Then I slow down.

Im what many people would call a poser if you people are into labeling others. i am into many styles of music and activities. one person i met called me a poser because i was skating and then i put on my head set to some rave. i dont really care but it kinda shoked me. i am a raver though the upbeat music, the strobe lights flashing, your heart pumping at a milion beats a second is a real thrill. i am very into my fluid movement, there are so many things you can do. i love it. i love rock also i listen to NiN, Marylin Manson, VnV Nation, Green Day, any kind of punk rock. so if i am a poser then so be it but thats what i like and thats just who i am.

i am a mostly hispanic, not just mexican, my father's grand father was irish and my grand-father was spanish and a little irish. i dont give percentages because there is no exact way of knowing where your genes are going to come from unless youre a geneologist and have all the technical equipment and so forth. now my dad's mother is totally mexican through and through. then my father was born in mexico and thats how my dad is made. my mommy is completely mexican her family has always insisted that they marry within their culture and race. they were very traditional, you know what i mean. well my mommy was born here in the great state of Texas and she never left the city. skip a few years, like the year my dad left mexico and came to texas when he was about thirteen to the year my parents met when they were in highschool. my mom stuck to her families tradition of keeping within the culture because most of texas was made up of hispanics anyways. then they got married and three years later i popped out. thats my heritage or the cliffs notes of my family.:flaming:  :demon:

 :demon: :flaming: yes i do think we americans have our own culture. but even that is broken up into sub-cultures. but it is noticeable we have characteristics of many different cultures, and we have developed our own traits. does that help you answer your question. i cant really think right now ive had a few drinks that i shouldnt have had. well laters
Originally posted by Lady Macaiodh i'm getting in kinda late in the discussion here, but it is possible to go insane from acid. it depends on the acid, & the person, i know this girl named kate that followed the grateful dead for 4 years & the most hits she ever took at once was 250. her tolerance had just gotten really high. i'm not kidding, i saw her do it. on the other had (& this is sort of funny, but sad), i heard about this one guy that did too much. he's now supposedly in a mental institution. but here's the funny part: he believes himself to be a glass of orange juice & he never sits or lays down b/c he thinks if he does he'll tip over & die!
youre right i once read this book called Go Ask Alice, it was about a good teen girl turned drug addict. She ended up in a mental institution after taking a crap load of acid unwillingly. one of her enemies gave her some candy lace with acid, or pcp. i dont remember which. lucky for me ive never had a really bad experience with drugs. im not a user anymore but i still drink. so i guess that not too good but its not all bad either. i would rather be drunk than tripping or stoned. i used to like getting wired so bad, its not even funny. but i promised one of my best friends that i wouldnt do that sort of thing anymore.

