I don't understand why Brolli is so strong he is just a super sayian. If he was Super sayian 4 i can understand but if he's only super sayain 1 he's no threat. This is my thoughts.

I have an answer to your question. Bra is the daughter of vegeta and bulma. Girls take more traits from there mother and thats why bra doesnt have the powers. Pan on the other hand does because supposedly somewhere in between Buu saga and when pan was born Videl trianed with Goku, Gohan, Master Roshi and got some power like how to throw ki but she didnt like doing it and pan further trained on the little powers she had and learned how to enhance the power she got fromm Goku and Bra never had any of it or trained.
