[i]The group sat down by the fire and one by one...they each fell asleep...Chole, Peri and Viper were the only ones remaining awake...[/i] Peri: I'm sorry.. Viper: About what? Peri: About putting all this pressure on you...I know you have feelings for Chole... Viper: I know...but what can I do if Chole doesn't have feelings for me either... Chole: Umm...I'm right here? Viper: *tears form* I know... Chole: *sigh* I'm not really big on words...but...when you rescued me from prison...and flew me off, kissing me for no apparent reason.... Viper: I was trying to control you? :rolleyes: Chole: But apparently, that didn't work... Peri: So what are you trying to say? Chole: If both of you were just one person...I'd go nuts over you. But...the one who rescued me will turn out to be a very powerful ally and a trusted companion, along with the others who are on this expidition. And the one who caught my eye and my heart...is the one whom I unite with. Viper: That was a little confusing... [COLOR=darkblue][i]Jessie looked at the waiters...moving really slowly on their order.[/i] Jessie: Hey! Can you speed it up!!?!? Lidan: That's more like it... Jessie: They usually don't work this slowly... Lidan: Well, when do you come? Jessie: Almost everyday...they have a lot of stuff on order....I guess today's a busy night. Lidan: You think we're gonna be late? Jessie: Probably not... [i]Just then, a wave of Diablo gang members pulled up to the resturant and loitered outside. Their leader, going in.[/i] Lidan: Looks like trouble... Jessie: Don't mess with them... Lidan: I wont...;)[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Chole got back up and saw Peri and someone else...[/i] Liam: Viper!!! [i]Chole jumped up[/i] Viper: Missed me? Chole: Yeah...it's been a while... Viper: I didn't come here for personal matters...this is all buisness right now. Chole: Now you're talking...;) Peri: Were heading towards the south...we'll pass a couple more towns after this...then...it's no man's land for around a thousand miles. Alan: *gulp* Peri: I know it's you're first mission out of harm's way...but trust me, the trip will be well worth it.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue]Jessie: Nah...just ignore them... Lidan: If you're not going to do anything about it...I will! Jessie: Lidan! Don't ! [i]Lidan and Jessie's fingers interlaced and she gave him "the stare"...[/i] Jessie: Whoa! Lidan: Works every time... [i]The two men across the resturant started to laugh at Jessie...but he ignored them...and paid close attention to what Lidan was doing. She let go of his hands and placed hers under the table, on Jessie's legs. This time, he didn't jump.[/i] Lidan: Getting used to it? Jessie: Yeah...I'm a quick learner...[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Chole, Liam, and Alan sat by the fire and talked about...stuff...[/i] Alan: Chole, I don't get it... Chole: Get what? Liam: Well..what I don't get is that you spent all that time with Viper...but you didn't even show much feelings for her. Chole: Ummm...it's kinda hard to explain... Liam: Try me... Alan: And me! [i]Chole looked up at the sky...[/i] Chole: Fine...well...it's just that, when I saw Lady Perigrine...I just knew that something was going to happen between us. I was panicking when I first saw her...but I didn't even know why. My heart started beating really fast...and my blood started to warm up...once our eyes locked...they never broke apart until I went to talk to her... [i]Chole looked down again to see Liam and Alan in their own little daydreams...[/i] Chole: Hey! were you even listening?! Liam: Heh...I wonder when that's going to happen to me... Chole: *falls*[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Jessie and Lidan walked into the resturant, which was surprisingly small and walked up to the counter...a pimply teenage waiter came up to them...[/i] Waiter: Watcha want? Jessie: Spaghetti! To go! Lidan: Hey... Jessie: What? Lidan: How'd you know I wanted that? Jessie: *shrugs* That is my favorite food... Waiter: Whatever...I'll be right back... [i]Lidan and Jessie took a seat at one of the tables by the window and waited...judging on the incompetent workers...it was going to take a while..[/i] [/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Lupos drove off into the highway and took a right turn, into highway one...[/i] Espa: Where are you going? Lupos: Taking the long route... Espa: I see...;) [i]As the drove at a nice pace alone with the top down, Lupos finally brought it up...