Advice please (mature responses only please)
kenshinsbabe replied to ChibiHorsewoman's topic in General Discussion
I've read alot of these posts. Most of them say that you SHOULD press charges. I'd say you're in quite a jam, but I wouldn't press any charges. I mean, HE'S YOUR BROTHER!! COME OOOOON!! Give the guy a break. Even though this does seem pretty bad, I'm sure there's another way to let him know that this made you mad. And you're right, he should have known better, but still, he's your brother. If my sister did this to me, I would want to kick her a** SOOOOO BAD, but I'd just be mad at her for a while and then, once she paid me back, I'd get over it. I also agree with Baron Samedi. You can warn him that if he does it again, you'll call the cops on him THEN. If you haven't done anything about it yet, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS!! -
Those of you who are into J-pop (Japanese Pop) know that H.H.P.A.Y are pretty popular. Unfortunately, they've made a big mistake (in my opinion) by making a tv show. They are a great duo, don't get me wrong, but making a tv show about them? I just don't think that's all that great of an idea. Any thoughts?

People speak of true love and that everyone's got their own true love. Can they really hold to it? I mean, if God really does hate someone, wouldn't they be granted a lifetime without true love (one of those "there are things worse than death" things) ? Well, here's kind of an example: At band camp, I met this guy. I had feelings for him and I kinda wished that he'd had them for me. We went our separate ways and, about a half a year later, I learned (through a long process of events that I'm sure you don't want to hear cuz it's long, complicated and boring) that he had the feelings that I'd hoped he had. Unfortunately, he lives across the state from me and I'm going to be moving after I'm done with school this year. Does it seem that fate has it in for some people? I mean, surely some of you have worse stories to tell than that, but that would mean that we're all in the same boat and that we can share those stories, give and recieve advice and comfort.

Is it just me, or are kids who are younger just more stupid? You see, at school, I'm in band and i sit next to a seventh grader, myself being an eighth grader. Obviously, she doesn't know how things work around here. She never puts the music folder away, she never hits the right notes and she never gets the key signature right. I suppose that only music people will get that stuff, but I'm sure other people share my thoughts.

Not to embarrass any REAL wiccans, but you guys are just wannabes. I know plenty of real wiccans and I can tell just by reading your posts that you are not wiccans. Give up the sharade now and stop giving people like me a bad name!

Strangest song you've ever gotten stuck in your head
kenshinsbabe replied to ChibiHorsewoman's topic in Noosphere
my sis once listened to the weirdest song ALL NIGHT!! It ended up in my dreams and stuck in my head every day for a month and it goes like this. I wanna fu*k a dog in the as* I wanna fu*k a dog in the as* then, they go on to more demented subjects and by the end, its I wanna fu*k your mom in the as* I wanna fu*k your mom in the as* It's so weird. -
This was a really great movie with love, death, vampires(of course!! it's in the name!!),and a little bit of comedy. What I'm here to ask about is this: Is there a Vampire Hunter D series and are there any other movies? Those of you who can't answer my questions can just talk about Vampire Hunter D (all aspects, which means any mercandise, series, any other movies, and so on). have fun!

I didn't steal that from Family Guy. If anything, they stole it from me. Besides, I barely even watch that show, so I've never seen that episode. -When fishing with a bobber in a shallow pond, you move the hook back and forth and watch the fish chase it around -On long car rides, you hang your head out the window like a dog. (I do that sometimes. A Mexican guy yelled "Aye yi yi!!!" It was messed up. . .) -
There are disorders where people are, like, emotionally disturbed and such. Usually, the disorders are caused by deaths in a family or traumatizing news or something like that. But can someone suffer emotional trouble for no reason? Like, they feel lonely all the time and act happy to cover it up, or maybe they're sad all the time as well and act happy so no one suspects them?

I actually had this dream just last night. I was just at band camp for a week, so naturally, my band camp friends are in it. Only me, my roomie, whom we'll call Becky, and a boy I met there, whom we'll call Kevin. We were walking around with the entire band camp cuz we were supposed to go somewhere together, but we got lost in some old abandoned town. Don't ask me why. It started raining and the counselors didn't want us walking around in the rain, so we just picked a random building and walked in. It was a movie theater. In the seats, there were skeletons, so no one really sat down. Everyone faced the front. I turned back and the skeletons had turned into zombies. There were two little girls in the very back. One kept turning into a cat demon and the other had sharp looking bull horns on her head. All the zombies started getting up and about half the group had been eaten by zomies before we got out of the theater. When we got out, we saw zombies everywhere. As though they were alive. Everyone was eaten trying to get out of the town except me and Kevin. All the zombies started surrounding us and trying to eat us. I woke up when the swallowed Kevin up within a group and began to eat him. Wonderful way to start a Monday, eh?

These new commerciols for the Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Space Ghost and Sealab 2021 are really demented, almost scary. With all the skulls, weird images, and strange music is quite. . .demented. Any thoughts?

I have anime dreams all the time. It usually doesn't matter if I've seen it lately. Like, a few nights ago, I had one of those kind of dreams where the dream starts and you're in your room trying to sleep. Then, Kenshin (from Rurouni Kenshin) came in through my window and said he wanted to show me something. So I followed him to my friend, Sam's, house. He said he wanted to show her the thing too. They came out of the house, then Kenshin said, "Okay, let's go!" Then, I saw the entire Wolf's Rain gang run by in their wolf forms. We followed them to the Bebop, then Spike said, "Hurry up, it's about to start!" And then I woke up. To this day, I wonder what everyone wanted to show me. Hmmmmm. . .

