"There you go." The nurse said calmly. "Would you like me to give you a pass back to class, or would you like me to call your mother to pick you up." "I'll go back to class, thanks." She walked out of the nurse's office, as she started her MP3 player. She looked towards the ground to avoid anymore teasing by anyone passing by. Ian Van Dahl's 'Castle In The Sky' was blasting loudly through the headphones. She turned the corner and looked through the window to the parking lot. Many of the people that were in the nurse's office were out there. She looked at her torn bag, and looked outside again. She wrinkled the pass that the nurse had given her in her hand. Laura threw it into the garbage and ran outside, curious to see the what he others were up to. By the time she was out there, it started to rain. The most of them drove off. Laura slumped her shoulders and walked back inside the school slowly and back to class. In her Japanese class, the teacher scolded her for being late and without a pass, as she sat down in her seat. A girl from behind poked her in the shoulder. "What do you want, Krista?!?!" Laura whispered irritated. "What did the loser do this time?" Krista snickered. "Shut up!!!" Laura yelled. "That's it, Laura." the teacher sighed as he wrote something on a yellow piece of paper. "Take this with you to the principal's office." "But she..." "No buts...now go!!!" "Damn..." Laura scowled underneath her breath as she picked up her broken bag once again, took the pass and walked out. Krista was laughing the whole time.

I haven't read it, or seen it, but I mostly definitely think that it is good. I saw the trailer for it. From the looks of it, VERY hilarious. I can't wait to read/see this. It is on my 'must see/read' list for sure.

The bell had rung for Laura to get out of Science class. It was pretty boring. After that girl left, Laura secretly pulled out some random manga book of hers out of her backpack, and drew for the rest of the period. As she walked along the hall to get to her next class, which was Japanese, a group of girls in tight short skirts, high heels, and tight shirts with plenty of midriff and cleavage stopped her. "Hey, why do you walk funny?" they chimed in rude voices. Laura gave them a quick glance and continued on her way...not saying a word. "Answer me, you wretch!!" the aparent leader of the group yelled, with her anger rising. Laura continued on, but in a more hurried pace. "Stop you disabled freak! You good for nothing toe walker! You are so stupid!" the girl yelled. Laura looked down towards the ground walking in an even faster pace as a tear trippled down her cheek. The girls ran catching up to her in seconds. They grabbed Laura's arms, ripped off her bookbag, breaking one of the straps, and throwing it aside. The girls slammed Laura into the lockers, their sweaty hands grabbing the collar of the poor girl's shirt. Laura whimpered in pain, as they punched her stomach several times as well, as giving her a black eye. As the girls finally let go, Laura slumped to the floor. Tears now streaming down her face. The girls walked away seductively as they laughed, and laughed. Laura slowly stood up, wincing in pain. The final bell already rung, and she hated being late. So she grabbed her bag by the good strap, and walked slowly to the nurses office. When she got there, she collapsed on the floor, crying heavily.

I only recently got into wrestling, and I love it a lot. I find it very humorous. World Heavyweight Championship: Batista vs. Triple H I think that Batista might win this one....from what I'm told...and what I have seen on RAW, I have no doubts. WWE Championship: John Cena vs. JBL I hope that John Cena wins....mainly because I loathe JBL. John Cena is also pretty cool as well. I really enjoyed seeing him wrestle live. Women's Championship: Christy vs. Trish I don't know them, nor do I care. Whenever there are girls wrestling, I change the channel. I start watching the show as soon as they are done. Shawn Michael vs. Kurt Angle I definitely think that this is the fight of the night as well. Kurt will win, that's for sure. Randy Orton vs. The Undertaker I know nothing about Orton, but I hope that The Undertaker wins. He's pretty cool, and I love his entrances. Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio Eddie all the way!

I definately think that suicide is selfish. I mean, if I went through with it, look at all of the people I would of hurt, and the friends that I have now, I couldn't be there for them like I am currently. What stopped me then was thinking of those consequences and also my dog that I love very much. From experience...just because you are having a bad day, week, month, year, or years, doesn't mean that it'll never it get better. You just have to remember to keep your chin up and tough it out. The waves will soon calm down. I was in a very deep depression for four years, and during some of that time suicidal. Now I have plenty of friends, and things are going well for me. I am happy. I used to get teased a lot for who I am. That still happens today. People can be so mean.

Laura looked over to the girl that just sat down next to her. "Hey!" she whispered to the girl. "Is that Hello Kitty that you are drawing?" The girl nodded. "Laura! Please pay attention in class," the teacher snapped. Laura looked up from the drawings, and bit her lower lip. "Sorry, Mrs. Stevens." she replied nervously. Laura grabbed a loose leaf sheet of paper out of her binder as well as a pencil. She started to write something on it. She wrote, "What other things do you like to draw? I love to draw a lot of stuff. What is your name? It seems like you are new here." She slid the paper quickly and siliently to the girl, as she watched the teacher pace back and forth, back and forth talking about molecular structures. Damn this is so boring, she thought to herself. I'd much rather play my Tekken 5 at home than be here. Ugh! This class is taking too long!!!! With that last thought, she started to glance around the room and watch her fellow classmates drool, snore, and day dream during that boring lecture. At least they are more interesting than that idiotic teacher talk her lips off.