[/i] Lupos: I think Liam might be able to explain the dreams you've been having. Espa: Oh? Lupos: It's simple if you know you're history...a little. Espa: It's happened before? Lupos: Along time ago...but you don't have to worry, nothing bad's going to happen to you. Espa: And the dreams? Lupos: They'll eventually go away, with time... [i]Lupos turned his head foward and sped up. The cool night air brushed through their faces as the clear skies blanketed them overhead. To the left, they could see the waters sparkling bright and the city where they were headed.[/i][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Sephiroth found Chole pointing his sword at the wild chocobo.[/i] Seph: What are you waiting for?! Kill it! Chole: I...I can't...! Seph: Hold on! [i]The chocobo began pecking Chole relentlessly. Chole managed to block a few shots but he was bleeding by the time Sehiroth mounted on top of the distracted bird and decapitated it.[/i] Chole: Ugh *fell* Seph: Are you okay? Chole: It stings... [i]Seph got a piece of extra cloth from his pack and tended to Chole's wounds...the mist finally cleared up and they could see the open plains of grass once again. Sephiroth helped Chole up from the ground and continued walking.[/i] Seph: I knew something was wrong with that merchant guy! Chole: It's hard to tell though..... [i]After an hour of walking, the vast plains finally turned into a box canyon...with walls towering high above them.[/i] Chole: You think the merchant might be living here? Seph: It maybe...he might be able to explain what happened...[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]The driver left the two at the steps leading to the top of the wall...[/i] Chole: Strange...he didn't ask for money. Iris: He's getting paid anyway. Chole: I see... [i]Chole and Iris walked up the long set of stairs, hand in hand and get to the top only to see more cameras...[/i] Iris: Not again! Chole: No...they're not pointed at us...they're doing a news story! :D Iris: Huh?[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Chole looked into the forest to see Asar's lantern glowing in the distance. He turned back and looked at Lady Perigrine in the face...[/i] Chole: I've only been with you for a short period of time. And it does feel like something is changing within me. Perigrine: Oh? Chole: And if you're feeling the same way I am right now. Then maybe you're right...I do have feelings for you. Peri: What then? Chole: I can't give you my anser yet...not now...but you'll get your answer...that I promise. Peri: I never thought you were big on promises. Chole: Like I said...something's changing... [i]Chole got up and followed the glow of Alan's lamp.[/i] Peri: Where are you going? Chole: I promised you to get to Arethi(sp?) didn't I? [i]Peri got up also and walked by Chole into the forest.[/i] [/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Lupos put his cell phone inside his jacket and got his keys.[/i] Lupos: I gotta go... Liam: Who was that? Lupos: Espa...I'm taking her here... Liam: I'll read more into this, if something comes up, call me. Lupos: Okay... [i]Lupos took the normal way out, through the doors, up the basement stairs and into the living room where he saw Siren and Zack talking.[/i] Lupos: Hey you two. Siren: Where ya headed? Lupos: Back to my house... Siren: Lovemaking eh? Lupos: Nah...I'm bringing her here...we gotta talk. [i]He left the front door, got into his car, and drove away.[/i][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Nightfall came when Chole finally wiped the tears away from his face and he got up. Somehow, he had to get to Meteo City alone, by himself. But first, he had to set up camp. Maybe the fire might attract some attention, either by hunters or Siren and Pi who were stuck in the fight. He walked around, gathering anything he could find, tinder, wood, dried shrubs, rocks, and arranged them in a pile with the rocks on the outside, circling it.[/i] Chole: I hope this works...*sniff* [i]Chole looked up and breathed in. Hoping that the climate was a bit warmer, he blew out. Flames erupted a couple inches from his face. His face glistened and he shouted in joy and pain. He knelt down by the pile and blew lightly...the flame caught on and bursted.