Well thanks, I won't have to glare at you now, lol. Well I'm sorry I took up your time so I'll say it again, thanks. I don't think I need it to be changed at all. It matches well. So yeah, I need to say thanks in my sig, right?
It wasn't a problem, glad to help. You don't have to but I'd appreciate if you did.

I never really got attacted to a blanket. I had a stuffed animal that I absolutely adored however. My grandpa got it for me from California when he went there, I live in Phoenix, AZ at the time. I was one or a little younger. Its a stuffed dog with a grey body, black ears, and a black nose. I've gone through several of the same one actually. I forgot it once in a K-Mart kart, amonge other places. I lost at least three of them. I couldn't live without it though, I would'nt stop crying untill I had it. So each time my grandpa went back for another. I eventaully got the last one too. I called him doggy. I'd sleep with its mouth on mine every night. When I was about seven or eight I got a Precious Moments teddy bear at a small store next to K-Mart. Which I called Teddy, ironically. I couldn't live without either of them. I still have them in my room on the shelf in my closet. I slept with them untill I was fifteen or sixteen. ^_^ Both are in pretty good shape, but the dog has been sewed several times.

Here you go. This took me sometime so I hope you like it. If there is anything you'd like changed ask.

Well there is no show I'd particularily consider important. ~_^ However, out of that list I enjoy[ed] The Simpsons, M*A*S*H, and Kung Fu. JAG isn't too bad either, but it doesn't compare to the others in my opinion. I watch TS and Mash when I can. Most television shows these days are crap, worthless crap to rot your brain, such as reality shows. I can't stand them. Why are they so entertaining? I'll never understand the facination. *gags*

Well put Siren. Actually with the way schools are now, kids will be getting smarter, or at least know more than they should at a young age. First grade isn't how we remember it. They no longer make arts and crafts for Thanksgiving, or have nap time. Younger kids are being loaded with un-godly amounts of homework for such a young age. I'm not sure if this is so through out the whole United States however, but I'm sure it will eventually. *votes wrist cutter for president*
I was going to say that, damn you! ^_~ Anyway, I buy a lot of things which you'd associate with Goths: Dragon posters, New Rock boots, black clothes, things with Tribal/Gothic designs on them, jewelry... and I tend to like rock music over other types of popular stuff (most of my collection is comprised of film soundtracks). I even have spiked hair. If that was how I described myself, people would instantly think I'm a 'Goth'. But I'm not, because I don't consider myself to be one. I've always said that trying to generalise groups of people is a stupid thing to do. Yeah, you can do it by what clothes people wear, but the values and other various aspects of those people mean that not every one of them is the same thing, so trying to define what a 'True Goth' is is pointless. You'd have Satanic 'goths', Wiccan 'goths' and 'goths' that really don't give a damn about the music or religion and just like the clothes. Does that mean that if you aren't a Wiccan or don't like heavy rock then you aren't a Goth? I think people should be allowed to be whatever they want to consider themselves to be and not worry about how other people label them.
I agree completely. I've dyed my hair blue/black, and I like rock music, and I'm a Christian. I don't wear all black, but I seem to wear it alot. I'm not goth, regardless of what anyone else says or thinks. I'm me, and I define myself as the short Anime obsessed girl who loves drawing. I dyed my hair black because I liked the color, and its something diffrent. ^_^ Labels are annoying. Its simply an easy way to define how a person is before you get to know them. People often don't want to know them because of how the person dresses. I try to be open with everyone. I don't believe there is such thing as a 'true' Goth. Everyone is diffrent.

Art Original character ink & CG
SaiyanPrincessX replied to SaiyanPrincessX's topic in Creative Works
Meh, I know Semj. I just wanted to show the diffrence I suppose. Although I guess it really doesn't matter. Thanks `hEvN. I apprieciate the feedback. I haven't excetly mastered cging, so I don't exactly know to make the lines smoother, without losing the quality. The original I inked, then scanned, so it has much better quality lines. -

I can never find a decent host. I can't upload them here unless I resize them, which I'm trying to avoid. Here they are, hopefully working. CMYK version RGB version -
I haven't posted any drawings in awhile so heres something new, along with the cg version. CG (CMYK) CG (RGB) I don't cg very much, although I'd like to do more. Its only my third attempt, and the best out of the three. I wasn't going for any specific style of cging, mainly just practice. Please give me your thoughts about the orginal piece and both cg versions.

I'll be starting my Senior year this month, and turning 18 next month. I was born in Phoenix, AZ but moved to Ohio when I was 10 1/2, where I currently live. After I graduate I plan to join the military, very high probibility. Either the Navy or the Air Force. After that I'd like to goto Tri-C (Cuyahoga Community College) to take various Japanese courses. I also would like to goto an Art school, but I'm not sure where yet. My career plans are to be a Manga Artist. I'm really into Anime, manga, drawing, and martial arts. Those are four of my passions. I took Tae Kwon Do when I was 16, started in December 02', but had to quit after only a few months due to money and transportation problems. I will be starting again soon however, despite the fact that we're still really low on money. I still don't have my drivers license, unfortunetaly. Which makes things difficult. I hope to get it before summers out but my parents are never able to take time off to take me to the classes and such.

Art Rate the Sig and avatar of the member above you.

