"Hello!? Who is this?!" Tex yelled into her headset. The ear piece screeched with static. Tex winced. The low humming gradually grew louder, she started to back up. "Can anyone hear me?" Tex started to panic. She then turned around and headed out of the cell block. She looked around the corridor for a sign of the crew. She felt someone but could not see a soul. The static in her ear cut out and silence filled the gloomy air. The sound of her breathing echoed through the empty corridors. "Hello? Arthur? Vincent? Ruben? Kenneth? Someone?" Tex tapped her ear piece. "T....x........Ca..ou..hear..." a voice came through her ear. "Who is this? State your name!" Tex started to run down the corridor. She finally saw a sign that looked familiar. The sign read "Mess Hall". She was relieved. The PA rang out with a agonizing scream. It was Sam, then Van's voice came through. "What's going on?" Tex ran into the cockpit. Sam was leaning back in his seat, Van and Trini were patching the wound on Sam's shoulder. "Where have you been? We've been trying to contact you and Ruben for the past ten minutes now," Satell swiveled her chair around. "I told you, I was in the cell block,'' Tex looked confused. "You never told me anything," Satell spun her chair around to watch the course. "Didn't you ask me where I was about five minutes ago?" "No I did not, the last time I contacted you was when you were in the Weapons Wing," Satell looked over her shoulder. "Then who was trying to contact me? Didn't you hear anything? Someone asked me where I was and when I tried to find out who they were, loads of static reverberated through my headset," Tex looked questionably at Satell. "I only heard Sam's cry and Van and Trini. Where are the others? Ruben, Vincent, Arthur, Kenneth, and Brooke?" Satell demanded through the PA. "How is Sam?" Allen burst through the door, he walked over to make sure Sam was alright. "Arthur is trying to repair the thrusters. I hope he's alright. As for the others, I have no idea where they are," Allen walked over beside Tex. "I know I heard and felt someone in that cell wing with me," Tex began to walk out of the room. "Where are you going?" Satell called over her shoulder. "I'm going to go find out who was calling to me. Maybe they need help," Tex walked down the corridor. She was about fifty feet down and decided to ask through the headset. "Hey, where is everyone?" Tex looked down all of the halls.

Where am I?! Someone please help me! I..I can't wake up! Kaiye screamed through her head. Her dream was that of the day the winged ones and elves fought. Fire, pain, hatred, and fear flooded Kaiye's dream. Her body started to soak with sweat, her temperature turned from cold to hot and visa virsa. Kaiye! I am here! Do not let go of me! Stay with me, I am going to get you out! Tora's voice broke all of the screaming in Kaiye's mind. Who are you?! Don't touch me!! Kaiye protested and tried to ward this stranger off. Kaiye, you must trust me! I will not harm you, I am trying to release you from your dream! If you do not let me help, you could die! Tora's voice was in panic. "Uhhh..." Kaiye breathed out. "Tora, keep going, she's starting to come out of her dream," Damlin encouraged Tora to continue. Come on Kaiye, grab hold of me... Tora cooed. You want to help me? Yes, of course I do.. Why? Kaiye was a little more calm than before, but was still unsure of this girl.