It sure is affecting us out here in the Northwest. I only snowed three of four times total this winter, and the rest of the days either nice weather we get in April, or cold weather like in October or September. I remember that four years ago we had snow on the ground from November till March. The East is taking all of our snow! >_

Last time I heard on the news about this, she was responsive to what was going on around her. Sure she may be disabled, but why starve or kill her? Being responsive to your surroundings doesn't make you a vegetable. If this was the case for all people with disabilities, our country will act much like the citizens in Sparta.

Name: Laura Martin Age: 18 Gender: Female Appearance: Click Here Personality: She is rather shy when she is around people she doesn't know. Only her close friends knows how she really is goofy and talkative. She wants to make sure that all of her friends are ok, and she loves to listen to people and their problems, even though that adds stress to her everyday life. Bio: When she was born, she was diagnosed with a disability. The disability called cerebral palsy. Even though her disabilty is very mild, and she looks and thinks normally, she was teased all her life. From grown-ups saying that she'll never amount to anything to kids her age making fun for her walking funny. Some grown-ups were even mean to her as well. Laura hated to go to any social events for the longest time. She even tried to commit suicide when she was twelve years old. She tried to choke herself to death, but the thought of her beloved puppy made her change her mind. She continued to have this ongoing depression throughout middle school and high school. Hating all of the idiots at her school, she loathed school with a passion. She is a very talented artist. Also, there were either guys trying to get her to bed with them, or not bothering to talk to her at all. She continued to survive the day with her video game gadjets and her MP3 player hooked on her belt loop.

I'm very excited for the PSP. Though I'll never get one, my friend is. He also owns the DS, so I play that every so often. There is so much more that you could possibly ever do with the PSP than the DS. There is only one good game out now for the DS anyways, and that's the Super Mario DS. I just tried Yoshi's Touch and Go...I grew bored of it after an hour. I have a lot of high expectations for the PSP. I can't wait for it to come out.

Anime Whats the best anime convention you have ever been too, if any?
Japan replied to Lennex3's topic in Otaku Central
Which anime convention? I've never gone to one yet, but I'm going to my first one soon. It'll be the Sakura Con, and I can't wait at all. Not this time, but I'd like to cosplay as either Sailor Jupiter (it's easy, ok?), or Lulu. Panda told me that I'm going to have a blast, so I'm taking her word for it. -
Yes, I agree with you there too. The Quran could indeed have been changed. Now tell me, do you have proof that it's been changed? No you don't, hence, you cannot use that argument to disprove the legitimacy of the Quran. The possibiity[/B'] that it's been changed is there, but so far what have we seen? There are copies of the Quran that are almost as old as the time of it's revelation, and they are identical to today's copies. I think that's pretty darn good evidence that the Quran hasn't changed, wouldn't you agree?
What proof do you have that the Bible changed over time?

1. What do you feel makes an Otaku? Does a collection of anime have anything to do with it? Does cosplaying? Does frequent watching? Does reading manga? Does collecting manga? Does collecting merchandise? Does knowing everything about the animes they watch? As long as they like anime, they are an otaku. 2. Is it alright to discriminate when watching anime? What if a fan does not watch Evangelion, Hellsing, or Beserk, for various reasons, but knows everything about her fandoms? I don't care what they like and don't like. I'd hate it if someone did that me. I like what I like, and hate what I hate. You can't change that. 3. Is it alright for a fan to watch 'Americanized' anime? This refers to Yu-gi-oh!, Pokemon, Shaman King, etc. What if they watch it uncut? What if they refuse to? Whatever floats their boat. I like the Pokemon movies, thank you very much. 4. Should all anime fans know, or be in the process of learning Japanese, romanized Japanese, and kanji? They don't have to. I am currently learning the language, but not because I love anime. I love everything Japan...food, culture, etc. It is hard...especially when you start learning the kanji. ¬_¬ 5. Is it alright for a fan to watch Pseudo-Anime? (Teen Titans, Totally Spies, Shinzo, Avatar) They can be entertaining. Though I am not into Teen Titans all that much, and the others not at all, I still find them somewhat interesting. I personally prefer actual anime. 6. If an Otaku is discriminate about violence, and sexual activity in anime, is that alright? Whatever floats their boat. 7. Do you feel that there are many female Otaku who watch mainly non-shoujo anime? Yes. I am one of them. I enjoy all types and genres of anime (no hentai of course) From Sailor Moon to Akira. 8. And lastly, how do you feel about Otaku below the age of 15? I doesn't matter what age they are. If they like anime, let them enjoy it....that is....not letting a seven year old watch Akira. I believe that you should stick to the age ratings somewhat. I started when I was twelve, so no biggy.

