1.
Hm? So they're doing it for the women's sake, you're saying? I've got twenty bucks on the person who invented it being an unmarried 38-year-old guy. "OMFG big boobz for cheap3r!1!!"
Aside from what DeadSeraphim said, any woman who doesn't want it simply won't buy it, but those who do will. It's exactly the same as expensive makeups and things like that, so what's the fuss about? And it's not like this stuff was designed to create "the perfect woman". A chemical was simply discovered that encouraged breast enlargement. After some testing, they found that it has many other positive effects on a woman's appearance as well. What part of that smacks of Stepford Wives? And if that's not enough, the chemical was discovered almost half a century ago, and it's just now being acted upon. Overanxious 38-year-old male perverts, indeed.
  2. This stuff definitely has more potential in frat hazings than than in female enhancement.

  4.
See, the great thing about this game is that, unlike other games on OB here that tend to foster short, spammy posts, this one encourages you not[/i'] to post.
And we can all see how marvellously that worked out. :-D
  5. "...Yeah, Greg, the side-by-side comparisons are having great results, but I'm not sure if this is the right demographic for Budweiser."
  6. Oh yeah, there was this one time when like me and Dave--you know Dave right? Yeah, so like me and Dave were playing UT2K4, and like, this dude on the red team was all like "Haha you suck" and stuff you know right? And like me and Dave like--oh yeah, we were on the blue team, I forgot to mention that--so anyway, me and Dave like went up behind him and he had a chaingun and all right, and all we had was plasma pistols, and we like killed him right, and we laughed for like, days, and I guess you just had to be there. It was, like, hilarious and stuff.

    Lady in the Water

It was a great movie, but I really wish they'd have ended it with a little more focus on the
human characters, since we know full well what happens to Story and the Blue World, where the focus of the movie never was anyway. We may still know how this affects the humans, but it'd certainly have been nice to see it on their faces a little more. I'd especially have liked for it to have focused a little more on Herb and his sister.
And Story was just adorable. There were so many moments with her that just made me go "...Aww :)"
  12.
#7
Some are you are me Some of you couldn't care less But wherever the Boards are, so am I

Otaku! I was quite convinced that that was actually mods, as someone had answered before, but then I came to wonder why "Boards" was capitalized, so yes. I'm so proud of myself, even if it's wrong. ^~^
  13. Too adorable. :P I love the shoes, and unless you think you can do something even better, the face as well. I'm not so sure about her hips, though, but perhaps I'll like them more once you get that leg situated. And, well, I don't know what you should do about the back fold of the dress, but those hatch lines just aren't quite working. I'd tell you to add a fifth color, but you're quite obviously submitting this to Threadless. XD You could eliminate a color by taking out the white, which is barely visible on her skin anyway (and if you don't do that, I'd at least take the highlight off of her peacock-holding hand).
  14. Big hint:
Desbreko != Tony
Hey everyone, let's laugh at Stephen! :D

  17.
This is not dumb, stupid, or just plain retarded. It also isn't funny, interesting, or even readable. It was so mind-numbingly pleh that I had to stab myself in the head, drain all the blood from my skull, and remove my brain to be able to pay enough attention that I could read one paragraph of this. Even without my brain I still got bored. Here's 400 OtakuBucks. Go buy some writing lessons.

this is compeletely the opposite of the tagline title. I desipise it, so much that I have to gouge off my eyes, and rise them in alcohol, in order to read the first paragraph. which was missing. I mean, there is absolutely no organisation whatsoever. wait, actually, I just contradicted myself. it lives up to its title. the grammer needs MASSIVE tweakage. dude, here's 100 OtakuPounds...go spend it on a writing handbook. - Leon Fury.
...Said the pot to the fucking kettle?
  18. I wouldn't go so far as to think I act older than my age. After all, I'd really have to know how others my age act when they're alone to have an even perspective, and I'd be willing to bet that even the ****-starting jerk that nobody in the gym class likes (he exists in every high school in the world, I guarantee it) has his somber moments.
So if we'd have all said we act like ten year olds would that have been better? I'm a little confused at to why it's necessary to say something like that when people are just answering a question. =/ I find it a little insulting that you say I'm 'full of myself' just because I said that people think I act a few years older than I really am. Unless I've just been kidding myself this whole time and I really do act like a little kid. Edit: Shinmaru, I was hoping so. But who knows how that smiley can be used and manipulated? D : I guess I take things too personally, sometimes. >_>
I don't recall Sara mentioning your name at all. If you don't think you're full of yourself, and you were never really attacked, then why bother defending yourself? :p
Anyway, if I didn't know my real age, I would guess that I was... twenty. Hey, wow, I got it on the first try!! I hope I win something!! :)
It's... a new car!
  19.
[spoiler']Bootstrap's makeup was especially well done I think....though did anyone else notice the slight resemblance between him and Grima from LOTR?

