[COLOR=Indigo]There are quite a few that I am obsessed with at the moment. [B]Korn - "Alone I Break" Korn - "Y'all Want a Single" NIN - "Hurt" NIN - "Closer" Foo Fighters - "Best of You" Maaya Sakamoto - "Kiseki No Umi" Strongbad - "Techno" Halo 2 Theme Super Mario Bros. Theme Lifehouse - "Somewhere In Between" REM - "Losing My Religion"[/B] All I seem to do lately is listen to music and these are my most played tracks. The Strongbad one has to be one of the coolest though, if I listen to it for an extended period of time, I would get a headache. Closer and Y'all Want a Single are the ones I listen to when I'm in a good mood and the rest I listen to when I am not feeling 100%.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Indigo]And no one mentioned [B]Crazy For You[/B]? -pout- From my years in drama, this has to be one of the best I worked on in all aspects. The set changing was a lot of fun. Anyways, even to this day I have the songs branded in my head. I really love this play more than the others I've seen. Well, there is the Sound of Music, but I only saw the video, not the actual play on stage, so I will not count that. But, Sound of Music is awesome too.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Indigo]I am pretty much introvert myself. Even when I am with friends, I am socially withdrawn. Like, I'm there, and I participate in the activities or talking, I'm just not heavily into it. I spend most of my time analyzing, observing, and lost in thought. [/COLOR]

[COLOR=Indigo]I only have three classes, yet no finals. I am just lucky I guess. Well, I already did a final in my health class last week. Psychology, there is no final, and in History, the teacher will be in Amsterdam when our history final is suppose to take place. I am sure that spring quarter at my college, I won't be so fortunate.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkRed]Ok, nicknames... [B]Japan[/B]- isn't it obvious? When I did change my username to Ryli, I was still called Japan. I guess the consequences of my days of being a Japan/anime fanatic shall always haunt me. [B]Ninja[/B]- I got this nickname from a couple of friends who play Halo 2. They gave this one to me because I never use my guns in Halo 2. I just stalk and smack with my gun. 99% of all my kills are done in that way and I get the most assassin medals then anyone. [B]Siena/Devi[/B]- My two characters from a text MUD I play called Achaea. When I am out of character and talk with my friends from there on MSN or AIM, they always call me by my character's name most of the time.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkRed]Even though it was spammy and more often than not, ridiculous at times, I still miss the picture forum. I miss a lot of the old members that left or just disappeared: Shaun, Kittylyn, BabyGirl, Braidless_Baka, Shinmaru's sister, Ajeh, etc. I joined back in 2001, heh. It's been a long while. But really, things come and go, and no matter how disappointing, I guess we must move on. I remember the craze in the anime forum that dealt with .hack//SIGN. Shy posting this and that, as well as several other views on what a certain something that deals with that show in some way means. Even down to what certain letters represent that are on the DVD cases! Anywho...some threads as of late I do admit have gotten irritating. I even stopped coming here for a few months. Just got to shrug them off, or ignore them all together. I feel like Otakuboards lost some of that 'fun atmosphere' but it is better than most message boards I've seen. Better than dealing with, "OMG u got 2 c tis!"[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkRed]When it comes to Halo and Halo 2. I absolutely hate the solo and campaign play. The only reason why I play those two games and love them is because of the multi-player option. I love Goldeneye a lot too, don't get me wrong. I've spent countless nights playing that. I do not like RPG's in general but I do find Pokemon and Final Fantasy VII a lot of fun. Though, I only really like Pokemon Red Version. Anything after that got kind of gotten old and boring. I did like the radio in Gold and Silver though. Anyways, I feel that the later pokemon games are far over rated. Nothing is better than the orginal pokemon game. Another I feel over rated would be Guild Wars. What's so special and different than WoW? Please do not call me biased or lame because even if I were to try it on my computer, my computer would freeze and not work. Plus, imagine playing a game like that on dial up.[/COLOR]