I would wait till it is accepted and then email Adam about what you want to do to edit it. You just have to ask really nicely, lol ^_^

Fanart is just a fan's drawing of an official image or copyrighted thing. They may be good at copying what they see. By that I don't mean tracing. They may be good at looking at a picture and drawing the same exact thing on another piece of paper. I do that all the time, and I know others who are very good at that. Also, they may of seen some various fanart that they really like, so they draw that fanart in the way mentioned above. I like to do that also. It helps me to become a little better at drawing the specific character. Or, just like Tony said, it'd could be the same artist, but on different sites. I do that also. I have some of the same drawings here and also on deviantart.
Oh I see what you mean, but just so you know, Muslims believe that the story of Jeus really is twisted around, and many aspects were left out. His story was altered after his disappearance. He never claimed that he was the son of God, and although some people suggested it, he alsways denied it. I wouldn't say that all his disiples were liers but many of them were. Some of them continued to try to convince people to convert to Christianity/"Islam" after his disappearance. They started claiming that Jesus was the son of God, to make his miraculous birth make more sense to the people, and convince them to convert. They knew in their hearts that he was not, but to them I'd say the lifestyle taught by Christianity was more important that the fundamental aspect, which was believing in One God only. Before you kow it, people start worshipping Jesus.
We are all sinful in nature no matter how much we try to be good. We all lied before. So that means that we are all lyers in a sense if you think about it. God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are part of the Holy Trinity. Meaning, three in one. They are all God. That's what Christians believe. It's not like we stopped worshiping God to follow Jesus. We believe in all three. The Holy Spirit is the conscious or spirit that enters our body after we accepted that Jesus died and rose to wash away our sins. How else would you describe Jesus's birth? He was born of a virgin. The Holy Spirit entered into Mary's body, and she conceived a child....Jesus.
I wouldn't find it surprising if Jesus knew that some of his disiples were liers. Muslims also believe that he knew that Judas would betray him, and he did state to all his disiples that one of them will betray him. Through God's will, Jesus knew which of these men were liers, which of them were traitors, but he kept silent. God knew that some people would associate Jesus with God, but he allowed them to. This is a test from God; who will believe such lies?
Everyone lies...not just a certain few. Jesus is the son of God. It's not that if God allowed Jesus to know. Jesus is part of the Holy Trinty. I also remember you stating that the Quran told you how to pray and that Christianity just told you to pray. You don't need to pray a certain way. You don't have to face a certain direction, don't need mats, or even need an alter to pray. All you do is speak from the bottom of your heart. You could kneel, fold your hands, whatever. As long as you talk to Him, he doesn't really care how you pray. Jesus just wants you to be His best friend, and believe that He died and rose again.

As some of you may know, I'm a big Lulu fan. (FFX) I was playing in photo shop the past few weeks, and this is what came of it. This first one is of a really good cosplayer, and the backround image is of Devil May Cry 3. Talk about mixing your games, lol. This is of the same cosplayer, but I played with several different effects. I made this banner from one of Juu's pictures. The orginal image can be found here My current banner My welcome banner for my myotaku. A few years back when I was living in the UK, we had a tornado of all things! I lived about four hours or so from London if I remember right...near Cambridge. Anyways, a tornado touched down over one of the stores and the building took quite a bit of damage. A tornado in the UK? Who would of thought.
Yes, the American Shonen Jump does currently have Naruto as a main feature. However, I'm not exactly certain as to where they are in the series, as I've not had the chance to read one in quite some time.
They are to the point where Gaara first comes into the story. I like Shonen Jump mainly for Shamen King, Naruto, and Hikaru No Go. I typically prefer manga to anime anyways... Other than that, I don't ever read any other manga magazines, though there are some manga also in the NewType mag.

I had to write some poetry for a project, and here is one of them. Please tell me what you think. The Substitute I came to school one day to find My teacher wasn’t there. Instead a stranger sat inside With fine unruly hair. Class started out quite well that day But soon grew most annoying. Because of many silly rules This teacher was employing. He wouldn’t let us talk at all Especially no idle prattle. We students all rebelled at that And soon began the battle. Airplanes, they began to fly And spit balls they did hurl. They landed everywhere About the room was much awhirl. We were too big to act like that This teacher strongly stated. Down the aisles he did pace He was more than aggravated. He made us sit up straight and tall And face the front of class. He seemed not to care if school was fun How could he be so crass? The minutes they ticked slowly by The lesson was so boring. Someone even slept that day We could hear him snoring. Our teacher was not happy, That we gave the sub some flack. But we were really happy, When we had our teacher back.

I just bought my first ever system this past Christmas. It's one of those new slim PS2's. Well, my brother received a German PS2 game from a friend, and since I'm the one who owns a PS2, he gave it to me. It doesn't work when I try to play it. My PS2 can't read it. Is there any way to fix that, or I will never be able to play it no matter what?