Tex jogged down the corridors. Her boots clanking down the metal grid. She heard Van and Satell and giggled at Satell's first response. Tex was now in the Weapons Wing. She cautiously walked through the empty wing. She entered a room that contained ammo, guns, explosives, and other forms of weaponry. A high pitched whistle sang in Tex's ear. The breeze from the vaccum of space forced her hair to dance in the air. Tex walked deeper into the room, her breath stared to shorten, she knew she was getting close to the hole. "Tex, where are you?" Satell's voice buzzed. "I'm in the Weapons Wing," Tex looked around a metal box of explosives and saw a hole the size of a silver dollar. "Don't venture too far," Satell stated and then the buzzing disappeared. Tex nodded and pointed the tip of the caulking gun into the hole that seemed to grow. She pulled the trigger and the grayish ooze seeped out. Tex watched it spread and harden. Satisfied she stood up and ran out of the room. Heading further into the corridor, Tex eyed the walls and listened intently for escaping air. The corridor made a circle and split into two directions. Tex turned left, Security Wing. Tex entered the room, a few jail cells were the decor. She stood still, but the moment of stillness was interrupted with the sound of astroids pelting at the ship's hull. The ship shook as if it were experiencing an earthquake, sending Tex onto the grated floor and rolled into a cell. Her caulking gun soared across the floor and over to the other side of the room. Tex tried to stand but the shaking was relentless. She pulled herself to her feet and held onto the bars of the cells. She slowly made her way over to the caulking gun. The shaking stopped, there was a moment of silence. "I have a bad feeling about this," Tex blew chunks of her hair from her face. "Where are you now, Tex?" this time it wasn't Satell. "I'm in the cell block. Who is this?" Tex couldn't recognize the voice, she was too concered about a low humming echoing throughout the room.

Tex was the last to run out of the mess hall. Everyone scattered about, running about the corridors like chickens with their heads cut off. Tex shook her head and giggled at the humorous performance. She knew this was a serious matter, but she couldn't help herself. Her personality was weird like that. "Tex! Catch!" Allen threw a caulking gun at her. "Thanks," Tex studied the gun and nodded. "I just love how everyone scattered like that. I have people who don't know what the fuck to do," Allen shook his head in annoyance. "Trust me, I know," Tex smiled at him,"Catch you later, Allen. I am off to find a few holes to caulk." Allen gave her a smile, Tex turned around and began to make her way down the corridor. "Tex, you might need this," Allen threw her a small ear piece and small microphone,"You know, just in case you get lost. I'm on channel 3, as are you and the communications. " Tex slipped on the head set and winked. She disappeared around a corner.

"Do not be so alarmed. I can't kill you," Reaper smirked and looked around the rather large bathroom. It was a little brighter than the rest of the castle. Blues and silvers, white marble topped sink, white porcelin toliet with a pull chain, a tin clawfoot tub. "Quite classy, wouldn't you say?" Leon smiled and sat down on the covered toliet. "Very. I must give it to her, Desiree is a classy woman," Reaper nodded. "So why did you beckon me to come?" Leon folded his arms across his chest, his smile widened. "Oh, I didn't think you'd actually follow," Reaper smiled. She walked over to him and sat sideways on his lap. She wrapped her arm around his neck and brushed his hair away from his forehead. "Well, what then?" Leon sounded irritated and he stood up. "Don't go," Reaper stood up and moved her body close to him. Leon studied her face,What the hell is she doing? She's never acted like this... Reaper smiled and rubbed her fingers along his jaw bone. Leon stood perfectly still. Reaper backed away and sat on the bathtub. She crossed one leg over the other and slouched forward. Her dark fuscia eyes twinkled up at him. Leon's eyebrow cocked in confusement and in some unsure expression filled his face. "So, all the other 'evil' Gods and Goddesses agreed?" Reaper broke the silence. "Uh, yes. They all agreed, Peace and Life agreed to fight, but they made it clear that they are against it.." Leon shifted his weight. "Come, sit by me," Reaper patted the edge of the tub,"To think, all of us together. And in the same room, you know this is going to be a hellraiser." "Yes," Leon shook his head, " I'm not sure how they are all going to take being in one another's presence. We all don't really get along too well," Leon sighed. "Well, that's why I asked for you to follow. I think it's time for some of us to get to know eachother, so we can get along better," Reaper leaned into Leon. The two had never got along. Leon is the God of War, Anuk-suna-mun is the Goddess of Death. The two always fought over policy. Leon argued that he should have the right to take life, Anuk-suna-mun argued she was the only one to take life and Leon was out of line. Their relationship was really much worse than Desi's and his. The two always seemed to avoid eachother for fear of a really grotesque fight to the death. As the years passed, Anuk-suna-mun watched Leon and his battles. She had to admit that she was developing a small attraction. She reached her hand over to lay ontop of his.

