I applaud. This was my first favorite QT movie. I'll say that my favorite character was Mia. Why? Because she's hot...^_^; Her character was witty, sexy, and cool. Plus, I'm an Uma Thurman fan. My favorite scene? Man, that's challenging. The whole movie was one great scene. But if I were to pick out one, I'd have to say..when Jules and Vincent were driving and Vince accidentally shot Martin in the face. His facial expression and his action was just priceless. Jules's action was great too. Those two [Travolta and Jackson] worked so well together. Another scene was in the apartment and the guy in the bathroom came out and blasted. No bullet hit the two, and the way they just look at each other, then the wall behind them..god, that was hilarious. Plus, Jules's speech was the best.

I personally only want two children. I'm from a large family of seven; me being the fifth child. And I really don't want to have too many children. I really don't care what gender of child I want. Just as long as they are healthy and are birthed without complications. But...for the sake of this thread, I will admit that I would like to have a boy and a girl. However, if I am graced with two boys..I'm good to go. Boys, I found, have been easier to take care of. So energetic, playful, and easy to please. Girls are evil, and are so difficult to please. It would be nice to have a boy and girl. But like I said, whatever happens happens.
Correct, but every religion is too ignorant to relize that god is all of those.
I found that a little blunt. Religion is not ignorant, no matter how ridiculous each version sounds. They all know every religion boils down to the basic principle of worshiping the same God, or being that created all. It's just how they see it, and decide to worship that seperates religion into divisions. Ignorant? No. It sounds to me like they have the case of "I'm holier than you", or "My religion is the only way"..basically, a penis envy. That's how I see it all as. Who's religion is best/right/the way of life. Which is why I am not religious.
hmmmmm, well I created my own religion. well it's not a religion it's just a new way of believing in stuff. My religion bases itself on Nature and Animals. It also has reincarnation. The main philosophy behing it is that" Every action has a positive and negative Effect" so basically everything you do is good and bad. I have 5 Animal Deities and 2 gods/goddese's.the sun god and the moon godess. my religion (which has no name) is a mix of everything I have liked about religions. It's my oen way of thinking. each religion has it's flaws and good points so i decided to make one that I will like to follow.
Do you have a patent for this?

Hm, I think I've got you all beat so far. I'm Irish, Italian, Scottish, German, and Russian. >.< Yeah, let me list out what heritage presides over my attitude/persona: Irish- This is where I get my swift temper. I don't know how many of the OBers have actually seen my temper, but it's not a pretty sight. Here's where I get my fiesty-ness and playfulness. Italian- My sweeter side. More of the romance comes from the Italian blood. Can't help it, Italians are lovers ~_^. Although, you get me rawled up, I can pull the Mafia routine. Is it as bad as my Irish temper....god no, lol. Plus, here's where I get my unruly hair -_- Russian- This is where I get my looks. If you have ever seen a picture of me, I look more Russian than I do Italian. I've got the eyes, lips, and nose..and also my skin tone and dark hair. My personality leans more on the Russian side; reserved, quiet. The Scottish and German traits really don't take too much presidence over me. You can see those traits in my older sisters. But I love my heritage. All of those three emphasized give me the boost in life that I need. I'm calm, collected, and very reserved; yet, I'm not a prune. My Irish and Italian traits get activated, and I'm playful and talkative..gives me character. Plus, I love the Russian heritage for the dark features ~_^ So, it all balances out.

