[size=1]Anyone who knows me can tell you that I hate reading [books, that is]. Absolutely hate it. So, in school, I read what I had to read; but blocked it all out of my head. Out of dozens of books, I only remember two that I liked and I would suggest. [b]To Kill a Mockingbird[/b] by Harper Lee was amazing. At first, it's really slow; but it sucks you in. Another is [b]That was Then, This is Now[/b] by S.E Hinton. It was a simple, but powerful book. In fact, all of her books that I have read were really good. But that one has stuck in my memory; it was just so sad, but really powerful. Oh, I forgot to mention an autobiography. Though, you have to like this person to read it. The autobiography of Marilyn Manson. While a bit disturbing in some parts, the book is just a great insight into Manson's past and gives you a glimpse of why he is--the way he is, lol. So, if you are interested in him, you must read that book. You'll have a totally different outlook on him after you're done reading.[/size]

The texture is a nice touch, but I'm afraid I can't agree with the "is just a word" font style (that is also in your avi). The character in the banner is really cute. I love the smirk; it's playful and sort of carries that "yeah, sure" attitude which fits the words you use. Good set ^_^[/size]

I've heard some girls who are not necessarily porn stars, but rather sexually driven, that they do what they do because it excites them, it makes them happy to be able to control a man with her body. Then, there are a few who feel that their body is a work of art, and they're just expressing themselves with their obvious beauty. Also, I've heard a couple of girls say that it helps their self-confidence and self-esteem; they know their bodies are gorgeous, but they aren't convinced. Thus, they show it off and feed on the positive feedback--though, it isn't as tasteful as other, moral women would like it to be. Pornography is not always graceful, it's not always moralistic, and it's not always art. It branches from sex acts to just photography. And there's the crossing-line. There is a difference between pornography and photography. I find that photographing a nude woman is more of an art. A woman's body is beautiful and demands respect. And I feel that a photograph captures [if done right] more of a woman's grace and dignity than some cheesy, trashy movie. I wish I could give you an example of a beautiful, non-degrading photograph, but OB rules are there for a reason.[/size][/color]

But, I know what you were trying to achieve. I suggest, if you wanted to get that open shirt look, to sort of draw the other side of the shirt a bit past the one we first see...sort of a "shadowing" effect, if you know what I mean. The eye is awesome. Annie loves eyes (in this case, an eye). Very glassy, and a very sleek shape. The scar is a nice touch ^_~ And, something that is very trick to do with the body positioned the way it is, is to make the other eye [patch] proportioned correctly. It's not bug-eyed, and it's not too close to the other eye. Very hard to do, well done ^_^ The overall pose of the cat's body is beautiful. I mean, he really does look badass, and sneaky. The folds in his pant legs, the perspective of his arms, all well done. I think this is the best drawing I've seen in a long while. [b]The Swordslinger[/b]- A little more funky than the Cat Pirate, but good nonetheless. The texture of his body, I love the little slit in his beak/snout. Again, the eyes are well proportioned and realistic. I like the little bone in his wrappings on his left arm :p However, there's one bad thing about this drawing. The shadowing is confusing me. The way you shaded him, I can't figure out where the light is coming from..some places it looks like the light is coming from the top, some from the left corner, etc. The light's direction is important, it creates a balance for a drawing. The Cat Pirate was well balanced. The light was coming from under him. That's pretty much all I have to say bad about your drawings so far. Like I said, they're cartoon, but not "zomg cart00nz!" I'd like to see your next one ^_^ [/color][/size]

The assassination I had to carry out. I had no idea of what I had gotten myself into. I, Brody Radley, was part of the "Stefani Organization". They are a group of gangsters that control all enterprises, business trades, drug trades, so on and so forth that flow through the city of Highrise. You wanted kilo's of cocaine, you went to them. You wanted land, you went to them. You needed protection, you went to them. You wanted someone offed, you went to them. You get the idea. There are four divisions within the Organization. Each division was assigned a number. Division 1: Trade Center Corp., took care of the business trades. Division 2: Treasury Department, took care of the money organizing. Division 3: St. Ann, took care of protection. And Division 4: AD (Assassination District), took care of the "offing". As you may have guessed, I was part of the "offing" division. Not only was I part of it, I ran the joint. I was the man to come to for your needs. If you wanted someone as insignificant as your high school rival or as significant as your bosses executive, or a drug lord, I could handle the job. That is, if you paid me enough. Well, on one bright, sunny afternoon, a "customer" was not satisfied with my work and complained to Roger Stefani, the grand puba of the "Stefani Organization". Said something about I caused too much drama. Understand that our organization was highly secretive, and to cause a riff in the airwaves of propaganda is chaos. So, Roger decided to relive me of my position. But, he was so rude as to keep it behind my back. I would soon find out through my last job. The assassination of the pompous Mr. Robert Leigh. Take a wild guess as to why that was my last job. I was set up. Set up by the heads of each division and the man himself, Roger Stefani. Robert Leigh, as I told you before, was the head executive of "Western Collect". This corporation traded quite frequently with the Organization and was a pretty good ally with us. Until I was ordered to silence Mr. Leigh. I was fooled to believe that he didn't deliver over three hundred million dollars of debt money to the Organization. I had no reason to distrust Roger, so I carried out my job. Collect and the Organization started to turn on each other, then they turned on me. The Collect sent their suits after me for killing Leigh. The Organization sent my own men after me for causing so much trouble. I had become a threat to the Organization, for as long as I stayed with the org, I endangered Roger Stefani and his business. I have been running these last four months, running from my brethren of assassins. I am trying to rectify my innocence. I am trying to stay alive. I am going after Roger Stefani and the two other men who conspired against me. Four men, four numbers.