i hope no one is offended by this if you are just tell me and i will remove it. i think it is very funny but thats just my opinion. Enjoy. Have you ever wondered...WHO IS JACK SCHITT? For some time many of us have wondered just who is Jack Schitt? We find ourselves at a loss when someone says, "You don't know Jack Schitt!" Well, thanks to my genealogy efforts, you can now respond in an intellectual way. Jack Schitt is the only son of Awe Schitt. Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married O. Schitt, the owner of Needeep N. Schitt, Inc. They had one son, Jack. In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt. The deeply religious couple produced six children: Holie Schitt, Giva Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt. Against her parents' objections, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced. Noe Schitt later married Ted Sherlock, and, because her kids were living with them, she wanted to keep her previous name. She was then known as Noe Schitt Sherlock. Meanwhile, Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt, and they produced a son with a rather nervous disposition named Chicken Schitt. Two of the other six children, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt, were inseparable throughout childhood and subsequently married the happens brothers in a dual ceremony. The wedding announcement in the newspaper announced the Schitt-Happens nuptials. The Schitt-Happens children were Dawg, Byrd, and Hoarse. Bull Schitt, the prodigal son, left home to tour the world. He recently returned from Italy with his new Italian bride, Pisa Schitt. Now when someone says, "You don't know Jack Schitt," you can correct them. Sincerely, Crock O. Schitt
Originally posted by Crazy White Boy "This isn't really a joke(even though I love posting them), but it is something I saw on a site that they would like passed on. It's supposed to cheer you up. Enjoy." I am hereby officially tendering my resignation as an adult. I have decided I would like to accept the responsibilities of an 8 year-old again. I want to go to McDonald's and think that it's a four star restaurant. I want to sail sticks across a fresh mud puddle and make a sidewalk with rocks. I want to think M&Ms are better than money because you can eat them. I want to lie under a big oak tree and run a lemonade stand with my friends on a hot summer's day. I want to return to a time when life was simple; When all you knew were colors, multiplication tables, and nursery rhymes, but that didn't bother you, because you didn't know what you didn't know and you didn't care. All you knew was to be happy because you were blissfully unaware of all the things that should make you worried or upset. I want to think the world is fair. That everyone is honest and good. I want to believe that anything is possible. I want to be oblivious to the complexities of life and be overly excited by the little things again. I want to live simple again. I don't want my day to consist of computer crashes, mountains of paperwork, depressing news, how to survive more days in the month than there is money in the bank, doctor bills, gossip, illness, and loss of loved ones. I want to believe in the power of smiles, hugs, a kind word, truth, justice, peace, dreams, the imagination, mankind, and making angels in the snow. So . . . here's my checkbook and my car-keys, my credit card bills and my 401K statements. I am officially resigning from adulthood. And if you want to discuss this further, you'll have to catch me first, cause........ ......"Tag! You're it."
im loving the ending. i wish i was 8 again. i never knew any of the problems that i do now, alli had to worry about was making sure i peed into the toilet and not messing with snakes. i could ride my bike for hours on end, yeah i think i am going to resign as an adult althoug i have only been one for about 3 months.
Originally posted by Queen Asuka I have dreams that all are linked to a recent event... and the most recent event was when all my dogs died....one got ran over and three others got sick and died, and this was all within 2 weeks of one another...first I had a dream that my Nanna's dog got ran over and I saw it...Then last night I had a dream that I was talking to Hercules...my dog that got ran over...and he told me that everything was going to be okay and I was crying and freaking out..it was so shocking...but I have dreams ALL the time..one time I dreamed I was riding on a motorcycle with Trunks for crying out loud...
dont worry sometimes i have dreams of my cat silver that died 3 years ago. he talks like yoda, all wise and all knowing, with the same lack of sentence structure, and everything. i was kind of hoping he would tell me to trust in the force and all that good stuff. but then he told me to go after the bastards tha killed him and hack off their limbs with a dull machete, and bring their heads on a gold platter for him. then i go on my man hunt and instead of a machete i take an old hedge trimmer and some garden scissors, and my little bow and arrow with the suction cup tips. and i begin my search for the three guys that did it (i know it was three guys cuz they were all freaked out when my cats guts were all over the grill of their car, and i saw them in the car before they took off). i find each one one by one and i cut off each of their ears and make a pretty little necklace with them. and after that i wake up. i feel so morbid sometimes. Is that bad? well also sometimes i dream that im on the Flying Nimbus and just floating off to nowhere. so dont feel bad

well i know every one dreams at night but its a matter of remembering what you dreamt. i know its hard but if you can maybe you can remember what you have dreamed during the night or something you may have dreamed nights before. i was just wondering this because i have been having a recurring dream. its one where im walking in a clearing and i have on my back a quiver and bow. i walk for a long time until i reach a cliff and i jump off. i fall a short distance or so it seems and i land in a stream. i look up from the steam to the cliff from which i just leapt and it is a long drop. at the end of the stream is a dark cave that i start running towards. and behind me i hear thundering footsteps. so i reach for my bow and as im running i fire arrow after arrow but i never see what is chasing me. i just get into the cave and look back to see nothing. i go deeper into the cave and i wake up afterwards then i have my normal dreams, my good dreams and my freaky dreams and then i have those dreams that i would like to keep to myslef right now. i was wondering if anyone else had recurring dreams like mine. well not like mine but a dream that you have on a regular basis. hopefull Im not alone.
Originally posted by kid buu in a way i felt it was wrong, but i could see very clearly as to what you said.i respect that alot.in a way i agree with you, its just that i would keep the child no matter what, and i think that its kind that you would save a persons life and emotion, and spare them the burdon, because i know it would be very hard for a woman to do that, hell hard for anybody. i myself would be just as happy to be the father of such a child.
its understandable where Navi was coming from. because there are many things that can go wrong and problems can come up that are too much to handle and life was meant for those who can reason and have mental processess. Kid Buu thats a very noble thing i would do the same thing. i wouldn't care what type of condition the child was in, i would care for it. i know that if you were ever put to this type of situation you would do the right thing. i know you very well and i know that you are a sensible person.

i would have to be a good father and say i want to keep the child no matter what flaws he/she may have. the child is mine i help in creating it, and it is life and no matter what types of problems it may have it is beautiful because it is from me and the one that i love(or at least i hope it will be that way). if the one i am withat the time chooses not to keep the child then i will be forced to leave her because it is not right abandon a helpless child so it is easier to leave a grown woman than to leave a helpless life that came from me. but i love kids so i wouldnt leave him/her or give him/her up. everyone needs a chance and what if this baby turns out to be the best thing that ever happened to my life.

i havent seen many of the girls picture here on the boards but from what i have seen i would say that you girls would have no trouble finding a decent man/guy whichever you prefer. well you all seem to have wonderful personalities. I think all the girls here are wonderful and funny and intersting. i know a lot of guys are very superficial, and dont pay attention to whats inside. i would rather have a girl with inner beauty than one with looks. but yo all are great.
