3. mmm Black Books is on ABC at erm. .9:00 pm on Thursday nights ------ COOL! its horse! dude, I have a couple of footrot flats comic books lying around. Very funny comic:D
4. Liam watched the pods being ejected out into the water, and at the same time noticed the metal creatures around him stop, and look up, ready to attack Liam: no you don't *whips out pistols and starts firing, getting their attention* c-mon. . The horde of metal creatures turn to face him, all the while the clips running out, until the omnious clicking sound echoes round Liam: shiz . . *throws his guns at one of the creatures, and looks around to make sure he is the only one in this level* one chance. .I'm sorry. .*looks up at the pods* its the only way to save these people. . Liam stands knee deep in the water, waiting until all the creatures close in, then he cries out, and expuls the lightning from his body. The black lightning runs through the water, destroying all of the creatures, saving the people, killing Liam
5. Bleh. .thats one problem with the Comedy Festival, its being shown at the same time as my 2 favourite comedy shows: The Kumars at number 42 Black Books Dude, BB may be the funniest show on earth :D
6. cencorship can be a good thing if it is done in good taste. Most movies/etc rely on nudity and violence to replace a storyline, so that people feel 'satisfied' and don't worry about the absence of storyline. Besides I'm avidly against nudity/sex scenes/porn/hentai etc that is just who I am
7. Its not sick and twisted. .it is merely a window, this could be used very well as anti drug propoganda. . The writing and thought gone into it is amazing, all you need is spacing I apologise If I offended you in any way by saying that :)
8. Ah comedy. .illuminates the soul and lightens the heart Well tonight on channel 10 is the Melbourne Comedy festival. I personally can't wait because of some of the people who'll be on it, for example: Bob Downe The Umbilical Brothers Lano and Woodley Wil Anderson (Remember the Glass house on ABC Australia?) and much more, but best of all they are Australian :D *cough* Well I believe this thread will fall on deaf ears as I definately don't think the Comedy festival has been sent to America ^^' But I might as well post it up to find out who are your favourite comedy ppls, and if you know the ones above
9. *calls the Soapie Addiction hotline* :D ---------- hmmm well I'm addicted to the computer, if I was bessotted I would be earning money and upgrading it :whoops: theres also DBZ and DBZ music videos, digimon and last of all RPGing :D

Anti-Gay

harsh Zelda, very harsh. Well I can honestly say that the one who started this thread got what he wanted. Attention and Contempt
11. Liam rode ahead, thinking over the offer Viper made 'Liam.. if you wish.. I can strip you of your evil powers and fulfill your heart with powerful, but peaceful ones..' The idea of being without the ties to the dreadlord was certainly a good thing. But he thought of the reasons why he should give them up, embrace purity. He did not have any Liam: Life?, no. .I have the ability to resurrect. .Love?, no. .with all of the years of solitude, I have none to give. Power? no, that is the greedy mans excuse. .I have lived as this for so long, I cannot think of another way of living Liam stops his mount and turns, facing Viper Liam: as a goddess you would already know my thoughts and wishes, I thank you for your kind offer, but I do not wish change just yet. .
12. Liam glances around, looking through the dome at the destruction going on around them. He thought of the greater task, but back at this one Liam: stuff it *kicks the bubble door open* Chole: what? we have to leave! Liam: no, you have to leave, I'm excess baggage, I am not needed there, but here Chole: *nods* but what you are about to do is suicide! Liam: as it always has been *slams the bubble shut and wades across the water, getting the remaining civilians underground*
13. I don't know how many of you know this, but marijuana is legal in South Australia. How weird is that  , there is also a town in Queensland called Nambor, it was started by some students in the 60's to find a new way of life. Most students gave up on it and moved out. But still the ideal of weed lives on, you cant walk down some streets without being offered drugs(free), unless your police that is:rolleyes:

GS ball

too bad you can't do that in the Australasian, Europe, America versions:( But right now, I'm trying to capture the remaining 2 legendary dogs, so I can finally find out whats going on in the brass tower ><
15. FF10 looks amazing, from the preview movie I got, it looks like it will be the first FF game that I'll buy/rent etc:)