Yeah, I thought they were played by the same guy until I checked it on imdb. The similarity is peculiar, though. And as for the problems that would come if Tia were able to revive whoever she wanted? Well, I'd be willing to bet that the revival is only temporary, making it much less lucrative and notably a pretty common element in stories that involve people returning from the dead. If it isn't temporary (and she does actually have the power to return people from the dead), then that'd take a hell of a lot of tension out of the third movie.
That being said, it is being billed as his "first movie without a plot twist" which automatically makes me suspicious. M. Night without a plot twist? That's like oreos without the chocolate...
Unbreakable and Signs really didn't have plot twists either, though. The unusual revelations in both movies were things that had been suggested and built up to throughout the whole stories. It was just a matter of trying to guess whether they were true or not.
  21.
Popular people? Bah! My experiance with the popular people is simple: rats. Dirty, stinkin' rats to a person. No personality, no individuality, nothing to speak of. They're wretched creatures who spend all their time making sure they have the right hair or if people like their cloths. They almost never have original opinions and just do things because "Famous Person X" did it. I deliberatly try and remain as unpopular as possible. My opinions and styles are almost never the same as the popular people, and I love it that way. I'm not part of the increasingly popular "Non-Conformist" movement either, because that's basically become a different kind of conformity and popularity. I just basically be my hockey-watching, pizza-eating, computer-game-playing, fat-kid-in-sweatpants self, which is constantly at odds with the "We don't like you because... *guh*" popular people. And yes, this was a massive generalization of popular people, so any popular people here can feel free to call me whatever you feel like.
I'm with you, bro. Being that I've completed two years of high school, I've gained a flawless understanding of my fellow man, and how every iota of his mind and personality can be divined by looking at what he wears and who he hangs out with. Yessir, I'm part of a superior breed of human who, of course, won't inevitably end up working in a cubicle next to a popular kid in ten years. And I, like you, refuse to conform, but that doesn't make me a "non-conformist" because that's just another form of conformity ohemgee, which is a startling revelation that only one as insightful as ourselves could make. I'm so glad I was born with the ability to change preferences and opinions into universal truths.
  22.
In fairness, IE does have tabbed browsing available now (>_>).
Yes, but IE tabs are pretty awkward from what I've used. Rather slow, and it actually seems to open a new window when you click the New Tab button, and then reduce it into a tab in the original. It's a bit of a hassle.
And John, I believe that the majority of sites are now Firefox-friendly, but there certainly are those annoying ones.
Yes, but for example, I play a game that, as of a recent update, requires me to open the launcher application through IE (horribly stupid, I know). For whatever reason, it won't work in Firefox, even using the IE tab extension. So I keep IE around for that.
  23. I'm guessing #8 is AC!D!C, provider of the most hilarious and depressing, informative and inane thread I've ever seen in Suggestions and Feedback.
  24.
They usually recoup their losses by selling your details to as many companies as they can. If you ever tried to win an iPod, and suddenly found yourself inundated with spam mail, that's the reason.[/color']
Exactly. That, and they probably assume that very, very few people are actually going to get through the entire series of ads without giving up, so they're only giving away a few thousand dollars in merchandise, and they've got the ad clicks (and probably personal details) of the countless people that gave up as well as those who actually got through. So the advertising money in this situation will probably be a whole lot more than on a normal website.
  25. Mine: ...Yes, my wallpaper, Firefox skin, and Windows skin are all color coordinated. Shut up.