Discuss (Pirates) Scourge of the Spanish Main (M-VL)
Annie replied to Drix D'Zanth's topic in Theater
Well, I'm still not too sure on my character right now. I mean, like what she looks like or what her name is. What I can give to you right now, is that she is from a rich, aristocratic family. She's a tomboy and ran away from all of the girly events her mother tried to bestow on her. But the las straw as her father arranging her marriage. So she ran away. I'm not too sure on what her personality will be like, either. But hey, if I tell you all of the details here, it will ruin the fun in the RPG, aye? -
Sign Up (Pirates) Scourge of the Spanish Main! Yar! [M-VL]
Annie replied to Drix D'Zanth's topic in Theater
Yay! I've never been a pirate! So I will give this a shot. If something needs to be changed, D'Zanth, let me know^_^ Today be the dreariest day I've seen in months. The rain soaked ye cold to the bones. There be no layers of petty coats ye could don to keep warm much less be dry. The streets of Tortuga flooded with mud and grime. Not a bloody soul could step in a dry spot of dirt or grass. I'd heard rumors of pirates littering this town, deserted pirates they be from what I'd been told. I find this rumor to be fascinating! I've always wanted to be a pirate! But me father wouldn't hear of such pompus rubbish. He'd call me a witch or gypsy and curse me soul, casting me out of the house. Me mother dare not speak a word to me. Aw, who am I kiddin'? The truth is, I ran away from home. It be true I was looked down as a scumbag and filth. The whole town be taunting me every chance they saw. So, I ran away. Ran away to become a pirate of the sea! I loves the ocean, the adventure, the freedom! I longed to soak up the salty seabreeze; me body strived for the rush of mastin' off into the unknown; and me soul desired to be released from the proper ways of me family's future goals. I'm tired of their expectations. Being broaded around to elegant parties and introductions to rich pompous bastards. They had all the money ye could ask for, yet they never fancied happiness. Yellow-bellied bastards, all o' em! And to think I was promised to one!? Not if I could still breath, I tells ye that right 'ere an' now. I'd go savage on them givin' the chance, rather than betrothe one. One with his fancy shoes and coat, his prized race horses, his luxurious mansion in the French country side. Pansy he is.. I am to become a pirate. Today, tomorrow? I don't know for certain but I can only hope soon... -
Mmm..*suddenly has the craving for mac 'n' cheese* I hate when I get hungry (which always happens XD) and I go to look for something to eat..but there's only one thing that I crave late at night, and that is the blue box. But no matter how many times I look, there is no box. So thank you Charles and Japan_86, for whenever I crave mac and cheese, all I have to do is come to this thread, and be at ease.

She pranced into my bedroom. Her red high heels clicked over the hardwood. Her hips curved dangerously under that red dress. Chocolate brown hair tumbled down her exposed back, edging my eyes to gaze over her backside. Good God, those thighs and legs in those fishnets. Killer. "Put on the red light, Roxanne."

My, my. The one video that sticks in my mind? I haven't watched music videos in so long. Well, the one that immediately pops into my head is Marylin Manson's revamp of "Tainted Love". Maybe it's because I just watched Party Monster, and he was in that..Any how, I don't know if the music video to his version ever played on television, but it's on the DVD of Not Another Teen Movie. Now, I'm not a big fan of this next band, but their video really stands out. Bowling for Soup's "1985". C'mon, all of the 80's referrence just forces me to watch it. One more that screams at me is A Perfect Circle's "Outsider". This is the video that inspired me to create the Bikini Bandits. Several women dressed in bikini's running about a neighborhood destroying lawns and making naughty gestures..yeah, that would leave a mark in your mind.

"Why won't you love me?" she asked me. We stood, hand-in-hand. We looked over the ocean's sparkling surface. The sun melted beneath the horizon. Gold and crimson spilled over into the gentle waves. "I don't know how," I said. My hand gripped tighter; honestly, I was scared. "So am I.." she squeezed back.

I must say, I'm disappointed with today's horror films. They all seem like a joke to me. Saw, for example, was a horrifying idea. However, it really disappointed me. Sure, budgets may prevent some cool graphics and whatnot, but graphics don't really concern me. It's how the actors play their roles, and how well the story flows throughout the movie. That's the thing that's been bothering me about movies recently, especially horror. The films dependency on computer graphics. I understand, and know, that there are some things that can only be done by computer, but too much of it takes away from the feel of the movie. Well, in this case, horror films. I have been known to stay away from horror, and it's not because I don't like horror, but none of the recent films has quirked my interest. If I want to watch a horror film, I want to be scared, not googling over the graphics that make me laugh.

Model's Vain He stood in the view of the full-lengthed mirror. His frail body shook softly. His pelvic bones jutted, giving his jeans the only cliff to cling to. His smooth facial features resmembled more of a feminine appeal. Soft lips, gentle eyes, shaped eyebrows, golden hair. He is beautiful. And he knew.

