Not bad for a first try in MS Paint. You should look for a better program to use though, you can get 30 day free trials of Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop at the manufacturers' sites. They take a while to figure out, but well worth the while.

I found a wooden mannequin for $6.50 at Wal-Mart, gave it to my friend for her birthday because she complained she couldn't draw in proportion and her sister was tired of posing for her. Of course, she had more fun putting it in ridiculous poses than actually using it to draw with...

Heh. I like it, because my friend and I say "Blub" all the time. I don't exactly remember why we started it, I think it's because one of us started to say "Blah," but it came out "blub," so we decided we liked it better and have used it since.

I've decided to just upload any new banners I make here... so here's my Christmas one.

I dunno where I got the idea... I was just looking through my Inuyasha pictures to find one to make a greeting card out of, and I saw this pic, and it popped into my head. Sorry about the white line, but I'm not about to go back and change it... I'm done with animation for now.

Personally, I like the Aros one best... though they're all good. It's got a good color scheme, and very nice pictures.

Okay, I took every one of your comments into consideration, and made a beta version that I think solved most of the problems.

No Miroku, for reasons afore mentioned. No Akane, because I do not have the iron stomach of Ranma and would NOT want to be her victim for her cooking experiments, probably not Ranma either, because chaos and destruction are drawn to that boy like he's a magnet. I have a feeling Sanosuke would be a huge slob, but I love him enough that I might be able to deal with that.

I like the Kenshin one. Your style reminds me a lot of my older banners... I did a lot of feathering and fading.

Umm, in abscence of eldai... I'd say post both, and if it is decided that there's a one picture limit, we'll choose which we think is the better.
