The (Sic) Shape

"Defend the tower!" Vincent heard someone yell as Winglies soon began to surround the area. Vincent simply smiled as his sword began to swirl with dark energy. "ATTACK!" He heard both a dragoon and a winglie say. In seconds he charged at the winglies, the dark energy of his sword now surrounding him as he stabbed through one of the winglies, and watched as the dark energy dissipate his flesh. He turned to see winglies nearby who witnessed his attack tremble and tried to keep their distance from him. Suddenly, the dark energy around him bursted into small orbs and hit the winglies around him. Vincent simply smiled as the winglies screamed in pain and fell to their death. "HEY! You!" A dragoon yelled out to Vincent. He turned to face him. "We need more help defending Tower 1! Get over there! We can take care of rest!" Vincent just nodded and took flight toward Tower 1.

First of all, some of you may remember this and I must be crazy for trying to bring this back but oh well. There have been several changes, but all in all its the same. Otacon explained. ?And why am I here?? ?I was hacking in the Pentagon for to find more information on Metal Gear clones and I came up with a top secret file. About eighteen hours ago there was a call directly to the President stating that a terrorist group calling themselves FOXHOUND have taken over the entire fortress of Outer Heaven and have taken hostages from every soldier and worker, counting to at least one hundred.? ?But why call themselves FOXHOUND? It was disbanded about five years ago,? Snake said, confused. ?It?s not the group name that?s interesting. It?s the leader of the group that is. The person who called claimed to be Revolver Ocelot.? ?Ocelot!?! We haven?t seen him since that Big Shell incident, and that was about a year ago.? ?I know, but I matched the voice from the call to a previous voice recording and it matches,? Otacon said. ?So do you think Metal Gear?s involved?? ?That?s what I?m getting to. They say that if their demands aren?t meant, they?ll launch a nuke and they plan to use Metal Gear to fire it.? ?Could it possibly be RAY?? Snake asked. ?There?s no other way. After a whole year only RAY has the capability to launch a nuke.? ?What are they?re demands?? ?Only two. They want to transport 30 billion dollars to a bank account in Salzburg. Only two hundred kilometers away from Outer Heaven. I?ve already set up everything here and if you can?t stop them before the money is transferred I?ll hack in during the transfer and stop it,? Otacon explained. ?And the other?? ?This one is really strange. They want the entire evacuation of the Manhattan city area.? ?What?? Snake asked, ?Why?? ?How should I know? That?s one of the few things we?re going to find out.? ?Alright. Does the public know anything about this?? ?No. You know the government prefers to keep things under wraps. Besides, if the public knew there would be a high chance of panic. But all the government has done so far is dispatch a team of the best soldiers they got,? Otacon said. ?Anyone we know?? ?Just one, Meryl Silverburgh.? ?Meryl!?!? Snake exclaimed, ?What?s she doing here?? ?Well, after the Shadow Moses incident she remained in the military. Since then she?s been involved in a lot a counter-terrorist operations. She?s one of the best soldiers in the military. ?Has there been any recent status on them?? ?No,? Otacon answered, ?The government lost contact with them six hours after they were sent in.? ?Okay. So what are my objectives?? ?The objectives is to infiltrate Outer Heaven, of course, find Metal Gear and confirm if it is RAY, rescue the hostages, and as always, disarm all the terrorists. Also if there are any of the soldiers from the first dispatch found help them. What you want to do first is up to you. The story starts a year after MGS2 and the person who assumes the role of Snake will make his way through the jungle-forest, into Outer Heaven and must complete the objectives mentioned above. Along the way Snake will be ambushed by the terrorists and will have to go through traps that were set, such as Now FOXHOUND aren?t the only terrorists. They also have the Gurlukovich Private Army with them. Also, Solid Snake will not be the only good guy. We?ll also need some people to play as the survivors of the first group of soldiers sent in, including Meryl. After stealing the specs to Metal Gear REX he sold them in the black market. Now every group, organization and dot com have their own version of Metal Gear. His arm was replaced with Liquid Snake?s and he is somehow able to take over Ocelot?s body when Snake is nearby. He hijacked Metal Gear RAY from a Tanker, killing his old friend Sergei Gurlukovich in the process. He was involved during the Big Shell takeover and revealed that he was a spy to The Patriots and that the takeover was simply to create a training simulation so that ?anybody can be shaped into Snake.? After escaping with RAY he went to kill The Patriots only to be given a fake location. For a year he looked for mercenaries to help him and re-recruited the Gurlukovich Private Army. Without a leader, Ocelot became the new leader of the private army. His true agenda for starting this take over is unknown...

