A clip from IGN.com: August 07, 2003 - Early Thursday at a Nintendo held analyst conference in Japan, the company said that it would release a version of Wario Ware for home GameCube console. It also stated that it is in development with another GameCube Zelda title. The GCN build of Wario Ware will debut later this year in Japan, according to the company. It is not known if it will link with the already-released GBA version in any way. Meanwhile, the next in the Zelda series is officially slated for a 2004 release. No details on either game were made available at the conference. However, designer Shigeru Miyamoto recently said that the next Zelda game would retain the cute, cel-shaded presentation of the hit 2003 release, Wind Waker. We'll have more on both as information becomes available.
(A little off-topic considering the Wario in it, but just ignore that. ) Yep, a new Zelda game (Not counting Tetra's Trackers or 4 swords) already in production.. Hehe, I wonder if the people who work on Zelda always make the games with the fact that they're definitely making a second game in mind. *head hurts* So.. Windwaker, Wario Ware and Metroid Prime 2 all in the same year.. Hehe, that's be pleasant. EDIT: >_< D'oh. I completely misread it all... Uh.. heh heh. I'm tired and I can't think straight...

Gaming Is anybody still addicted to Animal Crossing?

I have Nookingtons, even better than NookMart! Take that, sir! *turns around and runs into pole*
:p We did, but we got bored of our old town and restarted... >_< Tommy and Timmy are even more annoying than the Nook-man.. Their poor minds being warped by the evil that is Tom Nook.. -
Mwahahaha.. I have some. (Why did I laugh maniacally? Felt like it, I suppose) -I Annoy people too much -I Crack my knuckles -I let people walk all over me (literally, sometimes) -I sleep in late -I go to bed late -I spend all my time on the internet And most of all....: -I spend all my money on anime, which is a bad thing to other people, but I'm fine with it. ^_^' That's me in a nutshell.. On the cons side, I mean.

Heh, I suppose I'll get it.. I'm not that big of a fan of the Sonic franchise, but this one looks pretty cool. I don't see much wrong with Rouge the bat (other than her voice actress person was quite annoying) and her levels could get really irritating.. But team Chaotix.. Are all three of those characters new for this game, or did I miss their intro somewhere along the line...? *just found screenshots of team Chaotix* o_O Uh... =/ Is it just me, or do they look like modified clones of various characters...? Other than the crocodile, I mean. Heh.. Now on second thought, I think I'll rent it and see what I think then.
Ultimate Gohan originally wrote: She's caught all the fish and got a score of like 100 from the Happy Room, and I've got a 12
All the fish? Hehe.. My brother has done the same thing... Now he literally can't carry any more money and has all the house expansions, whereas I've only had one.. >_< Durn Tom Nook hasn't sold a fishing rod other than that one time, despite the fact we have a NookMart. But 100 and 12?.. *tilts head* Aren't happy room ratings normally like 5,000 or something?.. -
Hehe, I'll definitely check it out.. At the Anime Con in Anaheim in July they were showing people how to play.. The line was really long so I didn't get in it, but I watched over peoples' shoulders, and it looked really interesting.. The cards were nice and high quality too.. They were pretty thick. It all looked like it fit in well with The World.. The player's mat and the backgrounds of the cards and everything... And the card in the mail thing sounds really awesome. I've stopped playing Yu-Gi-Oh now... :p Time for a new money-blowing TCG for me to obsess over. *hums the .hack//SIGN opening theme*

Heh, I have a few little things I do... 1) I tend to curse at my computer when I have to restart (which is approximately 10 times a day). 2) I try to keep my post count above 10 posts a day, and now I'm going paranoid because I'll be gone for 2 weeks without computer time... 3) I tend to annoy friends of friends on AIM to the point where they warn me to 100% and block my user. But I really don't annoy them THAT much... -_- 4) I oftentimes make the mistake of running my Winamp along with my AIM and surf the internet at the same time, resulting in having to restart. I never learn my lesson.. 5) I spend nearly all day hoping that my semi-g/f will log on so we can talk. Those are the five I can think of at the moment.. I'm sure there's more.. There are many, many more.. I'm pretty sure.

Hehe.. That's a great idea.. Now I'd like to see a Hellsing one.. Powerpuff Hellsing.. Mweheheheh.. ^_^ I'd put that on my PC, but my parents aren't too into anime wallpaper. -_- That's heeee-larious!

Hehe.. I'm only 12, but I have planned out a decent amount of my life... I plan on applying for Stanford (Or is it Standford..?) and majoring in probably something involving literature... And then I want to be a teacher, preferably for a college or university.. ^_^ I'll probably teach Japanese if I work at an American university, but if I'm really lucky I'll move to Japan and teach something involving the United States, whether it be a US history class or English as a second language..

Well, I for one, believe in it. Tsukasa is a very troubled child in real life, and he mentions in the first episode that he is glad that he doesn't have to "go back to that ludicrous world." From that, I believe that means he spends a ton of time on the game. Plus a lot of sites show .hack timelines.. And it says that Tsukasa first began to play The World about 2 years before .hack//SIGN.. (Or something near that) If he plays the game in all of his free time, dungeon crawling (he is not the type to socialize more than dungeon crawl, it seems) he is bound to level up quite a bit... So that's why I believe that he is about level 99.. But that's just my thought. -_-

Hehe, yeah, for now I think I'll change to Rei... But Semjaza, how do you get your banner to do that? That is a really cool feature I didn't know was possible...

OK.. KKC's computer is not letting her reply to messages right now.. But she wants me to post this for her:
KKC originally said and told me to post: Hey, I asked Dark Death to post for me because my computer is having trouble. He doesnt even watch .hack because it doesnt come on in Brazil.... Hey Dan, How I found out your name... thats mine and Crim's secret... heh. Well, actually, most people who replied to this in the past dont even come to Otaku anymore. And most have changed there mind about it too. Except for the damned Dan. *cough* I agree about this thread being pointless now... Except for getting more posts... I may report it sooner or later... but I wont for now ^^ You suck Danny Boy.
Now I really don't have an opinion on that right there.. ^_^' I'm just doing a favor for KKC.

Hehe, it's about this failing college student (Either that or high school, I really haven't read it) named Hideki who just moved to the big city from a small town, and he is amazed by all of the robots that look like young girls who help their human masters with various things. These are called Persocoms.
A Chobit is actually a "Super persocom" that has a different effect on other persocoms.. Chi happens to be one of them.
He doesn't have the money to buy a persocom, but he finds Chi in the trash, and all she can say to begin with is the word "Chi." :p This is really, REALLY not for most kids.. There's a ton of adult stuff in it (but just nudity, nobody ever really does anything, as far as I know) and they've got some pretty harsh language in it at points... But the manga is worse.. So I hear. -_- Hope that helped! ^_^