Tex sat in her chair, her knees to her chest. She observed everyone around her and jotted down a few little notes, a habit she has from being a detective. Ruben was a character, he actually made her smile. Sam was a smartass, sheer annoyance. Vincent had a coolness to him. Trini startled Tex, seeing that she had just came out of nowhere. And then there was Brooke. She seemed to be closer to Tex's personality than the others. Quiet and mysterious. _____________________________________ OOC: Sorry, I can't think of anything right now...

She has no name yet. I am getting one, and will edit this when I get the name. The name will determine my character's abilities/skills...if I decide to do them.. Name~ Meishin Kakugokoro [Lost Soul Determined Mind, roughly translated *Thank you, Metatron*] Age~ 24 Gender~ Female Appearance~ Here you go, the pic's too big to post: http://www.psycko-manga.com/gallery/babe/3-7.htm..*Addition: Imagine a brown leather eye patch over her left eye.* Clan~ Tatshuka Bio~ Meishin was born in a poverty striken village. Crops were on the verge of death, cattle was becoming scarce, people began to lose hope. Her parents lost little of what they had and decided to abandon the village, and her. Meishin was only 10 years old. After her parent's departure, the village people soon went awall and started to kill eachother. It was here she picked up a sword. She quickly learned how to defend herself and fought her way out of the village. At the age of 13, Meishin lived in a city and fought and stole for a living. She ran errands for the local riff-raff and became part of a local gang. They took the girl under their wings and taught her to fight under their techniques, which mimicked that of a samurai and the ninja. One day, Meshin got caught robbing a prostigous man by the Tatshuka. Apperantly, she had interrupted a job they were assigned to do and they attacked her, giving her a hidious scar on her left eye*hence why I told you to imagine an eye patch*. Rather than killing Meshin, they opted her to join the Tatshuka. Naturally, she agreed. During the last 11 years, Meishin mastered the sword and became one of the Tatshuko's sought out assasin. If you needed someone to get the job done, and done fast and acurately, Meshin was the person you would ask for. She killed anyone, she didn't care if they had family, money was all that talked to her. But it was not the money that satisfied Meshin, it was the hunger and lust for blood and a kill. Pet~ A small, brown and tan falcon. Even though Meishin's heritage is Japanese, she names the falcon "Horus" after the Egyptian God of Life. Horus usually perches on Meshin's shoulder. He is trained to take messeges across the lands of Japan and back, making him very useful when Meshin is tracking the enemy or following a "customer".

Chinkan's eyes flickered in excitment. She wiped the blood from her lip and licked it from her hand. She popped her jaw into its natural place and smiled back at Ryu. Hmm, his speed is amazing. I must relax and concentrate.....It won't be long now.... Chinkan thought to herself. Ryu started to circle around Chinkan. She did the same, never taking either eyes from him. The two stopped, Ryu disappeared. Chinkan felt a gust of wind pass her, she spun around to find Ryu's fist soaring at her. Chinkan bent backwards and performed a back flip, kicking Ryu in his chin. She flipped back a few feet and stood straight up. Ryu was already behind her and wrapped his arms around her chest, squeezing her body and lifted her three feet from the ground. Chinkan growled and brought her head straight back into Ryu's nose. He released Chinkan and she dropped to her back. Ryu bent over to pick her up, Chinkan side swiped him in the neck and jumped up. Ryu was upon her within a blink of an eye. His enormous hand clasped around Chinkan's face. He brought the other fist into her stomach, reeling her several feet back. Chinkan jumped to her feet and spat out blood. A deep growl echoed through the vacant court. Chinkan's eyes began to glow a bright purple, her hair flickered from brown to orange, and quite to everyone's surprise, white. A dark purple and black aura began to resognate from Chinkan. The anger built within her, hate filled her heart, the hunger for Ryu's life started to eat from inside of her. The ring Miazmodon gave to her scorched her skin, Aruzan's blood stoned, ring gleamed with anxiety. Her white hair and purple eyes, her hate and anger, her estranged smile, shocked even Ryu. "Impressive energy. Where ever did you get this?" Ryu chuckled. Chinkan did not answer. Instead, a chesire, sinister grin trickled across her face. A soft chuckle fluttered throughout the dead air. Her fingers cracked as her nails formed into claws. Her fangs extened and sharpened into a fine needle point. She winked at Ryu and disappeared into the dense fog.