Well, this drawing is focusing more on the storm troopers. It was/is a request for SilpheedPilot, who is insanely in love with them. It's his Valentine's Day gift from me...or I might make another, more scandelous one? Who knows..But here she is. Yes, I said "she". This one is female. Enjoy: Storm T. Rooper Yeah, sorry for giving you the link. But there is no way in hell I was able to resize it to fit in the post. The texture of the paper I drew on is different from what I usually use. This paper is more poreous, and it "soaks" up the pencil lead, giving a smooth, but grainy result. It's great for shading, but not for resizing XD.

Vivian dear, wake up now.. I don't want to. Not just yet.. Your time is running out..the mission begins soon.. Just a little longer..please.. "Please.." moaned Vivian. Her grip around Geneefee's waist tightened just slightly, as if holding onto her slumber for life. Her eyes fluttered as she rouse, stubbornly. "You are awake?" "Unfortunately," Vivian chuckled half-heartedly and rubbed at her eyes. "Was it peaceful?" Geneefee's hand cupped Vivian's chin. The two smiled. "It was marvelous. I can't remember a time when I slept so soundly," her voice drifted, "How I missed the peace.." She slowly sat up and glanced around the room. It was a mess; clothes every which way, blankets molded with the clothes to form a carpet of material. Vivian yawned softly and reached for her pants. "How much time do we have left?" "About fourty-five minutes," Geneefee stood and moved behind Vivian. Her hands slinked around to help Vivian button and zip her pants, "You're shaking. Are you scared of the second section?" Vivian looked into the broken mirror, Geneefee's face blended and pieced with her own. She then shook her head and swallowed the fear she really felt creeping up her throat. "N-nah. I think I'm a bit anxious to settle this hellish nightmare once and for all," Vivian walked towards the bathroom, "I think I'll take a quick shower to help relax my nerves." "All right then. I'll see you at the rendevous," Geneefee gave Vivian a quick kiss then gathered her garments. The door hissed softly behind her. Smiling to herself, Vivian jumped into a steaming shower. The tension that weighed over her shoulders and neck slowly melted away. Once more, relaxation engulfed her. |-Minutes later-| Vivian found herself dozing off into the shower before the water suddenly cooled. She stepped out and dried off, slipping into clean clothes. Her pants brown, black tank top, and a black sweater. She gathered anything she thought the mission might need and stuffed it all into a backpack; medical kits, small rations, toiletry products. She messed her hair then headed towards the Cafeteria. He had not bothered her. When she slept, he was not there. When she embraced Geneefee, he was not there. When she took her shower, he was not there. And it scared her. Their deal was bound by her soul. The deal that would cost her greed to live, and her compassion for her new friends. Shaking her contradiction from her mind, Vivian stepped into the Cafeteria. She set her pack on a table and sauntered over to the coffee pot. "I believe this is more blood to us than our own," she chuckled to herself. The strong aroma filled the air as she took of the lid and scooped a few spoonfuls into the filter. "You read my mind," the doors slid open as Allen walked in. "Let's just say, great minds think alike. It would be interesting to read thoughts."

Which Reality Show Would You Get Stranded On?
Annie replied to Morpheus's topic in General Discussion
Ah, c'mon people. You know that you'd love to get stranded with the cast of Drawn Together. You'd be a cartoon, you'd get to have cursed genitals, be made of random things to pull out of your rear end, or you could be a Pikachu thing that produces a hallucinogenic sweat whenever you get disappointed. -
Oh my, Char-sempai. Most impressive. The rush just perked my interest in the boarding sport. I suddenly have the urge to jump on a rail and grind it out. ^_%
I just have been looking through some Adventure Inn threads, and I noticed one thing in particular: At least 5 within the last few weeks have been closed on the basis of not having a rating. Now, I know there needs to be a rating, but you shouldn't have to close the thread because it doesn't have one; especially if several people have already signed up.
This topic was actually already discussed, by me, hehe. There's a good reason why the ratings are inforced..and it's been in the making for a very long time now. The modding team of the OB, and the administrators, gave the boards repeated warning before the final fist was thrown. I'm glad to see that the OB mods and admins threw that fist. It's really helped the RP area muchly, in the sense of managing out-of-control RPs.

