  1. That was certainly a very interesting article. I really hope that the KH sequels are more Final Fantasy-like, and that they reveal more about the Final Fantasy characters. I thought maybe Aerith's and Leon's worlds vanished kind of early on, and that they both ended up in Hollow Bastion, where Ansem was (at the time at least) king. It's possible that they lived there long enough to refer to it as their home, isn't it? Especially since they were talking to Sora, and he wouldn't know anything about either of their worlds. Either way.... KH-2 should be awesome. ^_^ ~Dagger~
  2. Watch out for FF7 SPOILERS! Favorite Final Fantasy: 7, of course. The storyline really struck an emotional chord, and I identified with almost all of the characters. Plus, I liked how the ending was hopefull, but not too happy. Favorite character: Aeris. But before you say anything, I really like Tifa too. The whole Aeris vs. Tifa debate got old a long time ago. I only say Aeris because she made the ultimate sacrifice in order to save the planet. She was young, beautiful, happy, and had everything going for her, but she gave that all up, even her new friends in AVALANCHE. ~Dagger~
  3. My penname at ff.net is Dagger IX1.... coincidence? Not at all. Anyway, I'm in the middle of a YYH Hiei/Kurama fic right now. Go ahead and read it! Feedback is awesome, but not required. ^_^ I also have a lot of FF7 and Chrono Trigger story ideas, but those'll have to wait a little while. ~Dagger~
  4. Spoilers below. I always thought that either Hojo or Vincent was Sephiroth's father. It would have to be one or the other, wouldn't it? I'm a little fuzzy on this, as I haven't played FF7 in a while, but I thought that Lucrecia left Vincent to marry Hojo, or something to that effect. Yeah, it does make sense that Hojo would think of putting Aeris and Sephiroth together. But I strongly doubt that he himself would want to be the father of her child. Is it possible to know with certainty if either Hojo or Vincent is Sephiroth's father? ~Dagger~
  5. Yeah, I thought Chrono Trigger beat out Chrono Cross. CT is just such a unique, original game, and the battle system is a ton of fun. My favorite part was definitely getting Magus to join the party (Dark Matter= awesome, awesome attack). I just wish that there was a Triple Tech for every single possible party. I never played FFX, mainly because I heard that it didn't compare to any of the other Final Fantasys. So I can't really comment on its quality. Oh well. ~Dagger~
  6. Hmm, I always thought that you'd play as Riku in KH-2 and Kairi in KH-3. Or something to that effect. At the same time, a new main character could also be cool. I just really hope that more stuff happens with the Final Fantasy characters, because seeing them in updated graphics really made my day. ~Dagger~
  7. Much as I would love the mere chance to play a sequel to FF7 (no matter how much it might end up sucking!) it's probably not going to happen. Rumors have been floating around for years. If this was a perfect world, we'd have our sequel, prequel, remake, whatever--but it's not. That having been said, I think a sequel to FF7 could have a great plot. After all, it did leave some loose ends hanging. ~Dagger~
  8. That woman needs to get a life. She could be trying to end world hunger or cure AIDS, and instead..... she chooses to sue CN over a freaking cartoon? There are many other causes she could have supported, all of them far more worthy than getting FLCL off the air, or whatever she's trying to accomplish in her lawsuit. Frankly, a kid that's up at 12:30 could be watching much, much worse shows than FLCL. Just look at what's on HBO at that hour. I don't see what's so bad about my beloved FuriKuri. ~Dagger~
  9. Sigh. Why can't everyone just be a little more accepting? It's not that hard.... It just annoys me when people are rabidly anti shonen-ai or shoujo-ai. Every individual is entitled to his or her own opinion. That doesn't mean you have the right to force yours on the rest of the planet. I like some shonen- and shoujo-ai, but not all of it, just as I don't like all straight pairings. It'd be nice if people who dislike yaoi couples at least bothered to make constructive criticism, rather than pointless insults. To be fair, many do. It's the ones who don't that start to get irritating, especially when they all say the same thing, over and over. Anybody agree? ~Dagger~