OOC: Yes, Egypt is in Africa. But my character isn't African, she's Egyptian, there is a difference. _________________________________________________ IC: "Back so soon?" Reaper purred. "Yeah, the corridor isn't that long,"Leon's voice was hinting annoyance. "Aww, don't sound so down. I am glad you are back," Reaper smiled at Leon. "Reaper, shut up," Leon glared. "I'm serious, I missed you," Reaper teased. Desi smiled visciously at Reaper's sarcasim. Reaper winked at Leon. He only rolled his eyes. Anuk-suna-mun had to admit, he was very attractive, especially when he was getting irritated. "Reaper, you've always made me laugh," Desi chuckled. "I try," Reaper smiled over at Desi and looked back to Leon. She jumped off of the bar and headed towards the French doors. "Where are you goin?" Leon called over his shoulder. "To the little girl's room, wanna come?" Reaper blew him a kiss.

Yelena flew out of Planet California and programed Cham's system to Planet Texas. "Cham, autopilot," Yelena closed her visor and fell asleep. ~Four hours later~ "System's alert, system's alert," the computer woke Yelena. Alarms were going off, the lights flickered, Yelena flipped open her visor. She looked to her computer screen to see that there was a technical problem within the system and the ship was starting to shut down, Cham's defense against viruses. "Fuck! I thought I told them to disable that!!" Yelena growled and tried to override the system. It wasn't working, the ship had already shut down. The only thing that Yelena could do was steer it and control the speed, somewhat. She looked out of her hull to see the Planet of Russia. "Whoa! This is way off course!! Damnit!" Yelena steered her way as best as she could into the planet. She crashed into a dry deck and knocked unconcious. She woke an hour later in the local hospital. A tall Russian doctor stood above her. "You had quite a fall, young lady. You are in the local medical facilities. You are going to be alright," he soothed. "Thank you for your hospitality," Yelena smiled. -
"And you forgot one Egyptian," Reaper pranced into the room, her thick, turquoise hair danced along the breeze she created. "Ah, Anuk-suna-mun. Finally, someone whom I can stand to be around," Desi smiled and flung Reaper a flask. "Surely, Leon, you've forgotten me?" Reaper slid her body close to his. Leon smiled down at her and shook his head. Reaper brushed her hand along his stubbled cheek, his hand ventured down her hip. Reaper's smile turned at the corners, she slapped his face away. "So, when are our dear friends supposed to be here?" Anuk-suna-mun sat on the laquered bar. "Three hours,"Desi sat down on the devan on the other side of the room. "Mmm, delictable," Reaper stretched her long, leather covered legs. Leon smirked, This is going to be a long three hours..

Tex looked around the room. No one else stood up after Arthur. It was like school when the teacher asks the class to participate, no one would raise their hand. Tex sighed and stood up. "Detective Lt. Tex Crandell, USAF Special Investigations," Tex nodded at everyone in the room. "Aren't you a shrink as well?" Sam smirked (I just put him in, I thought he should have already been there). "Psychologist and if you insult my intelligence again, I will shrink that mesely dick of yours. Got that?" Tex's voice was emotionless, her face reflected her voice. Sam blinked and nodded after some hesitation. There was a little bit of snickering. Tex sat down.

