dude, I swear when I looked in this thread a few days ago, you had like 6 or 7 colors. You took away the one I like. It was the dark green one that was on the very bottom. SO I guess I will go with the orangey one. I really like that banner. Who are those people? Very nice. ~haze

I have been counting down the days till ROTK comes out. I bought the DVD to The Two Towers a while back and for some reason I have really gotten back into it lately. While on Thanksgiving break, I watched it 2 or 3 times. It was a little sad though. I mean that by how Aragon loves that other girl now too. So sad. I swear I could have cried the first time I saw it and they were "separating." I really do think that these 3 movies will be our generations ( and maybe the next's) Star Wars saga. It will be that important and loved. I know I already feel that way about it.

The faded Tomoe is cool. I just don't like that font on there. It doesn't really "flow" with teh rest of the banner. Your Tidus banner is great. Did you make that background yourself? I kinda don't like the bottom part. . . It just makes the suns rays just stop. It is rather abrubt. But it looks pretty good. What program is that you are using? Looks to me like you have some type of Paintshop. Anyways, keep it up. It looks great!!

I wish I could say that it has no flaws. ^^ Sadly, it has a few. The first is your text. It is really smooshed in, making it a little hard to read. Also thhose white edges make it look extra-jagged, and you want it to be smooth. Also the background picture is really really pixely. So much so that I can see the individual blocks that make it up. And that is definitly a bad thing. On the plus side, you cropped really well, but then you always do. ^^ I like the transparent man beside the non-transparent (what is the word I am looking for? I can't seem to remember. >

IORI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is a really good banner. I like how it isn't square. I'm glad you accidently made that background. It looks really really good. The pictures are very nicely cropped. The pictures go really well with each other considering one is kindof like a "real-time" that is not a drawing and the other is a drawing. good work! ~haze P.S. It's not a problem of working. It's your colors and font. Change the colors. Then change that font. Don't get me wrong, the font is kinda pretty. But you use it on EVERY single banner you make. And every time I tell you that you can't read it. If you want to continue using it, make it bigger. It's like size 10 and with that font it has to be AT LEAST 14 to be readable.

Wow. . . . Someone else has heard of Further Seems Forever. Usually when I say I'm a big fan, people are like "Who's that?" I'm glad I can finally talk bout em. Ok, first off, Olga when you speak in live terms, Jason sounds so much like Chris it's scary. But when you talk about the album, he sounds nothing like him. I like both CD's, but for different reasons. I think I like The Moon Is Down because of its musical quality. The music is really good. And their lyrics are half-bad. I actually like Fursther Seems Forever when Chris was the singer. He is able to hit those long, gorgeous high notes that Jason cannot. But I like Jason too because he has that low voice that just reverberates in my soul. Ya kno' what I mean? I must say I enjoy How To Start A Fire for its lyrical qualities rather than its musical ones. Don't get me wrong, the music is great. Especially the guitar! I love their guitar guy. But back to subject:the music is good. I really really really liked the actual lyrics to this one better. With Chris they were always about normal everyday stuff. Jason, on the other hand, writes lyrics about emotions. I think that's why so many people like the second one's lyrics better. It appeals to their emotions in such a strong way that you can't help getting caught in what they say. Oh, and Olga. . . . . . next time you hear someone call Further Seems Forever "emo". . . . . . . .punch them in the face for me. ^^ just kidding. But you may hurt them if you wish. *winks* ~haze

Ummm. . . . . Buddy, you need some help with your colors. . . . NONE of those words are fully visible since you used the colors you did. they blend in to the pictures! Also that black and white portion to the far far left does not go well with what you have. Everything is all bright and cheery and then you have the b&w. ~haze

don't double post!!!! if I were you, I would make it less that 500. maybe like 400 or something. . . . Something where she isn't so stretched. It's good though. You probably could have sropped out that girl on the far right, but maybe you wanted her there. ah, well. good work! ~haze

I like that you are starting to use more boxes like those. But I do agree with you that those colors do not go well with the theme. I would think that you should make it either just blue and red bar or blue and pink bar. But I wouldn't keep both red and pink. Also I don't really like the font you used. To put it nice and simple. .. . . . it's ugly. Sorry, but it is. I can't say that without being brutatly honest. ^^ keep it up tho! ~haze

I agree. I love that background!!! I really like how you blended all of those different shades of red. nice job. and that box/banner running through the middle. . . . GORGEOUS! ^^ It really adds alot. just one thing: where it says Dragon on the side. I can't read that without squinting really really hard. And that is no good. I'm not sure how you can fix that but I'm sure you will think of something. ^^ ~haze

It's pretty good. Not amazing or anything, but pretty good. I've just got 2 major problems. 1. Your font. I can't read it because it is soooo small. Problem 2. Your font again. this time its the colors. I can't read them at all. The green just doesn't stick out well enough that you can read it. And that thing at the bottom. Yeah, no clue what it says. Also the color kindof clashes with the red. But I know that doing banners in Paint is really hard, so keep it up! ~haze

OH NO!!!!! Your thread is starting to die!!! Not good. ^^ I actually like this one. I think the plain blue is a bit refreshing after all of the other colors and craziness I see when I look at everybody's banners. I also like the one where he is not completely blue. It's pretty. GOOD LORD!!!!!! Those are amazing!!! In the blue/white/yellow one, did you fade that guy by yourself? or did he come like that? Either way I really like it. The one thing I don't like about it is that the text dnangel on it. That box thing or whatever it is aroung angel just looks funny. It immediately cals all the focus to it, which is not cool because you want your picture to be the focus. The top one is really good as well. Now that I notice it, I believe we will see the reaccurring theme with those words, you know the one that looks like you scanned them and faded/blurred them. That one peice of paper, maybe it is different stuff, is in all 3. I don't know that I really care for it in the red paper. I like all of the words that are around him though. ^^ I really love your purple one. My one and only complaint is, once again, that colored box thing around dnangel. It is so light that it is taking the only non-purpleness away from the half-face. I would suggest putting some other color behind it. K? Does any of that help you? Now I have some questions for you^^: 1.What program is that you are using? 2. Are you editing these pictures yourself? Or are you jsut finding them and making papers? 3. Where are you getting these pictures? I am really glad that you decided to post these! They are very good! I hope to see more. ^^ ~haze

hmmm. . . .that's alright. just a few problems the biggest is. . . . HER BODY MAKES HER LOOK LIKE HER HEAD IS ON BACKWARDS!!! scary. also her hair is lopsided. and her eyelashes are too big. and there is a part of the background missing (top left). and wow i sound really really mean. i like her clothes tho. ^^ and the background is kindof pretty. i also like your coloring skills. very nice. ~haze

good grief baron. how do you ALWAYS make such gorgeous banners? the background is superb! i love the design. did you custom make it? or did you get it from somewhere? i really like the white rims around your text boxes. i like the boxes as well. they add a certain flavor that wouldn't be there if the words were just on the background. His hair looks kind of funky, but i am assuming that is because of the cropping. you know, now that i think on it, i tried to crop that exact same picture. i gave up because it took me an hour and i still wasn't done. ^^ but you did quite nicely. ~haze

its a nice layout. i really like the colors. at first glance it kind of seems like a porno site because its got all the peaches and the "juicy" stuff. but maybe that is just to my dirty dirty mind. i vote for the latter explanation. ~.~ heh. but i like it. those colors are not conventionaly put together, but they look quite nice. oh wait.