I have several favorite bands, which so many of the people I know says that its just "a bunch of loud screaming and noise." So by now you've guessed that I listen to heavy metal and a bunch of hard rock. My most favorite bands include SlipKnot, Marilyn Manson, Metallica, and some older bands like Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, and Iron Maiden.

Seinfeld truly is one of the greatest and funniest shows of all time and I still watch it to this day. But out of all the characters my favorite would have to be Newman. He's just weird and hilarious, yet devious, and I love how he continously rambles on about stuff that doesn't really matter, such as "Oh how've I longed for this day Seinfeld. The day when I can haul you out of you're cushy lair, and expose you to the light of justice, as the monster that you are! A monster so vile-. And he just gets cut off from there. As for favorite episode, I'm not sure since I love alot of them, but right now I can only think of the Bubble Boy episode. I really loved the part about the "moops". That was funny.

Im not really sure because after I read this I decided to download some FF music myself and I came up with the regular FF music and some techno related themes, and some of the artists were unknown while some were apart of the official soundtracks, but I'm not really sure if that's true. As for your question if FF would be better with techno themes I prefer the classical music over techno becuase It makes it seem more dramatic.

"Well," Valentine motioned at Angel, "Let's go. We'll meet you guys on the otherside." Both Angel and Valentine left the room and quickly grabbed the grapple rope from the office across the hall and took the stairs leading up to the roof. They stopped at the hatch entering the roof, and prepared their weapons in case if there was going to be anyone else up there. Valentine slowly opened the hatch and only saw the remains of a parachute. "That must be the parachute Starfe used," Angel said. "Yeah, but we should hurry." They walked all the way across the roof from the hatch. Valentine looked over the edge of the White House and saw a window below them. He signaled Angel to come over to him. "Okay, I'm going to head down and breakthrough the window below us. Once I'm in amd clear the room you follow me. Got it?" Valentine asked. Angel simply nodded and set up the grapple as Valentine grabbed onto the rope. He then slowly started to rope down until his feet touched the window. He then pushed back and kicked through the window, and entered the room. Valentine quickly got up to see Angel roping down into the room. Once they were both in they were about to call Starfe and Chris until the door to the room opened, seeing several terrorists entering the room...

Both Shape and Maverick appeared in Dun Loireag, and they were both starting to become completely wet, but they remained in front of the chaos gate. "Hey," Shape started, "Thanks for helping me out back there." "Don't mention it," Maverick answered, "But what I'm mostly interested in is that ability you did on that Mod, giving her all those status effects. What was that?" Shape just looked at his right hand, staring at the symbol on his palm. "To tell you the truth, I'm not really sure what I did. Maybe it was given to me by that upgrade program I recently got." "You mean the "Upgrade of Twilight"?" Maverick asked, "Because I also just recently installed it." "Really? Then I guess this is normal." The two of them started to go off into deep thought, and they just remained there for several minutes. "Well," Shape said, "I'm going to head off into another server. See ya. I got a feeling that we'll meet again." Shape pointed his blade at the chaos and gate and warped out. _________ Come on guys, let's get this started up again.