OOC: I meant the little kid's name will be Marcus. It's okay:D _______________ IC: "Ty, Dr. Merez is going with us," Melina turned around to face the rest of the group. "Right, let's get on the move," Ty clapped his hands together and smiled. They all entered the jet and began to make seating arrangements. "I will sit in the cargo with Kyo," Marcus stated. "Besides, you are the only person who really knows where the Hawaiian labs are, Ty," Melina pointed. "Yes, I will ride infront," Ty gave Melina a quick kiss and headed to the front of the jet. "So Ty, which direction?" Dr. Merez started the aircraft. "Go east," Ty plopped down in the passenger seat and strapped himself in. The jet took off and soared through the sky. "So, it looks like things are changed between Melina and you," Dr. Merez smiled. Ty only smiled and folded his hands behind his head.

"Dick," Tex sat her glasses on the files and stood up to get another cup of coffee. "Good morning," a sour voice bellowed through the silent hall. Tex looked over her shoulder to see Kenneth burst into the room. He sat down in a chair and folded his arms across his chest. He then rubbed his hand vigorously over his face. Tex smiled and grabbed another cup. She sat down infront of him and handed him the cup of coffee. "Thanks," he took a slow sip,"You must be the detective." "Yes, Tex Crandell, USAF Special Investigations," she extended her hand across the stainless steel table. "Kenneth Rales, Security Officer of the Bladerunner," he took her hand and nodded his head towards Tex's briefcase. Tex followed his eyes and reached over to take her files. Kenneth grabbed her wrist. Tex shot him a stabbing glare. "Release me, Mr. Rales. These belong to me," Tex spat. "I am sorry, it's just a habit to be cautious," Kenneth loosened his grip and sat back, sighing. Tex stuffed the papers into their folders and she slid her glasses onto her slender nose. She keenly eyed Kenneth, he stared right back. "Relax, will you? You're making me nervous," Kenneth shifted his weight in his chair. "Why would I make you nervous? Is there something you need to be nervous about?" Tex leaned over the table, propping her elbows and crossed her arms, smiling deviously. "Not at all, Detective. How did you get assigned to this fucking suicide mission?'' Kenneth folded his arms in his lap. Tex sat back and looked away, "Back home, I am the most prostigious investigator for the USAF. I had recently finished a case that I had been working on for a year. My officials approached me on this mission and asked me if I was interested. I knew of the missions of the Event Horizon and of the Lewis and Clark, and I decided I would take up the job." "You volunteered?! What the hell is wrong with you?" Kenneth nearly jumped out of his chair. "Calm down, Mr. Rales. I have never backed out of a job, nor have I turned one down," Tex looked up at him curious as to why he reacted the way he did. "You know about the risks, and what happened to those people went through. Why would you deliberately do this? You were given the option to stay on Earth, and you chose to come?" Kenneth couldn't believe what Tex was doing. "Yes, I did," Tex swirled her coffee. "But why?" "I have my reasons." "That's it? That's all you have for a reason?" Kenneth protested. "I had a family member on the Lewis and Clark. I want to know what killed him and why. Is this a problem?" Tex stood up and threw her hands down on the table. Kenneth stared solemnly and shook his head. ''I do not question your personal life, so don't question mine," Tex looked away from his stare.

Miru sits at the base of her parent's grave. This was an everyday ritual for her, but today was different. It held of more importance. Today was the four year anniversary of Miru's parent's deaths. For long years of remorse and confusion. What had happened? Miru did not understand. A single tear trickled down her numbed face. "I promise, I will find the man who did this to you," Miru traced the etching of her mother's name. The sky seemed to cry along with Miru, small drops of rain danced atop of the marble tombstones of the peaceful cemetary. The breeze would send an occassional gust, forcing the weeping willow to sway and bend under the wind's hand. Miru lay a single rose on each grave and looked to the sky.