Name- Kendra Bailey Age- 32 Gender- Female Appearance (if you were wondering)- Click here Biography- Kendra grew up in an average household. Her parents divorced when she was young, but this was normal for the present time; so 10 year old Kendra was not phased. Her father had been having an affair with a co-worker for the previous five years, and had had two sons with one on the way. Her mother became a manic depressant and ended up attempting suicide. Kendra's father then took custody of her; for her mother was declared incapable of taking care of her only child. Kendra, being the eldest, was left to take care of her younger brothers. The eldest brothers were twins, and her stepmother had just birthed another boy. Naturally, Kendra took care of him as well while her father and stepmother worked. She never minded much, she enjoyed taking care of people; considering she was never really looked after herself. So, her childhood was enjoyable. Until her father and stepmother fell victim to a tragic car accident. She was 18, her younger brothers 13 and 8 years old. The Department of Human Services took her younger brothers away from her, and put them in foster homes. She protested, being 18 years old and a legal adult, but the DHS argued, and won, that Kendra was not financially stable to take care of the children. Torn from her loving father and stepmother, and her brothers she held dear, Kendra slipped deep into depression. She had no one left. Her lifestyle struggled. Her three jobs left Kendra in a state of deshelvement. She was barely able to take care of herself. For the next ten and plus years, Kendra frequently tried to adopt her brothers, but was unable to win the case. She was able to visit her brothers, but they had grown to wish nothing to do with her; blaming her for not helping them. Finally, worn down and compeltely hopeless, Kendra heard of the scientific advancing experiments. With nothing to lose, and nothing to live for, Kendra decided to turn her life over. Maybe these advancement experiments would work, and she would be able to change her lifestyle? Maybe she would die? She was ready for either option, and signed the consentment papers. I'm sorry to not have posted this sooner, but I've been juggling the decision. I've come to the conclusion, though everyone's sign-up was good, that I am not happy with this. So, I 'm going to say that I'm terribly sorry for delaying this message, and that I'm not starting this RP. -Thank you, and sorry

Actually, I am not surprised. Young child? Yes, indeed. However, the Japanese (please capitalize) culture is different from most cultures around the world. Things that aren't that acceptable here in the States or Europe may be perfectly normal in Japan, or Asia. No matter the age. Why is this? Do you think anyone really knows? I don't thinks so. Does this justify today's youth's and pornography? No. Perhaps the kid thought it was something stylish for Americans, and didn't know the actual meaning behind the bunny. It's quite possible..as are many things.

"How many do you know? The same prideful idiots who master their art of blasphemy. The same idealistic, mindless wanderers spouting words of poetic havoc. I can say this because I am one. Well, perhaps not prideful. Definitely a mindless wanderer. My words have no structure, no purpose, and certainly, no coherence. I am me."

And the Beat..
The notes dance around in the air. Their bodies sway to a contageous flow of music and emotions. The atmosphere floods with hormones and liquor, spilling over with pleasure. Whisks and waves of heated breeze glide over their bodies. Music stops. But they continue. And the beat goes on.
The chapter system is a great way to help regulate the flow of an RP. It's good to see that you wish to take on this system. From the RPs that I've seen use this system, most of them survived. My first attempt flopped only because I had to leave, and was gone way to long to bring it back from where it had stopped. The chapter system is a great idea. I like how you set it up, and I'm excited to see how well it works out. Older RPers, the more serious ones, like using this way of writing because we strive for consistancy and organization throughout an RP. It gives the story backbone and a steady foot, something you don't really find with RPs that don't use the chapter system. It's also a really good way for newer RPers to get into a good habit of writing. It helps guide them so they don't get out of control with an outrageous idea to put a twist into the story. So once again, I am excited to see how well this story goes.

How much you want to bet you won't ~_^ Anyway, thank you all for your comments, and your dedication to reading. Without your comments and feedback, I wouldn't be able to continue writing on this. And I must say, The Bikini Bandits has turned out far better than I expected..so far. I seriously thought it would be a big flop. Thank you all.

Hmm, I love how it started out..but I would like to know what exactly you plan to do with this RP. What's the motive? IF you did mention something, I probably didn't catch it. Expand on this, add more detail. I would love to see a Bebop RP. I was actaully thinking today with starting one.