GS ball

I have no idea of whats in the GS ball, I haven't seen the movies, and that part of the series about it. All I know is that it can be opened by the combined attacks of the three legendary birds: Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres
17. I hardly ever have dreams, if I do I dont remember them. But when I do remember them, they are ferreted away to some hazy part of my long term memory, and resurface in strange circumstances ie My family and I were on a roadtrip to 1770, anyhow we drove through this town, and my dream came back with a shock, everything in the dream was the same as the town, I could even guess what was going to be passed by next. So, thinking the dream was a part of a childhood memory, I asked If we'd had ever been through the town before. I got the negative response. Its really weird. .this is happening on and off every now and again, its becoming unnerving. .
18. Well after reading some of your replies I feel much better. .and worse somehow o.O' I would write a formal complaint to telstra about it, but why would they listen to a 15 year old? ------ I suppose cost is a big thing aswell, see in the area where I live, we have a very fast underground phone and electricity connections. But, these underground lines connect to above ground 80 yr old ones which are very slow and almost always cause a blackout in a thunderstorm:rolleyes: bleh, so to cut back on costs they just put metal braces on the 80 year old wooden rotten ones, and gradually replace the ones that are beyond a quick fix. ------------ Now lets say I get Broadban, very tasty prospect in my point of view. $26 a month, unlimited access, very fast and tasty. But, in almost all plans I've seen, you have to pay $1 for every megabyte downlaoded. But downloading, as I said before, is the only reason why I want broadban :drunk: In one week I download letsay. .10mb, that is $10 So $10 a week, multiplied by the 4 week average for a month leaves $40, plus the $26 I still have to pay If you think this is wacked out, you should see some of the moblie phone plans:cross:
19. I am sure many of you have suffered this problem at some point or another. I am referring to 'rural' connections. ie, having a really good 56k modem that runs at 32k because of your 'rural' connection, that really is only rural because you live in a suburb 15 minutes from town. HOW WACKED OUT IS THAT???? *cough* excuse the caps, I had to get that out of my system. The only reason why I am very, very annoyed is that a friend in town with a 56k modem, with the aid of the same download program I have, downloaded 100mb in 1 hour. Now, is that fair? I think not. And before you start saying 'its probably that you have a weird modem,' 'its your computer,' or 'he must just have a good computer.' I rebuke you, it is because of our 'rural' connection, and I say rural because that is what my suburb is referred as. Because we are rural, that means that the telstra big bosses (phone company) probably believe that our area is all paddocks and scrubland, so what do cows and farmers need good internet connections for? So that means that the highfields/crows nest section of the phone network recieves a crappy connection to the internet, good phone connection, but bad internet one. *sigh* do you have that problem? *apologies if my post is murky, brain is frizzled :drunk:*
20. I haven't seen any of those movies(bar Lord slug), let alone in the shops o.O'' Well when they come out in rental I'll hire them out, if they come out in rental:rolleyes:

Death

I do not fear death, it is merely a way of life. Your time will come to pass naturally as in all things. However, if your life is surrounded by death, and the causes of it, most likely your life will end abruptly. Your life is in your hands through the wrong or right desicions you make, mortal death is nothing. It is the spiritual death caused by these desicions that is the real worry. - Liam
22. I'm sure you could, I'd say that 9/10 people that went were the better from it :) But of course it depended on you whether or not you were going to have fun
23. www.matmice.com is another site that you can use, I dont recommend freeservers as it is completely screwed up
24. OOC: hmm. .who's Li? jus' asking. . What about putting in a battle royal? That would be cool:whoops: ------- Athen walked to the chart, eyes darting towards his name Athen: First match, this will be good *turns and walks to the fighters area*
25. Liam: my powers remain from the underlord, we can ride, I trust no-one has any objections to riding the ebony rides? All: *silent* Liam: *sighs and summons a skeletal war horse with deep red eyes that seem to be the source of fear itself* suit yourselves