"Melina, we must get going. I feel an ominous presence stirring within the wind. I want some answers, and I know where to get them.....Only....It's going to be hard to pacify her anger with me," Ty rubbed his chin. "You are speaking of Dr. Alston, right?" Melina cocked an eyebrow and smirked. "Yes, indeed," Ty sighed. "Let's get on our way,"Melina took Ty's hand and led him back to the cave. "What are we doing? I would like to get going as soon as possible," Ty followed. Melina did not answer. She walked into the cave and tapped Dr. Merez on the shoulder. He woke and blinked up at her. "Ah, Melina, you are awake," Dr. Merez yawned. "Doctor, we must leave now. Ty has sensed that something is happening and we are going to find out what it is. Are you coming with us?" Melina talked to Dr. Merez. Ty looked over to see Kyo and his little friend sleeping. Ty walked over to Kyo and knelt down to him. "Kyo, c'mon kid wake up," Ty shook Kyo gently. "Wh-what is going on?" "Melina, the doc, and I are leaving. Are you going to tag along?" Ty stood up and dusted his pants free of dirt. "Yeah, I have nothing else to do," Kyo stood up and woke the little boy. "Melina, is the doc coming?" Ty, Kyo, and the little boy (whom I am going to name Marcus, only because I don't remember if he was named) stood waiting. _________________________________________________ OOC: It is my understanding that Kyo no Ryu isn't here anymore, but if no one objects, I will incorperate his character in my posts. OOC: Hey Inu, just for a future note, the mods don't like three lined posts. It takes up space... __________________________________________________ IC: An hour later, darkness fell around the tower Chinkan now faced. The breeze turned into a raging wind, freezing rain stung Chinkan's face, lightning became fierce, the roll of thunder forboding what was about to happen. A fight. A test of Chinkan's self and strenght. She had no fear to fighting the estranged Luna. Chinkan slowly made her way into the building. Cautious of every sound, alert for the slightest movement. Chinkan's eyes fully black, her fangs stirred impatiently for a battle, her adreneline pumping wildly throughout her veins. Chinkan's eyes caught sight of a heavy, metal door. She pushed it open, curiously peeking around the door to see where it lead. A stairway, decsending into the depths of the basement. Chinkan's boots made dull thuds as she took her time in following the stairs. Another door, Chinkan pushed it open to enter into a dark, foggy parking court. She sensed death, the heavy air reaked of decay, stale, coagulated blood nearly made her gag. She felt a small presence of life and decided to make her way towards its direction. "Chinkan, we meet again," a deep voice echoed through the fog.

"Aruzan, I will come back to you. I promise," Chinkan nuzzled her nose against his. "Please, let me come. I don't want to lose you," Aruzan wrapped his arms around Chinkan's body. Chinkan closed her eyes and embraced him. She took in a deep breath, capturing his scent of fear and love. She burried her face in his neck and started to cry. "I cannot let you come with me. I have to do this, I cannot explain why, but I must go alone. Aruzan, I love you..." Chinkan pulled away and stepped back. "And I love you. I will be waiting for your return," Aruzan nodded and turned away. Chinkan spun around and started to run. She couldn't stand to see him cry. It broke her heart to leave Aruzan like she did. But it was neccessary to fight Ryu alone. Aruzan would only be a distraction to her. Off into the setting sun she ran. She could sense Ryu's evil and shifted directions. Ryu, finally, we will fight. I know of your powers, but you will see my true power.... Chinkan ran harder and faster along the empty highway.