Valentine let out a sigh. "I guess we're taking the scenic route." "But what IS the scenic route?" Chris asked. "Well isn't there another way up from the forth floor?" Angel asked. "I'm not sure," Starfe said, "But it's possible, but don't you think that we should come up with another route if there isn't a way up from the forth floor?" "We could take the roof," Valentine suggested, "And find a window to get into from there. Since there's two routes and four people, we should split up. I'll take the roof. As he was about to prepare the to land again he stopped again, and asked Garai, "Do they plan on confiscating this ship after we land?" "It depends, possibly," He simply said. "Okay," Hak said, he then muttered to himself, "Crap, I could've scored a bunch of extra pocket money with this ship, and repairs would've been a snap with the upgrades they used for this ship." "What did you say?" Garai asked. "What? I didn't say anything," Hak answered, a big grin on his face, "Now we can land." Hak started up the ship and the ship soon was moving toward the planet. It started to become more harder to move around as the ship started to enter the planet's atmosphere and everyone in the cockpit grabbed on to something. Soon everything returned to normal. Cross of Redemption: A simple wooden staff in the shape of a cross where the bottom is spiked, so he uses it like a pike. It is mostly used as a finishing move as he makes the soul of the body that is stabbed become purged, then destroyed. They say that crosses are one of a vampire?s weakness, but this cross makes humans weaker. Personality: Most of the time he is quiet, but becomes a complete psycho in the presence of blood or in the heat of battle. He is also arrogant, impatient, and acts religious. Bio: Vincent has no recollection of his past life but only up to the point of his death and that he was a priest. All he remembers of his death is that a group of vampires ambushed him and killed him in a church. He then woke up, and found himself impaled on a cross, and a crucifix stabbed through his heart, which remains today. Even though he is a vampire, he still remained a priest, for he believed that both God and Satan had given him a new life, and a new purpose. Ever since then he has killed humans and vampires alike, including the very same group of vampires who killed him. How he killed was interesting. Before he would kill he would ask his victim if they had any sins to confess. Once they did, he would stab them with the Cross of Redemption, and purge their souls so they could be led to Heaven, while those who didn?t confess were instantly killed, and taken to Hell. Soon Vincent was given the name ?Priest of Death? by humans and vampires. He is feared throughout Europe and is constantly hunted down by the AVD, Lowendove, and CVD, so he would remain hidden time and time again. Even though he has killed for hundreds of years he has never really fought in battles of the war between humans and vampires, but only witnessed them. Now that the war has reached a new turning point, Vincent and a group of other vampires have formed the OVD, to prove that vampires are the dominant species. He is called "Padre" by members of the OVD for he is a priest.

Clyde yelled out in frustration as he walked out of the inn. He remained silent as he started to make his way to the bus station. Clyde then heard footsteps coming torward him. He turned around to see Minami catching up to him. "So what are you going to do now?" Minami asked. "I'm going to the bus station and head for New Augusta," Clyde said, "Hopefully I can catch up to Vash the Stampede." "But do you really think it's true? That after all this time I've been with a drunk that was really the humanoid typhoon?" "Well, he doesn't act like the Vash that I've heard from stories and rumors," Clyde said, "So what do you plan on doing now?" "I guess I might as well follow you to New Augusta," Minami said, "I'm not going to let him slip away from me." "Then let's go. He's only about a few hours ahead of us." The two quickly found the bus heading for New Augusta, paid the fare, and took a seat in the back of the bus. Clyde let out a sigh as he relaxed in his chair. "We got about ten minutes before the bus leaves so we should just relax," Clyde said.