[/i] Chole: I gotta fire! [i]Chole sat down crosslegged and lay beside the fire, looking up at the stars and the moon. He wondered if anyone would ever find him here. If not, he would have to cross the desert expanse alone...risking running out of energy or getting caught,. He preferred the latter. He thought about what Siren said, how she didn't want him to suffer anymore because she led them out of the city in the first place. He thought about Iris, how she held him the first time he cried and the time he saved her life underwater. Tears started to stream down his face once again.[/i][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue]I only speak one other language fluently...Tagalog (Filipino)...and if Sign Language counts...I understand some of that too.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue]It may be possible that life could be formed on one of Jupiter's moons...not like humanoids but just microscopic life forms. One of their moons as water inside it...and the other has tons of heat. So it might be possible...the thing is, no one's ever really gone that far to look closely.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue]I think it's meeting new people that keeps me coming back for more here...that and the story writing fourms. Plus my g/f forced me to join back in August so there...[/COLOR] :p :D

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Icar was travelling lightly in the air when he overheard the message on his scanners...[/i] Icar: Hmmm...should I go after it or not... [i]Before Icar could finish his sentence a couple of ships pass by him, their mini-shockwaves shaking up his ship...he noticed a ship with "Azuela" imprinted on the hull of it's aft plating...Icar decided to follow it and check out the bounty. People were already on it, which lowered Icar's chances on actually capturing Max for himself, but it might be interesting to watch. He fired the boosters and followed their trail...[/i][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue]Vinn: You okay, man? Suzuku: I'm alright...just nervewrecked... Sayuri: I wonder where that "thing" went to. Vinn: Beats me... [i]Vinn runs around behind the counter of his shop and takes the keys and an automatic shotgun, sawed off. He loaded several dozen rounds into the loading bay and locked it in. He closed the door and locked up the store tight.[/i] Vinn: What's up with Piro? Suzuku: He's probably the one who can explain what's happening... Sayuri: Do you know where he is? Suzuku: He should be around the neighborhood. Vinn: ALright... [i]Vinn hands Sayuri the keys to his GTO convertable and they run to the back of the shop where the parking lot was. All three of thme jumped in, with Vinn riding shotgun (nyak!), Suzuku in the back seat, taking a breather, and Sayuri driving. She pulled out into the alleyway and into the streets...[/i][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Along the way, there were unusually higher numbers of monsters occupying the area. Chole and Billy engaged in a few battles, but they easily fended them off. Chole got a few gashes along the side of his arm, but nothing major. They eventually got to the exterior fence of the city...but the would have to wait for someone to leave to go inside.[/i] Chole: How often do people leave the city. Billy: Don't worry, we'll get in... [i]Chole got off his chocobo and let it rest, he relaxed by the fence and looked around...noticing a group doing battle against wolves not too far off...[/i][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue]OOC: Hmm...I forgot which region of China we're in...so... ~~~~~~~~ [i]Chole and Iris got out of the hotel and rode a taxi all the way to the Great Wall of China...[/i] Chole: What a nice sight... Iris: Great, isn't it? Oh look! More tourists... Chole: *sigh* Hey, driver, drop us off here! [i]No response...[/i] Iris: Huh? [i]Chole noticed a camera by his seat...[/i] Chole/Iris: :all: Driver: :devil:[/COLOR]

[i]He could hear the hig revs of modified Civics and Integras...he instantly knew...that it was race time...He grabbed his jacket and keys, closed his books and got into his TL to go watch...[/i][/COLOR]

Father: I think I can handle trading dealings here...you two don't bother me while I go talk to the locals here if they wanna buy anything. Billy: Can we go to Midgar City? Father: It's a long ways off...and I won't be able to meet with you until the Chocobo Farm...but if you want to... Chole: I think I'll just stay... Billy: No...let's go, you're missing out on a lot of things!! Chole: :flaming: Billy: Okay. okay... Chole I was just kidding... [i]Chole and Billy mounted on their Chocobos and headed for the City of Midgar...[/i][/COLOR]