Tex's eyes began to burn and her lids felt of lead. She placed her pen on the desk and took off her glasses. She leaned back and swiveled in her chair. Loads of questions ran through her mind, she started to get a headache. Sam's little conversation didn't help much, granted she did get a small laugh out of his sheer nuisance attitude. She looked at her papers and sighed heavily. Deciding she had seen enough words, she decided it may be nice to see some faces. She packed the files into her briefcase and stood up. Stretching felt so good, the blood finally starting to warm and send sensations through her numb body. She slid her glasses back on and snatched her case. The stale, artificial air felt as slimy as the stasis gel. Tex yawned and headed towards the mess hall. Maybe there's a coffee pot. God, I hope so.. Tex rolled her head around her shoulders to stretch her neck. She pressed the button to open the doors. They made a hissing sound as the hydrolics forced the glass doors to slid open. She looked up to see that Cpt. Chubbs and Satell. "Detective, how is your morning thus so far?" a hint of sarcasim in Cpt. Chubbs's voice brought a small smile to Tex's tired face. Satell back away a little and fumbled with the coffee pot. "Well, if you cancel out the reanimation process, the vomitting of stasis gel, the pulling the gel out of unimaginable places, and having a jail cell to sleep in, I'd say it's been okay," Tex sat down infront of the captain and ran a hand through her wavy hair. He chuckled and handed her a cup of steaming coffee. She took the hot cup into her hands and held it to her breast. Slowly and cautiously, Tex took a swig and sat back. It had been too long since she had her last cup of coffee. "What's that?" Chubbs nodded to her briefcase. "USAF information on the Event Horizon and Lewis and Clark missions. I plan to go over it during the briefing," Tex took another sip and sat the briefcase on the table. "Nice to see you, Det. Crandell," Satell sat down across from Tex. "Likewise, how was your stasis? " Tex started to dig through her briefcase. "I've had better," Satell winked. Tex smiled, "So, Cpt. Chubbs, wha-" Tex started. "Please, call me Allen, Detective," Allen sat down at the end of the table. "And you can call me Tex," Tex nodded. "Alright Tex, what were you going to say?" "I forgot," Tex sipped her coffee.

'Poofing', eh? I wonder how one can achieve this? Anuk-suna-mun thought to herself. She walked down the twisting path away from Desiree's castle. The chilly night air bit at her wet cheeks. The rain slowed to a drizzle. Reaper folded her arms under her breasts and trailed into deep thought. I want to be in a warm place. I want to be in a dry, warm place. Perhaps a bar. I could really use another drink... Reaper's thoughts prevailed. She closed her eyes and opened them lazily. The popped open in sheer amazement. She was standing in the doorway of a pub. Smoke filled the warm, dry atmosphere. The sound of clattering glasses, drunken men bellowing drinking songs, a local jazz band played in sync with the horrid men. Reaper smiled and walked towards the bar. "What can I get you?" the stout, balding bar tender smiled and tossed Reaper a towel. "Thank you, uh, I would like Ameretto, with cream, on ice," Reaper patted herself dry and sat on the leather stool. The tender handed her the glass and gave her a coaster. She gave him the money. Anuk-suna-mun sipped her liquor slowly, allowing the silky liquid to slide down her throat. "So, do you think she'll fight?" Leon's voice startled Reaper. "I do not know," Reaper sighed and swirled her drink. Leon leaned against the bar and propped his arm by his elbow. He asked the bar tender to bring him a beer and smiled back at Reaper. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes. "Want one?" Leon held out the pack and fumbled a cigarette between his lips. Reaper stared bluntly at Leon and let out a prolonged breath. She decided yes and drew out a cigarette. She had never smoked before, but due to recent events, she thought to give it a try. "Thanks," Reaper mimicked Leon's motions and leaned over to the flame produced from Leon's lighter. She puffed a little and inhaled. Gagging and chocking, she nearly fell off of her barstool. Leon laughed and held her up. He rubbed her back, giggling. "Easy killer," he chuckled a bit and took a sip from his beer. "Ugh, disgusting," Reaper stared at the smoking stick in her finger, but she continued to drag on the repulsive thing. "What are you going to do?" Leon broke their silence. "You know that answer," Reaper blew out a stream of smoke and crushed the cigarette butt on the bottom of her boot. "Anuk-suna-mun, you are something else," Leon smiled and shook his head. Reaper smirked and continued to sip on her drink. Trying to ignore Leon's makeshift conversation. _________________ OOC: Is it me, or does he seem like Sora from .hack? Maybe you should describe the story's background. What is this about? Why is this vampire being hunted? What events brought about the chase? What you wrote was just a piece of the story, it doesn't give too much of an idea on what the rest of us have to do. Work on a back drop, then maybe I will take another look at the story. ~Annie