Shape took up his blade and blocked Gingetsu's blade. He was pushed back and started to mutter a spell, but nothing happened. "Sorry," Gingetsu said, "But I've put up a barrier so you can't cast any spells or escape." She came running up to Shape ready to slash again. Their blades clashed again. They were both trying to push each other away. "Maverick," Shape called out to him, "Try to take out the barrier while I hold her off!" Mavierick remained still. Both Shape and Gingetsu could tell that he was trying to turn off the barrier by hacking. Suddenly, ice began to surround Mavierick. It shattered around him and he was kneeling down, weak from the spell, and there was no way that he could heal himself. ?Don?t bother trying to take it down! The barrier has no effect on me! I?m too powerful for you two! I?ll simply cast a spell on you!? Gingetsu yelled out. Shape was taken off guard and Gingetsu attacked him. She slashed Shape several times and soon he was on the ground. Gingetsu stood over him. ?Now hold still while I ban your character,? she simply said. Shape couldn?t believe that he and Mavierick was taken down so quickly. Suddenly, he felt his right arm began to shake, and he stood up, looking at his palm on his right hand. Shape started to see a weird symbol appearing on his palm. Gingetsu then held her blade over her. ?I told you to stay still!? As her blade was about to hit him, his right arm moved for no reason and the symbol on his palm faced her and suddenly, four beams came out and pierced through her. She screamed out in pain and kneeled down on the floor. When everything was quiet, she realized that she was inflicted with several status effects. ?H-How did you do that!?!? Gingetsu started to cure herself of the status effects while Shape just stared at the symbol on his palm, breathing heavily from what he just did. He didn?t even know how he did it. Was this what the "Upgrade of Twilight" was meant to do? He snapped from his thoughts as he felt Mavierick grab his shoulder. ?I got the barrier down,? he said, ?Let?s get out of here before she finishes curing herself.? He pulled out a sprite ocarina and the two teleported out of the dungeon.

Shape walked into a large room and spotted only a portal floating in the room. He let out a sigh. After five floors of monsters he was getting tired. He quickly ran up to it as three giant monsters appeared and surrounded him. Shape jumped up and quickly slashed through one of the monsters, instantly cutting it in half. He then turned around and faced the next. He started to mutter a chant as fire started to appear around the monster and it quickly burned to ashes. Shape then ran up to the last monster and slashed it repeatedly. He let out a sigh as everything calmed down. ?[i]I wonder why they closed this. After five floors there hasn?t been anything interesting. Oh well, I?m not going to stop now.[/i]? After going down to the next floor he followed the path leading to a hallway. Shape stopped suddenly has he saw that the door to the next room was sealed like a gate. ?[i]I guess this is the reason why they blocked this area. There must me something beyond it.[/i]? He touched the gate and closed his eyes. He then let go after about a minute. ?[i]Strange. I can?t hack through the gate. What?s going on? Oh well. I might as well get out.[/i].? He pulled out a sprite ocarina and was about to teleport, but he didn?t go anywhere. He then turned around to see someone walking toward him.

Rumors of ?The World? being the reason for all the recent comas and ALTIMIT and CC Corporation?s denial in the rumors have caused the sales of the game to drop, as well as players began dropping out of ?The World?. But unbeknownst to the public, ALTIMIT and CC Corp have come up with a something to take the public?s attention away from the recent rumors as well as to pin the blame on someone who have caused players of ?The World? to fall into comas? __________________________ [i]ALTIMIT and CC Corp have recently announced of a new and rare upgrade program called the ?Upgrade of Twilight?. It can be acquired by either finding it and buying it in the real world or search for it in the dungeons throughout ?The World?, but the chances of finding it are little. It is said that the ?Upgrade of Twilight? has the ability to greatly increase your stats. I thought that once I got it, my hacking skills would be better and less noticeable but even though I have just acquired this upgrade program in ?The World?, and asides from the new clothes I have been given, I don?t feel any different?[/i] ____________________________ ?The World?-Theta Server Dun Loireag The entire highland city seemed to be calm and peaceful as players were chatting, going through shops, and forming parties. The only thing that seemed suspicious was a male player clad in red armor who had his weapon, a katana, pointed in front of the chaos gate, his eyes closed, and remained perfectly still. If anyone had stopped to notice this player hadn?t moved from his spot for about a minute. Suddenly, his eyes opened, and he flashed a small grin. ?There,? he simply said, ?Chosen Hopeless Nothingness,? he muttered as he suddenly vanished. He then reappeared in a dark field.