That stage is the stage where people such as yourself are confused, or somewhat unsure of their sexual orientation...usually. Since you are in this stage in life, you may be homosexual, you may not. Anyways, I am very much a tomboy as a male is well, male. I hated to dress up and more often than not, had more guy friends than girls and hung out with just the guys. I'm not gay or anything. [COLOR=DarkRed]Oh what the heck... Many throughout the years know me as Japan_86 or Japan. I am still called that oddly enough, anyways.... My name is Laura Martin and I am currently 19 years of age and live in Eastern Washington. I didn't live here all my life and I used to move around a lot since my father used to be in the military. I was born in Florida but England would have to be the best place that I ever lived. I miss it there very much. I am a single reluctant college student that enjoys writing, drawing, and as of late, reading. Some of my favorite books are: Memoirs of a Geisha, Hot Zone, Echo in the Darkness, Many Waters, Shogun, and An Acceptable Time. I read non-stop. I have very many friends all over the world that are special to me in many ways. I hate Math, I love history and love computers. I haven't watched much anime as of late or even television for that matter, but I got into anime around the year of 1998. I've seen well over hundred and there are many yet that I wish to see. Unfortunely, I spend my time playing a rather addictive text RPG called Achaea and chat with friends. As for movies, I do not watch many of those either. There are some that I enjoy and love but I haven't had the time to watch them because college is taking much of my time, especially now. In the next couple of summers I plan to live in England again for a year, as well as spend a month or two in both Europe and Japan. I had a chance to go to China but it was a tad bit on the expensive side. As I've mentioned vaguely before, I am in college. I only just started going to a local community college last September. I am not sure what my major is exactly, but I hope for it to be in either Art, History, or English. Of course I am a female and as some of you, or many of you know, (depends on who is reading this) I have long brown hair and brown eyes. I am slim with slight curves and I have a sweet and sarcastic personality. Aye, I do have two siblings. I have an older brother that is 24 and a sister that is 22. My parents are still together and I have a black lab as well. She and I are like glue since she never leaves my side when I am home. Anywho, since about July, I rarely came here, but now I am trying to pick up the slack and try and become more active.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkRed]I have been snowboarding ever since I was a Freshmen in high school, which was about four years ago. I haven't advanced too much since I am afraid of heights, heh heh. I can snowboard just fine now though and I enjoy it very much. I started when my family moved to Washington State and near some mountains. My family had a French exchange student that really loved to snowboard. Wanting to be different from the rest of my family who are all skiiers, I decided to learn snowboarding. Besides, I also heard from several people that snowboarding is harder after learning how to ski. If I ever get passed my fear of heights and going to fast, I'm sure I'd be able to try halfpipe and so on.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkRed]There's shogun as well as Tai Pan. Cloud of Sparrows, um, Eragon and Eldest, there is another fantasy series called Prydain, or something like that. Tai Pan, Shogun are by the same author. The first three are historical fiction and are set in Japan, and or China...I think. I am not sure about Tai Pan. Eragon and Eldest are in the same series and are about Dragons. The other fantasy series are children books but entertaining books nonetheless.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkRed]The year of 2005 was quite a struggle for me, I admit. From guy troubles, to pets dying, getting stabbed in the back by friends countless times to graduating and starting college. All I can really hope for would be a somewhat normal year in 2006 as well as a more happy one. From Charlie to Derek (who was being an emotional selfish jerk) to Charlie again, to Joe. All a pain the butt. It's been hurtful and I've been an emotional wreck all year. Also, my friends Pearl suddenly hating me. Now when I am in the same room as her, she pretends I'm not even there. Others hate me now cause I supposively 'hurt' Pearl. My friend, Emily hates me cause I broke up with Joe...so the drama. My cat, Cosette died one week before my high school graduation, and my dog, Shannon was put to sleep a week after. I did get a new dog for my birthday, her name is Guppy. Overall, my first semester of college came and went. It was lonely and depressing as I never talked to anyone outside of class. My sister will be married within a week and I feel more lonely and depressed than ever. Anyways, I'm rambling, so I'll end this now. I hate the year of 2005. I hate it with a passion.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkRed]Guilty pleasures...hmm. I have a few. Concerning video games, I love to make my characters or whomever I am controlling go in circles over and over. In Halo, I also like to make my master chief squat and spin in circles repeatedly, as well as driving the warthog humming the polka music in Red Vs Blue while I drive till I get blown up with a rocket launcher or tank, hehe. Another one would be playing the chocobo mini game at the chocobo forest in FFIX. Peck, peck, OI, treasure! PECK PECK PECK >_> I also like to bounce up and down and run all over the whole house singing silly songs and making noises. I know, how odd or weird is that? But it is fun and the only way to get rid of my hyperness. You really should try it![/COLOR]

I doubt you are even mature enough for a relationship at the moment, so get out of the situation and don't date. You'll save a lot of heartache that way and stressing over things such as this. Plus, you don't have to post endlessly about your problems on a public message board on the internet asking for advice from people that don't know you. You may think..."I'm a teen!
