1. Getting sick sucks. My mom made me sick when I just got over my cold. FML
2. 24 hour Disney movie marathon STARTO GO

3. Your post reminded me James. I had two opportunities to go to Japan and Brazil and there were promises that I would get to go to both. ( and when the first trip to Japan fell through my junior year, I was promised to go when I was a senior. However the teacher failed to mention that he was only going to Japan every two years. I never got to go and a 10th grader took presidence over me on the initial trip just because she was going to Greece next year. )
4. I prefer hand writing over typing when it comes to most things. Obviously my social life on the internet requires the use of the keyboard. However when it comes to creative writing, class notes, and such I much prefer my pencil thankyouverymuch. I remember back in the day where we hand wrote these little notes, fold them in interesting ways and pass back and forth. Now it is mostly texting. When it comes to texting or anything internet, I personally hate shorthand stuff. Write coherently please. When it comes to letters I still write Christmas cards and thank you letters. It gives me something to do to give myself an opportunity to write. Anyone think that cursive is dying? I only use it for my signature admittingly but that is because it is so difficult for me to write cursive.
5. I never got an easy bake oven. I never wanted one either. I am wise to not ask for anime or video games. If I did ask for them I wouldn't get it. Though surprisingly my parents buy me Doctor Who books. I learned to not expect anything and appreciate what I do get. Afterall it is the thought that counts.

Snow

YAY ANOTHER SNOW STORM. But my dog doesn't want to play with me in it T_T
7. Did you guys realize that when you listen to the podcast through earphones, that boo comes only in one ear and korey only comes in the other?
8. Last time I was without Internet I marathoned final fantasy 9 and finished a little over a week. I did the same for final fantasy 10. Pokemon is also great for times like that. When it comes to not having Internet temporarily, I do any number of things. I read a book, go for a run, clean my room for once, and play with my dog.

Snow

I had snow since like nov 19-20th and we had a blizzard warning and it was below zero last night. Yeah yay for lots of snow.
10. Well, you will have to think of the people who are young or don't have the ability or the availability to do it. If you are a college student living in an apartment off campus and you don't really know how to cook, perhaps a Big Mac is your extravagant meal of the day. Thanksgiving is not about turkey and stuffing your face with a home-cooked meal that will feed you for two weeks. It is about being thankful for what you HAVE and not take things for granted. Yeah some people may be lazy but think about it. That burger or chow mein might very well be the best meal and sometimes their only meal of the day.
11. [s]I am having a bad day. Does that still count?[/s] YAY CHIBI-MASTER DAY
12.
and i live in southern California! yay! temeperatures have dropped to the sixtys here (gasp!) so you may wanna wear a long sleeve t-shirt.
I like my snow thanks ^^;;
13. I mostly lurk in the TheOtaku chatroom from dinner time till late night depending what is going on with life. (Very sporadic and at times I don't pay attention to chat. Several know this) If you want to chat more personally my info is in my profile. Just tell me who you are when you add/IM me.
14. Isn't it odd when four of your friends get engaged within a month's time? It also seems especially odd when two of them are sisters: the oldest, and the youngest.
15. Ahhhh I remember those days...nothing but InuYasha, Dragonball Z, and Full Metal Alchemist reruns night after night.
16. I stopped with CN and AS a little over two - three years ago. I either watch stream, download or buy my anime now. It fits my busy schedule better anyways.
17. I would be nice to hear Aussie!James again! Do you have a better microphone now, James? I would also like to help with the podcast too if you need it.
18. Oh my gosh, Tonks! That video is very refreshing. I love it.

She is a redhead
She is clothed! (No cleavage)
LIGHT MAKE-UP!!!!! (I cannot stress this one enough)
I really like the artistic direction of this video. It is directed more towards interpretive dance than anything as well. I just love how it seems so natural. Thanks for sharing!
19.
I started watching Ouran High School Host Club a couple months ago, but I haven't really been keeping up with it. But yesterday, I started to watch Lucky Star, and I actually like it. Oo But I am still waiting for the second season of FMA:B to start up. <33333
At least both Lucky Star and Ouran High School are both under 30 episodes! It shouldn't be too hard to pull through them.
20. Reusing wrapping paper is only difficult when you have toddler boys who like to rip up the paper and jump into the pile like it is a big pile of leaves. Though we really try!
21.
your mom is so cool! i wish i had that non-pressure invironment... plus i always have to walk outside and throw away all the wrapping paper... and its always like six so its cold.
We try to reuse as much paper as we can so that we can save on money for the next year. My mom gets us all gifts that are things we need but it is fun to open them anyways.
22. According to Today In History, the 11th hour of today in 1918, WWI ended.
23. I have Christmas shopping all done and wrapped. I just need to buy five more things and make some jewelry. I finished the wrapping while watching Mary Poppins last night! :D I started Christmas shopping in July. :d I like to get it done as early as possible because I get horridly busy this time of year and I depend on buses for transportation. Freezing cold weather and waiting for buses. DO NOT WANT!
24. Storms are awe worthy because of their power but can be very scary. It's crazy. I lived in Illinois, England, and Florida before moving to Washington state where I live now. I had to deal with earthquakes, thunderstorms, wind storms, hurricanes, and tornados. I even remember a tornado touching down on RAF Lakenheath in England sometime before I left in 2000. I know this is wrong of me, but I miss tornados. The Inland Northwest is too dry and hilly for that to really happen. ):