I like the simplisticness of both. The Panda is adorble aswell. I don't like the fading of the banner though, then the flashing of the text. I think it would have looked much better with a simple still font in the top left or something. I'm not fond of the font itself either. -
Forgive me for bringing this back but I saw this last night and didn't want to make a completely diffrent topic to bring up my thoughts. I loved the artist look at the ideas of what 2035 would look like, although its the same look as many futuristic movies. With the "flying" cars look. I'm sure thats how it was introduced in the book, or not. I also liked the design of the robots. Usually I portray them as these big, bulky, designs. I've just now realized that the older robots in the movie looked very similar to those in The Animatrix. Anyway, I think it could have been better in the acting depatment. I didn't feel a real connection with the characters. I agree that the majority of the movie was very predictable, except, in my opinion, when
Sonny helped detective Spoon. I assumed he'd been corrupted, or however you'd look at it, by Vikki.
The can't tell exactly what happened at the end. o.O I guess, as my dad mentioned, The Matrix is more believeable because it was all happening within your mind, making almost anything possible. I agree with him on that. Overall, on a 1 to 10 scale (1 being the worst) I would give this movie a 6.
Second of all there's a rumor that Will Smith went out for the part of Neo in the orginal Matrix movie.
Thats not entirely true. He was asked to play Neo, but he refused because he thought the whole concept of The Matrix was confusing. I believe I'm correct on this, although I could be mistaken. Then his wife goes and stars in them. :p Will Smith as Neo..I just wouldn't be able to grasp that. Lol.

Hey I haven't seen you on in awhile. ^_^ Your getting better Sty. You've drawn the folds really well, but I think the shadows need some work. The wrist looks odd aswell, out of proportion. Aside from that its great. Keep practicing. ^_~
-
Quite nice. The horizontal lines make it appear to be a wallpaper that you'd put on your house or something. That would be cool, heh. However, I don't like the colors. The purple stands out too much distracting the eyes from the drawing itself. I think you should have gone with a lighter/cooler color. Such as a light grey or light blue. I'm also not fond of the dark shadow coloring on Yuna's face/leg. I think that should be toned down a bit. Aside from those few things I really like the style and overall composition of the drawing. Its quite cute too. ^_~

Here you go. I wanted a bigger image to work with so I found one instead, I hope thats alright. If you'd prefer one of the other two images I can always redo it. You might want to delete one of those sigs so another mod doesn't get on you about it. ~_^
-
The picture I used for the sig was the best I could find, so I hope it works for you. If you'd like something changed then just ask. ^_^
-
Heres the sig. As for the avatar..Hikaru from what? There are several Anime's with a character by that name.
-
Here you go. I wasn't sure whether you wanted your name on it or not so I did it anyway. If you'd like that changed just ask.
-
Here you go. I started it hours ago but wasn't able to finish it untill now. If you'd like something changed just ask.

Anime Best and worst anime(s) and why
SaiyanPrincessX replied to Chibi Devil Me's topic in Otaku Central
A few of my favorites are Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, & Rouroni Kenshin. Ah, the typical favs. ^_^ Cowboy Bebop: You can find every emotion in this one. Alot of comedy mixed with drama, great fun. It also has a great plot, and I love the artwork. Artwork is always a huge plus for me. Trigun: This has a very interesting plotline. The concept is original and well constructed. I really enjoy the extensive humor. Its always great to see Vash serious, then a second later lose it. The characters are interesting, and once again the artwork intrigues me. Rouroni Kenshin: I'm a big fan of Samurai, so this fits my need for Samurainess. Kenshin's cool facade, gentle nature, and compassion for others, and also being a very powerful swordsman really lure me in. Awesome artowrk and plot. As for my least favorites. Reign and Big O take the cake for the worst Anime for me. Reign: I hate the character design, and whole style. The whole thing was rediculous. I don't see any appeal in this whatsoever. :twitch: Big O: This reminded me of Batman or something. I didn't care for the whole concept of this one. :/ -
I saw it a few days ago when going to see HP3, which was sold out that day. I saw that yesterday however. Anyway..overall I really liked it. I can't say whether I liked the first or the second better but I will say that I thought the begining kind of dragged. I think there were alot of uneeded scenes that could have been cut completely. I find myself rolling my eyes at some of the notions. I think my favorite scene was
Spidey trying to stop the speeding train.
Such fun. ^_^

Thank you for your honesty xx____forbidden, I appriciate it. ^_^ Here are a few more Same as before, C/C. Sexeh girl Jordan playing games This is suppose to be a Chibish version of my brother. Jesus-ThePassion Its obvious what this is from. His head in the background is men't to be a silhouett. I don't plan on inking it, I'm afraid I'll ruin it. -_-; Power boy I got the idea for this from AppleGeeks.com. Art Samurai Champloo: Fuu-Jin-Mugen
SaiyanPrincessX replied to Hittokiri Zero's topic in Creative Works
I've never even heard of that Anime. -.-; Anyway, I'm glad to see an old artist finally posting stuff. I'm not sure I like the red being two diffrent shades, it looks strange to me. o.O' I like the set up though. Its simple and to the point. :p As for the buttons, I think it would look great either way. I'm not sure which would be best. :/