People say that the kind of music you listen to can define what kind of person you are or what mood you're in. Strange, because, undoubtedly, there are girls on these boards that are like me, and have huge mood swings. Also, I listen to all types of music, which I'm sure many of you do. Right now, I'm in the middle of moving really far away from my best friends to a totally different state and lately, I've been listening to My Immortal by Evanescence alot and, as my older sis says, I've been crying in my sleep. So, does this mean that the kind of music you listen to puts you in a mood, or is it that the kind of mood you're in determines what music you listen to?

Some people say that it's healthy to keep a diary of all your poems. Like, from the very first one you write. I've been writing poems for a few years now, and I've never had a poem diary. Sometimes, I just write about what's on my mind. For example, my sister made me really mad one day and I wrote a poem about how I would love to be alone and by myself, to be cut off from everyone I hate. But then, the next day, I saw a guy and I started to have a sort of crush type thing (but I didn't know anything about him. I just saw him holding a guitar and he played really well. He looked so poetic, and, well, you could say that I go weak in the knees for music. . .) And then I wrote a poem about how I would love to be with the man of my dreams. So, I want your thughts about poem diaries and how they should be used. Please and thank you!! ^-^

As any of you who've seen Moulin Rouge know, Christian (one of the main characters) says this, exactly: "Above all things, I believe in love. Love is like oxygen. Love is a many splendored thing. Love lifts us up where we belong. All you need is love." I stand true to that. I believe in love. In fact, I think I have enough beliving in love to share with all you non-believers. My personal opinion is that people who don't believe in love have either never experienced it or have had a bad experience with it and refuse to stop being a drama queen and get over it. For those of you with this problem, STOP BEING SUCH A DRAMA QUEEN AND GET OVER YOURSELF!!!!!!! Alright. That was my post. I feel better now.

Well, MaroonLagoon3, you and I have quite a bit in common. I also like music, country, and horses, which I'll never have until I move out (how sad, eh? ;_; ). Also, I'm an anime guru and manga guru. Also, I love to act and sing and I have quite a talent for writing, if I do say so myself and I have my friends to back me up on that. In fact, I'm writing a story. It's over 50 pages strong, so I have hope in that!! ^-^ I want to learn how to play guitar. Not the electric kind, the original wooden kind. If I should say, that kind of guitar turns me on. hahaha. . .

Only a few songs can make me cry. Mostly movies do it for me. Concrete Angel-I forget who sang it, it think it was Martina MicBride, or someone like that. The song itself made me cry, but then I saw the music video and I was bawling for days. Where Were You-I forget who wrote this song too, but after 9/11, he made it. The first time I heard it on the radio,I was crying silently in the backseat so that my parents didn't hear me and make fun of me. That's about it,folks!!

I always used to get Barbie dolls for my birthday and for Christmas when I was younger. I never got any Ken dolls, though. Anywho, when I was little, I didn't know what I wanted to be when I was older (I still am deciding ,but with fewer choices). I used to think I had a knack for hair cutting. I'd cut stuffed animal hair, but mostly Barbie hair. Once, when I got mad at my sister, I cut off an entire head of Barbie hair and put it in her cereal. I got in big trouble when my mom saw a huge, Fruit Loop covered hairball and saw me walking away with a hairless Barbie doll. hehehe. . .

When people become teens, they either get really unruly or extremely annoying. My friend is getting extremely over dramatic and it's getting on my nerves, another friend turned into a bit of a control freak and soon, it will be my turn. I'm not sure if i'm scared or what, but i just want some reassurance. I'm one of the youngest in my grade and most of the teens in my grade (which is practically everybody) are either mean and bullyish or annoyingly obsessed with thinking that they are dark and mean and not realizing that they are being a drama queen. I don't want to turn into any of that. I want some advice about becoming a teen. thanx!!

I like Starfire. I like how she really doesn't know what's going on and she makes a fool of herself trying. Except I feel bad for her sometimes because she makes a fool of herself. I also like how she and Robin are in love with each other and everyone else knows it, but the pair of them are too scared to tell each other. Although it is kinda soap opera-e, I like it. WOO HOO!! GO STARFIRE!!!!

I think that those shows give blondes a bad name. If you ask my opinion, I think they both are snobby, spoiled brats that steriotype blondes into the "stupid" category. What do you all think (probably mostly my fellow angry blondes) about these stuck-up girls with their own TV show that make them look even worse?

Well, here goes: My friends and I were all at 6 Flags "Great America." We went on the Superman when it was first new. I kinda like rollercoasters if I get to ride them a few times over, and it was our first time riding it. It tilted forward before it started and I got really scared because I had never done it before. It started and I screamed until the ride stopped. I flailed my legs around and had the deathgrip on the holders. When we were turning back up so that we could get down off the ride, I kicked the guy behind me really hard right in the knee. I felt so bad!!! My friends just laughed. I was only able to say sorry to the poor guy that got kicked with my right leg.

Well, the title kinda says it all, and I want a Kenshin avatar. Maybe a little bit of blood in it, I don't care. Please and thank you, everyone!!!!

Well, today is mother's day, and to all you moms on the OB, Happy Mother's Day to you all!!! I made this thread to see what you all think of Mother's Day. I want to hear what you all did for you mother or grandmother as a loving gesture. My sister and I got her a little glass rose, painted pink. It's in a tiny, glass vase and on the base, it says "Mom" and has little hearts all around it. Sooner or later, when my sister gets home from work, we're going to take her out to lunch. So, what are you all doing, going to do, or did for your mom? HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!
